    Perancangan Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja Berbasis Iso 45001:2018 dengan Mempertimbangkan Kansei Engineering di PT. DLM, Surabaya

    Abstrak – PT. Dempo Laser Metalindo adalah sebuah perusahaan job shop dan fabrikasi di bidang sheet-metal yang telah berdiri sejak tahun 2003. Saat ini, standar dan instruksi yang diberikan oleh perusahaan kepada karyawan produksi belum cukup memadai untuk menghindari terjadinya kecelakaan kerja. Selain itu, karyawan produksi belum memiliki wawasan yang cukup akan bahaya yang dapat dialami selama menggunakan mesin-mesin tersebut. Adanya kesadaran perusahaan untuk menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang zero accident membuat perusahaan berkeinginan untuk menerapkan standar ISO 4500:2018 dengan mempertimbangkan Kansei Engineering dalam Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3). Berdasarkan identifikasi dan analisis gap, didapatkan hasil bahwa besarnya persentase kesesuaian perusahaan secara keseluruhan adalah 47,14%. Total rancangan perbaikan yang diberikan untuk meningkatkan persentase kesesuaian perusahaan dengan persyaratan ISO 45001:2018 adalah sebanyak 32 rancangan perbaikan. Dari keseluruhan rancangan perbaikan yang diberikan, implementasi yang dapat dilakukan oleh perusahaan saat ini hanya sebanyak 10 rancangan perbaikan. The recent standard and instruction from the company to production employees are not sufficient enough to prevent work accident. Furthermore, production employees don’t have enough knowledge about dangerous things that can be felt while using the machines. The company’s need to create a zero accident work environment urges the company to apply the ISO 45001: 2018 standard by considering Kansei Engineering in its OHS management system. Based on gap analysis, the percentage of conformity between OHS in company and ISO 45001:2018 is 47.14%. There were 32 improvement plans in order to increase this comformity level. From all of the improvement plans given, there are only 10 improvement plans that can be implement by the company.     The purpose of this paper is to explore both the cognitive and affective images and examine the effects of destination image through both aspects on satisfaction levels and tourist loyalty. The data used in this study comes from primary data, namely data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires. This measurement uses the interval measurement level, which is a measurement that has the same distance and clear difference. This study uses a quantitative approach through statistical testing. Tests conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of Analysis of Moment Structured (AMOS 16). The results showed that the cognitive image have positive significant effect to affective image. Cognitive image has a significant positive effect on tourist satisfaction. Affective image has a positive effect on tourist satisfaction. While cognitive image, affective image, and tourist satisfaction does not affect the tourist loyalty

    Some examples of street food that have high demand in Surabaya such as kebabs, burgers and crepes. That street foods, kebabs, burgers and crepes have a variety of contents that can be fairly complete. Because of that, the business idea of Mini Buffet Taco is occurred. Mini Buffet Taco is a kind of street food based on Mexican taco food, but in order to differ Mini Buffet tacos with other types of tacos or kebabs, there is a new innovation that the consumers buy not in finished form, but the contents and bread separated, so that when the consumers want to enjoy Mini Buffet Taco, consumers can make taco according to their own desired taste. The layout of the stand should be suited to the emotional needs of the customers, hence the use of kansei engineering method to design the layout of the stand and supported with antrhopometric method to design the layout. This could facilitate operator to ease in serving customer order and shorten the time of serve by designing an ergonomicplacement . From the results of data processing and analysis, for the marketing aspect is very feasible because the effective demand reach to 30,000 people per year. For technical aspect chosen location inside Mall, that is East Cost City. And for the calculation of HPP analysis are obtained selling price Rp.15.150,00 (chicken filling tacos) and Rp.25.650,00 (taco filling cow). For the management aspect required 5 person personnel, where 2 person (owner & chef) are in kitchen and 3 person (head staff, cashier, staff) are in the stand. For financial aspect, show that NPV (Rp331,601,440.74> 0), DPP (1,20 years <5 years) and IRR (100%> MARR = 14,92%) indicates that Mini Buffet Taco business is feasible to establish

