    PENGARUH KUALITAS PELAYANAN DAN KUALITAS PRODUK TERHADAP KEPUASAN KONSUMEN: SURVEY PADA SALAH SATU PERUSAHAAN SEPEDA DI KOTA BANDUNG

    This study examines the importance of service quality and product quality on consumer satisfaction. The survey was conducted on 150 customers at a bicycle retail company in the city of Bandung. This research uses path analysis technique to determine the effect of quality of service and product quality on consumer satisfaction, either partially or simultaneously. The results showed that service quality had the most substantial influence on consumer satisfaction, with the value of the importance of the effect being 32.5%. Product Quality has the second most substantial influence on Consumer Satisfaction, with a value of 24.9%. The results of the calculation of the coefficient of determination (R2) expressed in percentages describe the contribution of all independent variables, namely Service Quality (X1) and Product Quality (X2) in determining Customer Satisfaction (Y) of 57.4% and the amount of epsilon is = 0.426 or of 42.6% influenced by other factors not examined in this study.Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh besarnya pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Survey dilakukan terhadap 150 orang pelanggan yang merupakan konsumen sepeda di Kota Bandung. Penelitian menggunakan teknik analisis jalur untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan konsumen baik parsial maupun simultan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Kualitas Pelayanan memiliki pengaruh terkuat terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen dengan nilai besarnya pengaruh yaitu 32,5%. Kualitas Produk memiliki pengaruh kedua terkuat terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen dengan nilai besarnya pengaruh yaitu 24,9%. Hasil perhitungan koefisien determinasi (R2) yang dinyatakan dalam persentase menggambarkan besarnya kontribusi semua variabel bebas yaitu Kualitas Pelayanan (X1) dan Kualitas Produk (X2) dalam menentukan Kepuasan Pelanggan (Y) adalah sebesar 57,4% dan besarnya epsilon adalah ?=0,426 atau sebesar 42,6% dipengaruhi oleh factor lain yang tidak diteli dalam penelitian ini

    Company Analysis: Leadership Styles and Rewards That Impact on Financial Performance

    The purpose of this research is to examine how top management applies leadership and provides appropriate rewards to employee styles during the COVID-19 pandemic and endemic, as well as the impact on the company's financial performance. The research method used is descriptive quantitative, which is based on the philosophy of positivism. The population in this study were all employees of the Asep Stroberi Restaurant from its 11 branches, namely 396 employees. The research sample was all employees at Asep Stroberi Restaurant Ciawi Tasikmalaya, with a total of 36 employees. The results of the study found that financial leadership style has a positive impact on performance, while rewards on financial performance have a negative impact, which means that if there are too many rewards, financial performance will be disrupted or not good enough. This research can be taken into consideration by top management before giving rewards to employees, as a record of financial conditions before giving rewards

    The Effect of Capital Structure and Investment Policy on Firm Value : Case Study of a Company in the Concrete Printing Field

    The researcher conducted this study to determine the influence of capital structure and investment policy on firm value in a concrete printing company. The study analyzes the most dominant factors influencing a concrete printing company's capital structure and corporate policy. The population in this study consists of five years of financial reports from the first to fourth quarters, totaling 20 financial reports from 2015 to 2019. The results of this study prove that capital structure has a significant negative influence on firm value, while investment policy has a significant favorable influence on firm value. The capital structure (DER) and investment policy (PER) have an influence of 89.4% on firm value (PBV), while other unexamined variables influence the remaining 10.6%. To enhance the influence of the capital structure on firm value, companies need to pay attention to their debt level. If the amount of debt exceeds the company's equity, it will increase the capital structure. However, it is essential to note that a high capital structure exerts a negative influence, indicating that an increase in the capital structure (DER) will lead to a decrease in firm value. On the other hand, we expect companies to increase the available investment funds to enhance the influence of investment policy on firm value. This condition is because investment policy has a positive influence on firm value. By increasing investment policy, the firm value will indirectly increase as well. In order to improve the influence of the capital structure and investment policy on firm value, companies should consider the amount of debt and the associated risks. Additionally, companies must allocate funds for corporate investment to maximize profits or returns, which will attract investors to invest in the company. When the capital structure approaches its optimal value, the investment policy should increase firm value simultaneously

