No full textPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh city image dan city personality terhadap revisi tintention wisatawan mancanegara ke kota Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada wisatawan mancanegara yang pernah mengunjungi kota Yogyakarta dalam kurun waktu minimal 6 bulan. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan menggunakan program Amos 16.0 teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah nonprobability sampling dengan tipe accidental sampling. Data diperoleh langsung secara langsung dari responden yang memenuhi karakteristik populasi yang telah ditentukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 152 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan tidak adanya pengaruh antara city personality terhadap city image yang dapat dilihat dari setiap dimensi city personality yaitu excitement, sincerity, dan sophistication tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap setiap dimensi city image yaitu dynamic, specific dan stable. Kemudian, tidak adanya pengaruh antara city image terhadap revisi tintention wisatawan mancanegara ke kota Yogyakarta yang dapat dilihat dari setiap dimensi city image yaitu dynamic, specific dan stable terhadap revisi tintention

Get PDFPada gaya hidup yang semakin berkembang ini membuat banyaknya gaya hidup masyarakat yang konsumtif dalam menyalurkan kartu kredit. Penelitian ini berfokus pada money attitude dan yang sangat mempengaruhi compulsive buying dan credit card usage. Hasil kajian konseptual ini diharapkan mampu memberikan wawasan dan kesadaran bagi anak-anak muda yang tidak bisa menahan penggunaan uang dalam menggunakan kartu kredit yang sering melakukan pembelian kompulsif. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 307 orang. Analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) dan diolah menggunakan software SPSS versi 18.0 for Windows serta AMOS versi 22.0 for Windows untuk pengujian Model Measurement dan Structural. Hasil perhitungan menunjukan bahwa power-prestige, anxiety dan credit card usage yang mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap compulsive buying. Sedangkan retention-time mempunyai pengaruh negatif terhadap compulsive buying. Dari beberapa variabel ada 1 yang tidak menunjukan adanya pengaruh langsung terhadap compulsive buying yakni distrust. Penelitian ini dapat mendukung aktivitas manajer bank untuk memberikan promo kartu kredit yang lebih menarik lagi

Get PDFHorticulture is one of Indonesia's agricultural sub-sectors with quite good economic potential that can create income, business opportunities, employment opportunities, as well as upstream-downstream linkages and with other sectors, and also has a good export potential in the international market, such as ASEAN market. This research is to analyze the condition and position of competitiveness of Indonesian horticulture commodity in ASEAN market in 2012-2016, and to formulate strategies that can support the increasing value and competitiveness of Indonesian horticultural exports. Research on the competitiveness of Indonesian horticultural exports 2012-2016 was analyzed using Revealed Comparative Advantages, Export Competitiveness Index, and Acceleration Ratio. The commodities studied in this research are cut flower, mango, mangosteen, guava, avocado, watermelon, potato, tomato, and temulawak which is the leading commodity of Indonesia in 2012. Based on the results of the three analyzes, it can be concluded that there are horticultural commodities has a high export competitiveness in the ASEAN market because it meets all three criteria specified, but of course there are horticultural commodities which still have low export competitiveness in the ASEAN market. It is necessary to create strategy in order to increase the value and also improve the quality of products and the competitiveness of Indonesian horticulture in the ASEAN market

Management as agents can not avoid the reality of the impact of corporate activity that not only generate profits and raise share prices, but also cause environmental impacts such as damage to ecosystems, pollution, effluents and waste and all of these are company responsibility in relation to the environmental aspects. This research is aimed to examine the influence of earnings management and corporate governance mechanisms to corporate environmental disclosure (CED). Earnings management was measure by discretionary accruals use Khotari et al. (2005) model.
The population of this research is 51 companies in the non-financial companies which were listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2014-2015. Data used in this study come from annual reports and sustainable report of non-financial companies listed on the IDX and the Program for Pollution Control Evaluation and Rating (PROPER) in 2014-2015 with a total of 37 companies. Hypothesis testing method used is multiple regression analysis.
Result of this research indicates that earnings management is negative significant of corporate environmental disclosure, and just board size variable can be moderate of earnings management and corporate environmental disclosure