    Alcohol Expectancies dan Perilaku Mengonsumsi Alkohol pada Remaja di Surabaya

    Abstract — This study aims to find the role of alcohol expectancies among adolesecents on their drinking behavior. This study was conducted to 360 adolescents in Surabaya who consumed alcohol at least once in the past year, with age range were 15-24 years old. Data on this study is being collected using online questionnaire. Comprehensive Alcohol Expectancy Questionnaire (CAEQ) was used to asses alcohol expectancies. Drinking behavior was assessed by Alcohol Use Disoder Identification Test (AUDIT-C). Data analysis was done using non-parametric analysis : Spearman Rank Order Correlation. The results shows that there are significant correlation between alcohol expectancies and drinking behavior (r=0.250; p=0.000). Furthermore, this study finds significant association between alcohol expectancy aspects and drinking behavior. (1) Social assertiveness and positive affect (r=0.281; p=0.000), (2) Tension reduction (r=0.241; p=0.000) and (3) Sexual Enhancement (r=0.238; p=0.000). This findings explain that social influence, belief that alcohol can be used as a coping to individual stressor and can increase sexual arousal are influencing individual drinking behavior.Keywords: Adolescents, Alcohol Consumption, Alcohol Expectancies Abstrak— Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara alcohol expectancy dengan perilaku mengonsumsi alkohol pada remaja. Penelitian dilakukan pada 360 remaja dengan rentang usia 15-24 tahun, pernah mengonsumsi alkohol setidaknya 1x dalam satu tahun terakhir, dan berdomisili di Surabaya. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui kuisioner online. Variabel Alcohol Expectancy diukur menggunakan skala CAEQ (Comprehensive Alcohol Expectancy Questionnaire) dan perilaku mengonsumsi alkohol diukur menggunakan skala AUDIT-C (Alcohol Use Disorder Identification Test). Hipotesis penelitian dianalisis menggunakan analisis statistik nonparametrik yaitu Spearman Rank Order Correlation. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara alcohol expectancy dengan perilaku mengonsumsi alkohol (r=0.250;p=0.000). Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menemukan adanya korelasi antara aspek dalam alcohol expectancy dengan perilaku mengonsumsi alkohol, yaitu aspek 1) Social Assertiveness and Positive Affect (r=0.281;p=0.00), 2) Tension Reduction (r=0.241;p=0.00) dan 3) Sexual Enhancement (r=0.238;p=0.00). Asosiasi ini menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan sosial, harapan bahwa alkohol dapat menjadi coping terhadap stressor dan alkohol dapat meningkatkan gairah seksual, cenderung memengaruhi perilaku mengonsumsi alkohol.Kata kunci: Ekspetansi alkohol, Konsumsi Alkohol, Remaj

    The Four Variables of Seas and The Role of Prior Experience As Stimulant to Become a Social Entrepreneur: a Qualitative Study of UBAYA FBE Students

