    Background: The growth and developed hospital should be effectively and efficiency managed. This fact should be carried out in order to face strict competitions in the health world. The hospital can survive in facing the existing competitions by counting the previous hospital fee and using fee account model competitively. In PKU Muhammadiyah Unit I Yogyakarta, Set of Essential Services (SES) of caesarea operation fee, class III, and cost sharing between the hospital and the goverment are different. In this study, the researcher only counts caesarea operation fee for re-use in order to create low cost sharing. Up till now, the hospital party never counts those existing differences. This case will lead them to get a financial loss. By having this fact, the researcher was eager to know about cost sharing analysis of caesarea operation fee account, class III, in PKU Muhammadiyah Unit I Yogyakarta.Methode: This was qualitative descriptive research which analyses the exact fee by using real cost method to know the difference of patient?s fee toward the real fee in the hospital. Bisides that, interview method was applied to know the head of finance and Central Surgeon Installation (CSI) workers opinion.Resulth: The result of Set of Essential Services (SES) fee of health insurance? toward caesarea operation was Rp 1.230.429, caesarea operation fee by using real cost method was Rp 3.764.388, in fact, the exact fee from RS PKU Muhammadiyah Unit I Yogyakarta was Rp 4.705.388. In conclusion, the final results were the difference of Set of Essential Services (SES) fee of health insurance between real cost was Rp 2.533.959 and the difference of Set of Essential Services (SES) fee of health insurance? between the exact hospital costs was Rp 3.475.056.Conclusion: The researcher has concluded that set of costs which is based on unit cost was higher that hospital cost recently. The highest cost was given for buying medicines and temporary materials.     Background: A hospital is an organization of health professionals through an organized and permanent medical facilities conducting medical services, continuous nursing care, diagnosis and treatment of illnesses suffered by patients. Nurses require documentation standards as guidance and direction in maintenance recording / documentation of activities and instructions for making patterns / recording formats appropriate, evidence recording and reporting on the status of the client and used as a communication tools that is accurate and complete. Nurses are not only required to improve the quality of nursing care, but also claimed to be properly documented. Nurses often do not obey and do the routine without regard to their legality aspect, although many factors are influence documentation. This study aims to determine compliance with standards of nursing care nurse at PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital in Bantul. Methods: This was a qualitative descriptive research with a view to charging documents compliance with nursing standards of nursing care PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital in Bantul. This research was conducted with a view of nursing care standards document in May 2010. Implementation process that includes data collection, data processing, and presentation of comprehensive data and information accurately, timely, and trustworthy in the hospitalization. Results: he results seen from the documentation of nursing care standards shows that the nurses in the inpatient unit class PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital in Bantul III comply with the standards of nursing care that is 100% obedient to categorize nurses in assessment, diagnosis and planning, while 94.7% of nurses in the implementation of compliance and categorize 89.5% nurses in the evaluation categorize obedient. Conclusion: Compliance with the standards of nursing care nurse in the Inpatient Unit RSU PKU Muhammadiyah class III Bantul, has been running quite well because the nurse dutifully on the charging document nursing care standards.     AbsractBackground: SP2TP is to meet the needs of administration at the higher level in order to develop, determine policies and utilized by health centers to improve efforts of health centers, through planning, mobilization, execution, monitoring, control and assessment. Based on the results of the initial survey SP2TP in Dompu has not been maximal. Therefore it is necessary to study the system of integrated recording and reporting of health centers (SP2TP) in the area of health services in Dompu Regency.Methods: This research is a qualitative descriptive located in all district health centers in Dompu Regency. Data was collected through interviews with the study subjects of ten people in the board of integrated recording and reporting system of health centers in each health center and health department.Results: The study results indicated that the reporting was still done manually; it still focused ondisease patterns and the most 10 diseases. The submitted report was incomplete because there was no coordination, guiding book, difficult transportation, electrical disturb, Feedback was given orally. In terms of data quality SP2TP was still low. This was proven by the low completeness and timeliness for report delivery. While the use of data and information was still focused on the annual profiling.Conclusion: the difficult accessibility of health centers with the Health Service made report shipping incomplete and not timely. Keywords: System reporting, system recording, SP2T

