Study of Satsuma Mandarin Peel (Citrus unshiu) Derived Biofuel
Get PDFTo prevent depletion of fossil fuel and global warming, bioethanol production is attracting attention as a renewable fuel from the crops of the sugar and starch, thinned wood of cellulosic material. Therefore, we have examined the Citrus unshiu peels (a normal waste disposal), which are produced about 1.6 million tons of annually in Japan (about 8.5 million tons in the world). Physiological Activities of Health Tea in Shimane Prefecture
Get PDFSince ancient times, tea has been the most popular favorite item in daily life. (+)-catechin (1), (-)-epicatechin (2), (-)-epicatechin gallate (3), (-)-epigallocatechin (4), and (-)-epigallocatechin gallate (5) are known as antioxidants contained in the tea. These compounds are attracting attention as antioxidants. Also, in the recent trend of health consciousness, health tea is traditionally drunk in each region. Therefore, we analyzed the antioxidants of the five types of healthy tea (kouka tea, kuwa tea, siso tea, amachazuru tea, and mixedtea) that are being drunk in the Unnan area of Shimane prefecture, and identified compounds involved in the expression of their antioxidant capacity. Furthermore, the effects on Spontaneous Hypertensive Rat-Stroke Prone (SHRSP/Izm) were examined based on physiological findings. As a result, it was found that kouka tea exhibits the highest antioxidant capacity among the healthy teas used this time. We also compared the amount of catechins contained in tea (6 types), which is a commercially available drinking water, and clarified its effect on antioxidant power.departmental bulletin pape
A Trial Translation of Xu Chajing（『續茶經』）
Get PDF中国では古くより喫茶の風習が広まり、文化として成熟するなかで、茶書が著された。茶書の内容は多岐にわたるが、茶の歴史から産地、栽培、製造、飲用、茶具、効用など、茶に関わる事柄を総合的に記した書物の一つに、清の陸廷燦が著した『続茶経』がある。これは、唐の陸羽が著した最古の茶書『茶経』の続篇を標榜し、『茶経』の体例に倣って諸書の記載を輯録、整理したものである。『続茶経』は長期に渡る膨大な記載を収録しており、また、散佚した書物の記載も含まれるなど、茶文化を知る上で欠かすことのできない書物の一つである。しかし、これまで本書が日本語に翻訳されることはなかった。そこで、後の茶文化研究に資することを目的として、その日本語訳を試みた。なお、紙幅に限りがあるため、本稿では『続茶経』の「七之事」の第五二四条から第七三四条までの訳を示した。Historically, books of tea, consisting of various topics, were written in China, while customs of tea were formed, spread, and matured across the country. Xu Chajing (『續茶經』) written by Lu Tingcan (陸廷燦) in the Qing (清) era is one of them. It includes producing areas, cultivation, production, drinking, utensils, effects concerning tea. It followed Chajing (『茶經』) written by Lu Yu (陸羽) in Tang (唐) era. So it was titled Xu Chajing (『續茶經』) as sequel to Chajing (『茶經』). It contains lots of extracts related to tea, but some of them have been scattered and lost. Therefore, it is valuable literature in the field of studying Chinese tea culture. But it has not been translated into Japanese yet. Our aim is to contribute to the progress of research on Chinese tea culture by showing its translation. In this time, we have translated its sections 524-734 in chapter seven (「七之事」) in this trial.departmental bulletin pape

Get PDF【概要】本稿は, 日本の伝統文化専門職の生涯にわたる長期のキャリア形成の歩みに着目し, 中堅として周囲に認められて以降も, 自身の創造性を磨く努力を継続しているエキスパートのキャリア・マネジメントについて, 創造的熟達の視角から探究する。具体的には, 上方の落語家の事例調査をもとに, 落語家のキャリア形成の歩みを明らかにする。そして, 京都花街の芸舞妓および能楽師の研究成果と比較研究を行う。落語家は一人で技能発揮をするという職業上の特色があり, 他の2事例に比べて, 自分のオリジナリティをいかに磨くのかということに関して意識していることが明らかになった。そのため, キャリア形成のスタート時に組み込まれた徒弟的制度に加えて, 他の専門家との関係性や多様な技能発揮の場を, 意図的かつ継続的に活用していた。This study investigates the lifelong career development of experts in traditional Japanese Culture specialists, focusing on the creative mastery of mid-career professionals. Using Kamigata rakugo performers as a case study, we examine how rakugo performers develop their careers. Compared to geiko and maiko in Kyoto's Five Kagai and Noh actors, rakugo performers, who work independently, demonstrate a stronger awareness of cultivating their originality. To achieve this, they actively leverage relationships with other professionals and seek out diverse performance opportunities, in addition to the traditional apprenticeship system.departmental bulletin pape
Research on Dysfunction of Corporate Ethics System and Awareness of Person in Charge in Japanese Companies (Part 2)
Get PDF【概要】本調査研究は, 企業が不正防止システムを重層的に設置しているにもかかわらず, 一向に企業不正がなくならない理由を解明しようとするものである。そこで, 今回, 全国証券取引所上場企業に対して企業不正防止策の設置状況とその有効性に関するアンケート調査を実施した。その結果, 内部通報制度など比較的機能しているシステムがある反面, 利益第一主義的な経営トップの考えや職場風土, 全ての会社構成員に対する倫理教育への限界等が不正防止システムを機能不全に陥れている最大の要因であることが確認された。This research aims to clarify the reasons why corporation failed in preventing organization’s cheats, although they have installed injustice prevention systems in multiple layers. Therefore, the author targeted at the companies that have been widely reported by mass media for their injustice, and conducted a series of investigations including interviews on executives and heads of the Internal Auditing Office, and a questionnaire survey for listed companies. As the result, the author confirmed that the most important reasons what made the system did not work are as follows. 1 )There is a relatively functioning system such as internal reporting system, but on the other hand, the top manager’s notion that based on profit first and the workplace climate are functioning. 2 ) The ethics education for every one of the company is limited.departmental bulletin pape