Constraints that occur is the owner is difficult in developing in terms of product marketing. Car sales are done around, due to lack of confidence in car owner "Nusantara". Therefore, a dynamic system simulation was created in order to increase the sales of car dealer "Nusantara". The dynamic system is an approach to studying the dynamics of behavioral systems. Dynamic systems are used to analyze, design, and help improve decision making and policy formation. With the simulation of dynamic system at car dealer company "Nusantara" is expected to facilitate the owner in increasing car sales and introduce car dealer company "Nusantara" to the wider community. Get PDFP2B as a key unit to the success of operational business processes in PLN needs to conduct performance measurement to determine whether the performance of the organization and its employees are in accordance with the requested targets. Therefore, the researcher offers a method of me asuring HR Scorecard which is a form of human resources measurement to demonstrate the role of human resources that has been regarded as intangible to be measured in their role to a chieve the company’s mission, vision and strategy. The design of HR Scorecard resulted 17 indicators on four existing perspectives. Then the achievement target and its performance of each indicator we re measured and assessed. The pairwise comparison method (A HP) was done to w eigh each p erspective, strategy and indicator obtaining nine greatest weights of indicators. The indicator is then displayed in the dashboard to show the data of perf ormance measurement results. Thus the results show that the strategic perspective and consumers were good with each performance value of 4.197 and 3.667. Meanwhile, the operating and financial performance perspectives were quite well with the performance value of 2.968 and 2.667. It can be calculated that the value of the overall performance is 3.538 which means good performance

Psychological well-being becomes a matter of concern in the life of female migrants because it deals with the best conditions in the individual arising from positive attitudes to achieve what is expected when dealing with situations in life. Hardiness becomes one of the important capital to achieve psychological well-being because hardiness contains intrinsic aspects of strengths such as; commitment, control, and challenge to be ready for the events that occur and aim for personal growth. This research was using purposive sampling technique with sample of 134 active Ubaya female students from outside East Java province and living in boarding house. Psychological well-being variable was measured by SPWB from Ryff (1989), which was adapted from Abdillah (2016) and the hardiness variable was measured by PVS III-R from Kobasa (2006). Based on the results of the analysis of research data, using non parametric correlation coefficient is ρ = 0,307 with significance level p = 0,000 and effective contribution equal to 12,5%. So it can be concluded that there is a relationship between hardiness with the psychological well-being of female students who migrated from outside East Java Province

Get PDFAbstract - This research aims to find out the influence of implementation of good corporate governance to firm performance in industrial manufacturing company in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX ) period 2011-2015. In this research samples there are 103 industrial manufacturing company which is listed in IDX period 2011-2015. Dependent variable in this research of firm performance measured by accounting based, i.e ROA & ROE and marketbased that is Tobin’s Q. While the independent variable is corporate governance mechanism; board size director, board size commissioner, board of independent commissioner, managerial ownership, ownership concentration and audit quality. Firm size and leverage are used for it’s control variable. The test on hypotheses using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicates that there is a significant influence between board size commissioner, managerial ownerhip, ownership concentration and audit quality onto ROA. Furthermore, this study shows that there is a significant influence between board size commissioner, board of independent commissioner and audit quality onto ROE. Based on Tobin’s Q, there is only board size director, board of independent commissioner and audit quality which has a significant effect. The firm size and leverage control variable are also shown a significant effect on ROA and ROE

Lack of supervision from supervisors and the lack of understanding of the vision, mission, and objectives of the company by some employees that cause the non-compliance of company regulations are some of the problems of implementing a management control system that hampers the company's business strategy. Improvements using a levers of control based management control system are chosen because they emphasize information systems that can maintain and change organizational behavior patterns.
