FACTORS AFFECTING THE REPURCHASE INTENTION OF E-COMMERCE CUSTOMERS IN SHARING ECONOMY ACTIVITIES
The sharing economy is a peer-to-peer activity in which people can obtain, provide, or share access to goods and service facilitated by a community-based online platform. However, transaction activities in e-commerce platforms frequently result in a slew of issues, including a lack of security for customer privacy data, fraud, and other risks that reduce consumers' willingness to make repeat purchases in e-commerce. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that affect repurchase intentions, such as information quality, transaction security, and trust. Quantitative methods are used to solve the hypothesis. The research data was collected employing a questionnaire distributed to 160 customers who had shopped on the e-commerce platform. Questionnaire data were analyzed using PLS-SEM. The results indicate that the quality of information and transaction security has a positive and significant effect on trust, and trust has a positive and significant impact on repurchase intentions in e-commerc
COMPANY VALUE ANALYSIS BASED ON INTELLECTUAL CAPITAL MEDIATED BY FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE STUDY ON LQ 45 COMPANIES IN INDONESIA STOCK EXCHANGE 2015-2019 PERIOD
Price book value is an indicator of company value that is usually used as an assessment by investors in investing.This study aims to obtain the results of the study of the influence of Intellectual capital on firm value with indicators of value added intellectual capital (VAIC) and financial performance as intervening variables and size, age and leverage as controllers in LQ 45 companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX). The method used is purposive sampling resulting in a sample of 29 companies. Data analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS) tool. The results show that the influence of intellectual capital on firm value is not directly but fully mediated by financial performance. The financial performance generated through the proper management of intellectual capital is a major concern for investors in assessing the company.

THE EFFECT OF CAPITAL STRUCTURE ON CASH DIVIDEND POLICY WITH LIQUIDITY AS MODERATION IN MINING COMPANIES ON IDX 2015-2019
A company will be assessed for its resilience in surviving as an economy, one of them is a mining company that is required to have a stock of funds. This research involves mining companies, because the mining sector has experienced a decline and has had the lowest growth since 2013 until now. This occurs because the price of global mining commodities is experiencing a price decline following the decline in demand from China and other developing countries, as well as the existence of the Mineral and Coal Law policy which also suppresses the growth of the mining sector internally and has the potential to be a liquidity value for a company. This study will measure the capital structure through IOS, company size, growth rate, profitability, and business risk which affect the cash dividend policy with liquidity as a moderating variable in mining companies listed in 2015-2019. The research method used is to use associative quantitative with a sample of 41 mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2015-2019 period.The type of data used in this study is secondary data which includes data from the financial statements of mining companies with analysis using descriptive statistics. The results of the research show that simultaneously, IOS, Company Size, Growth Rate, Profitability (ROI) and Business Risk have a significant effect on cash dividend policy (DEV) through liquidity moderation
ROLE OF INTERNAL AUDIT ON RURAL BANKS’ FINANCIAL AND NON-FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE
This research aims to examine the effect of internal audit function on rural bank financial and non-financial performance. Data collection uses both primary and secondary data. Internal audit function and non-financial performance use questionnaires and 63 data were collected from 38 rural banks in Riau Islands Province. The financial performance uses return on asset (ROA) and return on equity (ROE) using the financial report published by Financial Services Authority of Indonesia. The respondents of this research are the director of rural banks. The analysis method uses Partial Least Square (PLS) to examine the outer and inner model. The result shows that the internal audit function positively affects both financial and non-financial performance. First-party and third-party food delivery apps, which is better in Indonesia?
