ANALISIS FAKTOR PEMBENTUK KUALITAS PRODUK THE BODY SHOP
Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkonfirmasi faktor-faktor pembentuk Kualitas Produk pada penelitian sebelumnya masih relevan digunakan pada saat ini. Objek yang digunakan adalah produk-produk The Body Shop Pengolahan ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan SPSS 17 for Windows. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah non probability sampling dengan jenis judge mental sampling. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 responden. data diolah mengunakan mean, standard deviation, koefisien varians, KMO and Barlett’s test dan Confirmatory Factor Analysis. Pernyataan ini menyatakan 9 faktor Kualitas Produk yaitu (1) performance, (2) features, (3) conformance, (4) durability, (5) reliability, (6) serviceability, (7) aesthetics, (8) perceived quality, (9) environmentally friendly yang terbagi menjadi 28 pernyataan yang telah dilakukan penyesuaian dari penelitian sebelumnya. Hanya terdapat 5 item pernyataan yang tidak digunakan karena tidak memiliki loading faktor yang ditentukan. Dari kesembilan faktor kualitas produk The Body Shop faktor environmentally friendly digambarkan paling baik dengan engine value sebesar 1,50 dan varian explain 49,99 dinyatakan dalam 3 pernyataan

Get PDFAbstract - This study aims to obtain an overview of the internal controls in the warehouse cycle and inventory cycle and identify indications of fraud that occur using diamond fraud. Furthermore provide recommendations of PT. Percetakan Sumber Jaya related internal controls to minimize the cheating gap. The result of the research indicates that there is an indication of fraud on inventory and warehouse cycle when analyzed using fraud diamond due to weak internal control applied to the cycle. Weak controls create a gap in receipt of raw materials, raw material expenditure and internal auditors owned less competent. So companies need to implement appropriate and effective controls for medium-sized companies is COSO. However, as a complement to minimize fraud and prevent fraud gaps, accounting controls and administrative controls can be used. In addition, the company must also have a competent internal auditor and perform its duties based on internal auditor standards

PENGARUH PELATIHAN EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE TERHADAP PERILAKU CARING PENGASUH ANAK
Get PDFThe aim of this study is to see the impact of emotional intelligence (EI) training on babysitter’s caring behavior. The research aproach uses convergent parallel mixed methods design Quantitative reaserch used one group pretest and posttest experimental design and qualitative research used fenomenology paradigm to understand babysitter’s experience. Participant in this study is a female and a woman who have low caring behavior competence and EI competence. Assessment in this study used behavior based interview to identify competence level of each participants. Five sessions of EI training were implemented in three days. Follow up was held three days after training. Level competence of caring behavior and emotional intelliegence are increase after training. There’s also a increase in each participant’s knowledge of emotional intelligence. The result of this study may indicate that emotional intelligence training could be one alternative to increase babysitter’s caring behavior

Get PDFThe purpose of this research is to know the difference of perception of logistic service quality level and the influence of logistic service quality to customer satisfaction and customer loyalty in Lotte Wholesale Waru and Lotte Wholesale Mastrip. To measure customer satisfaction and customer loyalty then used Logistic Service Quality which measured by 2 dimension that is Logistic Service Quality Operational and Logistic Service Quality Relational. In this causal research used quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 200 respondents divided by 100 respondents from Lotte Wholesale Waru and 100 Respondents from Lotte Wholesale Mastrip who is a customer in Lotte Wholesale Waru and Lotte Wholesale Mastrip. Data analysis technique used is anova test and multiple linear regression analysis.The result of the anova test shows that there is different perception of logistic service quality level at Lotte Wholesale Waru and Lotte Wholesale Mastrip, besides the result of research using multiple linear regression analysis is variable Logistic Service Quality have positive linear influence to Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty
HUBUNGAN SUBJECTIVE WELL-BEINGDENGAN STRES AKADEMIK PADA MAHASISWA MAGISTER
Get PDFThis research aims to know the relationshipbetween subjective well-beingwith academic stress.The dimensions of subjective well-being are positive affect, negative affect, and life satisfaction.Participants of this research were43 postgraduate studentsusing purposive sampling and snowball sampling methods. The scales used were Educational Stress Scale for Adolescents (ESSA), Scale of Positive and Negative Experience (SPANE), andSatisfaction With Life Scale (SWLS).Data was analysed using SPSS 22 and Pearson correlations. Results showthere are negative correlations between life satisfaction with academic stress(r = -0,427, p = 0,004)and betweenpositive affect with academicstress(r = -0,406, p = 0,007).These results means higher levels of life satisfaction and positive affect correlated with lower levelsof academic stress.This research also find negative affect and academic stress are positively correlated (r = 0,498, p = 0,001), which meanshigher levels of negative affect correlated with higher levels of academic stress. It is advised to build a good social relationship to help students coping with stress