    The present study investigates the evaluation of financial ratios, encompassing liquidity, solvency, and profitability ratios, at PT. Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk., a company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, by analyzing financial reports spanning the period of 2016–2020. The present study employs a quantitative research methodology whereby the collected data is subjected to analysis in order to facilitate comprehension and interpretation through explanatory means. Upon conducting an analysis and subsequent discussion, the authors concluded that the assessment of financial ratios at PT. Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk. from 2016 to 2020 is primarily founded on liquidity and solvency ratios. The results indicate that the company's financial standing is generally favorable—the profitability ratios of PT. Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk. from 2016 to 2020, as analyzed through financial ratio analysis, indicates an average unfavorable state

    The Effect of Work Motivation and Discipline on Employee Performance: Study at a Convection Service Company in the City of Bandung

    The primary objective of this study is to investigate and assess the impact of motivation on employee performance, the effect of work discipline on employee performance, and the combined influence of motivation and work discipline on employee performance within a convection services company located in Bandung. The employed research methodology is descriptive and verificatory in nature. The study's population comprises employees from a single convection services company in Bandung. The sample size for this study was determined to be 137 respondents, utilizing the Slovin technique. The data collection process involved the administration of questionnaires, while data analysis was conducted using path analysis with the aid of SPSS 21 for Windows. Based on the statistical analysis results, it is evident that Motivation exhibits a direct influence of 28.9%, an indirect influence via competence of 15.3%, and an overall influence of 44.3%. The Work Discipline variable exhibits a direct influence of 12.5% and an indirect influence through Motivation of 15.3%, resulting in a cumulative influence of 27.8%. The coefficient of determination (R2), represented as a percentage, indicates that the collective impact of all the independent variables, precisely Motivation and Work Discipline, on the dependent variable, employee performance, amounts to 0.722 or 72.2%. In addition, it should be noted that other unexplored variables may have an impact on performance, as evidenced by the value of ? = 0.278, equivalent to 27.8%. Therefore, it can be inferred that motivation and work discipline positively and substantially impact employee performance within the convection services company located in Bandung

    The background of this research departs from the phenomenon of the demands of the times, which require the world of higher education to produce superior and competitive human resources in the economic field. This condition cannot be fulfilled solely by relying on State Universities. Therefore, the role of private universities is crucial. One of the private universities that can meet this need in the College of Economics. This higher education path is expected to meet the demands for reliable human resources in the economic field, both in the academic world and in the practical world. This condition cannot separate from the role of lecturers in meeting these demands. This study aimed to determine the organizational culture of permanent lecturers in the South Sumatra region. The population in this study were private university lecturers in the South Sumatra region. The research method uses a descriptive survey using descriptive analysis. The number of research samples was 185 respondents/permanent lecturers. The study results illustrate that organizational culture is not good, with two indicators having the lowest value. The indicators in question are doing work carefully and doing work carefully. For this reason, it is necessary to improve indicators by doing work carefully and doing work carefully

    This research departs from phenomena that indicate inadequate job satisfaction caused by low work motivation and employee discipline. For this reason, the research aims to analyze the effect of work motivation and work discipline on job satisfaction. Quantitative research method approach using employee respondents who work in one of the government agencies in Bandung Regency as many as 120 employees. The sample frame uses the rank and work class of employees. The data analysis technique uses path analysis with results showing an influence of work motivation and work discipline on employee job satisfaction. The actual influence is 58.2%, while the rest influence by other factors not examined in this study.Penelitian ini berangkat dari adanya fenomena di lapangan yang mengindikasikan adanya kepuasan kerja yang belum memadai yang diduga disebabkan oleh rendahnya motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja pegawai. Untuk itu penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja. Metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan responden pegawai yang bekerja pada salah satu instansi pemerintah di Kabupaten Bandung sebanyak 120 orang pegawai. Sample frame menggunakan pangkat dan golongan kerja pegawai. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur dengan hasil yang menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai. Total pengaruh secara keseluruhan sebesar 58,2% sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh factor lain yang tidak diteliti pada penelitian ini

