PENGARUH WARNA LOGO BRANDTERHADAP BRAND PERSONALITY
Get PDFAbstract - Brand personality is one of the most effective communications and promotion tool, which has the ability to establish consumer loyalty. Hence, it should be “designed” by utilizing the brand logo. Brand logo, particularly its color, can be manipulated to establish certain brand personality dimensions which can also attract the consumers. This research’s aim is to find further impact of logo colors towards brand personality. According to the results, it was found out that yellow color affects the construction of excitement and sincerity dimensions of brand personality. White color has the ability to affect the construction of peacefulness and sophistication dimensions. Meanwhile, the competence dimension is affected by four colors, blue, black, red, and white. However, the green colored logo wasn’t affecting any brand personality dimensions. These colors were associated with certain characteristics representing certain brand personality dimensions. Discerning the color’s impact towards brand personality, both logo designer and corporations might take a proper logo color application into consideration for creating or designing a brand logo that match its brand personality

Untuk tetap menjaga kestabilan bank, maka Bank Indonesia menetapkan CAR 8%, dengan ketentuan CAR mengikuti Basel I dan Basel II. Modal yang ada akan disalurkan kembali kepada masyarakat dalam bentuk kredit oleh bank, yang pasti akan disertai oleh suku bunga kredit. Salah satu yang mempengaruhi suku bunga kredit adalah suku bunga Bank Indonesia. Jika suku bunga kredit meningkat, salah satu dampak yang dirasakan adalah meningkatnya kredit macet. Untuk melihat pengaruh suku bunga kredit, maka dilakukan penelitian terhadap sepuluh bank go public di Indonesia periode 2013-2015. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah CAR, NPL, ROA, LDR, Reserve, dan Total Asset. Agar mendapatkan hasil penelitian, maka digunakan metode estimator PLS (Panel Least Square). Dengan taraf signifikan 5% dan 10% maka ditemukan hasil bahwa NPL (Non Performing Loan) dan Total Asset berpengaruh signifikan terhadap interest rate on loans. Sedangkan CAR (Capital Adequacy Ratio), ROA (Return on Asset), LDR (Loan to Deposit Ratio), dan Reserve tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap interest rate on loans.

This study was aimed to examine the control system and the support factors, in order to increase staff marketing motivation company. This research would be conducted with a qualitative approach in the applied method research. The company was known having marketing with low motivation, it was caused by the existence of Management Control System in the company that couldn’t give enough motivation on itsemployees.In addition, this thesis was aimed to give recommendations about kind of Management Control System that could be used to increase the marketing motivation with training-based employees so that it could fulfill the target in order to achieve the aim of the company itself,either by changing, adding, or removing company regulations that had been determined before

Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh E-Servicescape dan Website Quality terhadap Stickiness, Loyalty, dan Word of Mouth pada para pengguna situs e-retail Lazada.co.id di Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan purposive sampling, dimana sampel berupa responden yang pernah berbelanja online minimal 2 kali dalam 1 tahun terakhir dan berpendidikan minimal S1. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kausal. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer yaitu dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 170 orang yang terdiri dari 102 responden laki-laki dan 68 responden perempuan. Dalam penelitian ini data dianalisis menggunakan SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) dengan software AMOS 22. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa E-servicescape memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap Stickiness. Website Qualitymemiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap Loyalty. Stickiness memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap Loyalty. Stickiness memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap Word of Mouth. Loyalty tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Word of Mouth pada para pengguna situs e-retail Lazada.co.id di Surabaya

This Research intends to find answers behind the phenomenon that people joined the community contrary to be fact that vit requires more effort. This research intends to study the phenomenon and will try to reveal motivation of members behind joining IndoRunners Surabaya. Using Victor Vroom's Expectancy theory, the motivation is divided into expectancy, instrumentality, and valence. The researcher expects to find insight through these elements to find answer and create better understanding to the phenomenon. the result show that expectations of members to join IndoRunners Surabaya which developed the effent in realizing those expectations, and is supported by the reward that they perceived. Knowledge from this research may benefit excercise communities or organizations in sports and excercise industrics

Teologi pembebasan merupakan teori yang membantu untuk membebaskan masyarakat miskin dan tertindas yang dapat diaplikasikan pada penyusunan pelaporan keuangan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, ada pengaruh antara pelaporan keuangan dan keadilan sosial di Indonesia. Dengan dilandasi teologi pembebasan, maka pelaporan keuangan dapat menyajikan pelaporan yang wajar. Akuntabilitas juga sangat mutlak bagi profesi akuntan guna menyusun pelaporan keuangan yang sesuai dengan aturan yang berlaku. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode explanatory dengan bentuk penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah wawancara dan analisis dokumen. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, penyusunan pelaporan keuangan di Indonesia masih belum baik dan menimbulkan ketidakadilan bagi masyarakat
THE ROLE OF GENDER IN VIDEO GAME USAGE, PREFERENCE, AND BEHAVIOR IN SURABAYA
Get PDFThis study aims to identify and analyze the differences of Behavior and describe the Usage and Preference toward Video Game between Male and Female gamers in Surabaya. The Video Game mentioned covers all electronic games, independent of their platform (computer, consoles, arcades, handheld, smartphone, etc.). The data used in this research gathered through direct offline physical Questionnaire which was adopted from Phan. et.al. (2012). Using Non-probability purposive sampling technique, sample of this research consisted of 200 respondents, composed from 100 Male and 100 Female respondents whose age is 17 years old or above, domiciled Surabaya, and routinely plays video game for at least two hours in a week. Further data analysis was analyzed by SPSS 23.0. Result of this study found that there is significant difference in behavior between male and female video gamers and describe each gender preferences toward genres and gaming device,also the usage of the video game
PENGARUH PELATIHAN “COURAGEOUS FOLLOWERSHIP” UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KUALITAS LEADER-MEMBER EXCHANGE (LMX) PEGAWAI DI BP2KB PROVINSI JAWA TIMUR
Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari peningkatan kualitas leader-member exchange dengan pelatihan courageous followership pada pegawai di Badan Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Keluarga Berencana (BP2KB) Provinsi Jawa Timur. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 11 pegawai pada level pemimpin dan staf yang berada di empat bidang teknis (PKHP, KB, PPA, PUG & PUA). Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala leader-member exchange dari Liden dan Mslyn (1998) dalam bentuk angket tertutup. Hasil uji nonparametrik dengan korelasi Wilcoxon Signed-Rank test berdasarkan relasi dyadic menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan kualitas relasi leader-member exchange dengan diberikannya pelatihan courageus followership 0.043 (p<α = 0.05), hasil uji beda melalui relasi dyadic, menunjukkan pemimpin dan staf berusaha untuk meningkatkan kualitas relasi leader-member exchange dalam menghadapi setiap perubahan dan permasalahan yang terjadi melalui pendekatan personal yang lebih baik sehingga meminimalkan adanya kesalahpahaman dan bentuk keterbukaan untuk menerima kekurangan serta kelebihan dari orang lain maupun diri sendiri.
