Pengembangan Software Manajemen Data untuk Energy Awareness System Berbasis Wireless Sensor-Actuator Network
Abstrak – Penggunaan energi dunia terus meningkat dan sepertiganya digunakan oleh bangunan. Salah satu cara mengatasinya adalah menggunakan energy awareness system untuk mengontrol penggunaan energi bangunan. Pada skripsi ini, sistem tersebut diimplementasikan di ruang kelas Fakultas Teknik Universitas Surabaya. Sistem tersebut mengontrol lampu dan AC berdasarkan sensor cahaya, gerak, dan suhu. Sistem ini terdiri dari beberapa komponen: kontroler slave, kontroler master, router node, koordinator, dan server. Fokus skripsi ini adalah software manajemen pada koordinator, termasuk desain struktur database. Pengerjaan dibagi menjadi empat tahap: desain software manajemen data keseluruhan, pembuatan driver AT86RF233, desain database, dan pembuatan software manajemen data secara utuh. Pengujian meliputi uji SPI, uji transceiver, uji akses database, uji software manajemen data, dan uji integrasi sistem besar. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa software yang dibuat berfungsi dan mampu diintegrasikan dengan sistem besar.

Abstract – World energy consumption continues to rise and a third of it is used for buildings. One way to overcome it is to implement energy awareness systems to control energy usage of buildings. In this study, such system is implemented at a classroom on a building of the Engineering Department of Universitas Surabaya. The system controls AC and lamps based on movement, temperature, and light sensors. The system consists of several components: slave controller, master controller, router node, coordinator, and server. The focus of this study is the data management software on the coordinator, which includes database development. The work is divided into four steps: software design, communications driver development, database design, and software integration. Testing includes SPI communications test, database access test, integrated data management software test, and system integration test. The result shows that the software made in this study is functional and is successfully integrated into the system.

Profil Penggunaan Obat Rasional di Puskesmas Kabupaten Sidoarjo Provinsi Jawa Timur Tahun 2017
Abstrak- Berdasarkan Peraturan Presiden nomor 72 tahun 2012 tentang Sistem Kesehatan Nasional (SKN), penggunaan obat yang rasional merupakan salah satu langkah untuk mendapatkan pelayanan kesehatan yang baik dan mengefisienkan biaya pengobatan (Perpres No 72, 2012). Adapun penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui profil penggunaan obat rasional (POR) di Puskesmas Kabupaten Sidoarjo tahun 2017, tingkat penggunaan antibiotik menggunakan metode ATC/DDD dan kesesuaian jenis antibiotik dengan Fornas di Puskesmas dengan penggunaan antibiotik tertinggi dan terendah. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan, diperoleh hasil bahwa Profil Penggunaan Obat Rasional (POR) Puskesmas Kabupaten Sidoarjo tahun 2017 adalah 76,58% dengan 85% puskesmas memenuhi target POR Nasional (20,00%). Persentase peresepan antibiotik pada pasien ISPA non pneumonia dan diare non spesifik sebesar 39,10% dan 28,15%. Persentase peresepan injeksi pada pasien myalgia sebesar 1,42%. Rerata item di setiap lembaran resep Puskesmas Kabupaten Sidoarjo tahun 2017 sebesar 3,4 item obat. Tingkat penggunaan antibiotik pada pasien rawat jalan Puskesmas Gedangan dan Waru sebesar 1.816,97 DDD/1000 KPRJ dan 2.698,60 DDD/1000 KPRJ. Kesesuaian jenis antibiotik dengan Fornas pada Puskesmas Gedangan dan Waru sebesar 61,90% dan 54,55%.Kata Kunci: Penggunaan Obat Rasional, DDD/1000 KPRJ, Formularium Nasional, Puskesmas
Abstract– Based on the regulation of the President number 72 2012 about Sistem Kesehatan Nasional (SKN), rational drug use is once step to make a good health service and to efficience procurement cost therapy (Perpres No 72, 2012). The research was conducted to know the profile of rational drug use, which called Penggunaan Obat Rasional (POR) at primary health care district in Sidoarjo 2017, antibiotic usage level using ATC/DDD method and suitability percentage antibiotic use with National Formulary in primary health care with the highest and lowest irrational antibiotic usage. The result of the Profile of Rational Drug Use (POR) at primary health care district in Sidoarjo 2017 is 76,58% fulfill target of National POR (60,00%). The percentage of antibiotic prescription in patients with upper respiratory infections (URI) non-pneumonia and non-specific diarrhea of primary health care district in Sidoarjo was 39.10% and 28.15%. Percentage of injection prescriptions in myalgia patients of primary health care district in Sidoarjo 2017 was 1,42%. The average drugs in each recipe sheet of primary health care district in Sidoarjo 2017 amounted to 3.4 items of drug. Antibiotic usage level in outpatient primary health care Gedangan 2017 amounted to 1.816.97 DDD / 1000 outpatients and for primary health care Waru 2.698,60 DDD / 1000 outpatiens. HUBUNGAN PENGETAHUAN, SIKAP, DAN PERILAKU TERHADAPKETERCAPAIAN TARGET GULA DARAH PASIEN DM TIPE 2 YANGMEMPEROLEH TERAPI ORAL ANTI DIABETES
Abstract - Diabetes mellitus type 2 diabetes is where the body is still able to produce insulin but there is resistance to insulin is not effective. The level of knowledge, attitudes and behaviors related to the achievement of diabetes blood sugar levels. The purpose of this study that analyze the relationship between knowledge, attitude and behavior of patients with type 2 diabetes who obtained oral anti-diabetic therapy towards the achievement of the target blood sugar. In a cross sectional study of non experiments using mixed methods with the number of participants as many as 30 people were outpatients at Home Diabetes UBAYA. Analysis of the data in the form of structured interviews to obtain themes and descriptive analysis to show the profile KAP and see the relationships between variables. Profile of knowledge with values that meet the assessment criteria both as much as 63.33% of participants, profile attitude with grades that meet the assessment criteria both as much as 60% of participants, behavioral profiles with grades that meet the assessment criteria both as much as 76.67% of participants with HbA1c above 7. Chi Square test results obtained significant value count greater than 0.05 quantitatively and there is a relationship between variables based on qualitative. The conclusion that the knowledge and attitude is still low
PENGARUH E- MASS CUSTOMIZATION PADA DIMENSI CONSUMER’S PERCEIVED VALUE TERHADAP SATISFACTION DAN LOYALTY KONSUMEN WANITA TAS LUXURY BRANDS DI INDONESIA
Abstrak - Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dimensi dari Consumer’s Perceived Value terhadap Satisfaction dan Loyalty konsumen wanita tas luxury brands di Indonesia.Pengolahan data penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan program Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) versi 18 dan LISREL 8.70. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan non-probability sampling. Data diperoleh secara online dari responden yang memenuhi karakteristik populasi yang telah ditentukan. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 160 responden wanita di Indonesia.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pengaruh utilitarian value dan self- expressive value yang memiliki dampak negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap satisfaction konsumen tas luxury brands di Indonesia. Pengaruh Hedonic value, social value dan creative achievement value memiliki dampak positif dan signifikan terhadap satisfaction konsumen tas luxury brands di Indonesia serta pengaruh satisfaction terhadap loyalty konsumen tas luxury brands di Indonesia .

