REBRANDING UNIVERSITAS KATOLIK DARMA CENDIKA
Get PDFThe rebranding of Universitas Katolik Darma Cendika is done to build UKDC's brand accurately, based on its target market which belongs to generation Z. A literature study about supporting theories is done before the rebranding process. After that comes the analysis process, and it is known that the current UKDC brand is not relevant enough to the target market, and UKDC hasn't accentuate its uniqueness enough. Through requirement analysis, it is concluded that UKDC's brand needs to form the right positioning corresponding to its uniqueness, and build a relevant brand to the tarhet market. After that, analysis to form the new positioning is done. The design process is divided into two, the design concept and design process. The design concept is assigned to ensure unity in all the design. Based on the positioning and design concept, the design process is started. The design process consists of logo, tagline, graphic pattern, website, stationery, and brand identity guidelines design. The designs are implemented in the form of website, stationery, and brand identity guidelines. The next step is experiment and evaluation, which consist of verification and validation. The validation process is done into two types of respondents, the target market and designer. Based on the experiment and evaluation process it is concluded that the rebranding of UKDC has succeed in increasing the target market's interest, and becoming a more relevant brand to the generation

Get PDF“Aplikasi Pembantu Pemandu Wisata” is an application that created to help the work of tour guides in explaining the travel guides. Refer to their difficulty of giving an explanation, especially in crowded conditions, is the main concept of this application. With voice broadcasting feature that is captured from a cell phone guides and sent to all mobile phone participants can relieve guide jobs. The sound will be sent through a wifi connection-direct connected with the guide. In addition to the voice broadcasting feature, also a feature to send notification that serves to remind the participants if the time has come to gather. User interface implemented on the concept of one-handed operation that allows the user to operate easily with one hand. After implementing and testing with survey and observation, the result showed that the tour guide helper application is made to facilitate the tour guides and tour participants

No full textAbstract – Game is a rapidly developing industry in the worldwide, including Indonesia. But the high piracy rate in Indonesia itself is harming the profit of the domestic gaming companies, and to prevent further damages, game of limited- amount version is one of the solutions. Therefore, this study aims to explore the impact of perceived scarcity and perceived value toward buyers’ purchase intention of game of limited-amount version. The results of this study is to provide insights and recommendations for the decision making of gaming companies in Indonesia. This study uses quantitative approach and the data collection is done by surveying, where 200 questionnaire is distributed to respondents whose domiciled in Surabaya and bought game of limited-amount version at least once in the past 6 months. The findings in this study shows that perceived scarcity, in an indirect way, does affect perceived value. Then perceived value has a direct impact toward buyers’ purchase intention of game of limited-amount version in Surabaya.
 
EKSTRAK DAUN TEH HITAM SEBAGAI ANTIOKSIDAN ALAMI MINYAK KELAPA BLACK TEA LEAVES EXTRACT AS A NATURAL ANTIOXIDANT IN COCONUT OIL
Get PDFCoconut oil can undergo rancidity during the usage. Rancidity in coconut oil can occur due to the oxidation process. Antioxidant mostly used to prevent oil oxidation. Synthetic antioxidant usually used as a preservative in commercial oil, however synthetic antioxidant had been known to cause several health problems. Therefore, this research was aimed to study the addition of antioxidant from crude extract of black tea leaves in coconut oil quality which treated to accelerate its rancidity. Black tea leaves were extracted using 3 different solvents to determine the best solvent to extract the antioxidant from black tea leaves which gave the highest antioxidant activity. The best solvent to extract the black tea leaves was found to be ethanol 96% with the antioxidant activity of 75,01%. As much as 0,01% (v/v) crude extract of black tea leaves then used for treatment to prevent the deterioration of coconut oil. The oil quality was assessed by measuring iodine value, peroxide value, TBA value and the change in colour and viscosity. The results showed that the addition of crude extract from black tea leaves delayed the oxidation rate in coconut oil compared to the control (without extract addition). Division of dakwah ibadahis a division that manages the study activities. Activities undertaken by the division of dakwah ibadah there are monthly reports and there are no monthly reports. Activities that have monthly reports are routine activities carried out by the division of dakwah ibadah, namely Sholat Rawatib, Kajian Spirit Muslim Sukses, Kajian Maghrib, Kajian Subuh, dan Kajian Majelis Jejak Nabi. Other activities or incidental activities do not have monthly reports. This matter may cause division of dakwah ibadahnot knowing what incidental activity has been done and enthusiasts from such activity.In addition to the division of dakwah ibadah, zakat infaq division also has difficulties in receiving zakat infaq recorded in paper form. So also with the qurban committee in performing receipt qurban recorded in the paper each acceptance. While the difficulties experienced in the secretarial division is to know the progress of incoming mail. The existing difficulties can be solved by establishing an activity management information system. This information system is made using system theory, information, management, management information system, and mosque organization. Once this information system is created, a trial is conducted to ensure that the information system is error-free and can be used in accordance with the objectives of the information system

The result of mould designing is the mould consist of male, female, and stripper plate with the total dimension 200×105×150 mm.the mould have 2 cavity, a sprue and runnerswith total mass per injection 24,32 grams and the mould clamping force 8,9 tonnes. With those result is still under the capacity of the injection moulding machine. The mould having a cooling channel with the diameter is 10 mm and the length is 766 mm. The cooling channel is proved can handle to keep the mould in low temperature.Production cost for one product is Rp 303,00 so the product can be sell with lower price

In this study raised the concept of organic farming so that farmers who still use conventional ways easier and interested to switch to organic methods. The purpose of this research is to create a set of tools that facilitate the farmers in controlling the production process, so that production becomes more stable and value-added.The method used in this research is qualitative method of observation, in depth interview, and focus group discussion. Based on the observations, it is known that the farmers are traditional farmers, so they are still based on the constellation and the climate where it is not applicable due to climate change, then the absence of good means of information and reminder to assist the population in controlling the stages of planting, fertilization and so on.This research produces a series of tools, applied to the learning process of traditional farmers with a cubism design developed in 1910-1914.The design focuses on the simplification of geometric forms of nature, in which the flow arises from the appearance of boredom of classical streams full of ornaments
