E SATISFACTION DAN E LOYALITY DALAM BISNIS JASA PENERBANGAN
The development of technology, particularly the internet that also affected more quickly in the business world. Almost all companies provide the facility of Internet-based services to its customers with the aim of customers remain loyal to the products or services offered by the company. Customers will easily move from one company to another company because of problems of satisfaction and the services provided by the company. Powered by the Internet network , customers will easily find better service from a variety of similar companies. Thus the concept of e-commerce are relevant to customer satisfaction and loyalty in business services, especially in aviation services.

PERSEPSI KAYAWAN ATAS FAKTOR PEMBENTUK KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL PADA BMT TAMZIS BANDUNG
Studies of leadership are currently dominated by transformational leadership, which based on transformational leadership research can make the organization run effectively. Transformational leadership has several dimensions that shape it. This study aims to determine what dimensions are the dominant dimensions in transformational leadership. The survey research approach was carried out on employees at the Baitul Maal WaTamwil Tamzis in Bandung. The test is based on the perception of employees of Baitul Maal Wa Tamwil Tamzis in Bandung as many as 37 people. The data analysis technique used PLS SEM with Smart PLS 3 for tools. The results showed that it was proven that the four dimensions were transformational leadership factors where the motivation dimension was the dominant factor in transformational leadership in Baitul Maal Wa Tamwil Tamzis in Bandung. With the results of these studies, managerial parties in Baitul Maal Wa Tamwil Tamzis in Bandungneed to increase Motivation of Inspiration so that transformational leadership can run optimally.

ANALISIS MOTIVASI KERJA PEGAWAI
This study aims to analyze employee work motivation. Work motivation analyzed is based on Theory Mc Cleland, which consists of 3 (three) dimensions, namely the need for achievement, the need for affiliation, and the need for power. The research method used is descriptive. The sample used is an employee at a government agency in Bandung Regency. Data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis. The results of the study illustrate that employee motivation is sufficient.

PENGARUH LITERASI KEUANGAN DAN FAKTOR DEMOGRAFI TERHADAP PROSES KEPUTUSAN PENGAMBILAN KREDIT USAHA RAKYAT (KUR) PADA BANK RAKYAT INDONESIA (BRI) KANTOR UNIT MANTINGAN, KABUPATEN NGAWI JAWA TIMUR
Financial institutions such as banks are often chosen by the people as a financial institution that provides funds or capital. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) through Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) program help people in providing lending capital. Therefore, financial literacy or personal financial knowledge of the people is really needed to become guidelines the people in decision-making process of credits.
This research aims to determine the effect of financial literacy and demographic factors to the decision- making process Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) at Bank Rakyat Indonesia Unit Office Mantingan, Ngawi, East Java. This research is quantitative desciptive data and causal analysis, respondents surveyed in this research amounted to 251 customers of Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) which took the capital loan business credit or Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR).
The result showed the financial literacy in the position 84,1% with a number of very good category and demographic factor at the 71,8% with good category. Based on the coefficienr of determination is obtained that the influence of financial literacy and demographic factor to the decision-making process of credit is 25,19% and 74,81% of rest is affected by other factors such as intenal factor like life style, and psychologi factor. External factor like family effect and co-workers.

IMPLEMENTASI DAN DAMPAK PROGRAM CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY BRI PESAT TERHADAP HARGA KIOS LOS DAN TOKO DALAM UPAYA PEMBERDAYAAN PASAR SEHAT CILEUNYI: (Studi Kasus pada Pedagang Pasar Sehat Cileunyi)
This research was conducted to find out how the implementation of CSR program of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk, which is BRI program Fast (Peduli Pasar Rakyat) in Cileunyi Healthy Market, Bandung regency. As is known, factually, traditional market conditions in Indonesia are generally very poor, besides the lack of public facilities and other infrastructure such as inadequate roads as well as unprofessional market management, resulting in irregular (slum and dirty) market conditions, BRI tries to help the community Traders change the conditions of traditional markets to be better, cleaner, comfortable and interesting to visit. BRR's Community Development CSR Program is one of the BRI Peduli Sarana Umum programs aimed at empowering traditional market communities by making traditional markets an attractive, clean, comfortable and secure trading center, the developers should better understand the objectives of BRI's CSR program so that activities CSR is really to help the surrounding community.
This research uses qualitative method with case study research. The author conducted in-depth interviews, participatory observation and documentation as a data collection technique. The results of this study are expected to be useful information for further research.

MANAJEMEN OTONOMI DAERAH
Regional Autonomy opens great hopes for communities and local government, especially the feel for these aspirations are locked by a uniform pattern adopted pemrintah center. Regional autonomy make diversity, and local government and the community can take the best decisions for the region. But such expectations would be raw if it is not accompanied by changes in attitudes and paradigms. PENGARUH SIKAP KARYAWAN TERHADAP KOMITMEN ORGANISASI
This study aims to determine the effect of employee attitudes componentsconsisting of affective, cognitive and behavioral of employees towards organizational commitment. Hypothetical testing was used a sample tested employees in one of the Tax Service Office in Bandung with 95 employees for samples. Sampling techniques used simple random sampling of existing populations. Data analysis techniques was using path analysis. This research method is included in the survey method category. The results of the study prove that there is an influence of attitudes towards employee commitment of 72.2% while the remaining 27.8% is influenced by another factors that not examined in this study.