Abstract - This study aims to analyze the effect of dimensions of Consumer's Perceived Value on Satisfaction and Loyalty of women consumers of luxury handbags brands in Indonesia.This research data processing using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Statistical Package for Social Sciences program (SPSS) version 18 and LISREL 8.70. The sampling technique uses non- probability sampling. Data are obtained online from respondents who meet the specified population characteristics. The number of samples used in this study were 160 female respondents in Indonesia.The results of this study indicate the influence of utilitarian value and self- expressive value which has negative and insignificant impact on consumer satisfaction of luxury handbag brands in Indonesia. The influence of Hedonic value, social value and creative achievement value have positive and significant impact on consumer satisfaction of luxury brands bag in Indonesia and influence satisfaction to consumer loyalty of luxury handbag brand in Indonesia.

HUBUNGAN ANTARA TRUSTWORTHINESS DENGAN TRUST IN COWORKER DI PT. X
Abstrak-Kepercayaan merupakan hal yang dibutuhkan untuk dapat meningkatkan kerjasama demi pencapaian produktivitas perusahaan. Menurut Mayer et al (1995) trustworthiness yang terdiri dari ability, integrity, dan benevolence dapat menjadi salah satu faktor pertimbangan untuk mempercayai individu lain. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan hubungan antara trustworthiness dengan kepercayaan pada rekan kerja (trust in coworker) di PT. X. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan cara penyebaran kuesioner. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 130 karyawan di PT. X. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah incidental sampling dengan menyebarkan angket tertutup dan terbuka. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan menggunakan uji korelasi parametrik yaitu uji korelasional Pearson’s Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya hubungan yang positif antara trustworthiness dengan trust in coworker pada karyawan PT. X(r = 0,497; p = 0,000). Selanjutnya ditemukan juga dalam penelitian ini bahwa terdapat hubungan antara seluruh aspek pada trustworthiness yaitu ability (r= 0,348; p=0,000), integrity (r= 0,516; p= 0,000) dan benevolence (r=0,28; p=0,001) dengan trust in coworker. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, maka diharapkan perusahaan dapat mempertahankan bahkan meningkatkan kondisi trustworthiness yang memadai ini dengan memperhatikan setiap aspek didalamnnya sehingga karyawan akan selalu memiliki kepercayaan kepada rekan kerjannya yang pada akhirnya akan bedampak pada kesuksesan tujuan perusahaan.