Get PDFThis study was aimed to find out the correlation between the characteristics of intravenous aminophylline pharmacokinetics with therapeutic response in pediatric patients with severe asthma attack and / stop breathing threat. The research design is retrospectively based on medical record at IGD RSU Haji Surabaya. Of the 36 patients receiving intravenous aminophylline from January 2016-June 2017 we obtained an estimate of pharmacokinetic parameters using population data assumption and PKPD data analysis with monolix® program obtained Vd = 0.286 liter / kg, K = 0.00564 / h, K12 = 2.41 / h , K21 = 0.0697 / h, Emax = 4.7 mg / L, and EC50 = 1.66mg / L. It was concluded that there was a relationship (p = 0,000) between the pharmacokinetics characteristics of aminophylline of intravenous infusion with therapeutic response in pediatric with severe asthma attack

Given the library of the University of Surabaya has been since 1995 where the world increasingly changed as well as lifestyle pemustaka. Formerly the internet is no longer developing today that can be accessed almost anywhere. With the current internet, look at the library as it began to be forgotten. How to change the design becomes an important thing that needs to be done for the function. Knowing the modern lifestyle continues to grow rapidly, conducted various observations and interviews to find out the design concept that will be implemented on the private table that will be redesigned to be realized into a prototype to boost something that is in the processThe purpose of this research is to design the circulation table for workers and students of University of Surabaya Library as an effort to improve the performance and productivity of workers and students. PERAN BRIEF COGNITIVE BEHAVIOR THERAPY UNTUK PENINGKATAN HARGA DIRI PADA PEREMPUAN LAJANG
Get PDFSingle status for women is sometimes regarded as a worrying phenomenon especially for women. This single status can lead to negative stigma of society especially for women aged 35 years and over. This negative stigma often raises negative judgments for single women. Negative judgments in women can lead to the emergence of irrational thoughts or so-called cognitive distortions. In addition, the existence of less adaptive behaviors such as lack of social ability also contribute in shaping one's self esteem. This distortion and less adaptive behavior can create low self-esteem for women and make them less likely to feel less valuable when dealing with the social environment. The purpose of this study is to examine the role of brief cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) to increase self-esteem in single women. There were two participants in the study. Both are single women aged 35-45 years, still want to get married, and have low self esteem. This research was conducted with one group pretest-posttest design. Assessment techniques used consisted of observation, interviews, cognitive distortion questionnaires, self-esteem questionnaires, and personality assessments of BAUM, DAP, HTP, DCT, and TAT. The results showed a significant value of 0.180 (sig> 0.05). In addition, there is an increase in value and self-esteem category and effect size test results of 0.9489 (z> 0.5). This suggests that the effect of CBT briefing on self-esteem increases. The change in cognitive distortion of the two participants was more positive than before the CBT brief was given. Changes in both participants were limited to cognitive levels only and no behavioral changes had occurred. This is because both participants are now more focused on their work

Hal yang sama juga dirasakan oleh pelanggan yang ingin memodifikasi motor atau membeli sparepart motor racing, terkadang kesulitan mencari toko sparepart motor racing dan modifikasi motor yang dapat memberikan hasil modifikasi motor yang sesuai dengan harapan pelanggan. Pelanggan terkadang juga kesulitan mencari sparepart motor racing tertentu yang mungkin di toko lain banyak yang tidak menjual sparepart motor racing tersebut. Dengan berkembangnya teknologi informasi saat ini yang semakin pesat salah satunya adalah internet, dengan adanya teknologi internet dapat membantu mengatasi permasalahan yang ada pada penjualan sparepart motor racing dan modifikasi motor dengan hasil yang semaksimal mungkin sesuai dengan harapan pelanggan. Untuk itu perlu adanya suatu sistem informasi website untuk digunakan pemilik toko sparepart motor racing dan modifikasi motor agar dapat mempromosikan bisnisnya dan dapat bertransaksi dengan pelanggan dalam proses penjualan dan pembelian sparepart motor racing dan modifikasi motor. Pembuatan website penjualan sparepart motor racing dan modifikasi motor ini diawali oleh proses analisis terhadap sistem yang sedang berjalan saat ini sekaligus melakukan benchmarking terhadap website-website yang sejenis. Kemudian dari hasil analisis akan dilanjutkan pada tahapdesain sistem dan implementasi sistem. Setelah implementasi sistem selesai, dilakukan uji coba dan evaluasi terhadap sistem yang dibagi menjadi 2 tahap, yaitu tahap verifikasi dan validasi. Hal tersebut untuk memastikan sistem informasi yang dibuat telah berjalan sesuai kebutuhan. Kesimpulan dari pembuatan website penjualan sparepart motor racing dan modifikasi motor ini adalah bahwa sistem informasi yang dibuat dapat memudahkan pelanggan dalam mencari informasi mengenai sparepart motor racing dan modifikasi motor, memudahkan pelanggan dalam melakukan pembelian sparepart motor racing, memudahkan pelanggan dalam mencari informasi seputar bagaimana hasil dari modifikasi motor di toko tersebut atau pelanggan yang ingin modifikasi motor, membantu pemilik toko penjualan sparepart motor racing dan modifikasi motor dalam mengelola laporan data transaksi penjualan dan pembelian, dan membantu pemilik toko dalam mempromosikan bisnispenjualan sparepart motor racing dan modifikasi motor
