Hubungan Metode Scaffolding dengan Kemandirian Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus SD Negeri Penyelenggara Pendidikan Inklusif
Abstrak: Hubungan Metode Scaffolding dengan Kemandirian Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus (ABK): Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara metode scaffolding dengan kemandirian ABK di SD Negeri penyelenggara pendidikan inklusif se-Kota Metro. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu ex-postfacto korelasi. Populasi berjumlah 50 GPK. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sampel jenuh, dimana seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel, sehingga peneliti melakukan uji instrumen di luar populasi Alat pengumpul data yaitu observasi, kuesioner/angket dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah korelasi product moment. Berdasarkan analisis data penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara metode scaffolding dengan kemandirian ABK di SD Negeri penyelenggara pendidikan inklusif se-Kota Metro dengan ditunjukkan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,263 berada pada taraf rendah.Kata kunci: metode scaffolding, kemandirian ABK, pendidikan inklusif DOI : http://dx.doi.org/10.23960/jmmp.v8.i2.20200
The Use of Pop-Up Book Media on the Reading and Writing Skills of Class I Elementary School Students
This research aimed to find out the effect of implementation of pop-up book media towards the first grade students’ reading and writing skills of SD Negeri 6 Gedong Air. The method was quasi experiment used in this research. The research design was non equivalent control group design. Furthermore, The population were class IA and IC consisting of 80 students. The samples were class IA and IC consisting of 52 students. In determining the samples, the research used purposive sampling technique. The technique of collecting data were test and non-test. The results of the analysis using simple linear regression showed that rcount> rtable (0,845 > 0,381) of reading skills and (0,869 > 0,381) of writing skills. Which meant that there is a effect of the implementation of pop-up books towards students’ reading and writing skills of the first grade students at SD Negeri 6 Gedong Air Bandar Lampung city, at the year of 2019/2020.Keywords: Reading Skills, Pop-Up Book Media, WritingDOI : 10.23960/jmmp .v8.i3.202
Educators Communication with Parents in Increasing the Activities and Learning Achievement of Students in Primary Schools
Abstract: Educators Communication with Parents in Increasing the Activities and Learning Achievement of Students in Primary Schools. This research aims to describe the communication between educators and parents in increasing the activity and learning achievement of students. The research used is descriptive qualitative case study method. Data collection techniques through interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses steps of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion (verification). The results showed that 1) communication between educators and parents through official meetings at school, home visits, periodic reports, attitudes of educators to parents and communication outside of school via cell phones, 2) barriers to communication between educators and parents, including busyness of parents, misunderstanding, slow response, difficult signal constraints, lack of focus, distance from home from school, embarrassment and reluctance, and lack of understanding of the content of the conversation, 3) efforts to overcome communication barriers with people parents by changing the schedule of attending school with a partner, home visits, delivering the results of meetings by telephone, and implementing effective communication, 4) there is an impact of communication between educators and parents on the activities and learning achievement of students.Keywords: communicator, educators, parentsDOI: 10.23960/jmmp .v8.i3.2020
The Relationship of Learning Based on Three-Dimensional Visual Media (3D) with the Critical Thinking Skills of Students in Mathematics Learning in Public Elementary Schools
Abstract: The Relationship of Learning Based on Three-Dimensional Visual Media (3D) with the Critical Thinking Skills of Students in Mathematics Learning in Public Elementary Schools. The problem of this research is the low critical thinking skills of students in learning mathematics. The purpose of this study was to see the critical thinking skills of students when learning using three-dimensional (3D) visual media and to find out the relationship between visual three-dimensional (3D) based learning and students' critical thinking skills in mathematics learning at SD Negeri 3 Perumnas Way Kandis.. This type of research is correlational research with a quantitative approach. The population numbered 195 and the study sample numbered 60 students. Data collection techniques used were questionnaire and documentation. The results of the study, it was found that there is a positive and significant relationship between learning based on three-dimensional visual media (3D) with students' critical thinking skills in mathematics learning with "strong enough" level.Keywords: Management, Facilities and Infrastructure, Planning, Procurement, InventerizationDOI : 10.23960/jmmp .v8.i3.202
Pengaruh Budaya Kerja, Sarana Dan Prasarana Pengalaman Kerja Terhadap Kompetensi Profesional Guru
The aims of this research were to investigate, test and analyze the impact of Work Culture, Availability of Facilities and Infrastructure Education, and Work Experience on Professional Teacher Competence of SMK Negeri District Way Kanan. This research was descriptive quantitative based on data analyses of questionnaires, with a sample of 100 of 121 teachers population. Hypothesis testing used analysis of simple regression and multiple regression. In general, the research results show that there are positive and significant impacts of Work Culture, Availability of Facilities and Infrastructure Education, and Work Experience on Professional Teacher Competence partially and simultaneouslyPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh pengaruh budaya kerja, ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan, dan pengalaman kerja terhadap kompetensi profesional guru SMK Negeri se-kabupaten Way Kanan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner. Hipotesis diuji menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana dan berganda. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 121 guru dengan tekhnik pengambilan sampel mengunakan purposive sampling serta diperoleh sampel sebanyak 100 guru. Hasil penelitian secara umum menunjukan pengaruh positif dan signifikan pengaruh budaya kerja, ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan, dan pengalaman kerja terhadap kompetensi profesional guru SMK Negeri se-kabupaten Way Kanan baik secara parsial maupun simultan.Kata kunci: budaya kerja, sarana dan prasarana, pengalaman kerja, kompetensi profesiona
Motivasi Berprestasi Guru SD Negeri Kecamatan Teluk Betung Selatan
