Get PDF【抄録】近年, 日本において前立腺がんの罹患率が急激に増加しており, 男性のがん罹患数で最も多い癌である. 一方, 死亡率は比較的低く, 10年以上の自然経過を辿る場合が多いため, 多くの患者が長期生存可能である. 男性ホルモンが前立腺がんの増殖に関与しており, 治療法としてはホルモン療法(ADT)が主流である. 従来の治療法に加え, 新規ホルモン剤やドセタキセルが転移性前立腺がんに対して有効であり, 治療の主流となっている. また, BRCA1/2 変異患者を対象としたPARP阻害剤や放射線内用療法などの新しい治療法が発展してきた. 今後, 治療困難な転移性去勢抵抗性前立腺がんへの治療法の確立が求められている.departmental bulletin pape
Transition of the Building and Use on the Site of Former Nabari Fire Station
Get PDFThis study examined the history of a site in Sakaemachi, Nabari city, Mie prefecture. In 1948, aerial photos showed farmland, later replaced by a police station built from a relocated wartime factory. After the police station closed in 1953, the building was used by the Nabari Chamber of Commerce until it moved due to aging and space issues. The old chamber building and adjacent fire station were demolished, and in 1968, a new fire station designed by the architect Kenji Takizawa was constructed, integrating the former police and chamber site. The Takizawa designed fire station was demolished around 2010-2011.departmental bulletin pape

Challenges in Enhancing the Quality and Reliability of Sustainability Information Through Assurance
Get PDF【要旨】信頼性の高い企業のサステナビリティ情報に対する投資家を含むステークホルダーの要請が高まっているにもかかわらず, こうした情報の質と信頼性を向上させることを目的とした保証システムに関する学術的な議論は断片的で未整備なままである。本研究では, サステナビリティ情報の保証の潜在的役割, 保証提供者に関する課題, 保証とコーポレートガバナンスの関係という３つの主要な観点から, 文献レビューを通じてこの問題に取り組む。また, 今後の研究の方向性も示している。より効果的なサステナビリティ情報の保証システムの開発には, これらの分野に関する理論的研究を進め, 理論と実務の対話を促進することが不可欠である。本研究は, 会計に関する文献に貢献するとともに, サステナビリティ情報の保証システムの設計・導入に携わる人々にとって貴重な示唆を与えるものである。Despite growing stakeholder demands — including from investors — for reliable corporate sustainability information, academic discussions on assurance systems aimed at improving the quality and reliability of such information remain fragmented and underdeveloped. This study addresses this issue through a literature review, examining three key perspectives: the potential role of sustainability information assurance, challenges related to assurance providers, and the relationship between assurance and corporate governance. It also identifies directions for future research. Advancing theoretical work on these areas and fostering dialogue between theory and practice are essential for the development of more effective sustainability information assurance systems. This study contributes to the accounting literature and offers valuable insights for those involved in designing and implementing sustainability information assurance systems.departmental bulletin pape
Theoretical Investigation of Regionalism ─ From the Perspective of the EU’s Construction of Global Trade Governance ─
Get PDF【概要】本稿は, 「リージョナリズム(regionalism, 地域主義)」という概念について, 再考しようとするものである。なぜならば, 現在, 世界には様々な形態の地域統合が存在し, 数多くのFTA/EPAが締結されているにも関わらず, リージョナリズム概念は, 学術的にも, また実務においても, 必ずしも共通の理解がある訳ではないと考えるからである。本稿では, 「リージョナリズム」に関する有力な理論・学説を検討し, 第二次世界大戦後, 80年にわたり地域統合を先導してきたEUが採用する, 通商政策における「インターリージョナリズム」と「開かれた戦略的自律」政策を軸にして, リージョナリズムの意義をあきらかにし, EUのグローバル通商ガバナンス構想を示したい。This paper attempts to reconsider the concept of “regionalism”. This is because, despite the existence of various forms of regional integration in the world today and the many FTA/EPAs that have been concluded, the concept of regionalism is not always commonly understood, both in academia and in practice. In this paper, we will review the leading theories on “regionalism,” clarify the significance of regionalism based on “interregionalism” in trade policy and the policy of “open strategic autonomy” adopted by the EU, which has been leading regional integration for 80 years since the end of World War II, and I would like to present the EU's vision of global trade governance.departmental bulletin pape
A Study on the Timing of Implementation of New Dementia Care Policies by Municipalities in Japan: A Survival Analysis of Policy Diffusion
Get PDF【概要】本研究は市区町村における認知症対策事業を研究対象とし, 立ち上げまでの期間について生存時間分析を行った。その結果, 比較的, 人口規模の大きな市区町村において迅速に認知症対策を実現できていること, 地域の医療・福祉人材, 認知症に関わる人材が豊富であるほど早期に事業を開始していることを示した。また, 同じ都道府県内の市区町村や同じ類似団体に所属する市区町村において参照行動による政策波及が生じていることを示した。これらの結果は, 中山間地域における認知症専門医の育成, 他の市区町村との連携強化の必要性を示すとともに, 近隣においていかにグッド・プラクティスを早期に生み出すかが重要であることを示すこととなった。This study examines the timing of implementation of new dementia care policies across Japanese municipalities, applying survival analysis to identify factors associated with policy adoption. The analysis reveals that municipalities with relatively large populations tend to adopt new dementia care policies more rapidly. Municipalities with greater availability of local medical and welfare personnel, including those engaged in dementia care, are also more likely to implement these policies earlier. Furthermore, the study finds evidence of policy diffusion through referential behavior, particularly among municipalities within the same prefecture or with similar demographic and industrial structures. These findings underscore the importance of cultivating dementia care specialists in rural and mountainous areas and strengthening intermunicipal collaboration. They also highlight the critical role of early development and the dissemination of effective practices in promoting broader policy uptake.departmental bulletin pape
