    The Effect of Profitability (ROA) And Liquidity (CR) on Firm Value (PBY): Study at One of The Selected Airlines on the IDX

    This study aims to assess the impact of Profitability and Liquidity on the valuation of PT Indonesia Air Asia Tbk from 2017 to 2021. The present study falls under the category of quantitative research. The population under study comprises the financial statements of PT Indonesia Air Asia Tbk. The sample utilized in this study is derived from PT Indonesia Air Asia Tbk's quarterly financial report, employing a time series design sampling technique. The data collection techniques employed in this study involve using financial reports available on the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange, specifically www.idx.co.id. The employed analytical methodology is multiple linear analysis. The findings indicate no significant positive relationship between Profitability and Firm Value, as evidenced by a t-count value of 0.142 and a significance value of 0.889, more significant than the threshold of 0.05. However, Liquidity has a significant positive impact on Firm Value, as indicated by a t-count of 3.446 and a significance value of 0.003, which is less than the threshold of 0.05. Furthermore, when both Profitability and Liquidity are considered together, they significantly positively influence Firm Value, with a significance value of 0.003 and an R square of 49.6%. The research findings propose that corporations consider the comprehensive market and industry conditions when developing their business strategies. Ongoing assessment of the organization's fiscal performance is imperative in order to discern prospective enhancements and address potential challenges that may manifest in the future. By comprehending the impact of Return on Assets (ROA) and Capital Ratio (CR) on Price-to-Book Value (PBV), organizations can formulate more suitable business strategies and prioritize the attainment of sustainable growth and enhancement of corporate value

    Analysis of Public Service Satisfaction using Artificial Intelligence K-Means Cluster

    Public service refers to the provision of goods, services, and support by the government to meet the community's desires and needs. In order to assess the efficacy of this service, a metric for gauging service quality, referred to as the Community Satisfaction Index, has been devised. This data offers insights into the level of satisfaction within the community regarding a particular service. This study utilizes the K-Means Cluster algorithm, a form of unsupervised machine learning, to categorize data based on similarities and dissimilarities into distinct clusters. The objective of this study is to gain insight and conduct an analysis of the level of satisfaction within the community regarding the information services offered by the Communication and Information Department of West Java Province. Furthermore, the objective of this study is to ascertain the categorization of the public satisfaction index by using the K-Means Cluster technique, employing an artificial intelligence methodology. This approach will enable the identification of the public satisfaction index as well as the identification of specific indicators that necessitate enhancement. The initial step in examining the public satisfaction index through the utilization of Artificial Intelligence involves the application of the K-Means Cluster algorithm, which will generate multiple clusters based on their shared characteristics. The values utilized by each group consist of the integers 1, 2, 3, and 4. Subsequently, an assessment is conducted on each formed group in order to ascertain the most favorable outcomes. The study yielded clusters that were deemed optimal, with smaller values indicating areas in which the services could be enhanced.     This research was carried based on the problems and the critical role of transformational leadership and extrinsic motivation in improving employee performance. To determine the effect of transformational leadership and extrinsic motivation on employee performance, the researchers conducted a survey on one of the garment companies in the city of Bandung with a simple random sampling technique of 67 employees. This study uses path analysis techniques to calculate the magnitude of the influence of transformational leadership and extrinsic motivation on employee performance either partially or simultaneously. The results showed that the real influence of transformational leadership was 47.4%. In comparison, the total effect of extrinsic motivation was 25.0%, so that the total effect was 72.4% with an epsilon of 27.6%, which was another factor not investigated.  This research was carried based on the problems and the critical role of transformational leadership and extrinsic motivation in improving employee performance.     The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of achievement motivation and competence toward employee satisfaction. The research method used survey method by using purposive sampling of the research object with a total population sample of 50 employees. Data were analyzed using structural equation modeling (PLS). Results showed that achievement motivation significant effect on the competence and employee satisfaction. Competence has significant effect on employee satisfaction. This indicates that the lack of attention to achievement motivation and competence will increase employee satisfaction. Keywords: achievement motivation; competence; employee satisfaction