This study aimed to describe and analyze the influence of school leadership, organizational culture and self-efficacy of teachers on teacher achievement motivation of SD Negeri Kecamatan TelukBetung Selatan. This research used quantitative descriptive approach. The number of the population was 176 teachers, with a sample were 53 teachers. The analysis used was descriptive and inferential. The result showed that there was positive and significant influences of principal leadership on teacher achievement motivation, there was positive and significant teacher organizational culture on teacher achievement motivation, there was positive and significant self-efficacy on teacher achievement motivation, and there were positive and significant influences of principal leadership, organizational culture, self-efficacy, jointly on teacher achievement motivation.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, budaya organisasi dan efikasi diri guru terhadap motivasi berprestasi guru SD Negeri Kecamatan Teluk Betung Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi sebanyak 176 orang, sampel ditentukan dengan proportional sebanyak 53 orang. Teknik analisis menggunakanstatistic deskriptif inferensial.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah secara langsung terhadap motivasi berprestasi guru, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan budaya organisasi terhadap motivasi berprestasi, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan efikasi diri terhadap motivasi berprestasi, dan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan variabel kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, budaya organisasi dan efikasi diri terhadap motivasi berprestasi.Kata kunci: Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, budaya organisasi, efikasi diri, dan motivasi berprestas
Analisis Faktor-Faktor yang Mempenngaruhi Gaya Kepemimpinan Kepala sekolah berintegritas di Provinsi Lampung
The purpose of this research was to investigate, test and analyze the impacts of organizational culture, followership style, and leadership skills on leadership style of principals with integrity in Lampung Province. This research was descriptive quantitative and used questionnaires to collect the data. The data collected were analysed using simple and multiple regression analysis. The number of population in this research was 192 teachers with a sample of 130 teachers using Slovin formula. The research results in general show positive and significant impacts of organizational culture, leadership skills on principal leadership styles both partially and simultaneously.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui, menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi, gaya kepengikutan guru dan keterampilan kepemimpinan terhadap gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berintegritas di Provinsi Lampung.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa kuisioner. Pengujian hipotesis digunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana dan berganda. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 192 guru dengan tekhnik pengambilan sampel mengunakan rumus Slovin serta diperoleh sampel 130. Hasil penelitian secara umum menunjukan pengaruh positif dan signifikan budaya organisasi, gaya kepengikutan guru dan keterampilan kepemimpinan terhadap gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah baik secara parsial maupun simultan.Kata kunci: budaya organisasi, gaya kepengikutan, keterampilan kepemimpinan, gaya kepemimpina
Kinerja Guru Pendamping Khusus SD Inklusi
Research purpose is to know and analyze the positive and significant influence of the principal managerial, organizational culture and achievement motivation on the performance of special assistant teacher inclusion elementary School in Metro City. The research used ex post facto approach. Research population was Special Assistant Teacher at elementary School Inclusion in Metro City. Data collection using questionnaire and analysis using regression. The results of this study indicate the existence of cohesiveness of school principal, organizational culture and achievement motivation for the performance of special assistant teacher of elementary school inclusion in Metro City either partially or simultaneously. This can be done with the principal's managerial skills, organizational culture and achievement motivation increases, so the performance of special assistant teacher will also increase.Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh positif dan signifikan keterampilan manajerial kepala sekolah, budaya organisasi dan motivasi berprestasi terhadap kinerja Guru Pendamping Khusus di SD Inklusi di Kota Metro. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan ex post factor. Populasi penelitian adalah Guru Pendamping Khusus pada SD Inklusi di Kota Metro. Alat pengumpul data menggunakan kuesioner dan analisis data menggunakan regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan manajerial kepala sekolah, budaya organisasi dan motivasi berprestasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja Guru Pendamping Khusus SD Inklusi di Kota Metro baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Hal ini bermakna jika keterampilan manajerial kepala sekolah, budaya organisasi dan motivasi berprestasi meningkat, maka kinerja Guru Pendamping Khusus juga akan meningkat.Kata Kunci: manajerial kepala sekolah, budaya organisasi, motivasi berprestasi, kinerja guru pendamping khusu
Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja dan Supervisi Kepala Sekolah Terhadap Kinerja Guru SD
This study aims to analyze the significant influence between motivation, work environment and principal supervision on improving the performance of elementary school teachers in Bandar Lampung. The type of this research is expost facto research, research design used is quantitative. Data collection using questionnaires. The population of the study is the public elementary school teacher in Bandar Lampung. The sample of research is 90 people. Data analysis techniques use multiple linear regression. The results showed that there is a significant influence between work motivation, work environment and supervision of school principal together to the performance of elementary school teachers in Bandar Lampung City.Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh signifikan antara motivasi, lingkungan kerja dan supervisi kepala sekolah terhadap peningkatan kinerja guru sekolah dasar di Bandar Lampung. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian expost facto, rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Populasi penelitian adalah guru sekolah dasar negeri di Bandar Lampung. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 90 orang. Teknik analisis data mengunakan regresi linear berganda. Kinerja Guru Sekolah Dasar Bersertifikasi di Gugus I Kecamatan Baradatu Kabupaten Way Kanan
This study aimed to describe and analyze the Performance of Certified Primary School Teachers. The focus of this research is the performance of certified primary school teachers’. Research Sub-focused in the form of Performance of certified primary school teachers’. This is research uses qualitative research. Collecting data use interview, observation and data analysis. Based on the study, it concluded that : (1) the policy teacher certification can motivating teachers. (2) the policy teacher certification that effectiveness of activities in an effort to improve the teachers’ performance.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan kinerja guru sekolah dasar bersertifikasi di Gugus I Kecamatan Baradatu Kabupaten Way Kanan Fokus Penelitian ini adalah kinerja guru Sekolah Dasar bersertifikasi. Sub Fokus Penelitian Berupa Gambaran Kinerja guru SD bersertifikasi dan upaya Sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru SD bersertifikasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik Pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan data analysis.
