Study This aim For see how much big the influence of education and training programs for performance employee Good in a manner Partial nor in a manner simultaneous , and for measure enhancement performance employee after participate in education and training programs . The analytical method used : Validity Test , Reliability Test , Analysis Statistics Descriptive , Analysis Multiple Linear Regression and t-test ( parsil ), F-test ( simultaneous ). R2-test ( coefficient determination ). Research results This is method qualitative and quantitative , and distributed 30 questionnaires to respondents and process data for show that education and training influential in a manner partial and simultaneous . We got take conclusion that research results show that Education (X1) has an effect in a manner Partial with t count value 2.752 > t table 2.051, value significant 0.010 <0.05, training (X2) has an effect in a manner Partial with t count value 3.032 > 2.051 value significant 0.005 <0.05 on the performance of employees of the Regency Regional Development Planning Agency Sidrap (BAPPEDA)

    The Influence of the Auditor's Independence, Competence, Integrity, Ethics on the Quality of the Audit with Work Experience as a Variable Moderation in the General Inspection Office of the Timor-Leste State

    The purpose of this study is to provide empirical evidence regarding the influence of Auditor Independence, Auditor Competence, Auditor Integrity and Auditor Ethics on Audit Quality moderated by Auditor Work Experience at Inspecsaun Geral do Estado (IGE) Timor Leste. The population in this study is all employees who function as auditors, totaling 32 auditor staff. However, the samples used in this study and also in the data processing were 30 respondents, where the sampling technique used the saturation method (census), data collection used  questionnaires and statistical analysis tools used Moderation analysis (MRA). The results showed, the results of the individual parameter significance test (t test) regression equation 1, showed, first, Auditor Independence has no influence and is not significant on Audit Quality. Second, Auditor Competence has a positive and significant influence on Audit Quality. Third, Auditor Integrity does not have a positive and significant influence on Audit Quality. Fourth, Auditor Ethics does not have a positive and significant influence on Audit Quality. Fifth, the Auditor's Work Experience does not have a positive and significant influence on Audit Quality. Meanwhile, the results of the individual parameter significance test (t test) regression equation 2, show first, Auditor Independence has a positive and significant effect on Audit Quality which is strengthened by Auditor Work Experience. Second, Auditor Competence has a positive and significant effect on Audit Quality which is strengthened by the Auditor Work Experience variable. Third, Auditor Integrity has no positive and insignificant effect on Audit Quality which is weakened by the Auditor's Work Experience variable. Third, Auditor Ethics has no positive and insignificant effect on Audit Quality which is weakened by the Auditor Work Experience variable

    The purpose of this study was to find out how much influence product quality and price had on customer satisfaction on Vivo Smartphones using the SPSS 23 analysis method. The method of analysis used in this research is the method of observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. The method of determining the sample is determining the Roscoe formula as many as 45 respondents. The analytical method used is the analytical method used is multiple linear analysis. The results showed that: 1. Product Quality (X1) The test results showed the value of t = (0.988) with a significant value of 0.329 > 0.05. With this value, it proves that Product Quality (X1) has an insignificant effect on customer satisfaction. 2. Price (X2) The test results show the value of t = (5.349) with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. With this value, it proves that Price (X2) has a significant influence on customer satisfaction. 3. Product Quality (X1) and Price (X2) have a positive (53,530) and significant (0,000 <0.05) effect on the Customer Satisfaction variable (Y) in Parepare Cit

