STUDY OF SERVICE SPEED AND SERVICE SCAPE AS A BASIC STRATEGY TO INCREASE LOYALTY BY EVALUATING CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AT PT. BANK MANDIRI PERSERO (SOLO BRANCH)
This study aims to determine and analyze empirically the effect of service speed and service scape on customer satisfaction and loyalty at PT. Bank Mandiri Persero (Solo Branch). The analysis techniques used are validity and reliability, linearity, regression, path analysis, t-test, F, coefficient of determination, and correlation analysis. Hypothesis Test Results: service speed has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Service scape has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. The speed of service has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Service scape has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty. Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty. The result of F in the second equation is known to be the magnitude of the value of F = 288.445 significance of 0.000<0.05, so it can be concluded that together the free variables have a significant effect on customer loyalty in PT. Bank Mandiri Persero (Solo Branch). The result of the value of R2 can be explained by the variables of service speed, service scape, and customer satisfaction as an intervening variable of 92.6%, and the remaining 7.4% is explained by other variables outside the research model in the form of interest rates, service quality, and so on. The results of the path analysis show that: The indirect effect of service speed on loyalty is an effective path. The service scape's indirect influence on loyalty is an effective pathway
EFFECT OF MOTIVATION, DISCIPLINE, AND WORK ENVIRONMENT ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE OF PT. NEW ASIA INTERNATIONAL IN SIDOARJO
The research is expected to see and examine the influence of motivation, discipline and work environment on employee performance at PT. New Asia International in Sidoarjo. The sample in this study were 50 workers or employees of PT. New Asia International in Sidoarjo, was taken using a purposive sampling strategy with the Slovin formula. This research method uses multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that motivation, discipline and work environment affect the performance of employees of PT. New Asia International in Sidoarjo is evidenced by the t-test, the significance value for the motivation variable is (X1) 0.028 <0.05 and the t arithmetic value > t table is 2.267 > 2.012. In the work discipline variable (X2), the significance value is 0.009 <0.05, and t count > t table 2.713 > 2.012. In the workplace variable (X3) the significance value is 0.000 <0.05 and t arithmetic > t table 4.801 > 2.012. This shows that each independent factor of motivation, discipline, and work environment partially affects the implementation of employee performance. Simultaneous results show that motivation, discipline and work environment simultaneously affect the performance of employees of PT. New Asia International in Sidoarjo with the results of the F test with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and the calculated F value > F table that is 51.788 > 2.81. While the test results with the coefficient of determination (R2) indicate that motivation, discipline and work environment affect employee performance by 77.2% while the remaining 22.8% is influenced by various other variables
THE ROLE OF DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY IN SUPPORTING TOURISM INDUSTRY POST COVID-19 (CASE STUDY YOGYAKARTA TOURISM DEVELOPMENT
The empirical phenomenon of the COVID-19 Virus has caused hardly disaster for all people around the world. Changes from various aspects of the world of the tourism industry, education, and socio-cultural that must run and carry out an innovation strategy in response to the demands of all millennials needs in the pandemic post-COVID-19. The tourism industry has stopped operating for supported government policies to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus. This research uses qualitative research by observation and searching information, which gives more flexibility in translating information more worthy and hoping the data are relevant to the research objectives and applied sustainably. The support for the development of digital information technology has to be improved fast. In fact, it helps to provide many opportunities for every individual in society to still be able to carry out business activities and innovations online, so as to cover the needs for their survival. Thus, this research is able to get a strategic solution to the impact of post-pandemic COVID-19 on sustainable tourism education development
UPSHOT OF SERVICE AND PRICES ON LOYALTY THROUGH SATISFACTION AS INTERVENING VARIABLES (Case study in "PALAPA TOSERBA" SURABAYA)
Abstract. This study is intended to determine the effect of service and price on customer satisfaction and their impact on customer loyalty at "Palapa Toserba" Surabaya. The population used in this study were all consumers in "Palapa Toserba" Surabaya. The sampling technique used is a non-probability sampling technique precisely accidental sampling , which is a sampling technique based on chance, that is, all members of the population who coincidentally meet with the researcher can be sampled in the study. The sample used in this study was 75 respondents. The test tool used is a path analysis technique with the help software SPSS 17.0From the results of the study concluded that: 1). Service has a direct and significant effect on customer loyalty at "Palapa Toserba" Surabaya, 2). Price has a direct and significant effect on customer loyalty at "Palapa Toserba" Surabaya, 3). Service has a direct and significant effect on customer satisfaction at "Palapa Toserba" Surabaya, 4). Price has a direct and significant effect on customer satisfaction at "Palapa Toserba" Surabaya, 5). Customer satisfaction has a direct and significant effect on customer loyalty at "Palapa Toserba" Surabaya, 6). Service has an indirect effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction at "Palapa Toserba" Surabaya, 7).Price has an indirect effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction at "Palapa Toserba" Surabay
ANALYSIS OF INCOME TAX REPORTING ARTICLE 21 IN PT PANDA INDONESIA IBE TULUNGAGUNG
