PENGARUH MARKETING MIX DAN PERSEPSI KONSUMEN TERHADAP MINAT BELI KONSUMEN PADA HOME INDUSTRY DONAT KENTANG MADONA DI KECAMATAN UNAAHA
This study aims to examine and analyze empirically the Effect of Marketing Mix (X1), Consumer Perception (X2), on Consumer Buying Interest (Y) in Home Industry Potato Donut Madona in Unaaha City. The population in this study were consumers who made purchases at the Home Industry of Madona potato donuts in Unaaha City, amounting to 50 people. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that Marketing Mix and Consumer Perception have a significant effect on Consumer Purchase Interest in Home Industry of Madona Potato Donuts in Unaaha City. Marketing Mix partially has a significant effect on Consumer Buying Interest in Home Industry Madona Potato Donuts in Unaaha City. Consumer Perception has a significant effect on Consumer Buying Interest in Home Industry Madona Potato Donuts in Unaaha City.Keywords: Marketing Mix, Consumer Perception, and Buying Interest
ANALISIS VALIDASI TERHADAP PENGEMBANGAN BUKU AJAR DIGITAL DISERTAI NILAI-NILAI ISLAM UNTUK MENINGKATKAN NILAI PROFETIK PADA MATA KULIAH KEWIRAUSAHAAN
Muhammadiyah Metro University is one of the Islamic campuses in Lampung Province which has the vision of "Center of Professional, Modern and Enlightening Professional Excellence". Therefore, as a UM Metro lecturer, you are required to develop and apply technology-oriented science based on Islamic values that can be useful and applicable in the business and industrial world. This research is a development research, the product produced in this research is the Digital Textbook of Entrepreneurship which is accompanied by Islamic values to increase the prophetic value in entrepreneurship courses. The development of this digital textbook follows the ADDIE model development procedure. Based on research on validation analysis on the development of digital textbooks accompanied by Islamic values to increase the prophetic value in entrepreneurship courses developed using the ADDIE method through validation tests with the assessment sheet instrument, the average score is 88.5% with valid categories based on the value aspect. PENGEMBANGAN LKPD BERBASIS AUDITORY, INTELLECTUALLY, REPETITION (AIR) PADA MATA PELAJARAN EKONOMI KELAS X SMA NEGERI 02 NEGARA BATIN
Teaching materials have an important role in the learning process. However, the teaching materials used still do not meet the needs of students. The purpose of this research is to produce LKPD based Auditory, Intellectually, Repetition (AIR) products as valid and practical learning materials for BUMN, BUMD and BUMS. and standard eligibility criteria for learning media. This research is a type of development research using the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) development model. The process to produce LKPD begins with a validation stage by media experts, design experts and material experts. Auditory, Intellectually, Repetition (AIR) based LKPD was also tested in schools to measure the response of class X students of SMA Negeri 02 Negara Batin. The results showed that this Auditory, Intellectually, Repetition (AIR) based LKPD was suitable for use in learning. This is indicated by the results of the final validation from design experts with a percentage of 80% with strong criteria, the results of the assessment by media experts with a percentage of 90% with very strong criteria, the results of the assessment by material experts with a percentage of 86.7% with very strong criteria and results. testing with a small group of 15 students with a percentage of 86.4% with very strong criteria. Based on the percentage obtained from an average expert validation of 89.2% with very strong criteria and student responses of 86.4% with very strong criteria, Auditory, Intellectually, Repetition (AIR) based LKPD is declared valid and practical to be used as references in the learning process.Keywords: Development, LKPD, Learning Medi

PENGEMBANGAN KONTRAK PEMBELAJARAN EKONOMI MENGGUNAKAN WHIMSICAL
Learning contracts are generally used to achieve the goal, namely the professional competence of prospective workers. Therefore, learning contracts are not commonly used at the secondary education level. In fact, the learning contract is considered to have a positive impact in the process of increasing professional competence. This study aims to develop a learning contract using the Whimsical application. The learning contract was developed using the ADDIE model. The content and learning objectives are based on the standard content of the economic content of the secondary education level based on the Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia Number 21 of 2016 concerning the Content Standards of Primary and Secondary Education. The results of the study are expected to assist teachers in developing learning contracts that can be used by teachers of economics subjects. The results of this study are expected to have a positive impact on student learning outcomes. The process of developing an economic learning contract adopting the ADDIE mode includes five steps, namely, (1) analysis, (2) design, (3) development, (4) implementation, and (5) evaluation. The results of the study show that the overall economic learning contract is categorized as very feasible both from the aspect of the quality of the content and objectives as well as the quality aspect of the learning contract both visualization and physical use.Keywords: Learning Contract; Economic course; Whimsicle
PENANAMAN NILAI- NILAI KARAKTER DALAM PEMBELAJARAN IPS DI SMP NEGERI 3 JEMBER
