PERAN PENTING EFEKTIVITAS KOMUNIKASI DALAM PERSEPSI NEGOSIASI BISNIS
Negosiasi harus mempertimbangkan kepentingan bersama, dan keuntungan bagi kedua belah pihak. Maka komunikasi menjadi kunci bagi keberhasilan negosiasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik deskriptif kualitatif dan literature review sebagai metodologinya yaitu mengumpulkan data dari berbagai sumber referensi yang telah diterbitkan sebelumnya. Dapat dijelaskan berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa komunikasi dua pihak harus menyampaikan makna atau pesan yang sama. Komunikasi dan pengambilan keputusan adalah elemen penting dalam negosiasi. Negosiator yang baik harus mampu berkomunikasi dengan kejelasan, akurasi, dan persuasi. Tujuan negosiasi adalah saling pengertian. Negosiator harus meminimalkan kesalahpahaman yang dapat menyebabkan masalah komunikasi yang signifikan. Pentingnya membangun keinginan untuk memahami latar belakang, perspektif, dan kualitas setiap negosiator untuk keberhasilan proses negosiasi. Negosiator juga harus berempati, mampu membuat keputusan terbaik, dan mengusulkan kesepakatan terbaik. Kesimpulan yang didapat dari penelitian ini ialah efektivitas negosiasi yang mengarah pada keputusan kerjasama tergantung pada komunikasi yang efektif
Predicting Credit Paying Ability With Machine Learning Algorithms
Most people still have difficulty accessing finance because of a lack or even no credit history. This study aims to develop a data model that predicts a customer's ability to pay from various aspects other than credit history. This study uses the CRSIP-DM (Cross Industry Standard Process Model for Data mining) method. The data used in this study is the Home Credit Default Risk dataset collected by documentation techniques. The data were then analyzed using data modeling analysis techniques, namely logistic regressor, decision tree classifier, random forest classifier, and lgbm classifier. This study found that the best model for predicting client payment ability is the lgbm classifier or the Random Forest Classifier
The Influence of Achievement Motivation and Work Discipline on Employee Performance: Study at One of The Future Companies in The City of Bandung
Kidney The objective of this study is to ascertain and scrutinize the impact of achievement motivation on the performance of employees, the impact of work discipline on employee performance, and the impact of motivation and work discipline on employee performance. The employed research methodology entails the utilization of both descriptive and verification techniques. The present investigation concerns the populace of laborers affiliated with a forthcoming enterprise situated in Bandung. The study's sample size encompasses 124 respondents, who select through the Slovin technique. The process of gathering information is executed via questionnaires, whereas data examination is conducted through path analysis.
The statistical analysis results indicate that Achievement Motivation (X1) exerts a direct impact of 28.4%, an indirect impact through competence (X2) of 17.2%, and a cumulative impact of 45.6%. The variable denoted as work Discipline (X2) exerts a direct impact of 14.4% and an indirect impact through achievement Motivation (X1) of 17.2%, resulting in a cumulative impact of 31.5%. The present study reports that the percentage value of the coefficient of determination (R2) signifies the extent to which the performance variable is determined by the independent variables, namely Achievement Motivation (X1) and Work Discipline (X2). The obtained R2 value is 77.1%. The present study did not investigate certain performance-affecting factors; however, their influence was suggested by the observed value of ? = 0.229, equivalent to 22.9%. Thus, it infers that the presence of Achievement Motivation and Work Discipline results in a favorable and noteworthy impact on the overall performance of employees
The Influence of Work Discipline and Non-Physical Work Environment On Employee Performance: Case Study in One of The Local Government Institutions in The City of Bandung
The researcher conducted a study to understand the impact of work discipline and non-physical work environment on employee performance in a local government agency in Bandung. Additionally, this research aims to analyze the most dominant factors influencing employee performance between work discipline and the non-physical work environment in this particular local government agency being studied. The researchers interviewed 65 employees using questionnaires.
The research using path analysis found that the variables of work discipline and non-physical work environment in one of the local government agencies in the city of Bandung are valid. The conclusions and considerations regarding the research results emphasize the importance of paying attention to work discipline and non-physical work environment to enhance employee performance. The research findings indicate that Work Discipline (X1) significantly influences Employee Performance (Y). Furthermore, the Non-Physical Work Environment (X2) also significantly influences Employee Performance (Y).
