    PENGARUH HARGA DAN KUALITAS PELAYANAN TERHADAP KEPUASAN PELANGGAN : (SURVEY PADA SALAH SATU PENYEDIA JASA INTERNET DI KOTA BANDUNG)

    The results of this study were carried out to know the effect of price and service quality on customer satisfaction. The study used a survey approach to internet service customers as many as 100 people in the city of Bandung. Based on research using path analysis, it appears that the price variable has a direct influence of 14.7%. The indirect effect through the service quality variable is 13.1%, the total effect is 27.9%. On the other hand, service quality variables directly influence 32.1%. The indirect effect through the variable price is 13.1%, the total effect is 45.2%. The coefficient of determination (R-square) relationship expressed in the percentage of the contribution of all independent variables price and service quality in determining customer satisfaction variables is 73.1%. In comparison, other factors that affect customer satisfaction not examined shown by the value ? = 0.269 Or 26.9%. The recommendation is that the company should further improve the quality of the internet and other products to improve customer satisfaction

    The demand for a user-friendly website that enables the withdrawal of funds from gold savings accounts at Pegadaian has experienced substantial growth amidst the ongoing epidemic. Due to its inherent value and stability, gold assumes particular significance in times of economic uncertainty, allowing individuals to liquidate their savings when necessary. The old approach entailed the manual input of customer information through Excel, which consequently required face-to-face interactions for payment processing. Nevertheless, a significant shift has transpired through the integration of an internet-based platform, facilitating the provision of personal data by clients and thereby establishing virtual profiles to conduct online transactions. Implementing this transformation has resulted in a more streamlined process, enhancing efficiency and improving accessibility for clients. The research methodology employed for this project is descriptive, encompassing direct field observations. Furthermore, the system employs the Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) methodology to analyze and design the system. The main objective is to develop a system that streamlines the procedures of gold pawning and online savings for consumers. The data input process utilizes the PHP programming language, whereby the data is safely stored within a MySQL database. The integration of these elements guarantees a system that is both secure and efficient, effectively addressing the requirements of both customers and administrators

    This study aims to discover the significance of the influence of organizational communication climate which consists of (1) trust, (2) joint decision making, (3) honesty, (4) openness in downward communication, (5) listening in upward communication, and ( 6) attention to high-performance goals for job satisfaction of teaching staff at Padjadjaran University. This study uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory survey method, which aims to obtain an explanation of the causal relationship between the research variables carried out through inferential statistical testing of path analysis. The population in this study was 1661 civil servants at Padjadjaran University, then the sample was determined based on the Taro Yamane formula as many as 325 respondents. The research results show that the variables of trust, honesty, and attention to high-performance goals have a significant effect on the job satisfaction of teaching staff at Padjadjaran University. Meanwhile, the variables of joint decision-making, openness in downward communication, and listening in upward communication did not have a significant effect. Still, they gave a positive contribution to the job satisfaction of teaching staff at Padjadjaran University. The results showed that the influence of organizational communication climate on job satisfaction of teaching staff at Padjadjaran University was 63.20%. This study concludes that there is a significant influence of organizational communication climate, either directly or indirectly, on the job satisfaction of teaching staff at Padjadjaran University.  Keywords: climate, communication, job satisfaction, organization

    Implementation of Simple Additive Weights To Determine Priorities For The Resolution of Information Technology Problems

    The Regional Secretariat of West Java Province (Setda Jabar) is a government agency within the local government environment in West Java Province. Along with the development of information technology, using technology such as computers and the internet in a government agency is very important to support work. There are times when devices and systems do not work correctly, such as internet disturbances and computer software and hardware problems handled by technicians. Technicians not only manage information technology infrastructure at the West Java Regional Secretariat but also manage information technology infrastructure in three (3) official houses. Technicians are also faced with an organizational structure with many bureaus and sections. There is yet to be a definite procedure in the complaint reporting process. There is no helpdesk system as a reporting medium. With the many bureaus, the number of information technology facilities served so that technicians find it difficult to determine the priority of the work that must be served first. Given these problems, a Decision Support System approach uses the Simple Additive Weight method by using determining criteria and weights. The criteria used include Work Units, Positions, Types of Complaints, and Official Notes. The system development method used is Object Oriented Analysis Design (OOAD). This system is expected to assist technicians in determining services that match their needs and situations

    The instrument of diffusion innovation concept has been widely used in creating a sustainable business. Growing business and competitive competition are forcing business actors to think hard. The idea of innovation is made as one of the efforts that can be made. Existing instruments, such as innovation, time, communication channels, and social system, can guide business actors in implementing business management. This study aims to analyze the application of innovation diffusion at Loempia Lanny Semarang. This study uses a qualitative study design combined with a case study approach. They are collecting data in this study using interview techniques combined with the concept of diffusion innovation. Sources of information were obtained through the narrative of predetermined informants: business managers, employees, and consumers who are enjoying Loempia Lanny products. Data validation and processing used triangulation techniques and the Miles Huberman method through interview transcription, reduction, coding, categorization, and concluding. Based on the research results, it is known that Loempia Lanny's business follows the concept of innovation diffusion. The business manager has implemented all the instruments used. The research confirms that the idea of innovation has been implemented. However, business actors need to reinvent innovation to manage a sustainable business so that it is maintained

