PERILAKU ORGANISASI TERHADAP MANAJEMEN SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA
Perilaku organisasi adalah fungsi interaksi antara individu dengan lingkungannya. Tujuan dari pembuatan jurnal ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana peranan perilaku organisasi terhadap manajemen sumber daya mausia. Serta sejauh mana perilaku organisasi dapat membantu terlaksananya suatu fungsi manajemen. Perilaku organisasi merupakan pemahaman, prediksi, dan manajemen perilaku manusia dalam organisasi. Tujuan praktis dari penelaahan terkait perilaku organisasi adalah untuk mendeterminasi bagaimana perilaku manusia mempengaruhi usaha pencapaian tujuan-tujuan organisasi. Untuk merencanakan, mengelola dan mengendalikan sumber daya manusia dalam suatu organisasi dibutuhkan suatu alat manajerial yang disebut manajemen sumber daya manusia (MSDM). Manajemen sumber daya manusia dapat dipahami sebagai suatu proses dalam organisasi serta dapat pula diartikan sebagai suatu kebijakan(policy). Manajemen sumber daya manusia menangani bebagai masalah pada ruang lingkup anggota,karyawan, menejer,dan semua tenga kerja yang menompang seluruh aktivitas dari organisasi atau perusahaan untuk mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Sumber daya manusia merupakan suatu modal dasar yang paling utama disetiap organisasi. Dan manajemen suatu organisasi dapat dikatakan efektif apabila fungsi-fungsi manajemen dapat dilaksanakan dengan baik dan tepat
Implementasi Pengembangan Keprofesian Berkelanjutan bagi Guru Ekonomi SMA di Kota Surakarta
The world is changing rapidly hence we experience advancement of technology and science development. Therefore, teachers can not stay idle with this change. Teachers are demanded to continuously learning to adapt with the changing aspects so they are able to administer a classroom activity that relevant to current knowledge. This research aims to: 1) describe the implementation of continuous professional development of high school economic teachers in Surakarta, 2) to find the influencing factors of theachers participation in continuous professional developments activity; 3) to find the barriers in the implementation of continuous professional development;4) and to find the effort that teachers has been done to overcome the barriers they encountered while implementing continuous professional development. The method used in this research is qualitative where the data collected from the interview of ten teachers and the head of economic MGMP in kota Surakarta. From the analysis, it can be concluded that the implementation of continuous professional development consists of four phases i.e planning, execution, evaluation and reflection. HOW IS THE COMMUNITY INTEREST ON ENTREPRENEURSHIP AROUND YOGYAKARTA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT?
ABSTRACT Today, the number of unemployment is still high because the available employment does not match the number of the workforce because of the underutilization of business opportunities around the community. For example, many business opportunities can be developed with the opening of Yogyakarta International Airport, but the community around the airport location is not fully aware of the entrepreneur opportunities. The lack of community interest in entrepreneurship around YIA needs to be reviewed. This study used a quantitative approach using descriptive method. This method was used because the data of this study are the results of a questionnaire in the form of numbers. The population involved residents living around Yogyakarta International Airport who do not have a business. The samples were 100 participants taken by non-probability sampling with purposive sampling. The results indicate that (1) Entrepreneurial knowledge and motivation partially affect entrepreneurial interest with the same significance level of 0,000; (2) Entrepreneurial knowledge and motivation affects simultaneously entrepreneurial interest with a significance level of 0,000 and the effect is 50.7%
Pengaruh Literasi Keuangan dan Lingkungan Sosial terhadap Perilaku Konsumsi Belanja Online Mahasiswa Univesitas Sebelas Maret
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh literasi keuangan dan lingkungan sosial terhadap perilaku konsumsi belanja online mahasiswa Universitas Sebelas Maret. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan populasi mahasiswa aktif Universitas Sebelas Maret program Strata-1 dan Vokasi tahun ajaran 2020/2021 dengan jumlah 30.219 mahasiswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling yang menghasilkan sampel sebanyak 395 mahasiswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu kuesioner/angket. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda.Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa: Perilaku Konsumsi Belanja Online Mahasiswa Universitas Sebelas Maret menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan yang telah dibuktikan dengan nilai Fhitung sebesar 220,732 atau lebih besar dari Ftabel 3,01. Nilai probabilitas signifikasi dari variabel Literasi Keuangan adalah 0,000 atau < 0,05. Literasi Keuangan menunjukkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan dibuktikan dengan nilai thitung sebesar 8,115 atau lebih besar dari ttabel 8,115 > 1,966. Nilai probabilitas signifikasi dari variabel Lingkungan Sosial adalah 0,000 atau < 0,05. Lingkungan Sosial menunjukkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan yang dibuktikan dengan nilai thitung sebesar 8,205 atau lebih besar dari ttabel 8,205 > 1,96
Implementasi Sistem Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) Dalam Pemanfaatan Dana BOS SMK
Pada umumnya SMK belum bisa mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan dana BOS yang diberikan oleh pemerintah. Selama ini, dana BOS SMK banyak digunakan untuk membeli bahan habis pakai dan sasaran lain yang dirasa mudah dalam pertanggungjawabannya (Baedhowi, dkk, 2017). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui hasil implementasi sistem Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) untuk mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan dana BOS SMK Muhammadiyah 7 Gondanglegi Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan analisis kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Analisis kualitatif digunakan untuk menggali informasi lapangan tentang berbagai permasalahan yang dihadapi dalam pemanfaatan dana BOS di SMK. Analisis kuantitatif yang digunakan adalah menggunakan Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tiga prioritas utama pemanfaatan dana BOS SMK Muhammadiyah 7 Gondanglegi Malang berdasarkan sistem AHP yang diisi oleh tim manajemen BOS adalah untuk membiayai pengembangan sekolah rujukan, peningkatan mutu proses pembelajaran dan pengelolaan satuan pendidikan
Pengaruh Viral Marketing dan Online Customer Review terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Online di Shopee Pada Mahasiswa Universitas Sebelas Maret
Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh viral marketing dan online customer review terhadap keputusan pembelian online di shopee pada mahasiswa UNS.Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan populasi yang digunakan adalah mahasiswa Strata-1 dan vokasi angkatan 2017- 2021 Universitas Sebelas Maret sejumlah 395 mahasiswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu kuesioner/angket. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dan analisis regresi moderasi (MRA).Hasil yang terdapat dalam penelitian ini, mengungkapkan bahwa: viral marketing menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan yang telah dibuktikan dengan nilai sebesar 2,277 lebih besar dari 1,966. Online customer review menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan nilai sebesar 13,902 lebih besar dari yaitu 1,966. Secara Bersama-sama Viral marketing dan Online customer review memiliki pengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian
HUBUNGAN KONSEPSI BELAJAR-MENGAJAR TERHADAP KECENDERUNGAN BELAJAR SEPANJANG HAYAT PADA MAHASISWA PENDIDIKAN EKONOMI
Thisa research aims to explore the correlation of conceptions of teaching and learning on lifelong learning tendencies. This research uses quantitative research methods, data collection using questionnaires to a population of 317 Economic Education students at Sebelas Maret University, Surakarta, class of 2019, 2020 and 2021 and 177 research subjects. The sampling technique was proportioned random sampling. Measurements were carried out on the conception of teaching and learning and lifelong learning tedencies. Statistical analysis uses correlation and regression methods to evaluate the relationship between these variables. The results of the research show that (1) there is a positive and significant relationship between the constructivist conception of teaching-learning and lifelong learning tendencies (2) there is a low positive relationship between the traditional conception of teaching-learning and it does not have a significant effect on lifelong learning tendencies
Efektivitas Implementasi Kurikulum International Baccalaureate (IB) Pada Pembelejaran Ekonomi Kelas X di SMA Al Firdaus Sukoharjo
This study aimed to determine (1) a concrete description of the International Baccalaureate curriculum implementation at Al Firdaus Sukoharjo High School; (2) A concrete description of the effectiveness of the implementation of the International Baccalaureate curriculum in the learning process of class X economics at Al Firdaus Sukoharjo High School.This research was a qualitative research with the approach used is descriptive qualitative. The data sources in this study were informants which included the Principal, MYP Coordinator, Educational Expert Staff, Economics Teachers, and Students. Research data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and document studies. Test the validity of the data by method triangulation and source triangulation. Analysis of Miles and Huberman model data with the activities of data reduction techniques, data presentation, data verification.Result of the study showed that: (1), the implementation of the International Baccalaureate curriculum at Al Firdaus Sukoharjo High School refers to the standards set by the International Baccalaureate Organization internationally and was adjusted to the national education standards in Indonesia. The International Baccalaureate curriculum was used as a learning framework in schools while the content of the material was adapted to the national curriculum. (2), the effectiveness of the implementation of the International Baccalaureate curriculum refers to the standards according to regulations made by the IBO (International Baccalaureate Organization) that have been agreed around the world. Based on the standards set by the International Baccalaureate Organization in2018 that the effectiveness of the implementation of the IB curriculum can be known through an effective learning process, and graduate competence. The implementation of the International Baccalaureate Curriculum at Al Firdaus Sukoharjo High School has been effective, although there are some obstacles in the adjustment process. These constraints can be overcome by providing assistance from IB consultants or through school policy program
Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Think Pair Share Dipadu Dengan Course Review Horay Untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Peserta Didik Pada Mata Pelajaran Ekonomi di SMA
This study aims to find out how the implementation of the Think Pair Share cooperative learning model integrated with Course Review Horay can be used as an effort to improve student learning outcomes in Economics subjects. This research is library research. The data sources used for this research were relevant previous research data to the implementation of the Think Pair Share cooperative learning model integrated with Course Review Horay to improve student learning outcomes in Economics subjects. The Data collection technique used in this study was the documentation technique. The data analysis was the content analysis. The result of this study indicated that each step of the Think Pair Share cooperative learning model integrated with Course Review Horay, such as seeking information related to thinking activities, joint activities, and evaluation using CRH affected increasing independence in finding ideas and information needed, as well as students' skills in responsibility, cooperation, and communication. The conclusion of the study is the implementation of the Think Pair Share cooperative learning model integrated with Course Review Horay can improve students' learning outcomes in Economics subjects
Pengaruh Perang Rusia-Ukraina Terhadap Kegiatan Ekspor Impor Pangan Di Kawasan Benua Eropa
The Russian-Ukrainian invasion can resolve significant losses in terms of security, health, and even food. The invasion between the two countries has the potential to impact the food sector. This study aims to see how the analysis of the impact of the Russian-Ukrainian invasion on global food conditions pans out. To answer this research question, the author employs descriptive analysis as well as a literature review approach. Russia and Ukraine are countries that have an important role in producing food in the form of wheat, corn, and soybeans, as well as in the global food trade. But the invasions that occurred in these two countries disrupted and hampered food production, which caused global food supply chains and food trade to be hampered, causing world food price inflation. From March to May 2022, when the invasion between the two countries began, the average price of wheat, soybeans, and corn increased dramatically compared to before the COVID-19 pandemic. This invasion will hopefully be resolved through diplomacy between the two sides. In addition, all countries, including those with which they have economic cooperation relations, must be prepared to face a food crisis that is predicted to occur
