    ZONASI KERENTANAN LONGSOR DENGAN METODE ANALYTICAL HIERARCHY PROCESS (AHP) DI DAS JLANTAH HULU KABUPATEN KARANGANYAR TAHUN 2014

    ABSTRACTThis study is aimed to (1) know about the landslide zonation in Jlantah Upperland Karanganyar Regency 2014, (2) know the type of landslide in Jlantah Upperland Karanganyar Regency 2014, (3) know some mitigation steps for landlisdes phenomenons in Jlantah Upperland Karanganyar Regency 2014, (4) make an implementation On A Base Competencies For Analyzed Relationship Between Human and Environment As A Result Of Pedosfer and Lytosfer Dynamics at Main Principal on The Effect of Exogens For Humanity Process : For a Senior High School Grade X.This study use descriptive method with landunit as the unit analysis and organized with survey on a fields. Landunit are part of the land with similar land characteristics of geology, soils, slope and land use. Overlaying of these characteristics produced The Landunit Map, consist of 28 landunits, which the main study populations. Sampling Techniques with purposive sampling. Data collecting in this study done by field observations, interviews, laboratory test and documentation anlysis.     ANALISIS DISTRIBUSI SPASIAL DAN KINERJA PELAYANAN KANTOR POS DI KOTA SURAKARTA

    ABSTRACTThe research aims at providing: (1) the spatial distribution of the post office (2) the pattern distribution of the post office (3) the perfomance of the post office in Surakarta city in 2012.Spatial descriptive method was applied, the research populations was post office in Surakarta city. Purposive sampling is used as sampling technique to determine the performance of the post office . The data were collected using documentation technique, direct observation of the post office, and questioner to determine the performance of the post office. Map analysis was applied to determine the result.The result of this research reveals: (1) Total post office in Surakarta city are 16 units. The highest distribution of post office in Surakarta is located in Laweyan, they are 6 units (37,5,%), Banjarsari and Jebres are 3 units (18,75%), and the lowest distribution is located in Pasar Kliwon and Serengan, they are 2 units (12,5%). (2) Distribution pattern of post offices in Surakarta is random with  value of T=1.41.(3) The best performance post office’s service is at Gladak post office, pretty good service performance are Nusukan post office, Mojosongo post office, UNS post office, Jebres post office, Semanggi post office, Pasar Jongke post office, Gading post office, Tipes post office, Kerten post office and Jajar post office, poor service performance is Cengklik post office, Setabelan post office, Makamhaji post office, Purwosari post office and post office Sriwedari. Keywords: spatial distribution, distribution pattern, performance of service

    This study is aimed to know(1) land cover changes in Jlantah Upperland Watershed, (2) condition of water supplies in Jlantah Upperland Watershed Karanganyar Regency 2009-2013, (3) the effect of land cover changes for water supplies in Jlantah Upperland Watershed, (4) give a sign and recommendation for land cover based on each part of Jlantah Upperland Watershed 2009-2013, (5) make an Implementation For Geographical Suplement Educate On A Base Competencies Of Relationship Between Human And Environment As A Result of Hydrosfer Dynamics : For Senior High School Grade X.This research was a descriptive study used spatial approach with part of Jlantah Upperland Watershed as a unit analysis and organized with survey on a fields. All of part of Jlantah Upperland Watershed as a study to know the condition of water supplies explained by each part of watershed such as its upperland, middleland and lownland to get the spreads of one variability on this study, water supplies. Sampling techniques with purposive sampling. Data collecting with survey on a fileds, interviews, laboratory test and documentation analysis. Data analysis techniques with descriptive include spatial relationship between condition of land cover changes in Jlantah Upperland Watershed with water supplies of Jlantah Upperland Watershed 2009-2013.Based on data analysis, the result of this research are : (1) Landcover changes happened in Jlantah Upperland Watershed with the biggest changing was grassland (-119,98 Ha) and unbuild land (+115,90 Ha) in a periode of 2009-2013, (2) Water supplies changes happened in Jlantah Upperland Watershed happened on 2010 with 63.548.975 m3/yr, supported by 53.172.414 m3/yr from the upperland, (3)Percentages Landcover changes in Jlantah Upperland was -1,73% caused decreasing of water supplies for 27%, (4) Signed and reccomendation gave by each part of Jlantah Upperland Watershed, the upperland with 100% yearly vegetation, the middleland with 25% maximum of seasonal vegetation and 75% yearly vegetation,the downland with 50% of each types include of seasonal vegetation and yearly vegetation, (5) Final results of this research could use for Implementation For Geographical Suplement Educate On A Base Competencies Of Relationship Between Human And Environment As A Result of Hydrosfer Dynamics : For Senior High School Grade X.Keywords : Spatial correlation, land cover changes, water supplies, sign                and recommendatio