Based on the law, tax is a people's contribution to the state treasury so that it can be forced, with no contra achievements or direct remuneration. Collection of taxes based on legal norms to cover the costs of producing collective goods and services with the aim of achieving the general welfare This study aims to analyze the calculation, deposit, and reporting of employee salaries at PT PANDA INDONESIA IBE whether the calculations are in accordance with applicable regulations. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, namely by analyzing the occurrence of miscalculation of taxes on employee salaries, as well as the treatment of status that affects the calculation of Article 21 Income Tax imposed on employees of PT PANDA INDONESIA. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method and design. In collecting data for this research through interview, observation, library research and documentation. The data analysis technique is done by grouping the data using the Triangulation Method which is done by comparing information or data in different ways. The results of the study can be concluded that in calculating and withholding the amount of income tax article 21 of 2018 and 2019 PT Panda Indonesia IBE has not been in accordance with the tax provisions applicable in that year in terms of the application of nontaxable income. This is because the company does not include overtime allowance of Rp. 143,000 in 2018 and Rp. 150,000 in 2019. Calculation and deduction of the amount of income tax article 21 of 2018 PT Panda Indonesia IBE in accordance with the tax provisions in force for that year. Because the company is already open, it means that all income from the President Director is included in the calculation of Article 21 Income Tax. In depositing and reporting the Article 21 Income Tax Return for 2018 – 2020 PT Panda Indonesia IBE has fulfilled its obligations properly and on time. In calculating PPh Article 21, it is advisable for the leadership of PT PANDA INDONESIA IBE to issue details of the calculation of PPh Article 21 to make it easier for each employee to know the detailed calculation of PPh Article 21. THE EFFECT OF COUNTRY IMAGE, COMPANY IMAGE, BRAND IMAGE, MEDIATED BY BRAND ATTITUDE ON BUYING INTENTIONS OF WULING AND DFSK BRAND IN SURABAYA
This study aims to examine and investigate the effects of the Chinese automotive product brand on the Indonesian market. Based on the literature relating to the image of the country and the influence of the country of origin, a research model was developed to evaluate the image of the country, the image of the company and the image of the brand. To test models and investigate the influence of country, company and brand image on brand attitudes and purchase intentions, investigate the influence of country, company and brand image on brand attitudes and purchase intentions. State image consists of four dimensions: political image, economic image, citizen image and image of state relations. This research is expected to provide information and theoretical evidence for research on China's image, especially regarding Wuling and DFSK brand products, and also provide empirical evidence to support the "go global" strategy of Chinese companies. ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE AND COMPETENCE TOWARDS TEACHER PERFORMANCE WITH WORK MOTIVATION AS A MEDIATION VARIABLE AT SMP NEGERI 4 GRESIK
This study aims to find out in depth about organizational culture, competence, on teacher performance mediated by motivation, which is at SMP Negeri 4 Gresik. The population and sample in this study were all teachers at SMP Negeri 4 Gresik, totaling 49 people, using a saturated sample, all members of the population were sampled. The data analysis tool uses the SmartPLS for windows program. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that all hypotheses in this study can be accepted, directly organizational culture and competence have a positive and significant effect on performance and motivation. For the indirect effect of organizational culture and competence have a positive and significant effect on performance mediated by motivation
ENTREPRENEUR INTENTION: EDUCATION KNOWLEDGE, ATTITUDE ENTREPRENEUR AND SELF-EFFICACY
The problem of unemployment is also a crucial problem in Indonesia. Currently, the number of unemployed in Indonesia reaches 6.1 million people, where the largest unemployment rate occurs in the young group aged 20-29 years (World Employment and Social Outlook (WESO), 2022). The purpose of this study is to see whether entrepreneurial knowledge and attitude toward entrepreneurship can affect self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention. Method research using quantitative methods with sampling techniques sampling purposive sampling. The questionnaires were distributed online via google form distributed to 200 respondents. The analysis can be in this study using Partial Least Square (PLS). Research result: There is a significant influence between entrepreneurial knowledge, attitude toward entrepreneurs on self-efficacy, and entrepreneurial intention. THE EFFECT ANALYSIS OF WORK EXPERIENCE AND WORK MOTIVATION ON WORK MOTIVATION AT PT. PELABUHAN INDONESIA IV (PERSERO) TARAKAN BRANCH, NORTH KALIMANTAN
The reason for this review was to examine the impact of work understanding and work inspiration on work inspiration at PT. Pelabukhan Indonesia IV (Persero) Tarakan branch, North Kalimantan. Likewise, the impact of work inspiration as an intermediate variable between understanding work and inspiration from working at PT. Pelabukhan Indonesia IV (Persero) Tarakan branch, North Kalimantan. The population in this center, as well as during the study, is mostly PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) Tarakan branch with over 37 employees, including 1 chief supervisor, 5 boat directors and 31 employees. The logical procedure used is a path study using SPSS programming. The results showed that the work experience variable had a positive and critical impact on the work inspiration of the PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) Tarakan branch. ANALISIS THE EFFECT OF STOCK BUYBACKS ON STOCK PRICES IN COMPANIES LISTED IN INDONESIA STOCK EXCHANGE DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC PERIOD IN 2020
Stock repurchase is a corporate action carried out to withdraw part of the outstanding stocks in the market. There are several purposes of this action, including to increase the market price of the company's stocks. This research was to analyze the effect of stock buybacks carried out by corporations on the stock prices of companies listed on the IDX during the Covid-19 pandemic period 2020. There are 21 companies selected to be the object of this study. The collected stock price data was tested for normality and found that it was not normally distributed, so the statistical tools used were non-parametric statistics. The mean difference test is used to test the effect of the corporate action on the stock price. The results of the mean difference test show that the stock repurchase action was able to increase the stock price, although it has not matched the stock prices before the implementation of this corporate action