To improve work discipline in one of the local government agencies in Bandung, we recommend that supervisors allocate time to supervise the implementation of company tasks and impose appropriate sanctions on employees who violate discipline. Leaders must pay attention to and be aware of any violations committed by anyone without discrimination among the employees. The company should also provide recognition to employees who perform well to enhance their performance. To improve the non-physical work environment, the researcher recommends organizing events or activities that can strengthen the relationship between employees and superiors, fostering mutual assistance and care among them. The local government agency should also maintain leaders who provide technical assistance to subordinates when they face difficulties, as it will significantly assist other employees
The Effect of Price on Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty: Case Study on One of The E-Commerce
Sales are a crucial indicator of a company's ability to carry out its operations successfully. Sales in this context refer to products or services that the business has offered and that customers have accepted or used favorably. A firm's level of sales indicates how successful it is in conducting business operations; the higher the sales level a company achieves, the more successful the company is. The impact of price on customer satisfaction and service quality is investigated in this study. Researchers employed partial least squares (PLS), a non-parametric method, to test the research model. The research model was also predicted using a cross-sectional survey with 100 respondents using one e-commerce site. The findings demonstrated that price impacted customer loyalty, satisfaction, and service quality. The findings also demonstrate the critical role that strategic price policies play in boosting consumer loyalty and happiness
PENGARUH SISTEM INFORMASI AKUNTANSI PENGGAJIAN TERHADAP PENGENDALIAN INTERNAL PENGGAJIAN (STUDI PADA SALAH SATU PERUSAHAAN DISTRIBUTOR SPARE PART SEPEDA MOTOR)
This study aims to determine the effect of payroll accounting information systems on payroll internal control. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey approach to employees directly related to the accounting information system at a motorcycle spare part dealer in Badung City with 30 respondents. Using a simple linear regression analysis technique to determine the magnitude of the influence used the influence of the payroll accounting information system on payroll internal control. The calculation results show a positive influence of the payroll accounting information system on internal control of payroll with a total effect of 66.4%. IMPACT OF OPERATING CASH FLOW ON STOCK RETURNS
In this research, researchers aspire to examine the theory of whether there is a cash flow effect on stock changes. Stock returns which are used as stock measurement tools are a reflection of market reactions to what happens within the company in terms of fundamentals. Therefore to measure the fundamental factors that exist within the company researchers utilise operating cash flow. Operating cash flow is seen as being able to represent because operating cash flow data exists in every company. Moreover, hence that the comparison is balanced the researchers choose to use the population of companies in the LQ 45 area. After being tested using simple linear regression, the results are as previously thought that there are influences on the company's Fundamental factors which in this study is the Operating Cash Flow with market factors which in this study represented by Stock Return.

PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT. INFOMEDIA NUSANTARA BAGIAN CALL CENTER TELE ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT (TAM) TELKOM BANDUNG
This research aims to find and analyze the impact of the work environment and work discipline on employee performance. This study uses descriptive analysis and verification analysis with 75 respondents. Besides, this study uses path analysis. The result shows that the work environment is adequate, the result of the work discipline is acceptable, and employee performance is decent. The direct and indirect effect of the work environment on performance is 0,458. The direct and indirect effect of work discipline on performance is 0,303. The entire effect is 0,761. Coefficient determination is 76,1%, and the rest is 24,0% from the other variables that affect employee performance, but they are not analyzed in this study.

The Effect of Work Discipline and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance: Study at a Government Agency in Bandung Regency
This study aims to comprehensively examine and evaluate the work discipline, organizational culture, and performance of employees at a government agency located in Bandung Regency. Additionally, the research aims to determine the degree of influence that work discipline and organizational culture has on employee performance within the government above agency.
The author employed a research methodology that falls under descriptive and verificative research. This approach was utilized to determine the significant relationship between the variables under investigation, ultimately leading to conclusions that accurately describe the research object.
The participants in this study consisted of 32 employees who were selected as respondents from a government agency located in Bandung Regency. The findings of this research demonstrate that (1) Work Discipline exhibits a positive and statistically significant impact on Employee Performance, and (2) Organizational Culture also displays a positive and statistically significant influence on Employee Performance. The relationship between work discipline and organizational culture has been found to have a positive and statistically significant impact on employee performance
Web-Based School Academic Information System: Case Study at an MTs School in Bandung
Academic management activities are an essential part of the world of education related to the teaching and learning process. Currently, the academic information system at one MTs school in Bandung is still being done manually, such as recording student data, teacher data, subject data, scheduling data, and class data. However, this method is considered less effective because it is prone to damage or loss of data. This study aims to develop a system for data collection in teaching and learning activities. In developing the academic system, the author uses a qualitative descriptive method, in which data collection is carried out through triangulation, data analysis is inductive/qualitative, and research results emphasize meaning rather than generalization, emphasizing use cases. The programming language used to design and implement this academic information system is PHP with SSL, and the database used is MySQL. The results of this research can assist Curriculum officers and teachers in managing student data, teacher data, subject data, scheduling data, and class data more quickly and reduce the risk of data damage or loss
