Get PDFABC adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang memproduksi alas kaki. Pabrik dan gudang produk jadi PT. ABC berada di tempat yang terpisah. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada gudang produk jadi. Dari analisis akar penyebab menunjukkan permasalahan terletak pada tata letak dan sistem kerja gudang produk jadi. Dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang tata letak dan sistem kerja gudang produk jadi PT. ABC. Kondisi tata letak awal menggunakan metode penyimpanan class-based storage. Sistem kerja yang ada di gudang produk jadi berkaitan dengan sistem dan prosedur dari tiap aktivitas. Terdapat 5 aktivitas yang ada di gudang yaitu receiving, storage, order picking, shipping, dan other. Aktivitas other adalah aktivitas yang berhubungan dengan pemesanan. Tata letak usulan yang dirancang menggunakan metode penyimpanan dedicated-storage sehingga lokasi penyimpanan lebih pasti. Model matematis dibuat untuk mengalokasikan produk pada tata letak usulan dengan metode optimasi. Sistem kerja usulan yang dirancang telah mempertimbangkan system FIFO (First In First Out) . Tata letak usulan dapat mereduksi waktu perjalanan 100 detik/pengambilan sebab telah mempertimbangkan kecepatan aliran produk. Sistem kerja usulan dapat membedakan tanggal masuk produk sebab telah diberi barcode

Get PDFPenelitian ini menganalisis sumber peningkatan produktivitas perusahaan lokal indonesia dengan adanya penanaman modal asing di Industri Tekstil Indonesia periode 2007-2013. Industri Tekstil memiliki kode KBLI 170 dan 130. Penelitian ini mengaplikasikan analisis kuantitatif dengan data survey perusahaan manufaktur Industri menengah dan besar yang dilakukan oleh Badan Pusat Statistik Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan dalam mengolah data dibagi menjadi dua, yakni metode linier programming non parametrik dan metode regresi data panel. Jumlah perusahaan yang diobservasi berjumlah 325 perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sumber utama peningkatan produktivitas adalah Perubahan Efisiensi Teknis, namun setiap tahunnya kemajuan teknologi mengalami peningkatan selama periode observasi. Penanaman Modal Asing memberikan dampak Spillover positif pada Perubahan Efisiensi Teknis, namun memberikan dampak negatif pada Perubahan Efisiensi Skala dan Perubahan Teknologi

Companies used by researchers is a family business that has a medium business scale (UMKM). UMKM has a huge contribution to the overall Indonesia's GDP with a figure that reached 57% in 60% and continues to grow in the future UMKMs also contribute to the provision of employment in Indonesia with an average employment upto 95% annually over the past five years. ofaverage growth of UMKMs is also always positive. Including the apparel industry. This good growth were not followed by any good news about the internal control of UMKM itslef. Previous research suggest that internal controls built by SMEs are less effective. Another concern states that family business also has an internal control that is not very effective when compared with non-family business because of lack of implementation and excessive trust. A weak internal control. regardless of the lack of scope or implememntation, will make a business vulnerable to fraud with any motivation (four fraud motivations based on fraud diamonds). Therefore, it is very important for an organization to design an Anti-Fraud Programs, althought it is still very limited, and desire to create an effective anti-fraud program in a short time. Get PDFApplication of inventory control is aimed support bakery owner’s decision making in order to obtain optimum inventory and optimum production quantity in the lO best-selling products, namely Burger Buns Milk, Soft Pretzel Regular, Soft roll Cranberry, Walnut cranberry, Baguette Viennoise, Hot Dogs Charcoal, Olive focaccia, Rectangular multigrain. Application of inventory control was necessary because the bakery didn’t get the maximum profit and even suffer losses owing can’t determine the optimum inventory levels at the fourth weeks on December 2Ol3 until 2Ol6. In addition, the products are not sold until 2O:OO will also be sold at the residual value or scrap value of 5O% of the sale price initially. The implementation uses the method of calculation of Newsboy Problem or Single Period Problem. The calculations begin from determining the probability sold and cumulative probability. Thereafter, the method applied newsboy problem with the known unit cost, scrap value, and selling price. After getting what the optimal production quantity, expected profit is calculated by using the quantity of information production, sales quantity, scrap value, selling price and unit cost. After getting the calculation using the Newsboy Problem method, it performed the optimal production quantity, optimal inventory levels and expected maximum profit obtained the bakery at the fourth weeks in December when using the method of Newsboy Problem

Padahal tim Pelatihan Nasional (Pelatnas) Wushu Indonesia baru berdiri tahun 1993, walaupun prestasi gemilang dalam Pelatnas masih terdapatberbagai kekurangan dan permasalahan baik dari atlet maupun pelatih, padahal dalam pengembangan atlet dan peningkatan prestasi dibutuhkan sarana prasarana yang sesuai terutama dari pelatih yang memegang peranan penting yakni merupakan pihak yang membentuk pengendalian. Setiap organisasi termasuk organisasi olahraga membutuhkan sistem pengendalian manajemen dan adanya gaya kepemimpinan yang tepat serta adanya penerapan coaching yang akan membantu meningkatkan prestasi para atlet. Metode yang digunakan oleh peneliti ialah applied research, karena peneliti mencoba untuk meneliti permasalahan yang ada pada Pelatnas Wushu serta implikasi penerapan sistem pengendalian manajemen dan gaya kepemimpinan yang tepat sehingga meningkatkan performa atlet. The main object of this research is to identifty and analyze factors inffluencing most toward export volume Indonesian tea. Data which is used is the secondary data and used quantitative approach (time seires) from 2000 to 2015 period were further analyzed using the Ordinary Least Square (OLS). The independent variables used in this study are export price of Indonesian tea, domestic price of Indonesian tea and exchange rate, while the dependent variable used in this study is the export volume of Indonesian tea. The result shows that all the long run the variables that influence significantly to export volume are export prices, domestic prices and exchange rate

This study is applied research that wants to solve the problem through a practical solution provided. Data collection techniques in this research is qualitative method. The method used is interview, observation, and document analysis. This research describes how the preparation of financial statements used by the organization today and review the weaknesses of the preparation of these financial statements. The preparation of financial statements used by the organizations today is a simple financial report. This financial statements has many weaknesses and not reliable in giving financial information. The findings of this study indicate that the non-profit accounting application can solve the problem of incomplete financial information contained in the financial statements of GKT Banyuwangi. This application of non-profit accounting can improve the completeness of the presentation of information in the financial statements and so that this church can present adequate financial information and support the church’s accountability to their congregation

One of the important adjustment that new student need to have is social adjustment. The aim for this research is to determine the relationship between social support from peers with social adjustment on new students at faculty of Psychology, University of Surabaya, class of 2017 and comes from outside the city of Surabaya. Respondents obtained in this research is 85 new students in faculty of Psychology that comes from outside the city of Surabaya. The data was collected by using questionnaire consisting of three parts, namely open questionnaire containing identity and open question and closed questionnaire in the form of social adjustment scale and social support scale. Data analysis using social adjustment theory. Statistical test using Pearson correlation test. The results of the analysis show that research hypothesis is accepted, that there is a positive correlation between the two variables (r = 0,539; sig = 0,000). This shows the higher the social support received by students, the higher the social adjustment they have
