HUBUNGAN KOMPETENSI PEDAGOGIK, MOTIVASI KERJA, DAN KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA SEKOLAH TERHADAP KINERJA GURU
Get PDFThe objective of this research is to describe and analyze the relationship of: 1) the pedagogical competence; 2) the work motivation, 3) the principal’s leadership; 4) the pedagogical competence, the work motivation and the leadership of the principals altogether with the teacher’s performance. The method of the research is correlational survey. The samples of this research are obtained by using the formula of Isaac Michel. The results of the research that is: 1) there is correlation between the pedagogical competence and the teacher’s performance 53.2 %. 2) There is correlation between work motivation and teacher’s performance 41.8%. 3) There is correlation between the leadership of principals and teacher’s performance the principal leadership contributed 52.5 %. 4) There is correlation between the pedagogical competence and the principal’s leadership altogether with the teacher’s performance, pedagogical competence, works motivation, and the principal’s leadership altogether contributed for 54.5%.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis hubungan : 1) kompetensi pedagogis, 2) motivasi kerja, 3) kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, 4) kompetensi pedagogis, motivasi kerja dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah sama sekali dengan kinerja guru. Metode penelitian ini adalah survei korelasional. Sampel penelitian ini diperoleh dengan menggunakan rumus dari Isaac Michel. Hasil dari penelitian yaitu: 1) ada hubungan antara kompetensi pedagogik dan kinerja guru 53,2 %. 2) Ada hubungan antara motivasi kerja dan kinerja guru 41,8 %. 3) Ada hubungan antara kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan kinerja guru kepemimpinan kepala sekolah memberikan kontribusi 52,5 % . 4) Ada korelasi antara kompetensi pedagogik dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dengan kinerja guru, kompetensi pedagogik, motivasi bekerja, dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah 54,5%.Kata kunci: kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, kinerja guru, kompetensi paedagogik, motivasi kerja
HUBUNGAN KOMPETENSI MANAJERIAL KEPALA SEKOLAH DAN MOTIVASI BERPRESTASI DENGAN KINERJA GURU
Get PDFThe problem of this research is how the relationship managerial competencies principals ability and achievement motivation with teacher performance in the management of learning in SD Gugus IV Kemiling Permai Bandar Lampung. This research uses descriptive qualitative research design. The method used was a survey method. The results showed that: (1) There is a positive and significant relationship between managerial competencies principals with teacher performance in the management of learning 71.9%, (2) There is a positive and significant relationship between achievement motivation and performance management of teachers in teaching 51.6%, (3) There is a positive and significant relationship between the principal managerial competence and achievement motivation 83.9%, (4) There is a positive and significant relationship between the principal managerial competence and achievement motivation in learning with teacher performance 53.9%.Masalah penelitian ini adalah bagaimana hubungan kemampuan kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah dan motivasi berprestasi dengan kinerja guru dalam pengelolaan pembelajaran di SD Gugus IV Kemiling Permai Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini mengunakan rancangan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah dengan kinerja guru dalam pengelolaan pembelajaran 71.9%, (2) Terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara motivasi berprestasi dengan kinerja guru dalam pengelolaan pembelajaran 51.6%, (3) Terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah dengan motivasi berprestasi 83.9%, (4) Terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah dan motivasi berprestasi dengan kinerja guru dalam pembelajaran 53.9%.Kata kunci: kinerja guru, manajerial kepala sekolah, motivasi berprestas
KEPEMIMPINAN MANAJERIAL KEPALA PENDIDIKAN ANAK USIA DINI (PAUD)
