Learning capability and work experience to employee loyalty: moderation effect of resilience to change
This research explains the effect of learning capability to work experience and employee loyality: Moderation effect resilience to change. This research is survey research using to the technique of distributing questionnaires to the sample used in this research of 85 pouple, the hypothesis was tested using Partial Least Square with SmartPLS 4.0 Software. Variable measurement uses a Likert scale of 1 to 5. Thaat results of this study show that: (1) tihere is a significanti positiive influence of learning capabilitiy on work experience. (2) tihere is a significanti positiive influence of learning capability on employee loyality. (3) tihere is a significanti positiive influence of work experience in employee loyality. (4) tihere is a significanti influence of resilience to change on work experience. (5) tihere is a significanti positiive influence of resilience to change o employee loyality.(6) there is a insignificant negative influence of resilence to change on learning capability and work experience.(7) there is a insignificant negative effect of resilience to change on learning capability and employee loyality.
The power of information: boosting users' chatbot through trust and satisfaction in Indonesian e-commerce
This study aims to investigate the influence of information quality on users' interest in chatbot usage in the context of e-commerce in Indonesia, with trust and customer satisfaction as mediators. The Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) analysis method is used in this research, with data collected from 360 respondents who are e-commerce users in Indonesia. The results of this study indicate that high information quality positively influences users' interest in chatbot usage. Additionally, consumer trust in the chatbot and the level of customer satisfaction also play a mediating role in this relationship. This research provides valuable insights for e-commerce companies in Indonesia to understand the factors influencing customer acceptance of chatbots, emphasizing the importance of ensuring high information quality, consumer trust, and customer satisfaction to enhance the interest in chatbot usage and improve service quality and customer experience
Succession planning and family business longevity: a study on currency exchange companies
This study investigates the critical determinants influencing the longevity of family businesses, particularly within the context of Money Changers in East Java, Indonesia. The research is grounded in the premise that sustained business success across generations depends on effective succession planning, successor preparation, family commitment, and the involvement of the controlling generation. Using a quantitative approach, the research employs PLS - SEM to analyze the relationships between variables. Data collected from 86 licensed Money Changers in East Java. Findings indicate that succession planning and family commitment significantly influence the involvement of the previous generation in transitioning leadership roles. The research underscores the pivotal role of the controlling generation in ensuring the continuity and stability of family businesses. Recommendations include detailed plans for identifying and preparing successors, enhancing family commitment, and increasing the involvement of the previous generation in decision-making processes. Strengthening these aspects is crucial for ensuring the resilience and long-term viability of family businesses, particularly in the Money Changers sector. Future research should expand its scope to encompass diverse regions and consider customer perspectives to shape robust strategies for sustained family business growth
What is the connection between Gen Y employees' loyalty, satisfaction, and workplace spirituality?
Maintaining and enhancing employee loyalty and satisfaction has always been a top priority for management in every firm. This study aims to investigate the relationship between workplace spirituality, loyalty, and Generation Y employees at private organisations in Indonesia. A quantitative approach with descriptive and verification analysis techniques is used to see the picture and examine the relationship between variables. Data and information were obtained from a sample of 132 people, through the process of distributing questionnaires and surveys. Data analysis using statistical software calculation tools. The results showed that each variable has a fairly high criterion. Employee loyalty is significantly influenced by workplace spirituality and job satisfaction. The results demonstrate that workers who uphold spiritual principles at work are more likely to desire to remain with the company. The theoretical contribution of this study is that Generation Y employee loyalty can be increased by increasing job satisfaction and workplace spirituality. The growth of spiritual values needs to be supported by creating a spiritual work environment, providing fair remuneration is expected to foster loyal attitudes and behavior of employees. Research is limited to Y-generation and to objects in private tertiary institutions in Garut Regency where there is a possibility of cultural similarities, therefore further research is suggested with a wider scope
Board gender diversity, dividend payout, and firm value: study on IDX high dividend 20
The breadth of corporate governance boards encompasses a range of viewpoints and vigilant oversight in assessing management decisions and their impact on dividend strategies. This research seeks to explore how the inclusion of female board directors affects firm value through the dividend payout ratio, drawing on data from companies listed on the IDX High Dividend 20 stock index from 2018 to 2022. Financial and annual reports sourced from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and the companies themselves serve as the basis for this investigation. Findings suggest that the involvement of women on boards influences the company's dividend payout ratio. However, there's no observed impact on firm value through this ratio. Interestingly, the presence of women in executive director roles is found to have a noteworthy, direct negative impact on firm value
