Failure Studies on An Unsuccessful Case for Developing Fundamental Competencies for Working Persons
Get PDF社会人基礎力育成に関するアクティブラーニングの失敗事例についての報告は少ない。本稿は、短期大学生による商品開発プロジェクトの失敗事例を、失敗のネガティブな側面だけでなくその知見を利用して成長に繋げる「失敗学」の観点から分析し、アクティブラーニングの際の教訓を得た。教員は学生の自主性を重んじたが、計画性の欠如や時間管理上の問題が原因となってプロジェクトは頓挫した。プロジェクト運営には、教員の学生への関与が極めて重要な役割を演ずることを示唆している。また、失敗学が抱える課題についても議論する。Few unsuccessful active learning cases for developing fundamental competencies for working persons have been reported. Failure studies aim not only to examine the negative aspects of failure, but also use the findings to lead to growth. This paper applied“ failure studies” to analyze an unsuccessful case of a product development project by junior college students and learned precept for conducting active learning. The students' autonomy driven project was doomed to fail due to their lack of planning and time management. The instructors’ involvement with the students is essential for success. Limitations for failure studies are also discussed.departmental bulletin pape

保育者志望学生の生物形態認識－直近5年間の推移－
Get PDF保育者志望学生の生物形態認識について、生物の形態を著しく間違えた絵を描く学生の割合の直近5年間の推移について調査した。形態を著しく間違えた絵（四本足のニワトリ、ハサミのないカニ、6枚以上の翅があるトンボ、恐竜の足跡型チューリップ）のいずれの割合でも有意な増減は見られなかった。しかし、先行研究における10年から20年以上前の割合と比べると、4種の生物全てにおいて生物形態を著しく間違えた絵を描く学生の割合は増加していることが示された。生物への無関心および観察力の低下が主な要因として考えられるため、学生に対して生物への関心や観察力を高める指導を行う必要がある。About organism form cognition of early childhood course students, the changes in each ratio of student representing the picture of the remarkably wrong formed creatures were investigated between the latest five years. Significant fluctuation was not seen in each ratio of student representing the picture of the remarkably wrong formed creatures (chicken of four feet, crab without claws, dragonfly having more than 6 wings, dinosaur's footprint-shaped tulip). However, in comparison with the ratios of more than 10 to 20 years ago in previous studies, it was shown that the ratios of student representing the picture of the remarkably wrong formed creature increased in four species all. Because the indifference to creatures and drop of the powers of observation are considered as main factors, it is necessary for students to perform practical lecture to increase interest in creatures and to enhance the powers of observation.departmental bulletin pape
地方都市における保育者養成校と保育現場が協働して行う発達相談モデル構築に向けた試み―保育者へのインタビュー調査から―
Get PDF本研究は、養成校の教員と保育現場の保育者とが協働して行った「気になる子」への支援に関する実践研究の1年目（2021年度）の経過を報告し、保育者へのインタビュー調査の結果を分析し考察を加えた。今回の試行的モデルは以下の流れで行った。①発達相談②保育者へのコンサルテーション③職員研修。保育者は本モデルの発達相談に満足していることが示された。本発達相談のモデルの有効性が示された。本モデルを精緻化するために、我々は実践研究を継続する予定である。This study reported a process of field research in a suburb in Japan in first year (2021) and considered an analysis of interview research about nursery school teachers. To support “children in concern”, we collaborated with teachers in a junior college for training nursery school teachers in nursery school teachers. In this model, we provided support in the following sequence :1) doing a counseling of child development, 2) doing consultation for nursery school teachers, 3) conducting workshop for nursery school teachers. From the interview, nursery school teachers were satisfied with this model. The validity of this model was shown.