    ABSTRAK-- Istilah dari social entrepreneur sudah mulai menjadi isu yang hangat. Wirausahawan sosial telah memikat hati orang banyak, karena tujuan dari wirausahawan sosial itu sendiri adalah untuk membantu orang lain. Seperti di Indonesia, banyak orang yang kurang beruntung perlu dirawat, dan dengan demikian nama wirausahawan dengan tujuan sosial sangat digemari. Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari basic research ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi stimulant untuk menjadi seorang wirausahawan sosial dengan menggunakan pengukuran Social Entrepreneurial Antecedents Scale (SEAS) yang memiliki empat variabel dan dengan tambahan prior experience kedalam pengukurannya. Sejauh istilah ini mulai meroket, kebutuhan untuk menemukan lebih jauh mengenai anteseden dari niat wirausahawan sosial itu sendiri diperlukan, ini karena pentingnya wirausahawan sosial saat ini. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjadi tolok ukur untuk mengetahui sifat dasar manusia yang seperti apa yag dapat mengubah seseorang untuk menjadi seorang wirausahawan sosial di masa mendatang, terutama mahasiswa di universitas, karena dunia membutuhkan seorang wirausahawan yang lebih dapat diandalkan yang mana memiliki perspektif dan pikiran yang dapat merubah orang-orang di lingkungan mereka. Sedangkan metode yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah metode kualitatif yang berarti metode wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen untuk mendukung validitas data yang dilakukan. Subjek utama dari penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Universitas Surabaya khususnya mahasiswa Fakultas Bisnis dan Ekonomika. Ruang lingkup penelitian ini adalah sebuah penilaian dari niat kewirausahaan sosial siswa yang diukur menggunakan empat variabel dari SEAS dan peran prior experience dalam merangsang siswa untuk menjadi wirausahawan sosial dalam kehidupan nyata. Kata kunci: Wirausahawan Sosial, Four Variables of SEAS, Niat Kewirausahaan Sosial, Prior Experience. ABSTRACT-- The term social entrepreneur has begun to be a hot issue. Social entrepreneur has earned many people heart, since the purpose of the social entrepreneur itself is to help others. As in Indonesia, my unfortunate people need to be taken care of, and thus the name entrepreneur with social purposes is highly preferable. Hence the purpose of this basic research is to explore the stimulant to become a social entrepreneur using the Social Entrepreneurial Antecedents Scale (SEAS) four variables and prior experience as the measurement. As far as the term begins to rocketing, the need to discover farther about the antecedents of social entrepreneurial intention itself is necessary, this is because the importance of social entrepreneurs nowadays. This research goal is to be the benchmark to know what basic human traits that able to turn someone to become a social entrepreneur in the future, especially students in the university, because we need a more reliable social entrepreneur which has the perspective and mind that can change their surroundings. Whilst, method used by the researcher is qualitative methods in which means interviews, observation, and analysis of documents in order to support the validity of the data are conducted. The main subject of the research are students at University of Surabaya specifically the students in Faculty of Business and Economic. The scope of this research is an assessment of the social entrepreneurial intention of the students measured by the four variables of SEAS and the role of prior experience in stimulating them to become a social entrepreneur in real life.     Pemanfaatan Buah Ceremei (Phyllanthus acidus L. Skeels) sebagai Bahan Baku Pembuatan Cuka

    ABSTRAK - Cuka merupakan produk hasil fermentasi berupa cairan asam yang umumnya terbuat dari buah-buahan. Cuka dibuat melalui 2 tahap fermentasi, yaitu fermentasi etanol dan fermentasi asam asetat. Tanaman ceremei (Phyllanthus acidus (L.) Skeels) merupakan jenis tanaman tropis yang banyak tumbuh di Indonesia. Dalam penelitian ini, buah ceremei digunakan sebagai bahan dasar pembuatan cuka buah. Cuka buah ceremei merupakan salah satu alternatif untuk meningkatkan keanekaragaman produk pangan, serta meningkatkan nilai ekonomi buah ceremei yang selama ini kurang dimanfaatkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui lama fermentasi terbaik yang dibutuhkan untuk menghasilkan cuka. Hasil penelitian diperoleh cuka buah ceremei dengan konsentrasi 350 g/L dan penambahan gula 17%, menghasilkan kadar etanol tertinggi pada hari ke-6, yaitu 5,59 %. Sedangkan kadar asetat tertinggi dicapai ketika fermentasi asetat berlangsung selama 12 hari, yaitu 7,76 % dengan sisa etanol 0,84 %. Hasil uji lainnya, yakni total gula 5,36 %; gula pereduksi 1,02 %; total asam tertitrasi 6,73 %; pH 2,64. Hasil organoleptik antara sampel pembanding (cuka apel) dan cuka buah ceremei terbaik menunjukkan perbedaan signifikan pada parameter kekeruhan, aroma, rasa asam, dan aftertaste, sedangkan kekentalan dan tingkat kesukaan menunjukkan tidak ada perbedaan signifikan.Kata Kunci: ceremei, cuka, asam asetat, etanol ABSTRACT - Vinegar is a fermentation product which is generally made from fruits. Vinegar is made through 2 steps of fermentation, ethanol fermentation and acetic acid fermentation. Star gooseberry (Phyllanthus acidus (L.) Skeels) is the tropical plant which grows in Indonesian and has acid flavor. In this study, star gooseberry was used as raw material of vinegar. It can be used as an alternative to improve the diversity of food product. The aim of this study was to know the lenght of fermentation time to produce vinegar. The results of this study showed that the best result achieved by star gooseberry vinegar with addition of 350 g/L star gooseberry and 17 % sugar which had 5.59 % ethanol after 6 days fermentation. While 7.76 % acetic acid and 0.84 % ethanol residues produced in 12 days. The best star gooseberry vinegar contained 5.36 % total sugar; 1.02 % reducing sugar; and pH 2.64. The organoleptic test result shows that between control (apel vinegar) and star gooseberry vinegar indicate significant difference in turbidity, aroma, acid flavor, and aftertaste, whereas viscosity and favorite level showed no significant difference.Keywords: star gooseberry, vinegar, acetic acid, ethano

