特殊詐欺への関与時期と詐欺未遂罪の共同正犯の成否
Get PDFIn the special fraud, the victim who is about to be deceived by the criminal may report the crime to the police, and the police may start a strategy of pretending to be deceived. At that stage, the risk of the fraud disappears. Therefore, subsequent participants only do things that are not useful for the realization of the fraud. Nevertheless, the Supreme Court recognizes that such participants are co-principals of the attempted fraud. However, the risk of the fraud, before or after the police begin their investigation, should be different. Hence, it is important to focus on the timing of the involvement in the special fraud, to grasp the reality, and to determine the appropriate criminal liability according to the type of the involvement. In this regard, before the police intervention, participants based on the collusion can be considered as co-principals in the attempted fraud, because they share in the execution of the act when a risk of the fraud exists. In contrast, after the police intervention, participants who imagine that they contribute to the crime could not take advantage of the victim's mistake, and the risk of the fraud has also disappeared, so that they cannot be considered as co-principals in the attempted fraud.departmental bulletin pape

Get PDF児童生徒に科学に興味を持っていただくため、液体窒素を使って非日常的な低温で物質の変化と状態変化について51件の体験実験を実施した。これらの体験実験のアンケート結果から、2次元ではなく5感を使った実験の重要性とこれらの活動が理科へのモチベーションを高揚させる効果があることを明らかにした。To encourage an interest in science among first grade and junior high school students, they experienced 51 experiments that changed in properties and states of material by using liquid nitrogen of unusually low temperature of 77 K. A case of deep vein thrombosis after spinal cord injury diagnosed as JAK2-V617F-positive essential thrombocythemia.
Get PDFBackground: Deep vein thrombosis (DVT) is a severe early complication of spinal cord injury.
Case presentation: A 67-year-old woman was injured falling down the stairs at home and was diagnosed with a spinal cord injury. She was admitted to our hospital for further medical treatment. The day after admission, she became dyspneic, which required tracheal intubation followed by respiratory management. We started an antiplatelet agent for DVT prophylaxis during treatment. However, contrast-enhanced computed tomography (CECT) of the bilateral legs revealed acute DVT of the femoral veins. We focused on the sustained platelet increase, consulted hematologists, and ultimately diagnosed ET.
Conclusion: In emergency settings, the general condition of a patient rapidly changes. A precise consultation with a specialist for thrombosis and hemostasis may prevent complications such as DVT. Although we often assess laboratory data, such as complete blood counts, to follow up on the clinical course, in the case of rare diseases and conditions, abnormal findings may be overlooked. 外国にルーツを持つ子どもの就学前教育・保育に関する近年の動向
Get PDF少子化による労働力不足や国際化の進展を背景に、日本における在留外国人数は増加している。それに伴い、日本に居住する外国にルーツを持つ子どもの教育の重要性が高まっている。幼児期の教育・保育はすべての子どもにとって重要であるが、日本に住む外国にルーツを持つ子どもやその保護者に対する支援は十分とは言えない。外国にルーツを持つ子どもたちにとって、アイデンティティの確立や言語の習得は、特に日本の学校で学ぶ場合において、将来の日本での生活に影響を与えることになる。本研究では、子どもの最善の利益に基づく幼児教育・保育の重要性と、外国にルーツを持つ子どもに関する幼児教育・保育の課題についてまとめた。また、外国にルーツを持つ子どもの教育・保育に加え、保護者支援に関する最近の政策動向をまとめた。その上で、現状を踏まえた今後の課題について考察した。The number of foreign residents in Japan has been increasing against the backdrop of labor shortages. With the increase in the number of foreign residents, the number of foreign-born children or children with foreign parents living in Japan has also increased. It is said that although early childhood education and care are important for all of children, there is a lack of support for children with foreign roots and their parents living in Japan. For children with foreign roots, the acquisition of identity and language will affect their future life in Japan, especially in the case of studying in Japanese schools. This study summarizes the importance of early childhood education and care based on the best interests of the child, and the issues in early childhood education and care regarding children with foreign roots. The report also summarizes recent policy trends related to the education and care of children with foreign roots and the support for their parents. 「養護」及び「養育」の用語と概念に関する考察