Abstrac - Trust is important to increased the cooperation among the employees so the company’s productivity can be achieved. According to Mayer et al (1995) trustworthiness (ability, integrity, and benevolence) can affected individual's consideration to trust others. This study aims to explain the relationship between trustworthiness and trust in coworkers at PT. X. This quantitative study incidentally distributing questionnaires to 130 employees at PT. X in all division. Parametric correlation test (Pearson's correlation test) was used in this study. The results indicate that there is a positive relationship between trustworthiness with trust in coworker on employees of PT. X (r = 0.497; p = 0,000). Furthermore, it was also found that there was a relationship between all aspects of trustworthiness, namely ability (r = 0.348; p = 0.000), integrity (r = 0.516; p = 0.000) and benevolence (r = 0.28; p = 0.001) with trust in coworker. Based on the results of this study, it is expected that the company can maintain even improve the conditions of adequate trustworthiness by paying attention to every aspect of it so that employees will always have confidence in their colleagues who will ultimately impact on the success of the company's goals.

REDUCING MANUFACTURING LEAD TIME AND WASTES IN RIDEON CARS PRODUCTION LINE IN PT. XYZ THROUGH VALUE STREAM MAPPING IMPLEMENTATION
Abstract -- This research is empirically designed to implement Value Stream Mapping to PT. XYZ’s ride-on cars production line as well as showing effectiveness of Value Stream Mapping to manufacturing lead time and wastes reduction. This research examines rideon cars production process in PT. XYZ where data were obtained mainly from direct observation in January 2018 and some from plant’s data. Former data showed fluctuation in manufacturing lead time. Furthermore, only one out of seven wastes was firstly detected by production team which was defect rate shown in November and December 2017 data. Value Stream Mapping is one of lean manufacturing tools used to reduce wastes which also leads to manufacturing lead time reduction. The result of this research finds that Value Stream Mapping is efficient in identifying wastes of motion, transportation, and waiting as well as reducing most of wastes after implementation in PT. XYZ is done and finally impacted on manufacturing lead time reduction.

MOTIVASI BERKUNJUNG PADA DARK TOURISM: KAWASAN WISATA GUNUNG MERAPI YOGYAKARTA
Abstrak - Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang memotivasi wisatawan untuk berkunjung ke Kawasan Wisata Gunung Merapi Yogyakarta. Situs dark tourism di Indonesia yang menjadi obyek penelitian adalah tempat kejadian bekas bencana alam Gunung Merapi di Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuntitatif dengan menggunakan analisis faktor. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel wisatawan yang berkunjung ke Gunung Merapi dalam kurun waktu 1 tahun terakhir dengan jumlah 100 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan non probability sampling dengan jenis convenience sampling. Dalam penelitian ini juga dilakukan uji Bartlett’s test of sphericity, Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin (KMO) dan MSA (Measure of Sampling Adequacy).
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor motivasi wisatawan Yang berkunjungan ke Kawasan Wisata Gunung Merapi Yogyakarta adalah victim, artifacts, curiosity, remembrance dan historical.

Abstract - This study aims to determine the factors that motivate tourists to visit the site of the death and disaster of Mount Merapi Yogyakarta. The site of dark tourism in Indonesia which became the object of research is the place of former natural disaster of Mount Merapi in Yogyakarta.
This research uses a quantitative approach using factor analysis. This study used a sample of tourists who visited Mount Merapi in the last 1 year with 100 people with sampling technique using non probability sampling with the type of convenience sampling. In this study also tested Bartlett's test of sphericity, Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin (KMO) and MSA (Measure of Sampling Adequacy).
The results of this research show that the factors of tourist motivation Visits to the death and disaster site of Mount Merapi Yogyakarta are victim, artifacts, curiosity, remembrance and historical.

IMPLIKASI PERSONNEL DAN CULTURAL CONTROL TERHADAP MOTIVASI INTRINSIK ABDI DALEM PUNOKAWAN DI KRATON JOGJAKARTA
ABSTRACT The control system must be well designed by the business entity so that the objectives of the business entity for the short and long term can be achieved. A good control system is proactive rather than reactive. Control alone can be divided into four kinds of action control (action control), result control (control), personal control (personnel control), and cultural control (cultural control). This thesis contains research on the implications of personnel and cultural control on intrinsic motivation of Abdi Dalem Punokawan in Kraton Jogjakarta. In this thesis disclosed about the very high level of motivation of the work of the Abdi Dalem in the palace, which is caused by the implementation and implementation of appropriate personnel and cultural control system. The Abdi Da lem has a working motivation because Kraton Jogjakarta has a good personnel and cultural control system. Where this control has a direction that tends to approach intrinsic motivation. In accordance with the purpose of the study of this thesis, in the discussion will be seen how the implications of personnel and cultural control to build intrinsic motivation of the Abdi Dalem Punokawan in Kraton Jogjakarta.

