HUBUNGAN SUPERVISI KEPALA SEKOLAH DAN MOTIVASI KERJA GURU DENGAN KINERJA GURU
Get PDFThe purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the principal supervisory and motivation of teachers working with teacher performance at Junior High Schools. This research is a quantitative research study that aimed to investigate the events that have occured and then trace backwards to determine the factors that cause the occurance of these events. Data collecting in this study was using a questionnaire with Likert scale. While the analysis of the data was using a simple linear regression equation and multiple regression. The result showed that the principal supervisory was related with the performance in the amount of 73,1%. Motivation of teachers working was related with the performance for 64,5%. Then jointly relationship between the two factors were related at 82,1%.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara supervisi kepala sekolah dan motivasi kerja guru dengan kinerja guru SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Gadingrejo. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yaitu penelitian yang bertujuan untuk menyelidiki peristiwa yang telah terjadi dan kemudian merunut ke belakang untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan terjadinya peristiwa tersebut. Pengambilan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket dengan skala Likert. Sedangkan analisis datanya menggunakan persamaan regresi linier sederhana dan regresi ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa hubungan supervisi kepala sekolah dengan kinerja guru sebesar 73,1%. Hubungan motivasi kerja guru dengan kinerja guru sebesar 64,5%. Kemudian hubungan secara bersama-sama antara supervisi kepala sekolah dan motivasi kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 82,1%.Kata kunci: kinerja guru, motivasi kerja guru, supervisi kepala sekola
PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA SEKOLAH, IKLIM SEKOLAH, BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP MOTIVASI BERPRESTASI GURU
Get PDFThe purpose of this study was to determine and analysis: (1) a significant and positive effect of school leadership toward achievement motivation of teachers, (2) a significant and positive effect of school climate on job performance and achievement motivation, (3 ) a significant and positive influence organizational culture on achievement motivation, (4) a significant and positive effect jointly between leadership, school climate, organizational culture on achievement motivation teachers. This research is a quantitative study with a correlation approach. The results showed that (1) there is a significant relationship between principal leadership towards the achievement motivation of teachers 54.1%, (2) there is a significant relationship between school climate on achievement motivation 75,0%, (3) there is a significant relationship between organizational culture on achievement motivation 30.5%, (4) there is a significant together relationship between principal leadership, school climate and organizational culture on achievement motivation of teachers.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan analisis: (1) Pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap motivasi berprestasi guru, (2) Pengaruh positif dan signifikan iklim sekolah terhadap prestasi kerja motivasi berprestasi guru, (3) Pengaruh positif dan signifikan budaya organisasi terhadap motivasi berprestasi guru, (4) Pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara bersama-sama antara kepemimpinan, iklim sekolah, budaya organisasi terhadap motivasi berprestasi guru. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap motivasi berprestasi guru sebesar 54,1%. (2) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara iklim sekolah terhadap motivasi berprestasi guru sebesar 75,0%. (3) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikafn antara budaya organisasi terhadap motivasi berprestasi guru sebesar 30,5%. (4) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, iklim sekolah dan budaya organisasi guru terhadap motivasi berprestasi.Kata kunci: budaya organisasi, iklim sekolah, kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, motivasi berprestas
PENGARUH KOMPETENSI MANAJERIAL DAN KOMPETENSI SUPERVISI KEPALA SEKOLAH TERHADAP KINERJA GURU
Get PDFThis study aimed to determine: (1) influence of principal managerial competency toward the teacher performance of Junior High School Education in Tanggamus, (2) influence of principal supervision competency toward the teacher performance of Junior High School Education in Tanggamus, (3) influence of Co-working Principal and Vice Principal managerial competence and supervision competencies together on educational teacher performance of Junior High School. This research is quantitative correlation-approach. The results showed that, the principal managerial competence contribute positively 78.0 %. Principal supervision-competencies provide both positive and significant influence 79.6 %. Co-working of managerial competence and supervision competencies between Principal and Vice Principal contribute positively and significantly 80.5 %.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru SMP Negeri di Kabupaten Tanggamus, (2) pengaruh kompetensi supervisi kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru SMP Negeri di Kabupaten Tanggamus, (3) pengaruh kompetensi manajerial dan kompetensi supervisi kepala sekolah secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru SMPNegeri di Kabupaten Tanggamus. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah memberikan pengaruh yang positif terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 78,0% (2) kompetensi supervisi kepala sekolah memberikan pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan sebesar 79,6%(3) secara bersama-sama kompetensi manajerial dan kompetensi supervisi kepala sekolah memberikan pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan sebesar 80,5 %.Kata kunci: kinerja guru, kompetensi manajerial, supervisi kepala sekola
