    Abstrak: Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan mengenai manajemen laboratorium yang tepat di program studi Pendidikan Vokasional Teknik Elektro Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa dan faktor penghambat pengelolaan fasilitas laboratorium vokasional teknik elektro. Metodologi penelitian ini adalah studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Tempat penelitian dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Vokasional Teknik Elektro Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa. Hasil temuan dari penelitian ini adalah perencanaan laboratorium dilaksanakan melalui 2 prosedur yaitu analisis kebutuhan dan penentuan skala prioritas. Struktur organisasi yang dibentuk berdasarkan pemilihan oleh ketua program studi yang dibuat berdasarkan kompetensi di setiap personil. Dalam pelaksanaan di laboratorium vokasional teknik elektro berupa penggunaan laboratorium, penyediaan bahan dan peralatan, serta peminjaman alat. Pengawasan peralatan di area laboratorium dilaksanakan dengan menjadikan kartu identitas sebagai jaminan.  Kata kunci: manajemen, peralatan, laboratorium, vokasional, teknik elektro.DOI: 10.23960/jmmp.v11.i2.2023.02

    Penggunaan Gadget dalam Pembelajaran dan Perkembangan Anak Usia Dini: Literature Review

    The era of globalization has brought rapid changes to the use of gadgets. Gadgets are one of the technological advances that are used equally by all ages, including children. The use of gadgets in the PAUD education process plays an important role and is able to make learning more enjoyable so that children understand the material more easily. Meanwhile, the use of gadgets in early childhood can also have a negative impact. The negative impacts are that it can interfere with health, children do not socialize properly in their surroundings, difficulty developing speech skills, and so on. This article is the result of a literature study. The data obtained comes from various articles available on Google Scholar, other internet platforms, and books. This paper will identify the effect of using gadgets in learning on early childhood development. Through a literature study, the effect of using gadgets in learning on children's development was identified, including increasing children's ability to think creatively and critically.     Upaya Peningkatan Mutu Pendidikan Melalui Manajmen Akreditasi Sekolah.

    Permasalahan yang paling mendasar dalam satuan pendidikan adalah bagaimana peningkatan mutu dalam satuan pendidikan serta kendala dan hambatan yang dihadapi tersebut. Hal tersebut menjadi suatu keharusan dalam satuan pendidikan sebagai bentuk pertanggung jawaban satuan pendidikan dalam hal layanan mutu pendidikan kepada masyarakat. Maka, salah satu upaya pemerintah dan satuan pendidikan dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan perlu adanya upaya atau langkah yang sesuai dengan standar pendidikan nasional. Metode penelitian pada artikel ini mennggunakan metode riset kepustakaan (Library Research) metode penelitian ini berkenaan dengan metode pengumpulan data pustaka, Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan dokumentasi dan teknik analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan analisis kritis yang dimana analisis ini sifatnya kritis umumnya beranjak dari pandanggan atau nilai-nilai tertentu yang diyakini oleh peneliti terkait dalam permasalahan peningkatan mutu pendidikan yang melalui dokumen-dokumen yang berkaitan dengan permasalahan yang peneliti teliti. Hasil penelitian ini adalah akreditasi merupakan salah satu upaya dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan pada satuan pendidikan. Dalam pelaksanaan akreditasi satuan pendidikan perlu memperhatikan manajemen akreditasi sekolah, faktor yang menjadi penghambat dalam akreditasi dan solusinya, tindak lanjut pasca akrteditasi dan langkah dalam mencapai akreditasi yang baik.Kata kunci: Manajemen Akreditasi Sekolah, Upaya Peningkatan Mutu PendidikanDOI: 10.23960/jmmp.v10.i2.2022.06

    Human Resource Development Management In Engineering Study Program

    Abstrak: Human Resource Development in the Engineering Study Program. This study aims to describe the formulation of human resource development planning (HR) in the Electrical Engineering Study Program at the Sumatra Institute of Technology with a higher education administration management function approach that aims to improve superior learning services. The problem raised is the lack of synergy between the fields of learning and the work needs of graduates. The focus of the research is the indicator of permanent lecturers according to the adequacy of the value of increasing the accreditation of Study Programs by BAN-PT in the achievement of the superior category in 2024 as an effort to qualify themselves for the realization of the excellence of Study Programs. The research method using the approach model is descriptive qualitative. Minimum quality standards in scanning research data based on the Strategic Plan. The results of the study indicate that there is insufficient adequacy of lecturers on the Doctoral and Lecturer indicators according to the accreditation assessment. Efforts to improve it require the strength of individuals who have contributed to the achievement of study program accreditation to manage internal quality clusters in utilizing the potential opportunities of existing human resources.     Implementation of Learning Policy in SMA Negeri 1 Tulungagung during the Covid-19 Pandemic

