PENGARUH CITRA MEREK TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN PRODUK SMARTPHONE OPPO PADA MAHASISWA UNIVERSITAS TELKOM
Smartphones industry continues to grow rapidly encourage producers to launch their flagship products. Various strategies done by companies to be able to capture market share and retain consumers either by building a strong brand image. Oppo's strategy in building the brand image makes Oppo brand as a best quality smartphone.
The aim of this research is to study and analyze how the image of the brand in the Oppo smartphone, how consumer purchasing decisions on oppo smartphone products, and how much influence of the brand image on product purchasing decisions of Oppo smartphone. This study uses quantitative methods with descriptive-causality research. The sampling technique used in this research is the Non-Probability sampling method with purposive sampling, with the number of respondents was 100 Telkom University students who use Oppo smartphone. Data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and simple linear regression analysis.
Based on the results of the research indicate that Oppo smartphone brand image fit into good category, consumer purchasing decisions on Oppo smartphone already good. The results of partial hypothesis test (t test), showed that the brand image significantly influence the purchasing decisions of Oppo smartphone products by 57.76% and the remaining 42.24% influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

PENGARUH KUALITAS LAYANAN TERHADAP KEPUASAN PELANGGAN: (STUDI PADA PRODUK PREPAID TELKOMSEL DI KOTA BANDUNG)
This research aims to obtain empirical evidence and find clarity phenomenon along with conclusion about service quality influence toward Telkomsel prepaid produk customer satisfaction in Bandung.
This research type is descriptive and verificative, and also using cross section approach. Data were analyzed by descriptive analysis and path analysis.
The result of this research show that service quality is on good category and customer satisfaction is also on good category. From hypothesis testing result be found a significant simultaneously influence from service quality toward customer satisfaction a number of 67,6%. And for partially influence, tangible give an influence by 14,91%, emphaty give influence by 9,82%, responsiveness give an influence by 12,21%, reliability give an influence by 17,49%, and assurance give an influence by 13,14%. Thus Telkomsel prepaid produk need to increase service quality performance if they want to increase customer satisfaction.

Today many world-class business organizations have experienced difficulties faced constantly changing business environment, business planning difficult implications and implementation of business programs formulated to effectively and rationally difficult to achieve. Changes in the organization involves a restructuring of human resources, a source of functional, technological capabilities and organizational capabilities. Under these conditions, efforts to reduce internal costs through changes in the organization of the hierarchical- mechanistic-autocratic-confrontational towards network-organismic-participatory-coexistence are the natural consequences that require high motivation of the stakeholders and shareholders.

APLIKASI KONSEP BALANCE SCORECARD SEBAGAI TOLOK UKUR KINERJA PEMERINTAH DAERAH
The concept of the balanced scorecard (BSC) which is substantially intended to improve customer service performance (community), adopted particularly relevant in the development of local financial management in the future. Conceptually BSC is in line with the policy direction of the current financial management, namely in order to achieve good governance performance, Expenditure and Budget (APBD) must be arranged with the budget performance. Budgeting and Expenditure (APBD) must be done to achieve the outputs, outcomes, benefits, and impact, in accordance with the vision and mission that has been set.

In the future government organizations need for a total change that which can be implemented in a gradual implementation that starts at the central level to the local level. Must be recognized as having quite a lot of effort guidance and empowerment of small businesses conducted by the agencies concerned with the development of small businesses. However, small business development efforts often overlap and do on their own. Differences in perception regarding small businesses this in turn leads to the development of small businesses are still compartmentalized boxes or oriented sectors, in which each institution builder emphasis on sectors or fields of their own proxies. The result was two things: (1) the ineffectiveness of the direction of development; (2) the lack of a uniform indicators of success, because each agency builder seeks to pursue targets and objectives in accordance with the criteria they have set themselves.

GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN DALAM HUBUNGANNYA DENGAN KINERJA
One of the stakeholders who hold a central role in an organization is a human resources organization as object and subject. The role of human (human resources) is crucial reached or whether the purpose of an organization. Then the human resources needs a way to set it so that performance can be optimized. One way is to appoint someone who is believed to be able to simultaneously take the lead and set the policies relating to the interests of the human resources within the organization. In other words, we should be able to appoint a leader for individuals who are involved in the organization. These leaders must be able to unite the perception among members of the leads so as to create a similarity definition and common purpose to be achieved. This is called leadership.

ANALISIS PENGARUH PEMASARAN HUBUNGAN PELANGGAN, NILAI PELANGGAN TERHADAP KEPUASAN PELANGGAN DAN IMPLIKASINYA TERHADAP LOYALITAS PELANGGAN
This study was conducted to determine how customer relationship marketing, and customer value that is applied at one salon existing Muslim city of Bandung, and its influence on customer satisfaction in the Muslim salon as well as to see how the implications for consumer loyalty. The independent variables were investigated alleged to have a strong influence on customer loyalty compared with other variables that are not included in this study. The method used in this research is survey method. While the population of the study where consumers have an infinite amount, the researchers took samples of the iteration technique, where the technique is used when the population of the infinite. To find out how the influence of the independent variables in this study on customer loyalty used path analysis with the help of LISREL software. The results of data processing found that the independent variable is customer relationship marketing and customer value effect simultaneously with a total effect of 0,532 or by 53.2%. While partially, customer relationship marketing has a significant influence against the influence of customer satisfaction with 26.3%, variable customer value has significant impact on customer satisfaction. As much influence 26.9% and customer satisfaction has significant impact on customer loyalty with great effect of 73.1%.

ANALISIS PETA PERSEPSI PEMILIHAN ATRIBUT PRODUK LAPTOP DI KALANGAN MAHASISWA UNIVERSITAS TELKOM KOTA BANDUNG: (Studi Pada Laptop Acer, Asus, Lenovo, Toshiba, HP, Samsung dan Apple)
This research aims to find out laptop brand selection perceptual map of among Telkom University students. The object of this research study are some of incoming laptop brand in Top Brand 2016 which are Acer, Lenovo, Asus, Toshiba, HP, Samsung and Apple. The attributes of the study are design instrument, operation system, variation, feature set, specification, processor, battery resistance, product price, price resale, warranty, LCD display, storage capacity, product quality, sustainability to defect, and keyboard quality. This research used quantitative method. Research instrument used was a questionnaire, which distributed to 100 respondent sample area of the object of research. In taking a sample of this study, the researcher used Non-Probability technique by using purposive sampling method. The data analysis that used is multidimensional scalling analysis, this analysis gives perception map picture, appeared the position of each laptop brand that is close together or far apart. Laptop brand that showed in a perceptual map will display rank of the best position than another laptop brand. As perception, Apple occupies the first best position among another best laptop brands. That is proved by the rank position from respondents preference based on overall attributes which is more excellent in design, operation system, variation, feature set, specification, processor, battery resistance, product quality, and keyboard quality. For price product attribute is occupied by Lenovo as the cheapest rather than another laptop brands. Meanwhile, for the LCD display attribute, price resale, and storage capacity are occupied by Asus which get the second best rank based overall attribute.

ANALISIS FUNGSI KEPEMIMPINAN TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA PADA KINERJA PEGAWAI DINAS PERINDAGKOP DAN UMKM KABUPATEN BANDUNG BARAT
This study aims to determine the effect of leadership functions on job satisfaction. Theoretically, the leadership function divided into 3 (three), namely the instruction function, delegation function, and control function. The research method used is the quantitative verification method. The sample used is an employee at the Department of Industry and Trade and SMEs in West Bandung Regency as many as 90 employees. Data analysis techniques using path analysis. The results of the study prove there is an influence of the leadership function on job satisfaction by 52.0%.