IMPLEMENTASI SISTEM MANAJEMEN MUTU ISO 9001:2008 PADA SEKOLAH MENENGAH KEJURUAN TEKNOLOGI INDUSTRI
Get PDFThe focus of the research was on how the implementation of quality management system ISO 9001:2008 at SMKTI Bandar Lampung. The method used in the research was qualitative design and data collecting technique was through interview, observation, and documentation in SMKTI Bandar Lampung. The data analysis was done through interactive analysis. The result of the research related to the research focus showed: 1) The Application of Eight Principles of Quality Management at SMKTI Bandar Lampung, was initially done through commitment oriented on the customer satisfaction either internally or externally. 2) The condition of human resources at SMKTI Bandar Lampung in implementing the system of the quality management ISO 9001:2008 deeply supported viewed from education level and the competency as well.Fokus penelitian ini adalah bagaimana implementasi Sistem Manajemen Mutu ISO 9001:2008 di SMKTI Bandar Lampung. Metode penelitian yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah rancangan kualitatif dengan metode pengambilan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi di SMKTI Bandar Lampung. Sedangkan analisis data dilakukan melalui analisis interaktif. Hasil penelitian terkait fokus penelitian menunjukan: 1) Penerapan delapan prinsip manajemen mutu di SMKTI Bandar Lampung, diawali dengan komitmen yang berorientasi pada kepuasan pelanggan baik dari internal maupun eksternal. 2) Kondisi Sumber Daya Manusia yang ada di SMKTI Bandar Lampung dalam mengimplementasikan sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2008 sangat mendukung baik dilihat dari jenjang pendidikan ataupun dari segi kemampuan yang dimiliki.Kata kunci: implementasi, manajemen mutu terpadu, sistem manajemen mut
PENGARUH KOMPETENSI MANAJERIAL DAN KOMPETENSI SUPERVISI AKADEMIK KEPALA SEKOLAH TERHADAP PROFESIONALISME GURU

To determine the significance of the regression equation used T test and F test. The results showed that the principal effect of managerial competence in the professionalism of teachers Junior High School is 63.0%, the influence of the principal academic supervision competence of the teachers' pedagogical is 63.4%, then the effect of jointly between the principal managerial competence and academic supervision of the professional competence of teachers junior High School are 77.9%.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pokok kompetensi manajerial dan kompetensi supervisi akademik kepala sekolah dalam profesionalisme guru SMP Sekolah Tinggi. Penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif yaitu penelitian yang bertujuan untuk menyelidiki peristiwa yang telah terjadi dan kemudian melacak ke belakang untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan peristiwa tersebut. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner Likert skala degan. Sedangkan analisis data menggunakan persamaan regresi linier sederhana dan regresi berganda. Untuk menentukan signifikansi persamaan regresi yang digunakan uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efek utama kompetensi manajerial dalam profesionalisme guru SMP adalah 63.0%, pengaruh pengawasan kompetensi akademik utama pedagogis guru adalah 63,4%, maka efek secara bersama-sama antara kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah dan supervisi akademik dari kompetensi profesional guru SMP SMA yang 77.9%.Kata kunci: kompetensi manajerial, kompetensi supervisi akademik, profesionalisme guru

KESIAPAN IMPLEMENTASI KURIKULUM 2013 DI SEKOLAH MENENGAH KEJURUAN (SMK)
Get PDFThis study aims to describe and analyze the readiness of implementing the 2013 curriculum at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Metro. This study used qualitative approach with a single case study design. The data collecting technique is done through interviews, documentation studies, and field observations. Analysis used the interactive patterns of data. The results obtained are: 1) Readiness curriculum implementation in 2013 begins with planning goals and objectives to be achieved. 2) Implementation monitoring of curriculum 2013 by Teacher Assistants are found not in accordance with the or targets and objectives of the various aspects. 3) The attitude of teachers and students towards the implementation of the curriculum in 2013 at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Metro has not yet appeared.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis kesiapan implementasi kurikulum 2013 di SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Metro. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus tunggal. Teknik ini mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara, studi dokumentasi, dan observasi lapangan. Analisis menggunakan pola interaktif data. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah: 1) pelaksanaan kurikulum Kesiapan tahun 2013 dimulai dengan tujuan perencanaan dan tujuan yang akan dicapai. 2) Pemantauan Implementasi kurikulum 2013 oleh Asisten Guru yang ditemukan tidak sesuai dengan sasaran dan tujuan atau dari berbagai aspek. 3) Sikap guru dan siswa terhadap pelaksanaan kurikulum tahun 2013 di SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Metro belum muncul.Kata kunci: kesiapan implementasi, kurikulum 2013, sekolah menengah kejurua
