    The age of postmodernism is part of the rejection of the paradigm of Rene Descrates through Cartesian - Newtonian jargon. This region rarely gets attention in the field of science / management flow in Indonesia. The conceptualization of management science in Indonesia tends to be quantified by statistical and mathematical formulas. The pioneers of this science forget Peter Drucker who introduced the "Heart Management" long ago, forgetting David Boje with the cycle of management postmodernism. The shallowness of the reasoning of Indonesian scientists about the management of postmodernism, may be the biggest consequence of postmodernist education on mere positivisation of science. So that intelligence is built is intelligence that has been structured due to technological progress, what happens. This research uses descriptive research method. The data collection is by distributing questionnaires to 273 respondents who use mobile banking services by using sampling techniques nonprobability sampling. Using 14 variables of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), which has gone through the development process.     The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership, motivation, competence on the performance of employees at PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk Branch Bandung. This research study conducted by census (research population) at the PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk Branch Bandung. The method used is the path analysis. Total respondents were 198 employees. The analysis of this study are as follows : an overview of transformational leadership, reaching an average score of 3,68 according to the table of achievement criteria average score balanced included in both categories and were in the range 3,29 to 3,84 according to the criteria of achievement scores table which including a pretty good nature towards good category. Overview of work motivation to achieve a score of 3,77 according to the criteria table achievement scores, the average score is included in both categories and were in the range 3,26 to 4,23 in accordance with the table of achievement criteria scores are included in the criteria quite well to the excellent. Overview of competence achieved an average score of 3,72 according to the criteria table achievement scores, the average is including in both categories and are in the range 3,18 – 4,08 in accordance with the criteria table included in the criteria scores quite well to the good. Overview of employee performance achieved an average score of 3,77, according to the criteria table achievement scores, the average score is included in both categories, and were in thr range 3,19 to 4,18, according to the table of achievement criteria scores are included in thr category quite well to the good. The result of calculation of the coefficient of determination which is expressed as a percentage of the contribution of variables describe traansformasional leadership, motivation, competence in determining the performance of employees.     PENGARUH BUDAYA ORGANISASI, DESAIN KERJA DAN KUALITAS SUPERVISI TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI

    Tax is a source of income for the State, therefore it is necessary to be encouraged in order to achieve the optimal target. In achieving these objectives it is necessary to encourage human resources within government institutions. This study aims to determine the influence of organizational culture, work design and quality of supervision on employee performance. The population in this study are the employees who are in one of the Tax Office Primary in Bandung. The respondents employed were 83 employees. The research method used with cossectional survey approach. Technique of data analysis used path analysis. The result of research indicate that organizational culture, work design and quality of supervise have significant effect to employee performance either simultant or partial. Organizational culture variable is the most dominant variable in influencing employee performance then followed by work design variable and quality of supervision. The result of coefficient of determination showed that equal to 78,2% while equal to 21,8% influenced by other factor not examined in this research. Based on the results of the research, it is necessary to strengthen the organizational culture so that the performance of employees can be achieved optimally, however synergy can also be supported by the work design and the quality of supervision.     The value of the firm is investor’s perception towards the firms success level which is related to supply and demand that reflected the price of the stock. The high value of the firm will make the investors believe not only the present condition of the firm, but also the prospect of the future firm’s performance. Based on the previous relevant researches, there are some factors can influence the value of the firm, such as: decision of funding, dividend policy, investment decision, firm’s growth, leverage, profitability, firm’s size, etc. Some of the factors have relationship and influence towards the inconsistency value of the firm, so this research aimed to finding out the influence of firm’s growth (Total Assets Growth) and profitability (ROE) towards value of the firm (PBV) at property sector of Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population of this research was the property sector registered at Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2012 to 2016. To determine samples was using purposive sampling method with some fixed criteria such as: firms was listed at property real-estate sector before 2011, periodically released their financial report with representatives ratio used in this research and total 12 firms for samples. The data used was the secondary data which was obtained from MNC Securities program MNC Trade from 2012 to 2016. The analysis instrument is panel data regression and using EViews 9 for tool. This research shows both firm’s growth and profitability influence positive and significant with total 79.45%.     This study aimed to analyze the effect of Academic Information Systems Online (SIA Online) for student satisfaction in the D3 Program Information Management AMIK HASS Bandung by using models Technology Acceptance Model. The use of TAM model based on the fact that so far TAM is a concept that is considered good in explaining user behavior toward new information technology systems. The populations in this study were students D3 AMIK HASS Information Management Bandung. The sample made with proportional sampling is proportional sampling method based on sub-populations. Sampling using proportional sampling technique for the study population was spread covers college campus 1 and 2. Data were analyzed by SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) with AMOS software (Analysis of Moment Structure). Results of this study proved the hypothesis received only 8 of the total 10 hypotheses proposed. Only the following relationships are shown to have a positive effect: a) Self Efficacy (SE) with Perceived Usefulness (PU), b) Self Efficacy (SE) with Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU, c) Self Efficacy (SE) with Perceived Enjoyment ( PE), d) Perceived Enjoyment (PE) with Behavioral Intention to Use (BITU), e) Perceived Usefulness (PU) with Attitude Toward Using (ATU). f) Perceived Usefulness (PU) with Behavioral Intention to Use (BITU), g) Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU) with Attitude Toward Using (ATU), h) Behavioral Intention to Use (BITU) with Actual Use (AU). It is proved that the use of SIA Online can not be fully explained by the Technology Acceptance Model.
