No full textThis study is the application of the Gallery Walk model in improving student learning activities in accounting subjects of specialized journal material for trading companies in SMAN 1 Rejang Lebong. Retrieval of data using methods of observation, questionnaires, written tests and deeds ,. The study was conducted by the classroom action research (CAR) method. Data collection techniques using test and observation techniques. Quantitative and qualitative analysis techniques. The results of the study stated that there was an increase in students who were active from cycle 1, cycle 2 and cycle 3. Increased average learning outcomes followed by mastery learning. Cycle I achieved an average of 59.16 and students completing learning 45.83%, Cycle II achieved an average of 67.08 and students completing learning 54.16%, Cycle III achieved an average of 85.41 and students completing learning 100%. The offer of loan shark financial services in the form of easy loans has made many traders easily tempted to take express loans without thinking about the impact. This impact starts from high loan interest, which causes the borrower to have difficulty repaying loan funds. The purpose of this study is to find out more about the formation of cooperatives and the strategy of managing market cooperatives in reducing dependence on traders in traditional markets using loan shark services. The research approach uses qualitative narrative by describing the history of the formation of market cooperatives to the cooperative manager's strategy in attracting traders who for years have used loan shark services to cover all funding needs. The results showed that the formation of a market cooperative was due to the demands of the Probolinggo district government where every market was required to have a cooperative. With courage, honesty and strong determination, cooperative managers believe they can develop cooperatives to eliminate moneylender transactions among traders. Meanwhile, the strategy used is in the form of a familial approach with trust capital among the Bayeman Market traders who are members of the market association organization. Research suggestions for the Probolinggo Regency government through the information on the results of this study can provide real support for policies to develop market cooperatives such as those that have been formed according to the initial commitment.Keywords: : market cooperatives; minimize bank tithi

Get PDFThe aim of this research are: 1) know the direct effect of e-learning/online learning media to quality of learning in economic education students at Unirow Tuban 2) know the direct effect of learning motivation to quality of learning in economic education students at Unirow Tuban, 3) know the direct effect of lecturer competence to quality of learning in economic education students at Unirow Tuban, 4) know the indirect effect of online learning media to quality of learning through learning motivation in economic education students at Unirow Tuban, and 5) know the indirect effect of lecturer competence to quality of learning through learning motivation in economic education students at Unirow Tuban. The sample of this research was part of the Economic Education students at Unirow Tuban in the even semester of the 2019/2020 academic year, amounting to 140. The data in this research were collected through a questionnaire and documentation, then analyzed using path analysis. The results showed that online learning media had a positive direct effect to quality of learning by 10%, and had an indirect positive effect on the quality of learning by 4,2%. Learning motivation had a positive direct effect on the quality of learning by 13.6%, Lecturer competence had a positive direct effect on the quality of learning by 73.7%, and had a positive indirect effect on the quality of learning through learning motivation by 8.4%.Keywords: Learning motivation, Lecturer competence, and Online learning media

