Get PDF【要旨】本稿の目的は, 戦後復興期のイタリア繊維工業における各種繊維分野の特徴を踏まえながら, 高度経済成長とその後の繊維製品輸出の拡大と製品の高付加価値化をもたらしたと考えられるアメリカからの資金援助, 貿易再建の過程と企業の動きを検討することである。初めに, イタリアにおける戦後復興期の研究史を概観した後, 支援の実施が繊維工業に与えた影響をみる。次に, 支援期間における起業の状況を捉えながら, イタリアにおける繊維・ファッション関連の株式会社の動きを観察する。最後に, 戦後に繊維工業の分野別の異なる意見を確認し, 貿易自由化の過程と西欧諸国における繊維製品に関する戦後の輸出競争力を強化する開発研究を概観する。The purpose of this paper is to explore a little further into the American financial aids, the trade reconstruction and the industry trend that had brought the export expansion of textile products with high added value in the high economic growth and the aftermath, focusing on the feature of each field in the textile industry. First of all, we will survey the studies on the postwar rebuilding and show the effect of financial aids in the textile industry. Secondly, we would like to begin with a simple observation for the corporation trend in the textile and fashion related industries, perceiving the number and the capital fund of the new company foundation. Thirdly, we examine some different opinions in each sector of textile industry, the trade liberation in Italy and the research and development that promote international competitiveness in Western Europe countries.departmental bulletin pape
Introduction of a Biocompatible Unit that Modifies the Fibrinolytic Enhancement Function of Poly(L-lysine acrylate)
Get PDFIn this study, we prepared glass and silicon substrates grafted with copolymers of L-Lysineacrylamide (LysAA) and 2-Methoxyethyl Acrylate (MEA) that we have developed. The adsorption of plasminogen (Plg), a potential indicator of enhanced fibrinolysis, was compared between the two substrates. The results showed that the introduction of MEA segments resulted in non-selective adsorption except for the 5:5 ratio. This suggests that the hydration layer formed by the MEA is largely responsible for the selective adsorption of Plg.departmental bulletin pape
A study of teahouses and tea culture on the historical and cultural streets of Suzhou
Get PDFThe historical and cultural streets that have now become tourist attractions have improved their basic facilities, while the shops with local specialities have gone unnoticed and unknown to the public. Tea houses are one method of protecting tea culture. This article examines the changing functions of teahouses and the culture of the city. The teahouses on the historical and cultural streets, the special and unique buildings of the city, reveal the changing functions and the culture of the city. Since ancient times, Suzhou has had a highly developed agricultural industry, with continually expanding farmland, a wide variety of agricultural products and commercial agriculture. Tea was similarly given special treatment and industrialised. Suzhou has had a preference for tea since ancient times. Tea houses were important public spaces in the lives of Suzhou citizens, not only for leisure, but also for socialising, exchanging information and discussing local matters. The teahouse is also a place where the tea culture is carried on, and there are still customs of enjoying tea, eating tea food, and watching plays such as Kunqu Opera, Guqin, and Suzhou Pingtan.departmental bulletin pape
A Note on the Influence of Organizational Behavior on Governance
Get PDF組織経営の分野において最上位に位置づけられる概念であるガバナンスについて、本稿では、この概念が従来あまり議論されることのなかった、いわゆる「業界」や「業界団体」などにも適用できる可能性があること、また、本来ガバナンスは最上位の概念のはずであるのだが、ガバナンスの対象の中の一部の人々の行動様式が大きく影響を与えており、実態としてその人々の行動様式が最上位である可能性があることを事例により検討した。結果として、上記の二つの可能性は両方とも否定的とは言えなかった。This paper discussed two possibilities for governance. One is that governance can be applied to industries/industry associations, to which are not the areas currently widely applied, and the other is that governance is not positioned as top-level concept but the behavior of some groups is. The behavior of them is superior to governance. As a result of the discussion, these two possibilities are not negative.departmental bulletin pape
