Get PDF【要旨】 近年のテクノロジーの発展によって, 小売店舗ではデジタルサイネージやAI搭載機器などの利用可能性が高まり, より消費者に鮮明な顧客体験を与えることができるようになった。また, 店舗を活用し, 自社アプリへの誘導による関係性構築の場としての役割が広がっている。本稿では, 株式会社アイスタイルのケースから, 主に店舗内で使用されるテクノロジーや機器, さらに店舗におけるアプリの登録から, ECへと顧客を誘導し, 顧客との関係性構築やその流れを可視化し, 次のマーケティング戦略へとつなげていくCRM技術について見ていく。Recent advances in technology have increased the availability of digital signage and AI devices in retail stores, providing consumers with a more vivid customer experience. In addition, the role of stores as a place to build relationships by guiding people to their own apps is expanding. In this article, we will look at the case of istyle Co., and then research in CRM technology that guides customers from app registration at the store to e-commerce, builds relationships with customers, visualizes the flow, and leads to the next marketing strategy.departmental bulletin pape
保育者の経験年数による気になる子に関する悩み方の違い―キンダーカウンセラーへの相談内容の分析から―
Get PDF保育現場において“気になる子”は増加傾向にあり，多くの保育者が対応について悩んでいる。そこで，本研究では，①保育者の“気になる子”についての悩み方を明らかにすること，②悩み方に経験年数による違いがあるのかを明らかにすることを目的とした。方法としては，まずキンダーカウンセラーとの相談内容について保育者へインタビューを実施した。次に，行ったインタビューの内容を逐語に起こし，共起ネットワーク図を描画した後，実際の語りの内容を確認した。分析の結果，若手保育者は目の前の保育について困っており，中堅保育者は園と保護者や集団と子どもといった関係性の間で悩み，ベテラン保育者になると悩み方に傾向はみられなかった。また，若手保育者は具体的なアドバイスを求めており，中堅保育者からベテラン保育者になるにつれて保育者自身が方向性を定めつつ相談している等，保育者の経験年数によってキンダーカウンセラーの活用方法にも違いがみられた。The number of "children of concern" in kindergartens and nursery schools is increasing, and teachers struggle to manage these children. Therefore, this study aimed to clarify how kindergarten teachers are concerned about “children of concern.” Further, it sought to elucidate whether there are differences in how teachers are concerned based on their years of experience. First, we interviewed the teachers about the content of their consultations with kindergarten counselors. Next, the content of the interviews was transcribed verbatim. After drawing a cooccurrence network diagram, the actual content of the narratives was confirmed. The analysis revealed that young teachers were concerned about the current childcare situation. Mid-career teachers were concerned about the relationship between the school and parents and between the group and children. Moreover, no significant trend in the content of veteran teachers’ concerns was observed. Younger teachers sought specific advice from kindergarten counselors, whereas mid-career and veteran teachers used the counselors to guide their decisionmaking. This suggested that using kindergarten counselors varied depending on the teachers’ years of experience.departmental bulletin pape
ピアノ連弾のために作曲された作品の練習法と表現について―ドヴォルジャーク作曲「ボヘミアの森から」作品６８より―
Get PDFピアノ連弾曲には素晴らしい曲が沢山あり、管弦楽や名曲を連弾にアレンジする事で、多くの方にピアノに親しんでもらえている。しかし残念な事にソロや2台ピアノと比べると、連弾の評価は低い場合もある。 長年私たちは連弾オリジナル曲を演奏し、1台のピアノを2人の4手で、色々な音色を引き出し、音量のバランス、打鍵の調和など、2台ピアノよりはるかに難しい事をつくづく感じる。現在取り組んでいる、ドヴォルジャーク作曲「ボヘミアの森から」op.68で、連弾曲の練習法を研究し、ピアノ連弾曲の表現法を考察する。There are many wonderful piano duet pieces, and by arranging orchestral works and masterpieces for piano duets, more people are becoming familiar with the piano. However, it is unfortunate that piano duets are sometimes undervalued compared to solo performances or two-piano works. Over the years, we have performed original piano duet compositions, and we have come to deeply appreciate how challenging it is to draw out various tones, balance volume, and achieve harmonious keystrokes with four hands on one piano that is much more difficult than with two pianos. In our current work on Dvořák's "From the Bohemian Forest," Op. 68, we are studying practice methods for piano duets and exploring ways to express piano duet music.departmental bulletin pape

Get PDFThe sugar contained in rice is thought to affect the taste. Among them, the sticky substance (oneba) on the surface of cooked rice, which also affects the taste. Fist, we clarified the contents of monosaccharides, disaccharides and trisaccharides contained in sticky rice eluted from cooked rice. Based on these results, taste appraisal values (cooked rice taste meter, hardness/stickiness meter and sensor) and sensory tests were conducted, and the correlation with taste was clarified.departmental bulletin pape

Get PDFThis study investigates efforts to enhance the effectiveness of statistics education for humanities university students from 2017 to 2022. In 2020, a flipped classroom approach was introduced, followed by the implementation of a story-based exercise grounded in the Goal-Based Scenario (GBS) model in 2022. Course evaluation surveys indicated high evaluations of the course materials, and the introduction of both the flipped classroom and story-based exercise significantly increased student satisfaction with course management. Furthermore, grading results revealed that the story-based exercise showed significant learning effects in the acquisition of advanced statistical methods. However, the effect of these pedagogical changes on the acquisition of basic statistical skills was less pronounced. The combination of the flipped classroom and story-based exercise, as presented in this study, suggests a promising approach to teaching statistics to humanities students.departmental bulletin pape