Education is an essential trait that cannot be separated to human basic needs. It increases the human’s potential, organizes the way of thinking, and develops better behavior as well as better human characteristic. The development of character values needs to be carried out continuously. Through the implementation of the 2013 curriculum which is competency-based and character building with contextual and thematic approaches, it is expected that students are able to independently use and improve their knowledge and apply character values in their daily behavior. The development of the character values in social studies learning at SMP Negeri 3 Jember has been implemented by social studies teachers. The teacher delivers it in social studies learning activities through three stages; the stages of planning, implementing and holding assessment processing. PENGARUH PENDIDIKAN KEWIRAUSAHAAN, MOTIVASI BERWIRAUSAHA DAN SELF-EFFICACY TERHADAP PEMBENTUKAN SIKAP KEWIRAUSAHAAN MAHASISWA
The purpose of this research to analyze the influence of entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurial motivation, and self-efficacy on the formation of student entrepreneurial attitudes. The research subjects in this research were all students of the Economics Education Study Program, Faculty of Economics, State University of Surabaya, Class of 2017 who had taken entrepreneurship courses with a total of 83 students. Data were collected using a questionnaire instrument which was distributed to respondents. Data analysis in this research using multiple linear regression. The results show that partially entrepreneurship education has a significant effect on the formation of student entrepreneurial attitudes, entrepreneurial motivation has no significant effect on the formation of student entrepreneurial attitudes, and self-efficacy has a significant effect on the formation of student entrepreneurial attitudes. Meanwhile, simultaneously the results showed that entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurial motivation and self-efficacy had a significant effect on the formation of student entrepreneurial attitudes.Keywords : Entrepreneurial Motivation; Entrepreneurship Education; Self-efficacy; Entrepreneurial Attitud

Performance assessment is one of the important factors in the company. Apart from being used to assess the success of the company, performance measurement can also be used as a basis for determining the reward system in the company. The Balanced Scorecard is comprehensive enough to motivate executives in realizing performance from these four perspectives so that the resulting financial success is sustainable. Financing through leasing is generally intended for the procurement of capital goods in the form of production facilities and equipment such as machinery and other equipment. Also, the type of business being carried out is consumer financing, which is a financing transaction for the purchase of consumer goods to individuals using a periodic payment system, where the main customer is the general public who has credibility. PT. Samudra Artha Finance is a finance company incorporated in the finance business and solutions for two-wheeled and four-wheeled motor vehicles. The purpose of writing this article is to determine the performance achievements of PT. Samudra Artha Finance. From the results, the assessment using the balanced scorecard greatly facilitates PT. Samudra Artha Finance to be able to find out the advantages and disadvantages of the company. MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR EKONOMI MENGGUNAKAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE STUDENT TEAM ACHIEVEMENT DIVISIONS (STAD)
The learning outcomes of class XI high school students are still low. In an effort to improve economic learning outcomes, the researcher intends to use a cooperative learning model of the Student Team Achievement Divisions (STAD) type. This learning model is used with the aim of helping economic education teachers in an effort to improve student economic learning outcomes. This study aims to determine the effect of the use of the Student Team Achievement Divisions (STAD) Cooperative Learning Model on the Economics Learning Outcomes of Class XI Social Sciences Students. The population in this study were students of class XI IPS SMA, which amounted to 63 students and consisted of 3 classes. The sample of this study amounted to 41 students which was carried out in 21 students of class XI IPS1 as the experimental class, and XI IPS2 as the control class which was determined by purposive sampling. To determine the level of validity and reliability, the K-R formula is used. 20: r_11=(k/(k-1))×((V_t pq)/Vt) and to test the hypothesis, the Simple Linear Regression formula is used, namely = a + bx. The value of =36.0217+0.6594X followed by the t-count formula, namely t_hit= b/S_b = 6.81 and t_table = 1.73 with a significant level of 5% and t_table = 2.54 with a significant level of 1%. ANALISIS FAKTOR PENGGUNAAN MARKETING MIX SEBAGAI PERTIMBANGAN KONSUMEN DALAM MEMILIH PAVING DI CV. OPEN ARTO MADURAN – LAMONGAN
This research was conducted to find out what factors are considered by consumers in choosing Paving CV Open Arto. In Maduran Lamongan which is always crowded with visitors even though there are many other paving productions standing around Paving CV Open Arto.. The purpose of this study is to find out which factors are the most dominant consumers consider among the 7P product marketing mix variables, price, location, promotion, people, processes and physical evidence in the CV Open Arto. Maduran - Lamongan. The research method used in the CV Open Arto. is a quantitative method with a population of 4,320 visitors and 100 samples to be examined. This study uses factor analysis with SPSS and the results show that the dominant factor considered by consumers in choosing Paving is a person factor with an eigen value of 6,887 and the lowest factor is a product with an eigen value of 1,541.Keywoords: Marketing Mix, Consumer Considerations, Factor Analysis