Pengaruh Perubahan Penutup Lahan Terhadap Debit Aliran Permukaan dan Arahan Konservasi Lahan di Sub Das Cacaban Tahun 2001 dan 2013 (Implementasi Dalam Pembelajaran Geografi Pada Kompetensi Dasar Menganalisis Hubungan Antara Manusia Dengan Lingkungan Sebagai Akibat Dari Dinamika  Hidrosfer). Desember 2014.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) mengetahui luas perubahan penutup lahan yang terjadi di Sub DAS Cacaban  tahun 2001 dan 2013 (2) mengetahui pengaruh perubahan penutup lahan terhadap debit aliran permukaan, (3) menentukan arahan konservasi lahan untuk mengurangi besarnya aliran permukaan, (4) membuat suplemen bahan pembelajaran Geografi pada kompetensi dasar Menganalisis Hubungan Antara Manusia Dengan Lingkungan Sebagai Akibat Dari Dinamika  Hidrosfer.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode survei. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh satuan lahan  Sub DAS Cacaban tahun 2001 dan 2013. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling untuk sampel satuan lahan. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, dokumentasi, wawancara, dan uji laboratorium. Teknik analisis data menggunakan metode Cook’s sehingga diketahui debit aliran permukaan  tahun 2001 dan 2013 yang kemudian dibandingkan besarannya untuk mengetahui pengaruh perubahan penutup lahan terhadap debit aliran permukaan serta arahan konservasi lahan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Pada tahun 2001 dan 2013 perkebunan campuran dan ladang merupakan penutup lahan yang paling banyak mengalami perubahan, yaitu  perkebunan campuran berkurang 219,01 Ha ( 7,62 %) dan berubah menjadi ladang  dengan luas 217,46 Ha pada tahun 2013. (2) Dinamika penutup lahan menyebabkan  peningkatan luas lahan yang masuk dalam kelas debit rata-rata sedang dan sangat tinggi. Lahan yang masuk kelas debit rata-rata  sedang  bertambah 498,8 Ha dan kelas sangat tinggi bertambah 746,6 Ha. (3) Terdapat 4 arahan konservasi lahan, yaitu konservasi A, B, C, dan E. Konservasi A berupa teras bangku, teras gulud dengan budidaya tanaman semusim maksimal 75% dan tanaman tahunan minimal 25%. Konservasi B berupa teras bangku, budidaya lorong, pagar hidup, silvipastura, tanaman penutup tanah, rorak, strip rumput atau strip tanaman alami dengan budidaya tanaman semusim maksimal 50% dan tanaman tahunan minimal 50%. Konservasi C berupa teras individu, rorak, budidaya lorong, pagar hidup, tanaman penutup tanah dengan budidaya tanaman semusim maksimal 25% dan tanaman tahunan minimal 75%. Konservasi E berupa teras individu, teras kebun dengan budidaya tanaman semusim maksimal 0% dan tanaman tahunan minimal 100%. (4) Hasil penelitian ini berupa  bahan ajar Geografi pada Kompetensi Dasar Menganalisis Hubungan Antara Manusia Dengan Lingkungan Sebagai Akibat Dari Dinamika  Hidrosfer.  Kata Kunci: Penutup Lahan, Debit Aliran Permukaan, Metode Cook’s, Konservasi Lahan

