PENGARUH SATISFACTION IMAGE, DAN BEHAVIORAL INTENTION TERHADAP WORD OF MOUTH PADA FOLK MUSIC FESTIVAL
Get PDFAbstrak-Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan pengaruh Satisfaction, Image, dan Behavioral Intention, terhadap Word of Mouth pada Folk Music Festival. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu motivations, quality of service, satisfaction, image, behavior intention, dan word of mouth. Jenis penelitian yang di gunakan adalah penelitian kausal dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknis analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan menggunakan SPSS 24 for windows dan AMOS versi 22. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 150 responden. Penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa adanya pengaruh Image, Behavioral Intention, dan Word of Mouth terhadap Satisfaction pada Folk Music Festival.

Abstract‐ The objective of this study is to determine the influence of Satisfaction, Image, and Behavioral Intention, to Word of Mouth at Folk Music Festival. Variable used in this research are motivations, quality of service, level of satisfaction, image, behavior intention, and word of mouth. This type of research is causal research with quantitative approach. Data analysis technique Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) using SPSS 24 for windows and AMOS version 22. The number of samples used in this study were 150 respondents. The result of this study indicate the influence of Image, Behavioral Intention, and Word of Mouth to Satisfaction at Folk Music Festival.

TANGGUNG GUGAT DOKTER SPESIALIS MATA YANG MENGAKIBATKAN KEBUTAAN PERMANEN PASIEN
Get PDFAbstract — Health is a healthy condition, physically, mentally, spiritually and socially that enables everyone to live productively socially and economically. Efforts to improve the quality of human life in the health sector is a very broad and comprehensive endeavor, this effort in the field of health facilities must be accompanied by adequate health workers. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether the ophthalmologist is responsible for errors in the lens planting procedure that results in blindness experienced by the patient. The writing of this thesis uses the normative juridical method, from legal research conducted with that method, it is obtained that the incompetent actions of the ophthalmologist can file a lawsuit in court even though the family has complained in writing to MKDKI and has received a decision from MKDKI according with Article 66 paragraph 3 of Law No. 29 of 2004. So that it can be liable on the basis of Unlawful Acts as determined in Article 1365 of the Civil Code.

Abstrak— Kesehatan adalah keadaan sehat, baik secara fisik, mental, spiritual maupun sosial yang memungkinkan setiap orang untuk hidup produktif secara sosial dan ekonomis. Upaya peningkatan kualitas hidup manusia di bidang kesehatan merupakan suatu usaha yang sangat luas dan menyeluruh, usaha dalam bidang sarana kesehatan ini harus disertai dengan tenaga kesehatan yang memadai. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah dokter spesialis mata bertanggung gugat atas kesalahan prosedur tanam lensa yang mengakibatkan kebutaan yang dialami pasien. Penulisan skripsi ini menggunakan metode yuridis normatif, dari penelitian hukum yang dilakukan dengan metode tersebut diperoleh hasil bahwa atas tindakan tidak kompeten dokter spesialis mata tersebut dapat mengajukan gugatan secara perdata ke pengadilan meskipun pihak keluarga telah mengadukan secara tertulis ke MKDKI dan telah mendapat putusan dari MKDKI sesuai dengan Pasal 66 ayat 3 UU No. 29 Tahun 2004. Sehingga dapat dikenakan tanggung gugat atas dasar Perbuatan Melawan Hukum sebagaimana ditentukan dalam Pasal 1365 Kitab Undang‐Undang Hukum Perdata.

