STUDI KASUS: PENGARUH ACCEPTANCE AND COMMITMENT THERAPY TERHADAP SELF-COMPASSION INDIVIDU DENGAN ORANGTUA BERCERAI
Get PDFThe aim of this study is to see the impact of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) on self-compassion of individual with divorced parents. The research approach uses mixed methods with concurrent triangulation strategy. Quantitative research used a single case experimental method involving single subject who is a female at the age of emerging adulthood, having divorced parents since subject on adolescent age, and having low self-compassion. ACT intervention were given 6 sessions over 2 weeks. The results show that ACT improves subject’s self-compassion. Common humanity and mindfulness increase after intervention and self-kindness increases in 2 weeks after intervention. There’s also a decrease in all negative aspects of self-compassion. ACT raises subject’s awareness to do self-compassion and increase ability to overcome negative thoughts and emotions through the techniques taught. On the other hand, qualitative result show that ACT hasn’t been able to completely eliminate negative thoughts and emotions. The influencing factor is the nature of the ACT that doesn’t aim to eliminate negative thoughts and emotions instead exercises the ability to overcome them. Family support and personality also affect the process and outcome of the intervention

The indicator of their loyalty can be shown by revisiting the place and also give a recommendation to their relatives. The purpose of this research is to know how is the condition of tourism in Kediri Residency, to analyse the loyalty level of local tourism who have ever go to Kediri Residency, to know the indicator that influence loyalty, and to plan a program that can be increased loyalty level of the local tourism in Kediri Residency. This research is done using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM), to know what is the variable that influence loyalty. Then, quadrant analysist is done for variable that influence loyalty and can be improved. Quadrant analysist is used to group variables base on the importance level and the perception from tourism. The variables that have high importance level and low perception are the variables priority that must be improved. Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method is used to know the things that must be done by government and tourism manager to increase the loyalty level of local tourism

No full texts study aims to prove the effect of employee satisfaction towards customer satisfaction and customer loyalty intentions for family restaurants respondents’ in Surabaya.This type of research is causal research with quantitative approach. This study using purposive sampling approach, which is a sampling technique based on the consideration or personal judgment of researchers associated with the characteristics of the population according to the research sample. Respondents in this study amounted to 210 people. The analysis in this study using a model of SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) and processed using SPSS software version 18.0 for Windows and Amos version 22.0 for Windows for testing Measurement and Structural Model.The result of this study indicate that hypothesis 1 and 3 were supported and have positive significantly effect such as employee satisfaction has positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction has positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. For hypothesis 2 were not supported and does not have positive significantly effect that is employee satisfaction has positive and significant effect on customer loyalty

No full textCV. XYZ was a furniture company in Madiun City, East Java, that operated since 1996. This company used the concept of engineering to order, which meant designing the product came first before producing the item according to the accepted order. The analysis of gap in compliance to the QMS ISO 9001:2015 requirements showed that there were 16% compliance to the ISO requirement, 31% of half-compliance, and 53% of non-compliance. The result of early 5S audit revealed that the level of compliance in three areas were: owner area (41%), administration area (30%), production area (25%). The drafting of QMS ISO 9001:2015 was done through risk and opportunity analysis (risk register) by giving action plan to each occurring risks and creating quality objectives for the company. This research resulted in documented information in the form of one quality manual, sixteen quality procedures, four work instructions, and fifteen quality forms. The result of 5S implementation was done in production area, by cleaning the production floor, sorting and discarding waste, etc. Action plan were implemented to prevent the highest risk in strategic level and operational level. By far, ten action plans were implemented, three action plans were half-implemented, and one action plan was not implemented yet. In five quality objectives being monitored, two had been achieved and the other three had not been achieved yet

In addition the price of package tours have also been determined by a travel agent, so it is less varied and can not adjust the budget consumer. The last issue is from a travel agent as a service that caters to consumers during a journey does not yet have a database about the information needs of tourism in East Java as well as systems that can make it easier to travel agencies to design packages tourism in East Java which can adapt to the desires of consumers. In this research will be designed the database and information system for tourism in East Java which can help travel agents in designing tourism packages. The objectives to be achieved in this research is to design a system of information on tourism in East Java to make it easier for travel agencies in designing tourism packages that suit both desire the desire of tourist attractions, hotels, places of meals, transportation, as well as the desired budget travelers. The steps in making a database from the information already collected into the database server in this study using a Microsoft Access database server 2013. The result of processing the database to display the table, query, form, and report to make it easier to find and manipulate information about the needs of tourism in East Java. Then perform system validation information to know if the information system is already well underway as desired.On the validation test results show the same value between the calculation of the manual with the calculation system, so it can be said the system already made is valid and can be used for the needs of travel agents. The existence of information systems, travel agents do not need a long time to search the desired tourism needs of consumers that is approximately 15 minutes, 30 minutes faster than using manual systems because all the data is already There are in the database, live match data which is in accordance with the wishes of the consumer. Time in putting together a package tour and doing the calculations did not take a long time that is approximately 5 minutes 40 seconds faster than using a manual system because the calculations are already automatically after the user entered data. The use of these information systems provide ease of travel agencies in conducting operational activities as well as security, service, efficiency can be increased

Someone with low level of health literacy tends to misunderstand health information, and vice versa. With low understanding in terms of understanding health information, it is possible to cause several problems,which one of them is drug-related problems. Drug-related problems have a notion of the undesirable events experienced by patients relating to drug therapy where it interferes with the achievement of desired therapeutic goals. This study is a quantitative study with a total of 31 subjects, which aims to determine the relationship between health literacy domain with drug-related problem domain. The relationship gained from each of the instrumentsbeing used, obtained a pro-active relationship affect the patient’s compliance. While the result of statistical analysis using Chi-square test with cross tabulation analysis got significant correlation and the results are; patient attitude toward health influence drug therapy is not required, socio-economic consideration influence drug therapy is not required, and also socio-economic consideration influence ineffectively drug therapy

This app is called “Tutorial Menyerang dan Bertahan Permainan Bola Basket”, where this app aims to help understand the techniques of survival and attack basketball. This application was created using Adobe Illustrator CS6 software, Adobe After Effects CC and Adobe Flash Professional CS6. This app contains about defense and assault. Defense is an effort run by a defensive team in order to dispel an opponent's attack. In addition to defensive techniques, players must also master the attacking techniques in basketball games. Assault is an effort run by an attacking team in order to score numbers into a basketball ring. Verification and validation resultsnote that this application has been running smoothly. Based on the results of 20 people, 10% of respondents said agree and 90% said strongly agree that this application can provide knowledge to understand the techniques of survival and attack basketball. In addition, respondents considered this app already has an attractive visual appearance and an easy to understand interface

Get PDFSelf-injury is a non-suicidal way to relieve emotional pain and distress by deliberately hurting their bodies. There are external and internal factors causing self-injurious behavior on adolescents. The external factor is an authoritarian parenting style, and the internal one is the trait of neuroticism. The study has an interpretive perspectives and case study as its approach. The study also has a qualitative approach by interviewing and observing as the methods to collect data. The subjects of this study are around 17-20 year-female adolescents which were committed to self-harm. Also, this study has theory triangulation and methodical triangulation for the credibility of this research. The result of this study is that external factor of self-injurious behavior is social pressure from parents, family, and also other relatives. Its internal factors are loss, low self-esteem, and trauma. The main risk factors are the situations to family disorganization (affair and divorce). These factors are supported with authoritarian parenting style (physical punishments and verbal violence) and neuroticism (of pride and sosial-acceptance). Its protective factors are the reconciliation with parents and self-motivation, also the support of social control