    The Impact of Price and Promotion on The Consumer's Buying Behavior in The Metropolitan Region of Bandung

    The present research endeavors to examine the impact of price and promotion on the consumer's buying behavior in the metropolitan region of Bandung. The study employs path analysis to establish that consumer choices are significantly influenced by both price and promotion. The study's sample comprises 81 customers, which accounts for 7% of the total transactions that occurred in 2019. The influence of price on consumer purchase decisions is positively correlated, whereas promotion has both a direct and indirect positive impact. The present findings are consistent with prior research, emphasizing the crucial significance of price and promotion in influencing consumer behavior. The findings have led to the formulation of suggestions for enterprises that are functioning in the region of Bandung. It is recommended to perform a thorough examination of diverse pricing benchmarks in order to evaluate competitiveness and the consumer's value proposition. It is advisable to allocate resources towards efficacious promotional strategies in order to augment consumer awareness and stimulate interest in products. The implementation of successful promotional strategies has the potential to exert a favorable impact on the purchasing behavior of consumers. Additional research could delve into alternative factors that may influence consumer decision-making, thereby augmenting comprehension of consumer behavior through the inclusion of supplementary variables. The research acknowledges a number of constraints. The study exclusively centers on the influence of price and promotion in relation to purchase behavior, disregarding other variables such as product excellence, brand image, and customer support. Subsequent studies may consider incorporating these variables to conduct a more thorough analysis. Notwithstanding the aforementioned constraints, this research offers significant perspectives for enterprises in Bandung to guide their pricing and promotional approaches

      Saat ini, media sosial tidak lagi hanya sebagai sarana bertukar pesan, namun  dapat menjadi sumber penghasilan. Pengetahuan mengenai media sosial, adalah pondasi utama untuk menjalankan online shop. Metode yang digunakan yaitu teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuisioner yang disebarkan lewat Gform kepada responden, kemudian mengumpulkan data-data yang berhubungan dengan topik dan masalah  terkait. Analisis data dilakukan dengan cara membaca, mempelajari, menelaah, membandingkan dan menginterpretasikan hasil analisis, sehingga dapat menjawab semua permasalahan. Tahap terakhir adalah menarik kesimpulan dari permasalahan yang telah terjawab. Instagram menjadi media sosial yang hampir dimiliki oleh kalangan anak muda. Kebanyakan alasan menjual barang atau jasanya di instagram karena pengguna Instagram di Kota Bandung lebih banyak, termasuk Whatsapp. Sebagian besar konsumen mengaku menggunakan Instagram sebagai media untuk berbelanja (62%), peringkat kedua ditempati oleh Whatsapp (9%), disusul oleh Facebook, TikTok, dan lainnya. Baik dimata penjual maupun konsumen, keduanya menjawab komunikasi dalam berbisnis sangatlah penting. Sebanyak 82% dari konsumen memutuskan untuk bertanya terlebih dahulu tentang produk yang akan mereka beli daripada langsung membeli seperti sebagian konsumen yang lain (18%)

    The Effect of Affective Commitment on Task Quality: Mediating Role of Employee Engagement

    This study aims to examine the influence of Affective Compliance on Task Quality, with a specific focus on the potential mediating effect of Employee Engagement. Affective Compliance pertains to the degree of emotional connection that employees experience towards their employing organization. In contrast, Task Quality refers to the extent to which the output generated by employees aligns with predetermined criteria and anticipated outcomes. The research employs the Partial Least Squares (PLS) data analysis method, which facilitates the modeling of intricate relationships among the variables under investigation. The study's findings indicate that Affective Compliance exerts a positive and statistically significant impact on Task Quality. However, the discovery that Employee Engagement serves as a mediator in the association between Affective Compliance and Task Quality is of greater interest. Employee engagement is a concept that aids in elucidating the relationship between affective Compliance and task quality. The findings of this study carry significant implications for the fields of human resource management and organizational development. Enhancing employees' levels of affective Compliance can enhance the quality of their tasks by fostering increased employee engagement. Hence, organizations must prioritize strategies that enhance the emotional connection between employees and the company, thereby enhancing the work output's quality. This study offers a comprehensive analysis of the interconnectedness of these variables within the work setting, presenting the possibility of enhancing employee productivity and work quality

    Kompetensi kewirausahaan merupakan pengetahuan, sikap dan keterampilan yang terhubung satu dengan lainnya, yang diperlukan pengusaha untuk dilatih dan dikembangkan agar mampu menghasilkan kinerja terbaik dalam mengelola usahanya. Di dalam aktivitas Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM), kompetensi kewirausahaan inilah juga sangat diperlukan. Kompetensi kewirausahaan juga masih jarang diabahas terutama pada UKM. Maka, kami membahas klasifikasi, identifikasi dari beberapa publikasi ilmiah dan menganalisis pada literatur untuk menciptakan pemahaman secara rinci dalam bidang kompetensi kewirausahaan pada UKM. Kami menggunakan metode Systematic Mapping Study (SMS) untuk menelaah dari berbagai artikel di bidang komptenesi kewirausahaan pada UKM berdasarkan focus dan tipe riset dari waktu ke waktu. Hasil menunjukkan kategori dan kuantifikasi studi kompetensi kewirausahaan kedalam berbagai dimensi, juga ikhtisar topik dan tren penelitian kompetensi kewirausahaan pada UKM saat ini
