    PENGARUH ZAKAT DAN INDEKS PEMBANGUNAN MANUSIA TERHADAP KEMISKINAN

    This research is motivated because poverty is one of the economic problems experienced in every country including Indonesia, Indonesia as one of the largest Muslim countries actually has one solution in alleviating poverty, namely zakat. Zakat if managed optimally is expected to be able to eliminate the gap between people who have excess assets and people who still need one of the indicators by increasing the Human Development Index (HDI) which in turn can have an effect on efforts to reduce poverty levels. The research method used is the Anylisis data panel where samples were taken as many as 12 provinces in Indonesia for 7 years starting from 2012 to 2017. The results of the study show that zakat has an effect on reducing the level of poverty in Indonesia. Keywords: Human Development Index, Poverty, Zaka

    The background of this research is that business economics learning at SMK PGRI 3 Kediri is still dominated by teacher-centered learning. This study uses a Research and Development (R&D) model with the subject of expert validation of learning devices. The objectives of this study are 1) To determine the steps for developing learning tools with the Problem Based Instruction (PBI) learning model through the Group Investigation (GI) method on Class X Business Economics Material, 2) To determine the feasibility of learning tools with a problem based learning model instruction (PBI) through the group investigation (GI) method on Class X Business Economics Material. The results of the development of this learning device are (1) The stages of development are carried out by testing the validation of learning device experts using the Thiagarajan 3D development model procedure (2)77% indicates that the learning device is declared feasible with revision, then in the second stage the validation of the learning device gets 93.5% results, which means that the learning device is declared very feasible or very valid and can be used for trials in class X students. Keywords: Problem Based Instruction (PBI), Group Investigation (GI), Business Economics

    PENGGUNAAN MODEL COOPERATIVE LEARNING TIPE MAKE A MATCH TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR KEWIRAUSAHAAN SISWA KELAS X PEMASARAN

    Based on the results of preliminary observations of entrepreneurial values at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Seputih Banyak class X students still have many learning outcomes that have not reached the minimum completeness criteria (KKM). The learning outcomes of students who have not completed with the number of students are 17 percentages 56.07%, who achieve learning completeness and are categorized as complete with the number of students 13 percentages 43.33%, while the minimum completeness value (KKM) class X marketing SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Seputih Banyak In entrepreneurship lessons is 75. Alternatives to improve student learning outcomes are used the cooperative learning model type make a match, in connection with this problem the formulation of the problem is: "is there an effect of using the make a match type cooperative learning model on the learning outcomes of students in class X marketing even semester of SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Seputih Banyak for 2019/2020 academic year ". The results of the analysis of the calculation of t count and t table above means that it is known that t count> t table. It can be seen in list G, on the significant list 5%, namely 4.69> 1.70 and at the 1% significant level, namely 4.69> 2.47, thus the hypothesis reads: there is a positive effect using the cooperative learning model make a match Regarding entrepreneurial learning outcomes in X grade marketing students of even semester SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Seputih Banyak, the hypothesis is accepted, students who are said to be complete with KKM (75) after treatment are 21 students or 72.41% and students who are declared incomplete as many as 8 students or 27.59%.     This study aims to determine the relationship conditions of sales promotions and purchasing decisions in Class I Correctional Institutions Cirebon (Pas Mart), besides that this study also aims to determine how much influence the sales promotion on purchasing decisions in Class I Correctional Facilities Cirebon (Pas Mart). This type of research is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach. The population used in this study were all consumers who had shopped at the Cirebon Class I Correctional Institution (Pas Mart), a sample size of 51 respondents, sampling using accidental sampling techniques. Data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires that have been tested both validity and reliability tests. The data analysis technique uses simple regression analysis. Data is processed through Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) Version 23. The results of this research have shown that there is a positive relationship between sales promotions with purchasing decisions and there is an influence of sales promotions on purchasing decisions

    The research objective was to determine the closeness of the relationship between Craft and Entrepreneurship Subjects (PKWU) and Entrepreneurial Interest in class XI students of SMA PGRI 2 Palembang. Research problems, namely; Is there a relationship between Craft and Entrepreneurship Subjects with Entrepreneurship Interest in Class XI Students at SMA PGRI 2 Palembang? The research method is a quantitative method with the type of correlation research. Data collection techniques in this study were documentation and questionnaires with Likert scale guidelines. The results showed that the average score of students in the subject of Craftsmanship and Entrepreneurship (X) was 84.75 in the "Good" category and the average results of the questionnaire on entrepreneurship interest (Y) was 84.86% in the "Very Interested" category. Hypothesis test results obtained t count (7,199) > t table (1,666) and the significance test there is a significant relationship between the subject of Craft and Entrepreneurship with the interest in entrepreneurship students at SMA PGRI 2 Palembang by 39% and the remaining 61% is influenced by other factors.Keywords: Craft and Entrepreneurship Subject and Entrepreneurial Interest

