    Cash flow from operating activities is the amount of cash flow originating from working capital is the right or part owned by the owner of the company indicated in the postal capital (share capital), surplus and retained earnings (S. Munawir, 2010: 19).  Profitability is a ratio to assess a company's ability to find profits or profits in a certain period.  This ratio can also provide a measure of the level of effectiveness of company management which can be shown from the profits obtained from sales or from investment income (Kasmir, 2015: 22). In this study the authors use quantitative methods, with descriptive research approaches and verification analysis.  by using the research method will be known a significant effect between the variables studied so that conclusions that will clarify the picture of the object under study, the sample in this study were 14 companies The analytical tool used in this study uses simple linear regression.  Based on the research results, the profitability represented by ROA is influenced by the working capital turnover.  Working Capital Turnover does not have a significant effect on Return of Assets. A business model is a method that helps companies tell stories about the internal conditions of the company. This study aims to analyze the business model of Noompang using the Business Model Canvas analysis. This research uses descriptive-exploratory method. Data collection using the ghost interview method to the selected driver. Data obtained from interviews with partners, both drivers and passengers Noompang in Bandung - Jakarta and the results of studies of supporting literature. The results obtained from this study are that Noompang benefits from profit sharing with partner companies, profit sharing with driver partners, benefits from the Ovo e-wallet, and benefits from Google / Apple on application downloads

    The Effect of Digital Transformation on The Business Strategy of SMEs in The City of Bandung

    Changes are driven by technological developments in organizations and work environments. Business competition today is very strict, and it must be able to meet the needs and desires of consumers. One of the best efforts is to follow up with technological change or transform into digital by using digital technology in a business strategy. The aim of this research is to understand the impact of digital transformation and the use of technology on UMKM's business strategy. This research is a type of descriptive qualitative research; data collection is carried out through interviews with UMKM perpetrators in the city of Bandung who use social media for both operational activities and sales and marketing. Interviews are conducted through WhatsApp and Instagram. The results obtained from this research are that digital transformation affects the business strategy of UMKM in Bandung; the presence of digital transformation makes UMKM actors use the strategy by creating content that is consistently interesting, not doing hard selling, understanding fan marketing, and leveraging the existence of influencers or celebrities

    Good management is essential to a business because it directly affects the company's operations. Goods management aims to maintain the efficiency and productivity of the company. This study aims to analyze the goods management system at a Manufacturing Company in Tangerang City, which is essential for this company. The research method used was an online interview via chat, giving twelve questions to the company regarding goods management. The study results show that the goods management system in one of the Manufacturing Companies in Tangerang City has many benefits in reducing the risk of losing goods and streamlining work. In its implementation, one of the Manufacturing Companies in Tangerang City uses Axapta and ODDO software which specifically can oversee the management of goods effectively. In its implementation, companies also need to carry out established procedures and provide training to their employees. Overall, this study provides recommendations to one of the Manufacturing Companies in Tangerang City to continuously develop an existing goods management system and Manufacturing Companies in Tangerang City to provide more budget to train and change technology according to current needs to improve effectiveness and efficiency in the goods management system to monitor the inventory and usage of goods

    This research evaluates how local government agencies in Subang Regency implement paperless offices. The study examines the implementation, obstacles, and solutions for implementing the concept of paperless offices in government organizations. Researchers utilized a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach. Data sources included informants, events, and documents. Data analysis involved interactive techniques, including interviews as a tool for data collection. The analysis consisted of data collection, reduction, presentation, and conclusion. The research findings indicate that implementing the paperless office system in one of the government agencies in Subang Regency aims to address issues related to paper accumulation and enhance document security through application integration. Implementing the paperless office concept can improve the efficiency of public services, enabling faster and easier processes such as application submission, reporting, and data processing

    The Influence of Brand Image and Price on Purchase Decision: Study on One E-Commerce

    The motivation for this study stems from the intense competition observed among e-commerce platforms during the consumer's purchasing process. One potential approach to tackle this issue is through the proficient execution of a brand image strategy with the aim of augmenting sales. Brand image activities typically center around establishing pricing strategies and facilitating purchasing decisions, which collectively form an integral component of the marketing mix. The employed research methodology is a quantitative approach incorporating descriptive and verificative methods. The study's sample comprises 100 participants who have engaged in shopping activities on an electronic commerce platform. The results of this study suggest that (1) Brand image exerts a favorable and substantial influence on consumer purchasing decisions, and (2) Price exerts a significant and positive effect on consumer purchasing decisions

    PENGARUH KOMPETENSI PEDAGOGIK DAN MOTIVASI EKSTRINSIK TERHADAP KINERJA GURU: (STUDI KASUS PADA SALAH SATU SEKOLAH DASAR NEGERI DI KOTA BANDUNG)

    Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi pedagogik dan motivasi ekstrinsik terhadap kinerja dan penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor yang paling dominan pengaruhnya antara kompetensi pedagogik dan motivasi ekstrinsik terhadap kinerja guru. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif di kompetensi pedagogik dan motivasi ekstrinsik terhadap kinerja guru dalam usaha memperoleh data dan informasi yang akan mendukung penelitian ini yaitu dengan mengambil objek penelitian adalah sebanyak 30 guru menggunakan kuesioner yang ditujukan untuk para guru pada salah satu Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kota Bandung. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan analisis jalur terlihat bahwa variabel kompetensi pedagogik (X1) mempunyai pengaruh langsung sebesar 25,9%, pengaruh tidak langsung melalui hubungan motivasi ekstrinsik (X2) sebesar 16,1%, total pengaruh sebesar 42%. Motivasi ekstrinsik (X2) mempunyai pengaruh langsung sebesar 17,9% dan pengaruh tidak langsung melalui kompetensi pedagogik (X1) sebesar 16,1%, total pengaruh sebesar 34%. Hasil hubungan koefisien determinasi (Rsquare) yang dinyatakan dalam persentase menggambarkan besarnya kontribusi semua variabel bebas yaitu kompetensi pedagogik (X1), dan motivasi ekstrinsik (X2) dalam menentukan variabel kinerja guru adalah sebesar 0,760 atau 76% sedangkan faktor lain yang tidak mempengaruhi kinerja yang tidak diteliti ditunjukan oleh nilai ? = 0,240 atau 24%. Adapun kesimpulan dan saran-saran yang didapat dipertimbangkan sehubungan dengan hasil penelitian adalah manajemen sebaiknya mampu menjaga dan meningkatkan kedua variabel di atas

    Researchers conducted research at the Inspectorate of West Java Province. This study aimed to determine and analyze the professional auditor, audit quality, and the magnitude of the influence of professionalism on audit quality in the inspectorate of West Java province. The research method used by the author is descriptive analysis and verification analysis, with 70 respondents. The results showed that the description of the professional auditor is in the good enough category, the audit quality is in the fairly good category. Furthermore, the correlation coefficient of 0.782 means that the relationship between professional auditors and audit quality is strong. At the same time, the regression is Y = 787.735 + 0.774, and the coefficient of determination of the influence of professional auditors on audit quality is 0.612 or 61.2%, while the remaining 38.8% influenced by other variables not examined, including skepticism, experience, and fraud

    PENGARUH E-FILING TERHADAP PENERIMAAN PAJAK PENGHASILAN WAJIB PAJAK BADAN: (STUDI KASUS PADA SALAH SATU KPP DI KOTA BANDUNG)

    This study aimed to determine the effect of e-Filing on Corporate Taxpayer income tax receipts at one KPP in Bandung. The research method used is descriptive and verification research methods at one of the KPP in Bandung. To obtain data and information that will support this research, namely by collecting primary data and an in-depth description of the effect of e-Filing on the income tax revenue of Corporate Taxpayers. The results showed that the correlation analysis resulted in a coefficient of 0.705, which include in the strong category. The regression estimation result is 15,581; this shows the value of Corporate Taxpayer income tax revenue. If e-Filing increases by units, the acquisition of tax revenue will increase by 12.59 units. A positive sign indicates that the better the e-Filing, the higher the income tax revenue. The importance of the coefficient of determination of 0.496, which indicates that e-Filing affects the income tax revenue of Corporate Taxpayers by 49.6%, and the remaining 50.4% is the influence of other factors not examined by the author, such as compulsory compliance with Corporate Taxpayers at one of the KPP in Bandung

    The Influence of Service Quality and Brand Image on Purchase Decisions: Study on Consumers of Muslim Fashion Products in Bandung City

    Researchers in Bandung did a study to examine the influence of service quality and brand image on consumer decision-making in purchasing Muslim fashion products. In addition, the research aimed to determine the dominant component, either service quality or brand image, that had the most impact on the purchasing choices of a sample of 100 consumers involved in the study by completing a questionnaire. By employing path analysis, this study substantiated the legitimacy of service quality and brand image factors among customers of Muslim fashion products in Bandung City. Therefore, the results underscore the significance of improving service quality and enhancing brand image to influence purchasing decisions. The findings of the study indicate a substantial relationship between Service Quality and Purchasing Decisions, as well as between Brand Image and Purchasing Decisions. Judging from the results of research on Service Quality on Purchase Decisions for consumers of Muslim fashion products in the city of Bandung, to increase purchasing decisions, companies should be able to improve service quality by providing training on how to be responsive and reliable customer service so they can perform better service than before. Judging from the research results on the effect of brand image on purchasing decisions for Muslim fashion products in Bandung, companies need to build good brand name awareness to improve purchasing decisions. Because it is an effort to form a brand approach to consumers or their target market, this can work through collaboration with Influencers on social media to use products from one of the Muslim fashion products that aim to influence their followers indirectly. In addition, it is necessary to sponsor several events relevant to the same target audience