    Indonesia is the majority of the country's population of Islam, even as many as 13% of Muslims in the world are citizens of Indonesia. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to examine the effect of religiosity dimension on attitude towards fashion on Muslim consumers in Surabaya. This research uses purposive sampling technique which is a sampling technique based on consideration or personal assessment of the researchers related to the characteristics of the appropriate population to be used as research samples. The characteristics are respondents who have been paying attention, follow and buy fashion products in Surabaya at least 1 year. Respondents in this study amounted to 278 people. Analysis in this study using SEM and processed using software version SPSS 18.0 and LISREL version 8.70 for measurement and structural testing. The results of this study indicate that 4 of the 5 hypotheses are not supported, namely ritualistic dimension and experiential dimension toward attitude towards fashion

    Abstract— Working capital is very important for every company. Working capital needed to finance corporate activity and affect the company's ability to generate operating profits. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence the effectiveness of working capital which is measured by number of days accounts receivable (NDAV), number of days inventories (NDIV), number of days accounts payable (NDAP) of operating income, as measured by Gross Operating Income (GOI) in the Property, Real Estate, and Building Construction companies listed on Bursa Efek Indonesia in 2014-2018. This research is expected to give contributions to the management company associated with working capital and also as a reference for future research. This study was shaped by causal associative data analysis techniques using statistical analysis software with the help of Eviews 2010. Analysis techniques were used to determine how independent variables influence number of days accounts receivable (NDAV), number of days inventories (NDIV), number of days accounts payable (NDAP) of the dependent variable is Gross Operating Income (GOI), both simultaneously and partial.     Abstract — This scientific work discusses the influence of social media, especially YouTube on potential traveler in preparing travel pl ans. Perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use when using social media in making vacation decisions are the main factors that are considered to have an influence on the attitudes and intentions of using social media by potential travelers. In addition there are other t hings that affect the attitudes and intentions of using YouTube by potential travelers, namely the perception of perceived enjoyment and perceived trustworthiness. This research is a quantitative research. There are 13 hypotheses, 7 of them are not supported and 6 others are supported. 7 unsupported hypotheses show that YouTube is not the only social media that is used to find information about travel, Instagram, Google, and other social media that can be used to find information that can help travel planning.Keywords: Attitude, Intention to Use, Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Enjoyment, Perceived Trustworthiness, Perceived Usefulness Abstrak— Karya Ilmiah ini membahas tentang pengaruh media sosial terutama YouTube terhadap para calon wisatawan dalam menyusun perencanaan perjalanan. Persepsi kegunaan dan persepsi kemudahaan penggunaan yang dirasakan saat menggunakan media sosial dalam membuat perencanaan perjalanan menjadi faktor-faktor utama yang dianggap memiliki pengaruh terhadap sikap dan niat penggunaan media sosial oleh calon wisatawan. Di samping itu ada hal lain yang mempengaruhi sikap dan niat penggunaan YouTube oleh calon wisatawan, yakni persepsi kenikmatan dan persepsi kepercayaan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif.