    This research is conducted on MSME (Micro Small Medium Enterprises) that are participated in the MSME Syari’ah Mentoring Program by Academician and Practitioners (PUSPA) organized by Bank Indonesia in Bandung. MSME who participated in PUSPA program 2016 is MSME that included in necessity entrepreneur where MSME operated just to fulfil the life necessities. This program aims to improve the competence of entrepreneurship owned by MSME in term of knowledge, attitudes, and skills. Increased in the entrepreneurial competence will have an impact on MSME performance both on financial term by the increase in income and non-financial term namely by the increased of the knowledge and skills like simple accounting, managing the production process, how to market the product, and know the procedures for obtaining the venture capital. The purpose of this research was to investigate the influence of the entrepreneurial competence on the MSME performance in PUSPA program 2016. Researcher used quantitative research method. This research use sampling technique on non-probability sampling that is saturated sampling because the members of population less than 30 people and the entire population is a sample. Total sample in this research is 20 respondents. Data collecting in this research is done by distributing questionnaires to all respondents that is MSME that participated in PUSPA program 2016. Data were analyzed using simple regression analysis and descriptive-causal analysis. The result showed that entrepreneurial competence affects the performance of MSME that participated in PUSPA Program 2016. Based on the calculation, coefficient of determination (R2) can be seen the influence of entrepreneurial competence variable (X) on the performance (Y) is 61.7%.     Leadership with a new approach is needed to deal with changes very quickly both from insideor from outside of the organization. Leadership with this new approach is transformative leadership that is able to develop initiatives, be able to empower staff and organizations into a change a way of thinking, developing a vision, understanding organizational goals and bringing about sustainable improvements. This study aims to prove that the transformational leadership style is able to bring changes that have an impact on increasing the motivation of subordinates to achieve performance as expected, and also to determine the extent the influence of each dimension of transformational leadership on employee work motivation. The study was conducted the government employee in one of the Bandung local government agencies using a sampling technique of 74 respondents. The independent variables in this study consisted of charismatic, inspirational, intellectual stimulation and individual attention while the dependent variable was work motivation. The results showed that transformational leadership simultaneously had a significant effect with a coefficient of determination of 63.8%. In order to increase the influence of transformational leadership, it is recommended that the leaders must have to pay more attention in placement of employees accordance with their educational background and expertise and do not forget the importance of delegating authority and responsibilities in a straightforward and clear manner to make room for employee creativity.     PENGARUH KUALITAS PELAYANAN DAN HARGA TERHADAP KEPUASAN PENGUNJUNG HOTEL

    Competition in the business world today is increasingly competitive; this is also felt by business people in the hospitality sector who demanded to have better service quality and reasonable prices to satisfy customer satisfaction. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and price on hotel visitor satisfaction. The analysis used in this study is verification analysis with path analysis. I am using a sample of visitors at one of the 3-star hotels in the city of Bandung as many as 99 visitors. The results showed that there was an influence of service quality and price on visitor satisfaction by 0.77.1%, while the remaining 22.9% was influenced by other factors not examined. MD Cilinic by Lazeta use the brand ambassador of introducing their products. The selection of brand ambassador motivated by positive image brought by the celebrities. Brand ambassadors chosen by the company as a symbol or a marker to represent the wishes and needs of prospective customers. MD Clinic by Lazeta choose Syahnaz as a brand ambassador for their products which is expected to to represent the product of MD Clinic by Lazeta, so the message can be understood by the consumer, who eventually would to lead the purchase intention. The purpose of this research was to investigate the influence of brand ambassadors on consumer purchase intention MD Clinic by Lazeta, Study on Business Administration Students year in 2103 Telkom University. Researchers used quantitative research methods. This research is population research, because all population is being respondent in this research. Populations of this research are 137 respondents. Collecting data in this research is conducted by using questionnaire distributed to all respondents, which all Students on Business Administration Telkom University who knows the MD Clinic by Lazeta. Data were analyzed using simple regression analysis and descriptive analysis.The results showed that the Brand Ambassador impact of consumer purchase intention on MD Clinic by Lazeta at the Students on Business Administration Telkom University years in 2013. Based on the calculation of the coefficient of determination (R2) can be seen the influence of brand ambassador variable (X) on purchase intention (Y) is 42.9%. While the remaining 57.1% is influenced by other factors which not examined in this research such as, pricing, marketing strategy and others. Keywords: brand ambassador; purchase intention