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of earnings per share and debt to equity ratio on stock returns and the effect of earnings per share, debt to equity ratio, and stock returns on company value.     Human Resources has become an important global issue and affects the government system in Indonesia. This condition is because human resources act as implementers of various activities carried out by the organization. Performance is the result of work in quality and quantity achieved by an employee in carrying out his duties. Good employee performance will affect organizational performance. Factors that affect performance include compensation, employee placement, work environment, work motivation, organizational culture, leadership, work discipline, job satisfaction. This study is devoted to assessing the effect of placement, discipline and motivation on the performance of civil servants at the UPTD PPRD Bali Province in Gianyar Regency. Through research with a sample of 35 civil servants with survey methods and data collection instruments in the form of a 5 (five) Likert questionnaire containing questions about indicators that affect performance including placement, discipline and motivation. The data used are primary and secondary data, both quantitative and qualitative data. The data analysis method used descriptive analysis and inferential analysis using the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The results showed that the placement had a positive and significant effect on performance. Placement has a positive and significant effect on motivation. Discipline has a positive but not significant effect on motivation. Discipline has a negative and insignificant effect on performance. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Motivation partially mediates the effect of placement on employee performance.     Covid-19 is a pandemic that is uncertain when it will end. This study aims to determine the factors of resilience during the Covid-19/Coronavirus Pandemic. This study used a crosssectional design, with purposive snowball sampling. Primary data collection is carried out for one semester starting in August 2021. Respondents fill out a questionnaire about individual characteristics, competencies, Covid-19 experience, and resilience. Resilience was measured using the 10-item Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale and Competence was assessed using five indicators. Respondents who participated in this study were 49 fresh graduates. Regression analysis was carried out to determine the relationship between the variables of resilience, and competence during Covid-19.     The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of asset structure (X1), capital structure (X2), firm size (X3), corporate social responsibility(X4) on firm value (Y) with earning growth (Z) as an intervening variable in non-bank state-owned companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange. 2018-2020 period. The sample companies are 10 non-bank state-owned companies. This research uses SEM-PLS, the software is smartPLS.     This explanatory study seeks to explain the impact of celebrity endorsement and reputation of the @OOTDFESS Forum as exogenous factors on customers' purchase intentions as endogenous variables. Using the questionnaire, the data was collected from 100 millennials aged 20 to 40 who are reside The Covid 19 pandemic had an impact on the world economy so that economic growth in countries has contracted. Indonesia did not escape the contraction of economic growth for 2 quarters. Indonesia has established large-scale social restriction policies to overcome the spread of Covid 19 for each of its regions, as well as Kupang City, East Nusa Tenggara. Almost economic sector was affected by the contraction in economic growth. This study aims to analyze the impact of the Covid pandemic on the service industry 4.0, especially Grab's online transportation service which operates in Kupang City. This study uses primary data by distributing questionnaires to 130 respondents of Grab car and Grab bike partners. The results of paired t tests of 130 respondents showed a significant difference in the demand and income variables before and during the Covid 19 pandemic. The consequences of the Covid 19 pandemic on demand for online grab transportation services have decreased and have an impact on reducing the income of grab car or grab bike partners.     The aims of this study were to anayzed the effect of Quick Ratio, Debt to Ratio, and Fixwd Assest Turnover on Financial Performance in the Food and Baverage Sub Sector of Manufacturing Companies Listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange. The sample in this study consisted of 20 companies into 54 financial reports and annual reports of 20 the food and beverage sub-sector of manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2018-2020 using the purposive sampling method. The results of this study shows that the t-test calculation proves that partially Quick Ratio and Fixed Assets Turnover have no significant effect on Return On Assets, but for Debt to Equity Ratio partially have an effect on Return On Assets. The calculation of the F test results simultaneously proves that the Quick Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Fixed Assets Turnover have a significant effect on Return On Assets. The Coefficient of Determination test is known that the R square value is 0.328 or 32.8% which indicates that ROA can be explained by QR, DER and FATO while the remaining 67.2% is explained by other variable

    This study aims to determine the health status of Kopuwan Mekar Kenanga in the fiscal year 2019-2021 based on Decree No. 14/Per/M of the Minister for Cooperatives and SMEs, Republic of Indonesia. His KUKM on Guidelines for Assessing the Health of Savings and Loan Cooperatives and Savings and Loan Cooperatives arising from aspects of Capital, Quality of Produced Assets, Management, Liquidity, Efficiency, Independence and Growth, and Cooperative Identity /XII/2009. The research method used is quantitative research and uses descriptive data analysis. As a result of the analysis, the health level of Kopwan Mekar Kenanga indicates that the health level in 2019 and 2020 is a fairly healthy predicate, and the low score in 2020 indicates that the condition is fluctuating from 2019 to 2021. is showing.