    Based on the results of interviews at SMAN 1 Lembang, learning that is usually applied by Economics Subject teachers so far using the expository method is carried out face-to-face in the classroom with the support of adequate facilities and infrastructure, where learning is teacher-centered, passive students, and less involved in learning. This causes students to experience burnout which results in a lack of interest and learning independence. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of blended learning assisted by google classroom on the creative thinking skills and independent learning of students. This study uses a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design. The data collection instrument used an essay test with 15 questions and a questionnaire of 20 questions. The sampling technique of this research was carried out by means of cluster random sampling. Hypothesis testing using independent t-test.     Since humans were born they have been faced with economic problems. Humans have an interest in fulfilling simple to complex needs. To make ends meet, it means that humans have to make sacrifices to work and produce something worthy of being sold. The process of producing something is what is meant by productivity. There are 14 ex-ODGJ in Dolopo District, all of whom do not have activities that aim to produce something with a sale value. This is due to the lack of public trust in the ex-ODGJ to produce anything. To answer this problem, the researchers took the initiative to carry out a simple study by providing a stimulus in the form of chickens to grow ODGJ productivity. The results obtained, 11 ODGJ were able to raise chickens well until harvest time. The conclusion in this study, activities in the form of chicken livestock can grow the productivity of ex-ODGJ in Doho Village, Dolopo District, Madiun Regency.Keyword: Activity, Work Productifit

    PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN POWTOON TERINTEGRASI NILAI-NILAI KEISLAMAN KELAS X MAN 1 METRO

    The lack of using various media in instructions causes students to feel bored. While the lack of use of facilities and infrastructure such as LCD to assist the learning process will be less effective. The material and media used in MAN 1 Metro have not yet integrated Islamic values while the scope of the school is Madrasah. We need learning media that is under the background of the Madrasah/ Islamic school, which is based on Islamic values. The purpose of this research is to produce a Powtoon animation video integrated with Islamic values that is valid and practical.The development model used is a 4D model which consists of 4 stages (Define, Design, Development, and Dissemination). The results show that the Powtoon instructional media integrated with Islamic values are valid for use in the instructional process. The results of the validation by media experts with a percentage of 87% is categorized as very strong criteria, the material experts categorized a very strong rate of 85%, and religion experts scored a very strong percentage with 96%. The results of trials of integrated Powtoon animation video integrated with Islamic values to students with a percentage of 95% are very strong. This condition shows that the Powtoon instructional media can be used as an instructional media. Based on the recapitulation, it can be concluded that the Powtoon animation video integrated with Islamic values is a valid and practical instructional media in the instructional process.Keywords: Development, Instructional Media, Powtoon Integrated with  Islamic Values

    ANALISIS DAMPAK PENGELOLAAN DANA DESA TERADAP PEMBERDAYAAN MASYARAKAT DI KECAMATAN MAGETAN KABUPATEN MAGETAN

    This research is related to the management of Village Funds in Magetan District, Magetan Regency which focuses on the impact of Village Fund management on community empowerment. This study aims to examine the management of Village Funds and how it impacts in the field of community empowerment in Magetan District, Magetan Regency, fiscal year 2019. The type of research used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The results of this study show that the management of the Village Fund in the 2019 fiscal year is managed in accordance with applicable regulations. The impact of the Village Fund on community empowerment is that it has a "positive" impact, where the absorption of the Village Fund realization reaches an average of 77% to 100%. In Magetan District, Magetan Regency, the use of Village Funds is prioritized for the development sector and the community empowerment sector. However, the use of the Village Fund for community empowerment only reaches 10% of its total revenue, in which the Village Fund focuses more on the development of infrastructure facilities and infrastructure.Keywords: Empowerment; Public; Village Fun

    The positive impact of integrating educational applications on emotions is not clearly illustrated. Empirical facts only provide a few indications that the integration of educational applications has a positive impact on participation, attention and motivation. Even though these indicators are closely related to students' emotions. Through the integration of Quizizz in learning, this study aims to describe students' emotions in responding to the integration of Quizizz in accounting class. The research was conducted on students in the first semester of the management study program who are registered and taking online lectures in cost accounting courses. The research method used was an experiment using the one-shot case study model. The results showed that students' emotions in responding to the integration of quizzes in the accounting class were described proportionally including positive and negative emotions.