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar geografi melalui penerapan model Sains Teknologi Masyarakat (STM) pada materi pelestarian lingkungan hidup dan pembangunan berkelanjutan di kelas XI IIS 1 SMA N 1 Surakarta tahun ajaran 2014/2015, dan (2) untuk mengetahui peningkatan sikap peduli lingkungan peserta didik melalui penerapan model Sains Teknologi Masyarakat (STM) pada materi pelestarian lingkungan hidup dan pembangunan berkelanjutan di kelas XI IIS 1 SMA N 1 Surakarta tahun ajaran 2014/2015. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus dan setiap siklus terdiri dari 4 tahap, yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan reflek si. Subyek penelitian ini adalah Kelas XI IIS 1 SMA Negeri 1 Surakarta Tahun Ajaran 2014/2015. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara, angket, dokumentasi, dan tes. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) penerapan model pembelajaran Sains Teknologi Masyarakat (STM) terbukti secara empiris dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar geografi pada materi pelestarian lingkungan hidup dan pembangunan berkelanjutan kelas XI IIS 1 SMA Negeri 1 Surakarta Tahun Ajaran 2014/2015 pada siklus II dengan persentase hasil belajar kompetensi pengetahuan sebesar 91,30%, hasil belajar kompetensi sikap sebesar 91,30%, dan hasil belajar kompetensi keterampilan sebesar 86,96%., dan (2) penerapan model pembelajaran Sains Teknologi Masyarakat (STM) terbukti secara empiris dapat meningkatkan sikap peduli lingkungan peserta didik pada materi pelestarian lingkungan hidup dan pembangunan berkelanjutan kelas XI IIS 1 SMA Negeri 1 Surakarta Tahun Ajaran 2014/2015 pada siklus II dengan persentase sebesar 82,61% peserta didik memiliki sikap peduli lingkungan tinggi.     ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study: (1) ) to find out the comparison of constructed and non-constructed lands in Kartasura-Boyolali Corridor in 2004, 2009, and 2013 (2) to find out the development of settlement in Kartasura-Boyolali Corridor in 2004, 2009, and 2013 (3) to find out the settlement pattern in Kartasura-Boyolali Corridor. The unit of analysis used in this study was administrative regional unit of Kartasura-Boyolali Corridor. The approach used in this study was spatial pattern approach and spatial process approach.Considering the result of research on spatial transformation in Kartasura-Boyolali Corridor, it could be concluded that (1) the constructed area width in Kartasura-Boyolali Corridor was 1042.87 Ha in 2004, 1078.88 Ha in 2009, and 1087.28 Ha in 200013, the width of constructed land increased by 3.45% in 2004-2009 time interval and by 0.77% in 2009-2013, overall it increased by 4.25% in 2004-2013 (2) The settlement width in Kartasura-Boyolali Corridor was 740.45 Ha in 2004, 747.52 Ha in 2009, and 770.13 Ha in 2013, the settlement width increased by 0.24% in 2004-2009, 0.75% in 2009-20013 and overall it increased by 4.1% in 2004-2013 (3) The settlement pattern in Kartasura-Boyolali Corridor was protracted clustered medium density in type.Keywords: intercity corridor, peri urban, urban sprawl, spatial transformatio

