    The Use of 2D Plastic Grating for Surface Profile and Dimension Manufacture Product Measurements by Using NDT Moiré Technique. Research of measuring the shape and dimension of object using the moiré technique have been done. Measurement have been made by observing the moiré space as a result of interaction between grating and its shadow casted on the object's surface caused by the projector lamp with CCD camera. The acquired data was further processed by way of off-line. By successive phase shifts that is π/2, π dan 3π/2 towards the table tennis ball at the distance of 48 cm from the light source and CCD camera, with the distance between CCD Camera and light source 13,5 cm and grating space 0,5 mm. It was obtained that convex shape can be identified by resolution of 0,24 mm.     ANALISIS IODAT DALAM BUMBU DAPUR DENGAN METODE IODOMETRI DAN X-RAY FLUORESCENCE

    Iodat Analysis Content in Cooking Ingredients Using Iodometry and X-ray Fluorescence Methods. Salt iodization program using iodine fortification into salt method is the best method that is effective and economical to overcome the problems caused by iodine deficiency. However in, its development there are some issues clamed that the use of iodized salt is ineffective since iodine content reduces, even disappear when the salt mix with other cooking ingredients. In order to investigated the existence of iodine in cooking ingredients, a research applying iodometry and X-ray fluorescence methods was carry out. The result obtained by iodometry method showed decreases in iodine content in each ingredient, as chili was 75,5 %, ketumbar was 51,43 %, and pepper was 20.99 %. On the other hand, the X-rayFluorescence measurement showed the iodat deficiency in chili was 12.84 %, ketumbar was 6.42 %, and pepper was 1.14 %. The difference in the result of iodat deficiency can be caused by difference in principle and possessed by them. Iodometry only can analyze iodine in iodat form, while in cooking ingredients iodat may exist in various compound.     Development and Analysis of Geographic Information System for Electricity Network (Case Study: Surabaya Industrial Estate Rungkut in Surabaya). Geographic Information System (GIS) is a system of data which has spatial base. This may be cause has ability to process and analysis data quickly. The ability of GIS will be able to process the alternative in decision making. The need of electric power grows until recent time along with the existence of industrial sector expansion and land use expansion claim better service, large and balance stock of electric power. GIS is asolution for planning and managing data base system, for quickly service and professional service to consumer in Surabaya Industrial Estate Rungkut (SIER) Area. By using Arc View to process the data which has spatial base, and supported by energy and voltage data in Surabaya Industrial Estate Rungkut area, the resistance, current, voltage regulation, energy losses supplied by Surabaya Industrial Estate Rungkut can be calculated.     Phase composition analysis using rietveld methode and it's influence to the hardness of Ti-Si-N nanocomposites.XRD data of nanocomposites Ti-Si-N have been analysed using GSAS based on Rietveld Method in order to identifyphases and their composition as well as its influence on the hardness of these nanocomposites. Several new phaseshave been found in the sample beside the nc-TiN/a-Si3N4& a-/nc-TiSi2 that have been known widely. From the obtainedcrystalline phase, after the calculation of amorf Si3N4 and TiSi2 phase fraction, it is found that the optimum hardness canbe reached when the fraction of a-Si3N4 phase around 8 wt.%Keywords: Nanokomposit, Metode Rietveld, GSA

    Application of Tabu Search Algorithm in Job Shop Scheduling. Tabu Search is one of local search methods whichis used to solve the combinatorial optimization problem. This method aimed is to make the searching process of the bestsolution in a complex combinatorial optimization problem(np hard), ex : job shop scheduling problem, became moreeffective, in a less computational time but with no guarantee to optimum solution.In this paper, tabu search is used tosolve the job shop scheduling problem consists of 3 (three) cases, which is ordering package of September, October andNovember with objective of minimizing makespan (Cmax). For each ordering package, there is a combination for initialsolution and tabu list length. These result then compared with 4 (four) other methods using basic dispatching rules suchas Shortest Processing Time (SPT), Earliest Due Date (EDD), Most Work Remaining (MWKR) dan First Come FirstServed (FCFS).     PEMBUATAN POLIMER LATEKS EMULSI UNTUK PENINGKATAN CBR TANAH SUB-GRADE PADA KONSTRUKSI JALAN

    Synthesize of emulsion polymer latex for sub-grade CBR improvement in the road construction. Latex polymerfor California Bearing Ratio (CBR) enhancement in sub-grade soil of road building has been prepared by emulsionpolymerizations technique. The prepared polymer then characterize by Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR). Forapplication purpose, CBR test was done to the compacted polymer added-soil. The CBR test is done also for bothsoaked and unsoaked samples. It is found that our latex polymer is better then other imported latex polymer. For thelatex polymer, which is design to have Temperatur glass (Tg) around 9.8-19.6o, indicating the formation of C=O and -C-O-C- bonds at 1732-1736 cm-1 energy absorption as binder groups. CBR test results show that our latex polymer hasCBR value around 15-18 % compare to the soil without polymer binder.Keywords: latex polymer, CBR value, polymer binde

    Water Quality of Rivers and Ponds on DKI Jakarta. Thirteen big rivers, some small rivers, and 40 ponds spreadover districts at Jakarta city are potential to support human being life. As the population is growing and the usage ofstream water is increasing, the condition and quality of rivers and ponds are changing. Crowd housing can affect riversand ponds pollution, as the people awareness about clean and healthy environment is less. Stream water pollutionassessment can be done by counting the effect of pollutant to life of stream water organisms. This assessment unit couldbe classified into physics, chemical, and biological parameter. To know the water quality, those parameters aretransformed into one single value, that is Water Quality Index. The calculation result of Water Quality Index valueshows that 83 % of rivers and 79 % of ponds are bad.     Design of Generating Dual Frequency Operation for Triangular Microstrip Antenna Using ElectromagneticCoupling. A new design is proposed in this paper by applying a pair of slits using a microstrip feed line. Therefore themicrostrip line feeding system is electromagnetically coupled to the patch. The antenna works at two differentfrequencies in the range from 2 GHz to 4 GHz (S band frequency).     The research of deposition process is the first step in development process of multi materials selective laser sintering.The deposition process enables to settle multi materials powder in horizontal formation on one layer. In this research weuse low frequency (70 - 200Hz) to vibrate a hopper nozzle in which powder is settled. The research method consists oftwo steps, the first step is to determine flow-ability parameters and the second is to join flow ability parameter withother parameters such that the line width can be controlled.     Hybrid Identification System with ARX and Fast Fourier Transform in Application of a Quarter of Vehicle HalfActive Suspension. In a control system problem, identification system mechanism is a absolute thing, especially inadaptation controlling to disturbance changing. For that case, is needed an identification method which can identify thechanging of disturbance in that system. The aim of this research is to give an alternative in system/plant identificationwhich is a combination (hybrid) of ARX and Fast Fourier Transform. So, it is needed an algorithm design foridentification process. In this case, the designed algorithm will be implemented in software that works based on Matlab.The result of car mass 500Kg in seventh second with first way disturbance is the biggest frequency at this time.Operation frequency produced is 27.4889Hz, estimation model magnitude is 1.3431E-006 and estimation model phaseis -86.8307. The result of car mass 1000Kg in 15th-second, with second way disturbance is the biggest frequency at thistime. Operation frequency produced is 3.9270Hz, estimation model magnitude is 1.1780E-006 and estimation modelphase is 131,5950.
