No full textThis research aims to; 1) developing a validity book on the economic mathematics in the Accounting Education Program of FKIP University PGRI Palembang 2) developing a pocketbook on economic mathematics at the FKIP University PGRI Palembang Accounting Education Study Program which has been tested for practicality 3) developing economic mathematics pocketbooks in Accounting Education Study Programs FKIP University PGRI Palembang has been developed towards student learning outcomes. The method used in this study is the Development Research or Research and Development (R & D). The results of the study show; 1) pocketbooks of economic mathematics as learning media developed for student learning have been validated with an average of 4.2 very valid criteria based on the assessment of material and language experts, and an average of 4 based on media experts 2) with a percentage of 100%, based on the small group stage and the one to one phase of the very practical categorized economic mathematics pocketbook 3) the results of the field test stage showed that the pocketbook of economic mathematics as a learning medium that had been developed had a potential effect on student learning outcomes with an average score of 7.9 good categories once, and also has a potential effect on student learning activeness with a score of 42.3 very active categories.Keywords: Development, Pocketbook, Economic Mathematics, Learning Medi

No full textEducation is a long-term investment that requires great effort and funds to improve the quality of Human Resources (HR). One of the ways to improve the quality of human resources is through a good educational process and directed. The purposeof this research is to determine the effect of the use of learning model Co-operative Learning Type Mind Mapping Against Learning Outcomes Integrated Social Studies student grade VIII even semester of SMP Negeri 1 Pekalongan academic year 2017/2018. The subjects in this study were students of class VIII SMP Negeri 1 Pekalongan academic year 2017/2018. This study is an experimental research and aims to determine the difference of learners' learning outcomes from pre-test and post-test that have been given treatment or treatment using cooperative learning model of mind mapping type, also to know the influence of cooperative learning type learning model of mind mapping on learning result of IPS Integrated. The population in this research is class VIII SMP Negeri 1 Pekalongan academic year 2017/2018. The sample of this research is class VIII.1 as experiment class with the number of 30 students and class VIII.2 as control class as many as 29 students. Based on data analysis and hypothesis test using simple linear regression equation obtained a = 24,16, b = 0.76 so that Y '= 24,16 + 0,76X. Form of the instrument in this study can be seen from t arithmetic> t table on significant level 5% that is 5.59> 1.70 and at a significant level of 1% ie 5.59> 2.46Thus the hypothesis is accepted, so it can be said that there is a positive influence the use of cooperative learning type learning model mind mapping on the learning outcomes IPS Integrated students class VIII SMP Negeri 1 Pekalongan academic year 2017/2018

So the formulation of the problem is "whether there is influence the use of cooperative learning model type learning together (LT) to the economic learning outcomes of students of class XI even semester SMA Negeri 1 Kotagajah academic year 2017/2018". This research is a Quasi Experimental Design research type of Non-equivalent Control Group Design, in this research there are two classes of experimental class and control class. Population in this research is class XI SMA Negeri 1Kotagajah academic year 2017/2018. Samples of the research are taken class XI IPS 3 as experiment class with number of 30 students and class XI IPS 4 as control class with number of 30 students. The result of research can be seen that tcount>ttabel significant level that is 5%, at 3,79> 1,70 thus Ha accepted. PENINGKATAN HASIL BELAJAR MELALUI AN ANALYSIS GUIDED DISCUSSION METHOD MATERI JURNAL UMUM DI KELAS 12 IPS SMAN 1 PEKALONGAN
No full textThe fundamental problem of IIS 12th grade students in understanding accounting lessons is that they start from not being well understood how to record transactions in a journal. Difficulty understanding the accounting material for these students can be seen from the initial test conducted on July 24, 2018 in 12th grade IIS turned out in completing the journal of the number of students 32 people there were 26 (81.25%) students had not reached the KKM and who had only reached 8 (18.75%) students with minimum completeness criteria (KKM) of 70. In the initial test before using an analysis guided discussion, student learning outcomes obtained an average of 32.14. Whereas in the first cycle test has been applied an analysis guided discussion obt79ained an average of 54.43. In the second cycle the results obtained were an increase in the average score of a fairly high class that is to be 75.94 Although in the second cycle has reached a fairly high average of 75.94, but the researchers still proceed to cycle III because the percentage of completeness is only amounting to 62.5. This requires the existence of quality human beings so as to be able to create new innovations and be able to face competition. Education is a pursuit of school for children and adolescents who are handed over to them to have perfect skills and full awareness of their social relationships and tasks. The 2013 curriculum goal is to prepare Indonesian people to have the ability to live as the individu and citizens who are faithful, productive, creative, innovative, and affective and able to contribute to the life of society, nation, state and world civilization. The problem formulation of this class action research is how is the effect of the application of PQ4R learning methods to improve learning outcomes of economic subjects at XI grade students of Senior High School Muhammadiyah 1 Metro". The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of the application of the PQ4R learning method and to improve learning outcomes of economic subjects in class XI of Muhammadiyah 1 Metro High School "and the benefits of classroom action research were seen from two parties in terms of theoretical and practical aspects. The action hypothesis in this class action research through the use of PQ4R learning methods (preview, question, read, reflect, recite, review), to improve the economic learning outcomes of class XI students of Muhammadiyah 1 Metro High School. The application of the PQ4R method in learning economics at XI grade of Senior High School Muhammadiyah 1 Metro can increase teacher and student activity. It can be seen from the average score of teacher activity in cycle I, namely 41.16 with the category "sufficient", in the second cycle increased to 45.83 with the category "good" with a difference of 4.67. Likewise, the average score of the first cycle of student activity is 41.16 with the category "enough", in the second cycle increased to 46, 99 with the "good" category with a difference of 5.83. So it can be concluded that by applying the learning model Preview, Question, Read, Reflect, Recite, Review (PQ4R) can increase student learning outcomes of economic subjects at XI grade of Senior High School Muhammadiyah 1 Metro.Keywords: PQ4R Learning, Learning Outcome