    This study aims to determine the application of distance learning policies at SMAN1 Tulungagung schools in terms of aspects of constraints and advantages. Online learning is an open and distributed systematic learning by using pedagogical devices (educational aids) via the internet and network-based technology. user needs, for example downloading various source requirements for soldering. Online virtual learning is an alternative policy that was forced to be taken by the Indonesian government as an effort to break the distribution chain of COVID-19 in the community, especially in the school environment. which was originally mostly face-to-face learning in the context of classroom atmosphere schooling into online/online-based learning called the application of Blended Learning model learning which is often defined as an optimizing system in integrating oral communication that exists in face-to-face learning with written communication in online learning. The learning policy that is implemented, of course, all parties must work well together so that the implementation of learning restrictions becomes an effective policy so that student learning outcomes during online learning do not deny the results of face-to-face learning in classrooms as during the pre-pandemic in our country. Various positive responses were conveyed by students regarding online learning.     Analysis of Human Resource Management of Educators in Public Elementary Schools

    The problem in this study is the importance of human resource management in improving the professionalism of educators. This study aims to analyze in depth the human resource management of educators carried out in public elementary schools with a research focus on human resource management of educators. The method used in this research is qualitative method. Data collection techniques were interview, observation, and documentation. Data were analyzed referring to Miles and Huberman with the following steps data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion making. Data validity uses source and technique triangulation. The results showed that the implementation of human resource management of teaching staff in public elementary schools has been well implemented as seen from management activities, namely (1) planning in the form of staffing plans and short, medium and long term programs. (2) organizing is done through recruitment, orientation, placement and assignment. (3) actuating is done by means of training and development, performance appraisal, and career planning.     Pengaruh Budaya Sekolah Terhadap Karakter Peserta Didik di Sekolah Dasar

    In this era of globalization, the development of society is increasingly advanced along with advances in technology and information. However, this current of globalization can also have a negative impact on people's daily lives, one of which can cause the erosion of character values, especially for the younger generation of Indonesia. School culture is one of the efforts that can be made by schools in supporting the formation of the character of students. The purpose of this research is to find out how school culture influences the character of students in elementary schools. This study uses the literature review method. Data collection was carried out by reviewing and examining one by one the articles that had been collected on the same topic and had years of publication from 2018 to 2022. The reference articles used in this study were 10 national journal articles obtained from Google Scholar. It was found that school culture has a significant influence on the character of students, but the effect is not greater than other factors outside the research variables.     Model Round Club untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar IPA Siswa

    Hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas IV pada materi penggolongan hewan yang belum mencapai hasil yang memuaskan, dari jumlah 28 siswa hanya 12 siswa yang mencapai nilai sesuai KKM. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar IPA pada materi penggolongan hewan siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 2 Way Dadi Bandar Lampung dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran round club. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilakukan sebanyak 2 siklus. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 2 Way Dadi yang berjumlah 28 siswa, terdiri dari 16 siswa laki-laki dan 12 siswa perempuan. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh, pada hasil belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan pada materi penggolongan hewan dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran round club siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 2 Way Dadi. Hasil belajar siswa siklus I sampai siklus II mengalami peningkatan. Siklus 1 nilai rata-rata 68,2 dan ketuntasan belajar siswa  64%.  Siklus II nilai rata-rata 78,3 dan ketuntasan belajar siswa 96%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, semakin meningkatnya ketuntasan klasikal dan rata-rata nilai disetiap siklus pembelajaran, maka menunjukan bahwa model pembelajaran round club pada mata pelajaran IPA materi penggolongan hewan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Kata Kunci: Hasil belajar siswa, pembelajaran round club, penggolongan hewan DOI: 10.23960/jmmp.v9.i2.2021.04

    Android-Based Management Information System at Bandar Lampung Technology High School

    Abstract: ANDROID BASED MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM AT INDUSTRIAL TECHNOLOGY MIDDLE SCHOOL IN BANDAR LAMPUNG. This study aimed to analyze and describe an Android-based SIM at SMK SMTI (Industrial Technology High School). There are four elements described, namely (1) planning an Android-based SIM at SMK SMTI Bandar Lampung, (2) organizing an Android-based SIM at SMK SMTI Bandar Lampung, (3) implementing an Android-based SIM at SMK SMTI Bandar Lampung, and (4) monitoring and evaluation of an Android-based SIM at SMK SMTI Bandar Lampung. The approach used in this study was a descriptive qualitative approach. The research data were obtained from two sources, namely researchers and 10 informants. Data collection techniques were carried out by: (1) interviews, (2) observation, and (3) document study. The validity of the data was obtained from the findings that were carried out by testing the credibility, dependability and confirmability. The results showed that, (1) the SIM planning at SMK SMTI Bandar Lampung accommodated the needs of steakholders obtained through brainstorming and selecting them according to school objectives. (2) SIM organization at SMK SMTI Bandar Lampung socialized Android-based SIM according to users such as teachers, students and parents. (3) the implementation of an Android-based SIM at SMK SMTI Bandar Lampung could improve education quality services that are effective and efficient. (4) monitoring and evaluation of SIM-based SMK SMTI Bandar Lampung could be done by looking through the admin account how active teachers, students and parents were using SIM for teaching and learning activities. Keywords: SIM, Manajemen, Android DOI: 10.23960/jmmp .v9.i1.202103