    Background: Sausage was a snack with raw meat, crushed meat preserved by salting. Nitrateand nitrite salt is one of the preservatives used in meat preservation process to obtain goodcolor and prevent microbial growth. Nitrite as a preservative permitted its use, but keep in mindits use in food in order not to exceed the limits, so it does not negatively impact human health.Permenkes Republic of. 1168/Menkes/Per/X/1999 about food additives limit the maximum useof the preservative nitrite in processed meat product that is equal to 125 mg / kg. Excessiveconsumption of nitrite can cause harm to the wearer, whether they are direct, ie poisoning, orwho are indirect, ie nitrites are carcinogenic. The purpose of this study to determine the contentof nitrite in sausages at sausage distributor in the city of Yogyakarta in 2011.Method: The study was descriptive research laboratory test. The object of this study were 5brand sausage sausage found in a different distributor. Nitrite content analysis conducted by twostages of testing, the test qualitative and quantitative test. Qualitative test performed todetermine whether there is content of nitrite in sausages by using reagents sulfanilat acid-?-naftilamina, while the quantitative tests conducted to determine the levels of nitrite contained inthe sausage with a spectrophotometer. Data analysis results of research done descriptively andare presented in table and narrative.Results: The study of five brands of sausage on the distributor in the city of Yogyakarta showsthat all brands of sausage samples containing nitrite with nitrite levels varied.Conclusion: Of the 5 brands of sausage samples studied, the results showed that one samplehad higher levels of nitrite that does not meet the requirements under Decree No. Permenkes.1168/Menkes/Per/X/1999, namely the brand sausage sample E with higher levels of nitrite of211.294 mg / kg.Keywords: Analysis, sausage, nitrit

    Background: To provide a quality service to the customer (patient) needs to be a measure of the quality of existing services, covering five dimensions, namely reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles in order to create a patient satisfaction. To determine the level of quality, can be measured from the expectations and perceptions of customers (patients).Method: Using the Service Quality (Servqual) method integrated in the Fuzzy. Fuzzy Servqual method is the instrument to measure the service quality between costumers (as patient) expectation and costumers (as patient) perception. Fuzzy set theory to accomode subjectivity and ambiguity on quality service judgement.Conclusion: Using the method acquired Fuzzy Sevqual five attributes / criteria that are a priority for improved quality of services because it has a value of Servqual (Gap) weighted the most. Attributes that are Facilities provided incomplete and inadequate with a value of -1.417 servqual, for the second order The equipment used not using the latest technology (advanced) of -1.313, which is third on The officer has not been attentive to treat patients with a value of -1.250 servqual, for the fourth and final fifth Handling of complaints and Non-radiology is not convenient of -1.146.     Background : Based on rank human development index (HDI), Indonesia is on order 109 of state, 174 far below the other asean countries. Factors dominated HDI developed by united nations development program (UNDP) is education, health, and economics. The third factor is very close to nutrition status of society. Based on the research basic health 2010, prevalence toddlers undernourishment ( weight less ) by 18.0 percents 4.9 percent with malnutrition and prevalence toddlers bony ( wasting ) is 13.3 percent. Riskesdas 2010 described inhabitant of consuming food under 70 % of figure adequate nutrition that is recommended 2004 as many as 40,6 percent this situation many units which on a school-age child ( 41.2 % ), adolescent ( 54.5 % ), and pregnant women ( 44.2 % ), this will affect nutrition status.Methods : This research was using crosssectional design.Results : Obtained the status malnutrition 14.5 %, normal nutrition status 82,6 % and nutrition status more 2.9 %. Relation nutrition status with the level of education mother p-value 0,471, relation nutrition status with income p value 0,136 .Conclusion : These were no relationship between nutrition status and the level of education mother, and no relationship between nutrition status with income.Keyword: education, income, nutrition statu

