The Effectiveness of Data Imputations on Myocardial Infarction Complication Classification Using Machine Learning Approach with Hyperparameter Tuning
Complications from Myocardial Infarction (MI) represent a critical medical emergency caused by the blockage of blood flow to the heart muscle, primarily due to a blood clot in a coronary artery narrowed by atherosclerotic plaque. Diagnosing MI involves physical examination, electrocardiogram (ECG) evaluation, blood sample analysis for specific heart enzyme levels, and imaging techniques such as coronary angiography. Proactively predicting acute myocardial complications can mitigate adverse outcomes, and this study focuses on early prediction using classification methods. Machine learning algorithms such as Support Vector Machine (SVM), Random Forest, and XGBoost were employed to classify patient medical records accurately. Techniques like K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN) imputation, Iterative imputation, and Miss Forest were used to handle incomplete datasets, preserving vital information. Hyperparameter optimization, crucial for model performance, was performed using Bayesian Optimization, which minimizes the objective function by modeling past evaluations. The contribution to this study is to see how much influence data imputation has on classification using machine learning methods on missing data and to see how much influence the optimization method has when performing hyperparameter tuning. Results demonstrated that the Iterative Imputation method yielded excellent performance with SVM and XGBoost algorithms. SVM achieved 100% accuracy, precision, sensitivity, F1 score, and AUC. XGBoost reached 99.4% accuracy, 100% precision, 79.6% sensitivity, an F1 score of 88.7%, and an AUC of 0.898. KNN Imputation with SVM showed results similar to Iterative Imputation with SVM, while Random Forest exhibited poor classification outcomes due to data imbalance, causing overfitting
The Potential of Sugarcane Bagasse (Saccharum officinarum Linn.) as a Basic Ingredient for Making Cosmetics and Its Effectiveness as an Exfoliator and Skin Moisturizer
Sugarcane bagasse (Saccharum officinarum Linn.) contains most of the phenolic compounds including gallic acid, ferulic acid, epicatechin, quercetin, and kaempferol. Various phenolic compounds contained in sugarcane bagasse, especially phenolic acids, have important bioactivity for the cosmetics industry. The aim of this research is to determine the potential of sugarcane bagasse as an active ingredient in cosmetics and its effectiveness as an exfoliator and skin moisturizer. This research method is experimental, using sugarcane bagasse samples with concentrations of 1%, 3% and 5%. The results of phytochemical screening showed that sugarcane bagasse contains phenolic compounds, flavonoids and phytosterols. Based on the research results, sugarcane bagasse exfoliating gel at concentrations of 1%, 3%, and 5% increased skin tone respectively, namely 1.00 ± 0.67; 0.40±0.49; and 0.30 ± 0.39. Sugarcane bagasse moisturizing gel at concentrations of 1%, 3%, and 5% had a percent increase in skin water content, respectively, namely 6.92 ± 11.094; 2.72±10.21; and 3.36 ± 6.49. Based on SPSS analysis, it is known that variations in the concentration of bagasse extract and the time of use have a significant effect on increasing skin tone. Meanwhile, variations in the concentration of bagasse extract did not have a significant effect on increasing skin water content. However, the time of use has a significant effect on the increase in skin water content. So, it can be concluded that sugarcane bagasse extract has the potential to be an active ingredient in making cosmetics and is effective as an exfoliator and skin moisturizer

Measuring Cyberbullying Levels among Adolescents in Integrated Islamic Junior High Schools in Jambi City: An Implementation of the Rasch Model
The incidence of cyberbullying in adolescents is increasing. This is, in part, attributed to the progress of Science and Technology (IPTEK), which is inseparable from the negative impact of cyberbullying. The latter has become central to adolescent communication. Consequently, cyberbullying, especially among adolescents, demands serious attention for early intervention. The purpose of this study was to measure the level of cyberbullying among students at SMP IT Jambi City by implementing the Rasch Model, a modern theoretical approach enhancing the accuracy of measuring latent variables. The research included 91 students from classes VII and VIII, selected through proportional random sampling. Data collection employed the Cyber Victim and Bullying Scale (CVBS) with 28 questions. The Rasch Model analysis revealed a high level of cyberbullying among adolescents at SMP IT Jambi City, with 52.2% categorized as high and 47.8% as low. The results demonstrated high accuracy, evident in validity and reliability coefficients of 0.87 and 0.71, respectively. This research provides valuable information for stakeholders aiming to maintain a cyberbullying-free climate
Forgiving Others towards Self-Happiness: A Meta-Analysis Review
This article presents a meta-analytic study examining the relationship between forgiving others and personal happiness. Data were collected from fifteen sources across thirteen articles, involving a total of 6,651 participants (57% female; 43% male). The results, using a random effects model, indicate a significant positive relationship between forgiveness and happiness (z = 5.793; p < 0.001; 95% CI (0.179; 0.360)). The correlation is moderate, with the confidence interval ranging from 0.179 to 0.361. This meta-analysis supports previous studies that suggest a positive correlation between forgiving others and increased happiness. Specifically, individuals who are willing to forgive tend to experience higher levels of happiness compared to those who do not forgive. Age and country of origin showed no significant differences. The implications of this study suggest that age and country of origin are not relevant factors for justifying a lack of forgivenes