Primary data are obtained directly from field as a phisical primary data and non-phisical primary data, and the secondary data of this research are obtained by transcribing the statistic data from the relevant instance. The technique sampling using area probability sampling.Based on the research, there are two  conclusions, they are: (1) the demographic characteristics of female industrial workers were: mostly aged 25-34 years, married, had 1-2 children, with the most number of family dependents of 1-2 persons. The social characteristics were most industrial female workers were graduated from Junior High School; the education level of female worker household head was up to Senior High School level; arisan RT and arisan RW were the social activities mostly attended by female industrial workers; and the average main occupation of female worker household head was factory worker. The economic characteristics were work hour devotion of female industrial worker was more then and less than 7 hours a day for a week; the average income of female industrial worker was IDR 1,003,262.00; the average income of female industrial worker household head was IDR 1,192,612.00; and the average income of female worker industrial family was IDR 2,106,119.00; the average per capita income of female industrial worker family was IDR 481,699.00 per month; and the average per capita expense of female industrial worker family was IDR 370,975.00. The demographic reason why the female workers worked was high education tuition for children (45.24%). The social reason was to help the household head increase their income (80.95%). The economic reason was that the household head had not satisfied yet their family life need (66.67%). This matter leads the teacher to find proper teaching strategy in order to gain the purpose of curriculum. SMP N 4 Sukoharjo is one of the schools which implement 2013 curriculum but, the learning strategy being implemented is not really relevant with the curriculum itself. The subject material being learnt on the 8th grade is Human and Environment Interaction. In order to improve the students’ critical thinking and activeness, proper learning method being proposed is project based learning through group discussion and investigation. Based on the research purpose, this research used quasi experimental method. The research subject is students who sit on the VII E and VII F class at even semester, SMP N 3 Sukoharjo. Research object being chosen are learning outcome of the Social Science on human and environment interaction material by using group discussion and investigation on project based learning model. Data collection technique in this study was documentation, test, and observation. The data analysis was hypothesis test.Based on the data analysis and discussion, the conclusion are as follows : (1) there is significant difference of learning result between group investigation and discussion method related with Project Based Learning approach on Social Science with Human and Environment Interaction material at the VII grade students in even semester of SMPN 3 Sukoharjo 2013/2014 academic year , it was considered from the result of t test, in the amount of tcount > ttable or 6,186 > 1,67 (2) group investigation method in Project Based Learning tends to be more effective being implemented than discussion method. Subjects of this research  are  media experts, material experts and 47 students as respondents. Data obtained from validation assessment of sheet material experts and media experts, and learner’ assessment, interview, test and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative analysis.The stages in this development of research into five steps, including: (1) Analysis (2) Design (3) Development (4) Implementation (5) Evaluation. The results of research are mobile learning instructional media using schoology applications is proferly used for geography instructional in X grade Senior High School based on media expert’s estimation through score 4 (good) on any aspect mode, ie aspects of instructional design, interface design aspects and aspects of expediency. Based on material expert’s estimation got score 4 (good) in aspects of quality material and score 5 (very good) of the advantage of material aspect. Based on one to one evaluation, small group evaluation and field trial evaluation got score  4 (good)  on all properly criteria aspects. The properness of this media is also supported by an increase in the study of students seen from the average value of field trials learners during pre-test was 51.26 and the average post-test score was 79.31. From these data it can be seen that the increase occurred learners' learning outcomes with a 28.05 percentage of 54.72%.Keywords: Mobile learning, Schoology, Hydrosphere, Propernes

    ABSTRACTSeptiana Eka Kurniawati.THE APPLICATION OF THE MODEL OF ARTICULATION TO IMPROVE THE LEARNING PROCESS AND RESULT IN SOCIAL SCIENCE WITH THE TOPIC OF DISCUSSION OF HYDROSPHERE OF THE STUDENTS IN GRADE VII-H OF STATE JUNIOR SECONDARY SCHOOL 3 OF KARTASURA IN ACADEMIC YEAR 2013/2014. Skripsi: The Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Sebelas Maret University, Surakarta, July 2014.The objective of this research is to investigate the improvement of learning process and result in Social Science with the topic of discussion of Hydrosphere through the use of the cooperative learning model of the articulation type of the students in Grade VII-H of State Junior Secondary School 3 of Kartasura in Academic Year 2013/2014.This research used the classroom action research. Its subjects were all of the students in Grade VII-H as many as 30. The sources of data of research were the students and their teacher. The data were gathered through in-depth interview, observation, documentation or archives, and test. They were validated by using the method triangulation, and analyzed by using the descriptive comparative technique of analysis. The result of research shows that the application of the cooperative learning model of the articulation type can improve the quality of learning process and result. There is an improvement in both variables from the initial condition prior to the treatment to the final condition following the treatment in Cycle II. The improvement of the learning process from the initial condition to Cycle I has not achieved the performance indicator stipulated, but it is fulfilled in Cycle II. The learning result of the students improves significantly. Prior to the treatment, their average score is 72, and following the treatment it becomes 75 in Cycle I and 78 in Cycle II respectively with the learning completeness of 100%. Thus, the cooperative learning model of the articulation type can improve the quality of learning process and result of the students in Grade VII-H of State Junior Secondary School 3 of Kartasura. Keywords: Articulation Model Learning.