    Motivasi dapat menjadi pendorong seseorang melaksanakan suatu kegiatan untuk mendapatkan hasil yang terbaik untuk itu perlu adanya dorongan yang kuat untuk meningkatkan motivasi individu. Berangkat dari peran penting motivasi kerja maka peneliti bermaksud untuk melakukan penelitian mengenai motivasi kerja pegawai. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai yaitu untuk mendapatkan gambaran motivasi kerja pegawai pada salah satu instansi pemerintah daerah di Kota Cimahi. Berdasarkan pada maksud dan tujuan penelitian maka pendekatan deskriptif peneliti gunakan untuk menggambarkan motivasi kerja pegawai. Responden yang dijadikan sample adalah pegawai yang bekerja pada salah satu instansi pemerintah daerah sebanyak 114 orang pegawai. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan bahwa kondisi motivasi kerja pegawai berada pada kategori cukup baik menuju baik. Hasil penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa kondisi motivasi kerja pegawai sudah memadai namun demikian perlu ditingkatkan oleh pimpinan instansi setempat untuk mencapai motivasi kerja pegawai yang optimal

    PENGARUH KUALITAS PRODUK DAN PROMOSI TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN: (STUDI PADA SALAH SATU USAHA KONVEKSI DI KABUPATEN BANDUNG)

    This research was conducted in a convection business in Bandung with the aim of knowing and analyzing the effect of product quality and promotion on purchasing decisions. The research method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive and verification approach. The sample used is respondents who have been as many as 100 people with a sampling technique. Based on the results of the study showed valid results on each item statement with a value of 0.3 and reliable by showing a value above 0.7. For Product Quality (X1) of 0.914, Promotion (X2) of 0.926, and Purchase Decision (Y) of 0.880. From the value (R Square) it is known that the effect of Product Quality (X1) and Promotion (X2) on Purchase Decisions (Y) is 0.836 or 83.6%. Product Quality (X1), Promotion (X2) and Purchase Decision (Y) are in a fairly good category. The regression coefficient value of Product Quality (X1) is 0.426. Promotion regression coefficient value (X2) is 0.397 So it can be said that purchasing decisions are influenced by Product Quality and Promotion by 83.6% while the remaining 16.4% is caused by other variables or other factors not examined. From the results of the research above, it can be concluded that product quality and promotion have a significant influence on purchasing decisions

    Systematic Literature Review: Research on Improving Student Learning Outcomes Through Google Meet Using Vosviewer, 2019-2022

    This investigation aims to examine the advancements in research that concentrate on augmenting student learning achievements via the utilization of Google Meet. The study was conducted with the objectives of (1) a map of the development of the number of publications researching to improve student learning outcomes through google meet, (2) Knowing which scientific articles have the highest number of citations, (3) It knows the development map of scientific publications based on keywords.The present investigation obtained data from scholarly articles in the Google Scholar database, utilizing the keyword "Google Meet." The selection of articles was conducted through a systematic process that evaluated their titles, abstracts, and keywords, spanning 2019 to 2022. The query produced 318 scholarly publications corresponding to the designated keywords per Harzing's Publish or Perish software. The results revealed that the year 2021 had the most significant number of scholarly publications, comprising 44%, about improving student learning outcomes through the utilization of Google Meet, as evidenced by the Google Scholar database. Specifically, there were 141 publications on this topic this year. Moreover, it is noteworthy that the publication authored by Darmuki (2020) garnered the most citations, totaling 154 mentions. The utilization of the VOSViewer software facilitated the visualization of the evolution of scientific publications through the analysis of Google Meet'