HUBUNGAN ANTARA NICOTINE DEPENDENCE SYNDROME DENGAN INSOMNIA PADA MAHASISWA DI KOTA SURABAYA
Get PDFAbstract — Indonesia is one of the countries according to the survey included in the top 3 countries consuming the most cigarettes in the world. In Indonesia, many people who are addicted to nicotine are proven from a survey that says that every person in Indonesia will spend 1085 cigarettes per year, which means that 2‐4 cigarettes are consumed every day. There are many phenomena about the number of students who are seen eating, drinking and smoking while chatting with their friends in their favorite places, especially in Surabaya. This takes place during most people's biological sleep hours. researchers want to prove the truth that smoking can cause insomnia. This study aims to determine the relationship between nicotine dependencesyndrome with insomnia symptoms in students who smoke while experiencing insomnia in the city of Surabaya. With 200 participants who are active students every day always smoke. This study uses 2 questionnaires namely Nicotine Dependence Syndrome Scale to measure nicotine dependence and KSPBJ‐IRS (Jakarta Biological Psychiatric Study Group ‐ Insomnia Rating Scale) to measure insomnia. Then the data is coding and analyzed using SPSS. Based on the results of the study it can be seen that the correlation value of the two nicotine dependence variables and insomnia produce a correlation value of 0.00 which is smaller than the P table value of 0.05 (0.00 <0.05), it is concluded that nicotine dependence is related to social anxiety in active smoker students in Surabaya. The effective contribution of nicotine dependence is 0.582. Another result is the Nicotine Dependency variable with insomnia has a positive / unidirectional correlation (r = 0.443).

Abstrak— Indonesia adalah salah satu negara yang menurut survei masuk dalam 3 besar negara pengkonsumsi rokok terbanyak di dunia. Di indonesia banyak orang yang ketergantungan nikotin terbukti dari survei yang menyebutkan setiap orang di indonesia akan menghabiskan 1085 rokok per tahun berarti setiap hari 2‐4 rokok habis di konsumsi. Banyak fenomena mengenai banyaknya mahasiswa yang terlihat sedang makan, minum, dan merokok sambil mengobrol dengan teman mereka ditempat faforit mereka khususnya di wilayah surabaya. Hal tersebut berlangsung saat jam tidur biologis kebanyakan orang pada umumnya. peneliti ingin membuktikan kebenaran bahwa rokok dapat menyebabkan insomnia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara nicotine dependencesyndrome dengan gejala insomnia pada mahasiswa yang merokok sekaligus mengalami insomnia di kota Surabaya. Dengan 200 partisipan yang merupakan mahasiswa aktif setiap hari selalu merokok. Penelitian ini menggunakan 2 angket yaitu Nicotine Dependence Syndrome Scale untuk mengukur ketergantungan nikotin dan KSPBJ‐IRS (Kelompok Studi Psikiatri Biologik Jakarta ‐ Insomnia Rating Scale) untuk mengukur insomnia. Kemudian data di coding dan dianalisis menggunakan SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa nilai korelasi 2 variabel nicotine dependence syndrome dengan insomnia menghasilkan nilai korelasi 0,00 yang lebih kecil dari nilai P tabel yang sebesar 0,05 (0,00< 0,05), disimpulkan bahwa ketergantungan nikotin berhubungan dengan kecemasan sosial pada mahasiswa perokok aktif di surabaya. Sumbangan efektif ketergantungan nikotin adalah 0,582. Hasil lainnya adalah variabel nicotine dependence syndrome dengan insomnia memiliki korelasi positif/ searah (r=0.443).