No full textThe CIRC learning model is a collaborative based learning model through a reading and writing approach and oral and written language arts. In the learning process, the model forms a heterogeneous group that is responsible for the group's tasks so that more meaningful understanding and learning are formed. The problem in the research conducted by researchers is "There are still many students who have not experienced mastery learning in the economic learning outcomes of class X students of SMAN 1 Metro in the academic year 2018/2019". From these problems, the formulation of the problem in the study was "the influence of the Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) learning model on the economic learning outcomes of class X students of SMAN 1 Metro 2018/2019 academic year". The influence of the use of Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) learning models on the economic learning outcomes of class X students of SMA 1 Metro in school year 2018/2019. This study uses the experimental method (Quasi-Experimental), with the form of experimental design that is the form of The Non-Equivalent Control Group Design. In this design, the experimental class and control groups were not randomly selected but with purposive sampling techniques. Based on the results of the research conducted, the hypothesis is accepted, because the value of t count> t table can be seen in the attachment list G, at a significant level of 5%, namely 12.19> 1.70. Students who were declared complete with Minimum completeness criteria were 75 after being given treatment with a Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) learning model 24 students or with a percentage of 77.42%, while the students in the unfinished category were seven students or with a percentage of 22, 58%. Thus it shows that there is a positive effect on the use of the Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition learning model (CIRC) on the results of economic learning of class X students of SMAN 1 Metro 2018/2019 Academic Year. No full textBased on observations of problems that occur at MA Tuma'ninah Yasin Metro Class X IPS it can be seen that there are still many students who are not good in their high-level thinking skills. The lack of high-level thinking ability is due to several factors including the learning model used by the teacher that is not appropriate, inadequate facilities and infrastructure and others. So that efforts can be made to improve students' high-level thinking skills is the need for change. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the use of problem-based learning models on higher-order thinking skills. This research was conducted in MA Tuma'ninah Yasin Metro with a population in class X IPS with a total of 35 students and a sampling technique with saturated sample technique that is all populations were sampled. The research method used is experiment. The instruments in this study used a high-level thinking ability test item. Data analysis using t-test. No full textThe purpose of this research is to produce IPS learning media using sparkol videoscribe which is valid, practical and effective to meet students' need. IPS learning media will then be tested feasibility by experts. This research uses the research procedure and development model of ADDIE. This development model consists of 5 development stages namely Analisys, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The results showed that IPS learning media using sparkol videoscribe is feasible to use in learning. This is demonstrated by the results of the expert test on the display design of sparkol videoscribe learning media included into the criteria "Very Eligible" with a percentage of 86%, expert test results on the presentation of sparkol videoscribe learning media materials included into the criteria "Very Eligible" with a percentage of 83% and test result with small group that is 10 student to know student response to learning media of IPS using sparkol videoscribe included in criterion "Very Eligible" with percentage equal to 96%. IPS learning media using sparkol videoscribe can be used as a reference material in the subjects of social studies especially on the subject of economic activity.Keywords: IPS Learning Media, Sparkol Videoscrib

No full textThis study aims to determine how much effectiveness and contribution of PBB-P2 to increase regional income in Magetan district in 2014-2018. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness of PBB-P2 in Magetan district in 2014-2018 which is included in the criteria is very effective. For its contribution in 2014-2018 it shows that the criteria are very less contributing to increasing the original income of Magetan district. While the growth of Magetan regency's regional income in 2014-2018 which was included in the criteria was unsuccessful due to the existence of several local taxes which the target was not reached.Keywords : Regional income; Effectiveness; Contributio

No full textCareer maturity in the world of teacher training today is an important capital in facing competition. Mapping the career maturity of educational science students is important to predict their chances of success as well as material for policy considerations related to learning. The population was 332 students with a sample of 180 students. This study uses a quantitative method with an analysis tool used, namely analysis of variance (ANOVA). The results obtained from this study state that there is no difference in career maturity of students with the socio-economic status of parents in the low, medium and high categories. However, the career maturity level of students with high socioeconomic status is generally lower if compared with the average value of low and medium socioeconomic status. This type of research is expost facto with sampling techniques using total sampling or the whole population research i.e. as many as 230 students. Data collection instruments in this research is the observation, documentation, and question form or questionnaire. Test research instrument using the test validity and reliability are done using application software SPSS version 20. Data analysis techniques used include: test of normality, test linearity, multicollinearity test, heterokedastisitas test, multiple linear analysis, determination of the coefficient and test hypotheses, namely: t-test and F-test that uses the software SPSS version 24.Multiple linear regression calculation Results isY = 20.677 – 0 144X,1+ 0, 792X2. While the results of the test showed that the t in parsiaifl financial literacy has a negative and significant effect against hedonism with value tcalculatetcounttable (15.454 Ftable (129.025 >3,04 ) and the value of significance α (0.000 < 0.05)

This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. This research was conducted with supported interview and documentation methods related to the teaching factory program (TEFA) at SMK Model 1 Mejayan PGRI in 2018/2019 Academic Year. The results of the study stated that there was an increase in hard skills and soft skills needed through character building, the potential of student or teacher HR, interactions between teachers and students, students and students, students and parents, self-control, and business spirit.Keywords: hard skill , soft skill, Teaching Factory (TEFA