    Background: One important aspect that should be considered by the hospitals to improve patient medication interest is to build a positive brand image in its society. A brand is believed to be able to improve the communication and interaction with consumers. The stronger the brand image, the more powerful interaction with customers, so the more established brand image. The more positive brand image is formed, the higher the patient's interest to make a purchase and vice versa, the more negative brand image that is formed, then consumers will tend to look for other alternatives or moved. The purpose of this study was to find out wheter there is a positive correlation between brand image and the interest of patients for medication at child polyclinics Rumah Sakit PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. Methode: This research used descriptive method with cross sectional approach. Sample of this research was taken from the family of medical patient at children clinic of Rumah Sakit PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta, amounting to 87 people. Measurement of brand image and interests of patients for medication used a questionnaire that had previously been tested on 30 respondents out of subjects. Data analysis using univariate analysis, bivariate, and multivariate. Result: There was a positive influence of brand image with the interests of patients to take a medication at the children clinic of Rumah Sakit PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta as indicated by the value of the correlation coefficient (r) of 0.798 with a significance value of 0.000; Conclusion: There was a positive influence of brand image with the interests of patients to take a medication at the children clinic of Rumah Sakit PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta.     Background: Wonosobo station lies in Wonosobo Regency, Central Java, Association of Driver of Wonosobo-Sawangan City Transportation (PERKASA) is an organization which serve the transportation needs of Wonosobo people. It has 80 buses with 60 drivers. Method: this study is an analytic observational study with a cross sectional design on drivers of city transportation in Wonosobo. The study aims to identifying the relationship between the age, working load, and sitting position when having a job and complain on back. The applied instrument is a checklist based on the adoption from Nilamsari?s study with 33 respondents who meet the inclusive criteria. Result: most the age of drivers in the risk category of positive backache, 17 people (51.5%). While the age of drivers without the risk of negative backache is 5 people (15.3%). The respondents? working load in the light category with negative backache is 14 people (42.4) and with positive backache are 17 people (51.5%. The sitting position of the respondent in the unsuitable category with the negative backache is 12 people (36%) and with the positive backache are 18 people (45.5%). While the sitting position of respondents is less suitable with negative backache is 3 people (9.1%) and nobody feel positive backache. Conclusion: There is a relationship in the year between age and sitting position when having a job with complain of backache in driver relationship city transportation in the year 2010. This study aims to determine how the image of the application of occupational safety and health management (K3) in the emergency department RSU PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. Method: This was qualitative descriptive research using non-experimental approach. This study provides an assessment of a material or object that is based on a criteria that has been there. qualitative descriptive study aimed to describe objectively existing reality that is expressed in words, sentences or pictures. Results: The results showed that health care emergency department personnel, the use of personal protective equipment, hazard or accident prevention, periodic health checks, and training of K3 in the emergency department are in accordance with manual operation of safety, fire, and disaster awareness RSU PKU Muhammadiyah in Yogyakarta in 2005. Conclusion: Health care workers have been conducted properly in accordance with established procedures RSU PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. Usage of personal protective equipment has been properly implemented by emergency department staff in accordance with the procedures set RSU PKU Myhammadiyah Yogyakarta. Hazards and accident prevention work has been carried out properly by emergency department personnel. Periodic medical examinations are in accordance with established procedures RSU PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. Health and safety training are not addressed in the implementation manual safety, fire, and disaster awareness but especially hospital emergency department has implemented well.     Background: Work shift is one of major source of job stress for workers that affect the biological, psychological and social life. Stress can happen in a short notice, but also can happen in a long moment. The excessive stress to threaten a person's ability to cope with the environment. The objective of this study is to determine the relationship shifts with work stress on the operation of PT. Newmont Nusa Tenggara in West Sumbawa regency. Method: This was an observational research with cross sectional design. The population of this study consists of 250 employees of the operation crew A of PT. Newmont Nusa Tenggara. The research sample is some staff the operation crew of A PT. Newmont Nusa Tenggara. The sampling used is proportionate with stratified random sampling technique. The sample takes 71 people. Analysis of descriptive data using frequency distribution tables and analytically to determine the relationship between two variables with bivariate data analysis, chi-square test. Result: The results showed a significant relationship between work shift and work stress with chi square value of 5.329 compared with T-score tables 3, 841 on df = 1 at ? = 5 percent (0.05) and prevalence ratio (RP) = 2065 (95% CI = 1.093-3.89), so that Ho refused and Ha accepted.