PERANCANGAN MEDIA PROMOSI AMITIE SWEETS BOUTIQUE SEBAGAI UPAYA PENINGKATAN BRAND AWARENESS
Get PDFBrand awareness is about how far someone can remember a brand in its category. Amitie Sweets Boutique is a chocolate and cake company established in 2013. Products offered include chocolates, cookies, cakes, tarts, and hampers, which are homemade and custom order. Based on Amitie customer data from 2014 to 2017, on average there are approximately 10 customers per month. According to a survey conducted, only 35% of people who know the brand that called Amitie, and 60% of them know Amitie through friend referral. The owner of Amitie has plans to further develop their business, so that the brand becomes widely known and always be consumer͛Ɛdestination, and can reach other areas. Currently, Amitie actively promotes their products through social media (Instagram), so thus there are more room to maximize their brand-building efforts. According to Aaker, D (2014) the company in its brand building efforts should be able to use digital promotion media such as website, video, and social media. The solutions for the problems faced by Amitie is to improve the way of promotion Amitie with the design of promotional media both digital and print. Stages of designing Amitie promotional media begins with an analysis of promotional media, analysis of Amitie, and SWOT comparison with similar competitors. Promotion media implemented include company profile website, product video, and brochure. The overall design of the promotional media was created by using readily available software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Illustrator, and Visual Studio Code. The result of the promotional media created has passed the design and testing stages. Based on the results of the trial, it was found that the design of Amitie promotional media has increased the brand awareness of Amitie to the wider target market
PERSEPSI MASYARAKAT SEKITAR TERHADAP DAMPAK PARIWISATA SUROBOYO CARNIVAL NIGHT MARKET
Get PDFINTISARI - Penelitian mengenai Perspsi Masyarakat Terhadap Dampak Pariwisata ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi masyarakat terhadap dampak pariwisata yang ditimbulkan dari tempat wisata Suroboyo Carnival Night Market. Adanya pembahasan mengenai persepsi masyarakat terhadap Suroboyo Carnival Night Market ini diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat, yaitu dapat memahami dampak positif maupun negatif yang ditimbulkan oleh tempat wisata, agar dapat mengatasi dampak negatif yang ada maupun mempertahankan dampak positif yang telah ada dari adanya Suroboyo Carnival Night Market. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner sebanyak 150 yang disebar pada masyarakat yang tinggal disekitar Suroboyo Carnival Night Market. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dengan menampilkan tabel frekuensi berdasarkan kuesioner masyarakat. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat tiga variabel dampak yang diteliti, yaitu dampak ekonomi, sosial-budaya, dan lingkungan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat memiliki persepsi yang positif terhadap dampak ekonomi karena masyarakat memiliki peluang untuk membuka usaha, memperoleh pekerjaan, dan meningkatkan penghasilan rumah tangga. Persepsi masyarakat terhadap dampak sosial-budaya juga positif karena tidak mempengaruhi budaya masyarakat sehari-hari, dapat meningkatkan citra kota Surabaya, dan tidak menimbulkan kriminalitas. Persepsi masyarakat terhadap dampak lingkungan negatif, karena meningkatkan kemacetan lalu lintas dan banyak wisatawan yang datang.

ABSTRACT - Research about the community perception on the Impact of Tourism is to determine the community perception of the impact of tourism generated from the tourist attractions Suroboyo Carnival Night Market. The discussion of the community perception of Suroboyo Carnival Night Market is expected to provide benefits, which can understand the positive and negative impacts caused by tourist attractions, in order to overcome the negative impact and maintaining the positive effects that have been there from Suroboyo Carnival Night Market. This study used a questionaire which has distributed to 150 peoples living around Suroboyo Carnival Night Market. The analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis by displaying the frequency table based on the community answer in questionaire. In this study, there are three variables of tourism impact, namely economic, sosio-economic, and enviromental. Results from this study indicate that the community has a positive perception of the economic impact because the community has the opportunity to build a business, find jobs, and increase household income. Community perception of the sosio-cultural impact is also positive, because it does not affect the day-to-day culture, can improve the image of Surabaya, and does not increase crimanility. Community has a negative perception of enviromental impact because it increase traffic jam and crowded because of many tourists are coming.

In affective commitment, there are several factors that can influence the emergence of these commitments, such as job satisfaction (Mowday et al., 1982). Employees who receive satisfaction from their workplace, they will show a pleasant attitude towards the job and will eventually lead to a committed attitude to the organization where they work. This study aims to examine the relationship between job satisfaction with affective commitment owned by employees of PT. PJB Services. The method used in this study is a quantitative survey. Subjects in this study were 117 permanent employees at PT. PJB Services. The results of statistical tests with Pearson's Correlation technique showed a relationship between job satisfaction and affective commitment (r = 0.699; sig: 0.000)
PERANCANGAN TATA LETAK GUDANG PADA PT.X DI SURABAYA