Get PDFThe purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the managerial leadership of the head of early childhood education (PAUD) Kauman Metro Center. This study used a qualitative approach with a case study design. The technique to collect the data is through observation interviews, documentation and field studies. The results of the study are: (1) the head of aba early childhood metro centers has the ability to analyze problem, and the ability to think rationally in any act of management activities, (2) the head of Kauman aba early childhood Mtero center has been realized in performing tasks which lead teacher behavior, (3) technical leadership PAUD aba Kauman Metro, Metro Center which always conducting procedural process is used to make the technology in all activities, (4) supporting factors in the format curriculum in accordance with the child's condition.Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis kepemimpinan manajerial kepala pendidikan anak usia dini (paud) Kauman Metro Pusat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan rancangan studi kasus. Teknik mengumpulkan data dilakukan dengan observasi wawancara, studi dokumentasi dan lapangan. Hasil penelitian antara lain: (1) kepala paud aba Metro pusat memiliki kemampuan menganalisia masalah, memiliki kemampuan untuk berpikir rasional dalam setiap tindakan tentang kegiatan manajemen. (2) kepala paud aba Kauman Metro pusat dalam menjalankan tugas telah menyadari perilaku guru yang dipimpinnya. (3) kepemimpinan teknis paud aba Kauman metro pusat kota Metro pusat yang dalam melaksanakan kegiatan selalu melakukan proses prosedural yang digunakan membuat teknologi dalam semua aktivitas. PENGARUH KEPRIBADIAN GURU DAN KONFLIK ORGANISASI TERHADAP KOMITMEN KERJA GURU SEKOLAH

The results of this research are: 1) there is positive and significant influence between teachers personality toward teachers job commitment, 2) there is positive and significant influence between organization conflict toward teachers job commitment, 3) there is positive and significant influence between teachers personality and organization conflict toward teachers job commitment.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis pengaruh antara: 1) guru kepribadian terhadap komitmen kerja guru, 2) konflik organisasi terhadap komitmen kerja guru juga 3) guru kepribadian dan konflik organisasi secara simultan terhadap komitmen kerja guru pada sekolah menengah atas di Kabupaten Pringsewu. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan metode ex post facto. PENGARUH DISIPLIN KERJA DAN KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA SEKOLAH TERHADAP KINERJA GURU SMP

The kind of this research is quantitative by using method of ex post facto. The results of this research are: 1) there is positive influence between work discipline toward teachers performance, 2) there is positive influence between principal leadership toward teachers performance, 3) there is positive influence between work discipline and principal leadership toward teachers performance.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis: 1) disiplin kerja, 2) kepemimpinan kepala sekolah 3) disiplin dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah bekerja secara simultan terhadap kinerja guru pada SMP di kabupaten Kotabumi di Kabupaten Lampung Utara. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode ex post facto. PROFIL KINERJA PENGAWAS MADRASAH KEMENTERIAN AGAMA LAMPUNG SELATAN
Get PDFThe purpose of this study is to describe and analyze regarding: 1) academic and managerial supervision, 2) guide and train professional teachers, 3) implementation of professional development supervisor, 4) factors supporting and inhibiting factors supervisor performance and, 5) the efforts of the agencies in improving the performance of madrassas supervisors. This type of research is qualitative and phenomenological approach as a case study research design. Results of the study: 1) academic and managerial oversight begins with planning but in the implementation and in reporting the results of supervision is not optimal; 2) guide and train professional teachers through KKG / MGMPs; 3) the implementation of professional development supervisor has not been seen; 4) the performance of the supporting factors were little. (5) the efforts of the regulatory agencies in improving the performance as well as the recruitment of candidates for superintendent is doing well.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis mengenai: 1) akademik dan manajerial pengawasan, 2) panduan dan melatih guru-guru profesional, 3) pelaksanaan pengawas pengembangan profesional, 4) faktor pendukung dan penghambat kinerja faktor pengawas dan, 5) upaya lembaga dalam meningkatkan kinerja pengawas madrasah. Jenis penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dan fenomenologis sebagai desain penelitian studi kasus. Hasil penelitian: 1) pengawasan akademik dan manajerial dimulai dengan perencanaan, tetapi dalam pelaksanaannya dan melaporkan hasil pengawasan tidak optimal; 2) panduan dan melatih guru-guru profesional melalui KKG / MGMP; 3) pelaksanaan pengawas pengembangan profesional belum terlihat; 4) kinerja faktor pendukung masih kecil; 5) upaya badan hukum dalam meningkatkan kinerja serta perekrutan calon pengawas berjalan dengan baik.Kata kunci: profil, kinerja, pengawas madrasah, kementerian agam