PENGARUH SUPERVISI AKADEMIK KEPALA SEKOLAH DAN PROFESIONALITAS GURU TERHADAP MUTU LAYANAN PENDIDIKAN DI MADRASAH TSANAWIYAH

Monitoring results of the study into created a consistent and relevant to the needs of society further education. Purpose of this study was to clarify the effect of the principal academic supervision of the quality and professionalism of teachers in junior secondary school education services in East Lampung District of Labuan Maringgai. Method of this research is a descriptive correlation study. Data collection technique used is the questionnaire which further data processing is done through statistical analysis SPSS version 17. Academic supervision principals affect the quality of education services, professionalism of teachers affect the quality of education services, and academic supervision the principal influence on the professionalism of teachers.Pengawasan Akademik Principal sangat penting untuk mengontrol pembelajaran yang dilakukan dan akhirnya memastikan layanan pendidikan yang berkualitas guru kelayakan. Pemantauan hasil penelitian dalam menciptakan konsisten dan relevan dengan kebutuhan masyarakat pendidikan lebih lanjut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan pengaruh pengawasan akademik utama dari kualitas dan profesionalisme guru dalam layanan pendidikan sekolah menengah pertama di Kabupaten Lampung Timur Labuhan Maringgai. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif korelasional. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner yang pengolahan data lebih lanjut dilakukan melalui analisis statistik SPSS versi 17. MANAJEMEN PENGEMBANGAN MADRASAH TSANAWIYAH NEGERI DI KOTAAGUNG
Get PDFThis research aims to describe and analyze the management of madrasa education quality-based development through management of madrasa, culture of madrasa, new student enrollment, and management of the education. This research uses qualitative approach the draft case studies. Data collection techniques used is interviews, observation, and study the documentation. The results showed that 1) Madrasa have conducted the function of management such as planning, organization, actuating dan controlling in madrasa management, 2) Existence of madrasa culture is closely related to the positive values and norms that binds all citizens of madrasa, 3) new students enrollment to capture the grade regular and superior class to get good input that will produce a very good output.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis pengembangan manajemen berbasis kualitas pendidikan madrasah melalui pengelolaan madrasah, budaya madrasah, pendaftaran siswa baru, dan manajemen pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif studi rancangan kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Madrasah telah melakukan fungsi manajemen seperti perencanaan, pengorganisasian, actuating Dan pengendalian dalam pengelolaan madrasah, 2) Adanya budaya madrasah terkait erat dengan nilai-nilai dan norma-norma positif yang mengikat semua warga madrasah, 3) tingkat pendaftaran mahasiswa baru untuk menangkap kelas kelas reguler dan unggul untuk mendapatkan masukan yang baik yang akan menghasilkan output yang sangat baik.Kata kunci: manajemen pengembangan, manajemen madrasah, manajemen pendidikan dasa
PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL DAN KOMUNIKASI INTERPERSONAL TERHADAP KINERJA GURU
Get PDFThe purpose of this research is to know: 1) There is a positive and significant influence of the he principal transformational leadership toward the teacher performance, 2) There is a positive and significant influence of interpersonal communication toward the teacher performance, 3) There is a positive and significant influence jointly between transformational leadership and interpersonal communication toward the teacher performance. This research is quantitative research with survey method. The research data were taken using a Likert Scale, then analyzed using descriptive statistics and interventional statistics. The research results give the conclusions that: 1) there is a positive and significant influence of principal transformational leadership toward the teachers performance in 73.3%, 2) there is a positive and significant influence of interpersonal communication toward the teachers performance in 79.3%, 3) there is a positive and significant influence jointly between transformational leadership and interpersonal communication toward the teacher performance in 79.7%.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: 1) Ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah dia terhadap kinerja guru, 2) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari komunikasi antarpribadi terhadap kinerja guru, 3) Ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara bersama-sama antara kepemimpinan transformasional dan komunikasi antarpribadi terhadap kinerja guru. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Data penelitian diambil dengan menggunakan Skala Likert, kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan statistik diskriptif dan statistik inferensial. Hasil penelitian memberikan kesimpulan bahwa: 1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru di 73.3%, 2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari komunikasi antarpribadi terhadap kinerja guru di 79.3%, 3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara bersama-sama antara kepemimpinan transformasional dan komunikasi antarpribadi terhadap kinerja guru 79.7%.Kata kunci: kepemimpinan transformasional, kinerja guru, komunikasi interpersona