In the initial condition, the warehouse item has not been organized, the laying of products are still mixed and products have not been grouped. This causes the workers having difficulties to identifying the product and to pickup the products. There is damaged on packaging and product which need to be repair cause by imprecise material handling. Based on this problem, relayouting and choosing the right material handling needs to be done. In the new layout design has been determined the partition of storage areas as well as additional areas. There is an increase in warehouse capacity by 120 pallets from the previous 1129 pallets to 1249 pallets. Installation of label systems can be a solution in answering the issue of tracking goods. The use of unit load such as pallets and wooden crates is a solution to the efficient loading and unloading process and reduces manual handling that may be hazardous to workers
GRACE and GRATITUDE : KEBERSYUKURAN SEORANG AYAH YANG MEMILIKI ANAK DOWN SYNDROME
Get PDFPenelitian ini merupakan sebuah kajian life-history seorang pria yang berusaha menerima dan menjalani perannya sebagai seorang ayah dari anaknya yang memiliki Down syndrome untuk memahami lika-liku yang dialami dan dirasakannya. Data yang diambil pada penelitian ini bersumber dari wawancara baik secara formal maupun informal, dan observasi terhadap seorang ayah dengan anak pertamanya memiliki Down syndrome, beserta dengan orang-orang terdekat mereka. Agar dapat menjelaskan pengalaman subyek, penulis menggunakan paradigma interpretif dalam penelitian ini. Teori-teori yang digunakan untuk membantu menguraikan proses yang dialami Surya adalah teori mengenai fatherhood, coping strategy, gratitude,danreligiusitas. Teori-teori tentang Down syndrome juga turut dipaparkan agar kita dapat memiliki gambaran secara garis besar mengenai Down syndrome. Dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan, diperoleh beberapa kesimpulan bahwa menjadi seorang ayah dari anak Down syndrome bukanlah merupakan hal yang mudah pada awalnya dan dibutuhkan dukungan dari orang-orang terdekat. Banyak proses yang Surya lalui untuk dapat menerima kenyataan ini. Surya memilih untuk terus bersyukur sebagai caranya menerima keadaan Grace serta menjalani perannya sebagai ayahnya. Dengan bersyukur, Surya dapat memahami bahwa Grace merupakan anugerah spesial yang Tuhan percayakan padanya
Diversi terhadap Pelaku Anak Dibawah Umur 12 Tahun yang Melakukan Tindak Pidana Pencabulan Ditinjau dari Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2012 tentang Sistem Peradilan Pidana Anak
Get PDFABSTRAK - Diversi adalah pengalihan penyelesaian perkara anak dari proses peradilan pidana ke proses di luar peradilan pidana, yang diatur dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2012 tentang Sistem Peradilan Pidana Anak. Diversi bertujuan menghindarkan pelaku anak dari pertanggungjawaban pidananya, yang hanya diterapkan pada anak berusia di atas 12 tahun. Penulisan skripsi ini bertujuan menganalisis apakah pelaksanaan proses Diversi yang diterapkan kepada anak yang belum berumur 12 tahun yang diduga melakukan perbuatan cabul telah sesuai dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2012 tentang Sistem Peradilan Pidana Anak. Pasal 2 Peraturan Mahkamah Agung Nomor 4 Tahun 2014 tentang Pedoman Diversi mengatur bahwa Diversi diberlakukan terhadap anak yang telah berusia 12 (dua belas) tahun tetapi belum berusia 18 (delapan belas) tahun. Oleh karena itu, proses Diversi yang diterapkan kepada anak yang belum berumur 12 tahun adalah tidak sesuai dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2012 Sistem Peradilan Pidana Anak. Proses yang lebih tepat diterapkan pada anak yang berumur 12 tahun adalah proses pengambilan keputusan sebagaimana diatur dalam Pasal 21 ayat (1) Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2012 tentang Sistem Peradilan Pidana Anak, dengan cara rapat koordinasi antara pihak Penyidik, Balai Pemasyarakatan, bersama pekerja professional yang tidak melibatkan pihak pelaku secara langsung di dalam prosesnya sebagaimana diatur dalam pasal 77 Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 65 Tahun 2015 tentang Pedoman Pelaksanaan Diversi Dan Penanganan Anak Yang Belum Berumur 12 (Dua Belas) Tahun.