No full textThis study aims to know and analyze: 1) the influence of principal situational leadership styles on teacher performance, 2) the influence of school climate on teacher performance, 3) the influence of work motivation on teacher performance, and 4) the influence of principal situational leadership style, school climate, and work motivation on the SMK teacher performance in Metro City. This research is using an ex post facto method that investigates or examines the events that have occurred. The results of this study conclude: there is a positive and significant influence of situational leadership style, school climate and work motivation on SMK teacher performance in Metro City, means better situational leadership style, more conducive school climate and higher work motivation, and then teacher performance will be better.Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui dan menganalisis: 1) pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan situasional kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru, 2) pengaruh iklim sekolah terhadap kinerja guru, 3) pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru, dan 4) pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan situasional kepala sekolah, iklim sekolah dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru di SMK Negeri Kota Metro. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode ex post facto yaitu menyelidiki atau menguji peristiwa yang telah terjadi. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan : terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan gaya kepemimpinan situasional, iklim sekolah dan motivasi kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru SMK Negeri Kota Metro, artinya semakin baik gaya kepemimpinan situasional, semakin kondusif iklim sekolah dan semakin tinggi motivasi kerja maka semakin baik pula kinerja guru.Kata kunci: gaya kepemimpinan situasional, iklim sekolah, kinerja guru, motivasi kerj
IMPLEMENTASI MANAJEMEN MUTU MELALUI PROGRAM ISO 9001:2008
Get PDFThe focus of the study: 1) the implementation of ISO 9001:2008 in SMAN 1 Gadingrejo, 2) inhibiting factors of ISO 9001:2008 program at SMAN 1 Gadingrejo, 3) the factors supporting the ISO 9001:2008 program at SMAN 1 Gadingrejo. This is qualitative research approach with a case study design. Techniques of data collection are with interviews, documentation, and observation. The results of this study provide conclusions: 1) There are factors that hinder the implementation of ISO 9001:2008 SMA Negeri 1 Gadingrejo, which is about discipline and management of facilities and teachers. 2) There are factors that support the implementation of ISO 9001:2008 SMA Negeri 1 Gadingrejo, there is the principal participation in the implementation of ISO 9001:2008, participation of teachers in implementing the tasks and participation of school committees and school community. This study revealed an increase in the future needs to be built quality management.Fokus dari penelitian ini: 1) pelaksanaan ISO 9001:2008 di SMAN 1 Gadingrejo, 2) faktor program ISO 9001:2008 menghambat di SMAN 1 Gadingrejo, 3) faktor pendukung program ISO 9001:2008 di SMAN 1 Gadingrejo. Penelitian ini adalah pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, dokumentasi, dan observasi. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan kesimpulan: 1) Ada faktor-faktor yang menghambat pelaksanaan ISO 9001:2008 SMA Negeri 1 Gadingrejo, yang adalah tentang disiplin dan manajemen fasilitas dan guru. 2) Ada faktor-faktor yang mendukung implementasi program ISO 9001 : 2008 di SMA Negeri 1 Gadingrejo, yaitu partisipasi kepala sekolah dalam pelaksanaan ISO:2008, partisipasi guru dalam melaksanakan tugas dan partisipasi komite sekolah dan warga sekolah. PERAN KOMITE SEKOLAH DALAM PENINGKATAN MANAJEMEN MUTU PENDIDIKAN
Get PDFThe objectives of these research are to describe and analyze the involvement of the school committee as the giver of concideration, support as the controller and mediator in improving the quality of vocational education in SMKN 2 Metro. The research was conducted through a qualitative approach with a case study design. The reserch findings show that the establishment of the committee was referring to the provisions of laws and involved elements of teacher councils, communities, government, business communities or industries.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendiskripsikan peran komite sekolah sebagai pemberi pertimbangan, pemberi dukungan, sebagai pengontrol dan sebagai mediator, dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan di SMK Negeri 2 Metro. Penelitian dilaksanakan melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan rancangan studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembentukan komite telah mengacu pada ketentuan peraturan perundangan dan melibatkan unsur dewan guru, masyarakat, pemerintah dan kalangan dunia usaha dan industri.Kata kunci: komite sekolah, manajemen mutu, peningkatan pendidika
