PENGARUH SPOKES-CHARACTER TERHADAP KOMPONEN BRAND EQUITY ALFAMART DI SURABAYA
Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis dimensi likability, expertise, dan relevance dalam merefleksikan spokes-characterserta menganalis pengaruh spokes-character terhadap komponen brand equaity yaitu brand awareness/association, perceived quality dan brand loyalty terhadap merek Alfamart di Surabaya. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan IBM SPSS Statistics 22 dan Lisrel 8.70. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu non-probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu 153 responden yang telah memenuhi karakteristik populasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan likability, expertise dan relevanvce merefleksikan spokes-character dan adanya pengaruh spokes-character terhadap brand awareness/association dan perceived quality, serta pengaruh perceived quality terhadap brand loyalty. Selain itu, pada penelitan ini juga terdapat bahwa brand awareness/association tidak berpengaruh terhadap brand loyalty

Get PDFThis is a qualitative research with the purpose of explanatory research and have the quality of applied research because it is based of the fraud problem in revenue cycle. Internal control is an important thing because it gives assurance to achieve an organization’s goal. If the internal control is weak, then it will cause problem in the revenue cycle. Revenue cycle is a cycle where there is a cash inflow in an organization. If this inflow is obstructed, then it can affect the operational of the company, so it needs internal control. The basic theory that used is COSO Internal Control Framework, because it is used either internationally or nationally. The object used in this thesis is “Toko X” and the methods used are interview, observation, and document analysis. This research’s result conclude that “Toko X” has applied internal control, but there is still some deficiencies that need correction so that it can overcome fraud problem that might happen in the future

Get PDFKomitmen organisasi adalah aspek yang penting dalam organisasi. Komitmen organisasi memiliki tiga aspek yaitu komitmen afektif, komitmen berkelanjutan, dan komitmen normatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi komitmen organisasi antara lain k ualitas kehidupan kerj a dan modal psikologis.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini a dalah metode kuantitatif dengan cara penyebaran kuisioner dan didukung data sekunder berupa wawancara. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai tetap PT. Telkom Regional V Jawa Timur. Dari beberapa populasi yaitu 150 pegawai, sebanyak 112 pegawai menjadi sample dalam penelitian ini. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi ganda.Hubungan antara Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja dan Mod al Psikologis dengan Komitmen Organisasi menunjukan hasil dari pengujian statistik terd apat hubungan antara dengan nilai d engan nilai sig nifikansi (p<0,05). Temuan lain s elanjutnya didapatkan korelasi par sial antara Kualitas Ke hidupan Kerja den gan Komitmen Organisasi dengan signifikansi (p<0,05) dan korelasi parsial antara Modal Psikologisdengan Komitmen O rganisasi dengan signifikansi (p<0,05). Hasil t emuan ini mendukung hipotesis ad anya hubungan antara kualitas kehidupan kerja dan modal psikologis dengan komitmen organisasi.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, perusahaan diharapkan memerhatikan keadaan lingkungan kerja yang baik dan bermanfaat untuk pegawai, serta merespon kebutuhan dan keluhan yang masih dirasakan pegawai

Personnel and cultural control can influence informal control systems to overcome motivation problems. Informal control systems play a greater role in safeguarding human resources from misbehavior.
The type of research used is applied research with qualitative approach method. This research tries to give recommendation to overcome the problem of work motivation of employees with the application of personnel and cultural control. This research is explanatory, by explaining how the role of personnel and cultural control that have been applied to the problem of work motivation contained in UD "S".
The results of the study found three employee motivational problems that need to be addressed in the "S" Trade Business. Employee motivation occurs due to the weakness of informal corporate control system

The acts committed by the KE have fulfilled the entire elements of criminal liability. The action of the KE has fulfilled the whole elements as Article 3 of Acts Number 8 Year 2010 on Prevention and Eradication of Money Laundering Crime, which is intentionally committed in which KE as a bookie, the acts committed by KE can be subject to criminal sanction as Article 3 of Acts Number 8 Year of 2010 concerning the Prevention and Eradication of Money Laundering with a maximum imprisonment of 20 (twenty) years or a fine of not more than Rp 10,000,000,000 (ten billion rupiahs)

This research aims to determine and analyze what factors can affect theimport of sugar in Indonesia in the period 2010-2015. This research used paneldata which is combination of time series data and cross-section period 2010-2015obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) and data from other partieswho are ready to be processed. The analysis model used is Data Panel Regression.Using panel data in regression has several advantages, namely: bigger degree offreedom, able to accommodate heterogeneity levels, dynamic data, effect size,build and trial complicated model and minimize bias. Research result show GDP,Import Value, and Exchange Rate can affect Indonesian Sugar Import Volume,while for Sugar Production partially have a positive influence on Indonesian SugarImport Volume but the value is not significant

In everyday activities, the University always strives t manage and manage the availability of books in the library, both for students and lecturers. In order for library management to run well, Ubaya applies the 5S method (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, Shitsuke). So the purpose of this study is to describe the 5S method applied to the 2 units in the Ubaya library that is the administration and procurement department.
This research is a pure descriptive type because in this research there is no implementation or design on Ubaya. The variables used in this research are 5S method (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, Shitsuke). Source of data used to collect data on this skrispsi through observation and interview to the library. Analysis performed on the administration and procurement based on the application of Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, Shitsuke. The results of the research show that the administration and procurement of the application of the 5S method has not gone well. Because it is still found in 5S activities that are not as it should be