ABSTRAK Sistem pengendalian harus dirancang dengan baik oleh badan usaha sehingga tujuan badan usaha untuk jangka pendek dan jangka panjang dapat tercapai. Sistem pengendalian yang baik adalah yang bersifat proaktif bukan reaktif. Pengendalian sendiri dapat dibagi atas empat macam yaitu pengendalian tindakan (action control), pengendalian hasil (result control), pengendalian personal (personnel control), dan pengendalian kultural (cultural control). Skripsi ini berisi penelitian mengenai implikasi personnel dan cultural control terhadap motivasi intrinsik Abdi Dalem Punokawan di Kraton Jogjakarta. Dalam skripsi ini diungkapkan mengenai sangat tingginya tingkat motivasi kerja para Abdi Dalem di Kraton, yang disebabkan oleh penerapan dan pelaksanaan sistem personnel dan cultural control yang tepat. Para Abdi Dalem memiliki motivasi kerja karena Kraton Jogjakarta memiliki sistem pengendalian personnel dan cultural control yang baik. Dimana pengendalian ini mempunyai arah yang cenderung pada pendekatan motivasi intrinsik. Sesuai dengan tujuan studi penulisan skripsi ini, dalam pembahasannya akan dilihat bagaimana implikasi personnel dan cultural control untuk membangun motivasi intrinsik para Abdi Dalem Punokawan di Kraton Jogjakarta.

PENGARUH CONSUMER SATISFACTION DI SPORT STATION SURABAYA TERHADAP ATTITUDINAL LOYALITY, WORD OF MOUTH, DAN SHARE OF PURCHASE
Tujuan penelitian iniuntuk mengetahui perilaku konsumen yang terikat denganproduct quality, personal interaction, store atmosphere, dan store conveniencedi Sport Station Surabayadan akibatnya terhadap consumer satisfaction, attitudinal loyalty, word of mouth, share of purchase.Penelitian ini dianalisa menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan program Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) versi 18 dan Lisrel 8.70. 180responden diambil dari konsumenyang melakukan pembeliandi Sport Station Surabayadalam 6 bulan terakhir.Hasil penelitian ini menemukan personal interaction, store atmosphere, danstore conveniencememiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap consumer satisfaction.Consumer satisfactionyang telah dirasakan oleh konsumen memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap attitudinal loyalty,word of mouth danshare of purchase.Konsumen yang puas terhadap Sport Stationcenderung memberikan attitudinal loyaltypositif, seperti word of mouthbagi lingkungan sekitarnya dan share of purchaseyang ditingkatkan.

ANALISIS PENGARUH KEGIATAN PROMOSI, MANAJEMEN ANTRIAN DAN LINGKUNGAN TUNGGU TERHADAP PERSEPSI KONSUMEN AKAN WAKTU TUNGGU DI MCDONALD SURABAYA
Abstrak - Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kegiatan promosi, manajemen antrian dan lingkungan tunggu terhadap persepsi konsumen akan waktu tunggu khususnya pada McDonald di Surabaya. Penelitian ini juga menguji apakah kegiatan promosi dan manajemen antrian mempunyai pengaruh terhadap lingkungan tunggu. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan non probability sampling. Data diperoleh secara langsung dari responden yang sesuai dengan karakteristik populasi yang ditentukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan jumlah sampel sebesar 150 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh kegiatan promosi terhadap persepsi konsumen. Menunjukkan tidak adanya pengaruh manajemen antrian terhadap persepsi konsumen. Menunjukkan adanya pengaruh lingkungan tunggu terhadap persepsi konsumen. Menunjukkan adanya pengaruh kegiatan promosi terhadap lingkungan tunggu. Dan yang terakhir menunjukkan adanya pengaruh manajemen antrian terhadap lingkungan tunggu.

Abstract - The purpose of this research is for knowing and analyzing the influence of promotional activities, queue management, and waiting environment toward customers’ perception regarding waiting time. This research also analyzes the influence of promotional activities and queue management toward waiting environment. The data tabulation is processed with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The sampling technique in this research is using non probability sampling. The data is acquired directly from the respondent that appropriate with the population characteristic, determined by spreading the questioners. This research is using sample as much as 150 respondents. The Result of this research showed the influence of promotional activities on customer perception. Showed no influence of queue management on customer perception. Showed the influence of waiting environment on customer perception. Showed the influence of promotional activities on waiting environment. And lastly showed the influence of queue management on waiting environment.
