ANALISIS PENGARUH KOREAN WAVETERHADAP EKSPOR, IMPOR DAN CADANGAN DEVISA INDONESIA PERIODE 2007-2016
Get PDFKorean wave is a phenomenon has become an alternatif culture that consist principally of two froms of media, television serial or pop music (K-pop). Korean wave is one example of the succses of a country developing cultural and able to make the most for the welfare of the country. This study aims to determine the effect of Korean wave to Export, Import and Foreign exchange reserves during the period of 2007-2016. The method of analysis used is the Ordinary Least Square Method and Two Stage Least Square Method by using analytical tool to help process data is Eviews 9 progam. The result of analysis shows that Korean wave has positif influence to Import and has a negative influence to Export. This study also found if Import has positif influence to Foreign exchange reserves and Export has negative influence to Foreign exchange reserves

Formerly, Malangan mask is used for traditional ceremonies, but by the growing of the era Malangan mask is used for entertain people using folklore. The characters that are famous in that folklore are Panji Asmorobangun and Dewi Sekartaji. By the growing of the era, foreign cultures are coming to Indonesia. It can be seen by young generation that love foreign cultures and modern cultures so that traditional culture from Indonesia faded. To resolve that problem, we begin this study with the purpose of uniting the Indonesia’s traditional culture with modern cultures. A lifestyle products are one of modern cultures. Lifestyle products grow with the era. One of lifestyle product which is popular to use are shoes. From the study, we try to put the Traditional cultures, which is Malangan mask, into a modern product which is shoes. The shoes are casual shoes using genuine leather for the material. This leather shoes design used Vigilant trend, a sub-theme of trend in 2018. Brand names for this lifestyle products is Piedre, which is an acronym of Piece De Resistance that have meaning masterpiece

Get PDFThis study aims to analyze the effect of board gender diversity, board size, blockholder ownership, firm size, and leverage towards financial firmperformance using Tobin’s Q as a proxy in consumer good sector companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in the period 2012-2016. This research uses quantitative approach with multiple regression analysis model. This study uses sample of firms which are listed on consumer good sector in IDX on 2012 -2016. The number of final samples used in this study were 34 business entities with 170 observations. This study uses DWOMEN and PWOMEN to measure board gender diversity. The findings result of this research DWOMEN, PWOMEN, B_SIZE, BHR_OWN and F_SIZE have positive and significant effect towards Tobin’s Q in consumer good sector companies BEI on the period 2012-2016, while LEV have negatif but insignificant effect towards Tobin’s Q in consumer good sector companies BEI on the period 2012-2016

Get PDFThis study aims to investigate the determinants of corporate dividend policy such as GCG Index, firm size, profitability, leverage, firm growth and free cash flow of companies’ listed in the Indonesian Stock Exchange. This Study uses the quantitative approach and multiple linear reggresion to analyze the data. The target populations of this study are all non-financial companies registered in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2016 which are equal to 1550 observations. The dependent variable used in this study is corporate dividend policy that measured by using dividend payout ratio.
The study finds that firm size, profitability and Leverage affect dividend payout ratio negatively. On the other hand, GCG Index, Firm Growth and Free Cash Flow affect dividend payout ratio positively
PEMBUATAN APLIKASI ALAT MUSIK TRADISIONAL GAMBANG
Get PDFIndonesia is a country with a rich culture, one of them is the traditional musical instrument gambang. Gambang is a traditional musical instrument from Central Java. From the results of questionnaire, there are many respondents who didn’t know the shape, how to play and where gambang came from. Respondents also said that they rather play modern musical instruments than the traditional one. Those are the backgrounds which are made for the making of traditional musical instrument gambang application. The name of this application is Dolanan Gambang, where this application is intended for Indonesian citizens to understand about gambang and play it virtually with leap motion as an input. Users can play gambang with traditional/modern songs. This application are made with Adobe Flash Professional CS 6, Adobe Photoshop CS 6, Adobe audition CS 6, Autodesk 3DS Max 2015, C# dan Unity 5.5. Results of verification and validation shows that this application is working well. From questionnaire results, many respondents said they agree that this application can increase their knowledge about gambang. This application can also provide an experience of playing gambang virtually. Respondents also said that this application have an easy to understand interface and it is visually appealing. Although at first respondents seems to have a hard time playing because they are not used to using leap motion. Furthermore, respondent tells that this application made them interested on playing gambang

Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemilikan keluarga, kontrol keluarga pemilik,dan manajemen keluarga pemilik, terhadap tindakan pajak agresif perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2013-2015. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2013 sampai 2015 dengan jumlah 135 perusahaan. Penentuan sampel yang dipilih dalam penelitian menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Pengujian pengaruh kepemilikan keluarga, kontrol keluarga pemilik, dan manajemen keluarga pemilik, terhadap tindakan pajak agresif di analisis menggunakan uji regresi linier berganda dengan bantuansoftware Eviews 4.1.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat 28 perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria purposive sampling yang ditetapkan dalam penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kepemilikan keluarga tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tindakan pajak agresif. Kontrol keluarga pemilikmemiliki pengaruh terhadap tindakan pajak agresif dan manajemen keluarga pemilik perusahaan tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap tindakan pajak agresif

This research uses qualitative approach, applied research and explanatoryresearch method. The object of this research is one outlet Rocket Chicken which is a local franchise business in the field of fast food restaurant is Rocket Chicken Manggis in Banjarmasin. Data collection used in this research is interview, observation and document analysis. From this study, researchers found some control problems that occur in Rocket Chicken Manggis in Banjarmasin and analyze the causes and impacts that occur from the control problem. Control problems that occur in general are lack of direction, motivational problems, and personal limitations. To solve this problem, the researcher gives action design and result control to overcome control problem in each form of control to improve employee performance
ENTREPRENEURIAL ORIENTATION (EO) IN INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS: A CASE STUDY OF FISHERIES INDUSTRY IN BALI
Get PDFThis research aims to explore international entrepreneurial orientation (IEO) in fisheries export industry in Bali which comprises of innovativeness, proactiveness, and risk-taking aspects with one international verbiage variable of strategic performance. The researcher conducted in-depth interviews with seven companies in Bali to understand how the industry stack-up if seen from three aspects of IEO with one additional international verbiage.The result shows that the observed fisheries industry in Bali is an industry that shows negative innovativeness, positive proactiveness, inconsistent risk-taking, and positive strategic performance. Negative innovativeness is solely due to the nature of the industry where the businesses are only exporting raw fish material and further processing takes place at level of importer; positive proactiveness to outpace its competitors; inconsistent risk-taking due to the sector of live or frozen fish; and positive strategic performance because have been an established business

Get PDFThe purpose of this research is to assess the risk and effectiveness of internal controls that have been applied to building materials supplier ‘UD.X’ in Surabaya. Auditor used risk based audit approach to focus on high risk areas and reduce the impact and likelihood of those risks to acceptable level. Auditor found significant findings in the risk of out of stock inventory, unorganized warehouse, difference quantity between stock opname and inventory stock data, misinterpretation of sales price, delivery delay to customers, and the overdue of customers’ payment.
Auditor recommends UD.X to evaluate sales trend so UD.X can anticipate customers’ order, organize the warehouse based on priorities, improve monitoring’s function of storing process, give the responsibility of setting the price to a dependable person, make sure the processed documents and unprocessed documents are separated, and remind the customers 3 days before deadline due payment. Thus the recommendation can improve the effectiveness, efficiency, and economics of the internal controls applied