This type of research is ex post facto and sampling method using quota sampling method as much as 32 students of class D semester 4 of accounting education program of Universitas PGRI Madiun. Data collection techniques of this study using questionnaires and student learning outcomes. Data analysis method of this research questionnaire using structural equation modeling (SEM) with partial least squares (PLS) tool. The results showed that the problem-based learning model positively affects entrepreneurship interest. No full textThe objective of this research is to create the product of the Student Activity Sheet (LKPD) with Islam value oriented. This research uses research procedure and development 4D equipment model suggested by Thiagarajan and Semmel. This model consists of 4 steps those are Define, Design, Develop and Dissemination. However, in this research and development, the steps just done in develop step. The result of this expert testing toward design LKPD includes the suitable criteria with the percentage 87%, the result of the test in the material context of LKPD includes the suitable criteria with the percentage 78%, and the result of the test in the Islam value includes the suitable criteria with the percentage 90%. The test of respond by student with share the questionnaire showed with the percentage 89,4%.LKPD with Islam value oriented can be the one reference in the study of economic actually unemployment theory

No full textThis research is the classroom action research which purposed to find the model and to know the effectiveness of the cooperative learning model of Teams Games Tournament type in improving activities and the learning result of social subject at the eight grade of SMP Negeri 9 Metro academic year 2016 / 2017. The method which used in this research is Classroom Action Research Model. The subject of this research is the students at the eight grade in SMP Negeri 9 Metro. It is 28 students. The data collecting technique of this research is the observation and test. The observation used to get the data of activity and test used to get the data of the result of students’ learning. The procedure of this research is planning the action, implementation the action, observation / evaluation and the first data analysis (the data reduction, the data explanation and reflection). The final data analysis of this research is tabulation among the cycles. The result of this research shows that first is the students’ learning activity from the first cycle to the second cycle has the improvement up to 12,28%. It was from 60,72% in the first cycle up to 75% in the second cycle. Whereas from the second cycle to the third cycle has improvement up to 10,71%. It was from 75% in the second cycle up to 85,71% in the third cycle. The second is the result of students’ learning has the improvement between the first cycle to the second cycle was 15,45%. It was from 60,71% in the first cycle up to 71,43% in the second cycle. In the second cycle to the third cycle has the improvement up to 16,66%. It was from 71,43% in the first cycle up to 89,29% in the third cycle. Based on the research, it can be concluded that the cooperative learning model with Teams Games Tournament type in Standard Competency of Understanding Activity from Economic Actor in Society have tried out, it can improve the learning activity and the result of students’ learning at the eight grade of SMP Negeri 9 Metro academic year 2016 / 2017. PENGARUH IKLIM KOMUNIKASI DAN GAYA KOMUNIKASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DI SMA DWIJENDRA DENPASAR
No full textThis study aims to determine the influence of communication climate and communication style and also the performance of employees in SMA Dwijendra Denpasar.Communication plays an important role in all aspects, including to the school organization. In the school organization education is the important thing and as the major position in development because it is oriented towards improving the quality of human resources. The quality of human resources is influenced by employee performance (teacher) itself. The communication climate approach and communication style also influenced employee performance marked by an increase in the number of new student enrollments from year to year. This type of research is explanatory or confirmatory research. While the population in this study was employees in SMA Dwijendra and samples using saturated sample technique with total sampling is 70 peoples. Collected data were using questionnaire with Likert scale model, while the analysis used multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 22.0 for windows software. The results of this study obtained Fcount of 73.827 where Ftable 3.132, then Fcount> Ftabel. This shows that simultaneously communication climate and communication style significantly influence employee performance in SMA Dwijendra. Results coefficient of determination or R square is 0.688 its means that communication climate and communication style variables effect the performance is 68.8%, while the rest influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the communication climate and communication style together significantly influence the performance of employees at SMA Dwijendra Denpasar.