ABSTRACT - Diversion is a non-litigation settlement of underage cases, which is regulated in Law Number 11 of 2012 regarding the Juvenile Criminal Justice System. The act of Diversion aims to prevent underage subject from being liable to criminals which only applicable to children over 12 years old. The purpose of this thesis is to analyze whether or not the implementation of the Diversion process applied to child as an under 12 years-old subject suspected of committing obscene is in accordance with Law Number 11 of 2012 regarding the Juvenile Criminal Justice System. Article 2 of the Supreme Court Regulation Number 4 of 2014 regarding the Diversion Guidelines stipulates that Diversion is applicable to children between 12 (twelve) to 17 (seven) years old. Therefore, the Diversion process applied to child under 12 years old is not in accordance with Law Number 11 of 2012 regarding the Juvenile Criminal Justice System. The more appropriate process to be applied to child under 12 years old is a decision-making process which is regulated in Article 21 paragraph (1) of Law Number 11 of 2012 regarding the juvenile Criminal Justice System, by doing coordination meetings between the parties Investigators, social bureau, altogether with the professionals which do not directly involve the subject in the process as regulated in Article 77 of Government Regulation Number 65 of 2015 regarding the Guidelines for the Implementation of Diversion and Handling of Children Under 12 (Twelve) Years Old.

Dampak Fluktuasi Harga Minyak Dunia Terhadap Perekonomian Indonesia Periode 2008.Q1-2018.Q4
Get PDFAbstract-- Harga minyak dunia mempunyai pengaruh yang penting di Indonesia selama beberapa tahun terakhir dan memberikan kontribusi besar pada sektor ekonomi di negara. Penelitian ini menganalisis tentang pengaruh fluktuasi harga minyak dunia terhadap veriabel makro di Indonesia, dengan pendekatan vector autoregressive (VAR). Penelitian ini bertujuan mendapatkan pemahaman tentang dampak fluktuasi harga minyak dunia terhadap perekonomian Indonesia periode 2008.Q1-2018.Q4. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah time series analysis, dengan data dari SEKI BI, Badan Pusat Statistik, Energy Information Administration. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa fluktuasi harga minyak dunia berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap tingkat inflasi, dan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan juga terhadap harga minyak dunia periode selanjutnya. Hal tersebut dimungkinkan terjadi mengingat faktor pendorong fluktuasinya harga minyak dunia dipengaruhi oleh permintaan dan penawaran, serta peraturan dari OPEC (Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries).Kata kunci: Fluktuasi Harga Minyak, Efek Penawaran, Efek Permintaan, Inflasi, Nilai Tukar Perdagangan
Abstract-- The world oil price has an important influence in Indonesian economy over the past few years and it has contributed greatly to the economic sector in the country. This study investigates the influence of world oil prices on macro economic variables in Indonesia, using the vector autoregressive (VAR) model. This research is intended to gain an understanding of the impact of world oil prices on the Indonesian economy in the period of 2008.Q1-2018.Q4. The analytical method used is the time series analysis, with data obtained from several sources, namely SEKI BI, Badan Pusat Statistik and Energy Information Administration. The results show that fluctuation in the world oil prices has a positive and significant effect on inflation. It also has a positive and significant effect on the previous year of the world oil prices. These analysis suggest two important points that : (1) the factors driving the fluctuation of world oil prices affected by demand and supply of oil in the world market. (2) the regulations of the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries greatly influence to the oil prices.Keywords: Oil Price Fluctuations, Supply Effects, Demand Effects, Inflation, Terms of Trad