Indonesia is a nation with considerable GDP growth because of high household consumptions. One of the contributors to household consumption is eating out, which drives the growth of online ordered food in Indonesia. Ordering food online can be done through a website and via application of that restaurant (first-party) or through third-party food delivery apps. This research wants to investigate further what factors are considered by the consumer when choosing an online food delivery app and also deciding if consumers prefer to use first-party or third-party food delivery apps. The field of this research is limited to Pizza Delivery Apps, and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is used to determine which factors are the most considered by consumers when choosing an application. The respondents of this research are just five people who have used pizza delivery apps in the past few months, and a geometric mean calculated to analyze the results. The results show that Trustworthiness and E-Service Quality are the most considered factors by consumers when choosing a food delivery app. Consumers highly consider first party food delivery apps which are PHD and Domino’s Pizza become the choice of consumers because of higher Trustworthiness factors. Third-party food delivery apps, which are Go-Jek and Grab, were rated by consumers to have a lower trust factor compared to first-party apps. This research shows food delivery apps by a restaurant (first-party) has it is own advantage compared to third-party food delivery apps
EMPLOYEE'S ENGAGEMENT, WORK DISCIPLINE TOWARD WORK SATISFACTION AND ITS IMPACT ON HUMAN RESOURCE PERFORMANCE (STUDY IN JAMBI OF TRANSPORTARTION AGENCY, INDONESIA)
Government agencies are required to observe and manage human resources as the most important element that directly affects the effectiveness of organizational work, especially in the long term. The purpose of this research is to analyze the variable employee engagement, working discipline, job satisfaction on the performance of employees of the DISHUB Jambi. The variables to be researched are Employee's Engagement (X1), working discipline (X2), job satisfaction (X3), employee performance (Y). Research using Fishbone Diagram (fishbone diagram), data collection is done with questionnaires, observations, and interviews. Population in this study amounted to 164 employees of the DISHUB city of Jambi, the size of the samples used in this study amounted to 116 respondents, the final result was 99 respondents who submitted questionnaires to the research team. Data is further processed using SmartPLS programs. From the structural model and the loading value of the item statement, there are several indicators of variables that have a loading value below 0.5. Technical analysis involves the determination of the correlation coefficient and multiple linear regression, then the results are interpreted through the discussion, suggestions, and conclusions of the examined variables. The results gained in this study showed that in variable Employee's engagement, work discipline and job satisfaction were influential positivity and significant to the performance of employees of the DISHUB Jambi City
The EFFECT OF EMOTIONAL MARKETING AND LIFESTYLE ON CUSTOMERS DECISIONS IN PRODUCTS CHOOSING OF MURABAHAH FINANCING AT PT BANK SYARIAH MANDIRI KC PALEMBANG SIMPANG PATAL
The purpose of this research is to analyze and know how the influence of emotional marketing and lifestyle on customers decisions in choosing products of murabahah financing at PT Bank Syariah Mandiri KC Palembang Simpang Patal in partial and simultan. This research study is ( explanatory research ) using a quantitative approach. Source of data in this research use the primary data through questionnaire .The sample collection technique used is a method of purposive sampling, with the multiple regression analysis methods included in this research is 100 respondents who use murabahah financing at PT Bank Syariah Mandiri KC Palembang Simpang Patal. In this research data analysis techniques used SPSS 17.0 version. The research variables consist of the independent variable: 1.emotional marketing 2.lifestyle and the independent variable used the customers .The result show the research indicated that the emotional marketing and lifestyle significantly influence on customers decisions in choosing of the murabahah financing at PT Bank Syariah Mandiri KC Palembang Simpang patal
ANALYSIS OF FACTORS AFFECTING THE USE OF CASHLESS MOBILE PAYMENT IN MILLENIAL GENERATIONS OF BATAM CITY
The purpose of this study is to determine the factors or influences that lead to the use of cashless mobile payments on the Batam millennial generation. The number of electronic-based payment media provided is expected to be able to create payment transactions that are practical, efficient, safe and encourage the creation of a Less Cash Society (LCS). When compared to Indonesia with other ASEAN countries, the level of use of electronic-based payments in the community is still low. Generation Y or the Millennial generation (15 to 39 years) in 2017 showed a figure of 40.29% or as many as 105,520,300 individuals from 261,890,900 Indonesians considered to have the potential to increase the use of electronic-based payments and encourage public awareness of LCS.
The intention to use cashless mobile payments is the dependent variable. Attitudes, behavioral beliefs, financial costs, security and social influence act as independent variables for this study. Determination of the research object was carried out by purposive sampling method, namely the millennial generation (15 to 39 years) in Batam. Research data collection is based on the questionnaire method, namely electronic and online questionnaires with 230 collected data. The research data were analyzed through multiple regression analysis using SSPSS.
The results obtained indicate that the variables of attitude, security and social influence have a significant positive effect on the intention to use cashless mobile payment, while the variables of behavioral beliefs and financial costs do not have a significant effect on the intention to use cashless mobile payments
EFFECT OF WORK ENVIRONMENT, LEADERSHIP, COMPENSATION AND WORK TRAINING ON EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENTS IN STAR HOTELS IN BATAM
The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that affect employee retention. Factors that affect employee retention are SHRM Practices which include Recruitment & Selection, Training & Career Development, Performance Appraisal and Compensation & Benefits. There are also other factors, namely Demographic & Professional Characteristics. This research uses purposive sampling method and the data is processed using PLS. The number of respondents in this study was 259 out of 270 questionnaires distributed. Respondents of this study were employees of 4 star hotels in Batam which had satisfactory scores on the travel site, Traveloka, above 8.6. Based on the results of the research conducted and the data that have been processed, the SHRM practices variable has a significant effect on the employee retention variable. Where in terms of recruitment, training, compensation and benefits have a positive influence on employee retention
FACTORS OF VILLAGE STATE-OWNED COMPANY ARE IN ACTIVE IN JAMBI PROVINCE
