    This study aimed to identify and assess the Influence Factors of Service Quality Customer Satisfaction Partner Online Payment Arindo PT Pratama Bandung. The method used in this research is the analysis of the path, because this research in addition to want to get an overview of customer satisfaction associated with Tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy, also wanted to get a picture of the pattern of the relationship and the influence of the variables research has been established. Based on the results of the study, found that tangible in PT. Arindo Pratama Bandung are in good enough category. Then reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy in good enough category. In general, Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy effect on Customer Satisfaction Partner Online Payment  in PT Arindo Pratama Bandung. The effect of partially variable Tangible against Customer Satisfaction is 0.169 or 16.9%, variable reliability of the Customer Satisfaction is equal to 0.127 or 12.7%, variable Responsiveness to Customer Satisfaction is equal to 0.306 or 30.6%, variable against Satisfaction Guarantee Customers amounted to 0.054 or 5.4% and variable Empathy towards customer satisfaction is equal to 0.222 or 22.2%. Simultaneous influence of Tangible, reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy towards Customer Satisfaction amounted to 0,879, or 87.9%, whereas 0.121 or 12.1% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. From the research that is done, then the variable Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy when combined will have a significant impact on Customer Satisfaction Partner Online Payment in PT Arindo Pratama Bandung.     This study aims to determine the effect of work facilities on employee performance. The important role of work facilities can be divided into two aspects namely physical and non-physical facilities to facilitate organizational activities. The research method used is a verification method. The sample used is an employee at one of the government agencies in Bandung Regency. Data analysis techniques using path analysis.     PENGARUH PERILAKU KONSUMEN DAN GAYA HIDUP TERHADAP PROSES KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN PRODUK KOSMETIK WARDAH

    This study aims to determine how consumer behavior, lifestyles and the purchase decision process made by users of cosmetic products, the level of influence the behavior and lifestyles of consumers towards  cosmetic products Wardah partially and simultaneously.This research is quantitative  research with descriptive and causal data analysis. The study population is uknown so that the samples use a nonprobability sampling with purposive sampling type technique. Determination of respondents use Bernoulli formula to obtain 100 respondents of the brand cosmetic products Wardah. Then the analysis of data is obtained using multiple linear analysis. Results Simultaneously showed that consumer behavior and lifestyle significantly influence the purchase decision process by 59.6%. As well as partially shown that behavioral variables influence consumer purchase decision process amounted to 15.16%, the lifestyle significantly influence the purchase decision process amounted to 41.74%.     Research on mutual trust and collaboration has been proven by previous studies that show positive and constructive behavior related to work. Some studies use instruments of mutual trust and collaboration but have not yet tested how much influence cultural variables have on each other on collaboration. Therefore this study investigates the effect of the variable of mutual trust on the collaboration variable by using multisample in several industrial sectors in the Greater Bandung Region, Indonesia. The method used is a simple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 17. The research results show that the instruments adopted from both variables show valid results and can replicate in multiple samples in several industrial sectors in the Greater Bandung Region, Indonesia. Furthermore, the results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between the variables of mutual trust on collaboration.  Keywords: mutual trust, collaboration

    This study aims to determine the effect of competence and commitment on teacher performance. The important role of competence can be divided into four aspects namely Personality Competence, Pedagogical Competence, Professional Competence, and Social Competence. While commitment is divided into three parts, namely affective commitment, normative commitment and continuous commitment. The research method used is a verification method. The sample used was a private primary school honorary teacher in Bandung Regency. Data analysis techniques using path analysis.     This research made to determine the effect of competence and commitment to employee job satisfaction in this study using a questionnaire with 71 respondents. The data analysis method uses path analysis. The results showed that there was an influence of competence and commitment to employee job satisfaction. The competency variable has a direct impact of 14.4%, an indirect effect through a commitment relationship of 10.4%, so the total result is 24.7%. Commitment has a direct effect of 29.7%, an indirect impact through its relationship with competency of 10.4%, so the overall effect is 40.1%. And the total result of Competence and Commitment to job satisfaction is 64.8%, and the overall impact of job satisfaction on employee performance is 72.3%.  Keywords: competence, commitment, job satisfaction

    This study aims to determine the effect of consultative leadership and compensation on organizational commitment. The important role of consultative leadership can be divided into three aspects namely conformity of goals, level of work and LMX (strong exchange relations). While compensation is divided into two parts, namely financial compensation and non-financial compensation. The research method used is a verification method. The sample used is an employee used car showroom in the city of Bandung. Data analysis techniques using path analysis. The results of the study prove that there is an influence of consultative leadership and compensation on organizational commitment of 66.5%.