Corporate value analysis: the moderating role of capital structure
Sales have decreased as a result of the slowdown in economic growth, which has impacted profitability in the pharmaceutical subsector. The share values of many pharmaceutical businesses have decreased as a result of this phenomenon during the 2020 pandemic. The research method used is associative quantitative research methodology.The information analyzed comes from the financial statements of companies are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).Thegoal of this researchisto identify the importance of variations between the variables studied. The sample was chosen by the usepurposive sampling where 8 companies met the criteria for this study. In this investigation, the Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) technique was used using SPSS version 29. The findings indicated that profitability does not have a significant impact on corporate value, meaning that corporate profits do not affect corporate value. However, liquidity has a significant and positive impact on corporate value, indicating that both profitable and unprofitable corporates have similar corporate value. Capital structure also moderates there lationship between profitability and corporate value, where highly profitable corporates tend to use internal funds, while less profitable corporates rely more on debt. The influence of competency, leadership and organizational culture mediated by job satisfaction on the performance of General Bureau Employees of the Regional Secretariat of East Nusa Tenggara Province
This research investigates the influence of competence, leadership and organizational culture mediated by job satisfaction on the performance of employees of the General Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of East Nusa Tenggara Province. The respondents in this research are all 106 staffs of the General Bureau. The data were collected using survey questionnaire and analysed using SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modelling - Partial Least Squares). The results show that competence and organizational culture partially have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, but leadership has no significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Simultaneously, competence, organizational culture, leadership and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees. Further, the results of the study show that job satisfaction has a positive significant role in mediating the effect of competence and organizational culture on employee performance. However job satisfaction has no significant influence in mediating the effect of leadership on employee performanc

ChatGPT lacks a human supervision system to review and check all its outputs, along the way of its ability, studies found that AI conversation models might have a positive impact on various aspects of the customer experience. Therefore, this research aims to investigate the role of familiarity of technology as the mediation which accommodate the relation between perceived personalization, perceived relevant, perceived accuracy, perceived convenience toward overall satisfaction. This research was analysed by Structured Equation Modelling in the basis of Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Carrying 318 respondents of ChatGPT user in Indonesia. The findings of this research indicates that perceived personalization, perceived relevant, perceived accuracy, perceived convenience positively and significantly influence the familiarity with technology. Furthermore, the familiarity of technology has also positive and significant influenced the overall satisfaction. By then, this research found that the familiarity with technology in ChatGPT has partially mediates the relationship between exogenous variables on endogenous variable
The effect of illiquidity, risk, beta and firm size towards stock returns: ASEAN stock exchanges
This study investigates the effect of factors related to the stock return, such as liquidity, company size, risk, and beta of companies listed on ASEAN Exchanges for 2011-2019. This study uses a quantitative approach by using multiple linear regression method. The dependent variable is stock return, while the independent variables used are liquidity, company size, risk, and beta. This research uses 14,580 observations of 1,620 wide-spread companies across Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore, and Philippine in nine years. The study finds that illiquidity, risk, and size positively influence stock return significantly, while beta has an insignificant positive effect on stock return. This study also finds that there are country-effect towards stock return in each country
Do AIS and innovation influence the relationship between business strategy and SME’s performance?
In the context of a dynamic and competitive business environment, SME actors must also possess a competitive advantage to succeed in the market. One strategy that can be pursued to achieve a competitive advantage is through the optimization of employee performance. This research aims to analyze the relationship between strategy and SME performance, encompassing the examination of innovation and accounting information systems as mediating variables. The study employs Structured Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) analysis. The research involves 435 respondents who are SME actors with business units located in the province of Bengkulu. The findings indicate that strategy has a positive influence on SME performance. Furthermore, strategy also positively influences innovation and accounting information systems. In the context of indirect effects, both innovation and accounting information systems exhibit partial mediating effects in accommodating the relationship between strategy and SME performance. The results of this study emphasize that SME actors should be capable of crafting appropriate business strategies through various business innovations and improvements in accounting information systems, thereby enhancing SME performance
