Development of Tourism in the Arita Porcelain Production Area
Get PDF【概要】バブル崩壊後の日本では国内消費の低迷が続く中, 伝統産業地域で作られた家庭用日用品の販売が停滞し, 百貨店やスーパーマーケットでの販売額が減少した。有田町では1996年に世界・焱の博覧会を開催することによって観光客への有田焼の販売量が拡大し, 都市部での販売額減少に対応した。有田焼の知名度を高めるとともに, 有田での観光によって有田焼の売り上げの増加に成功したといえる。2003年の有田陶器市100回記念では観光客数のさらなる増加を目指し, 有田町に観光NPOの設立が相次いだ。さらにアートイベントを定期的に開催し, 有田観光協会を設置することによって, 有田焼創業400年を迎えた有田町で観光事業が本格化した。As domestic consumption in Japan remained sluggish after the bursting of the bubble economy, sales of household goods made in traditional industrial areas stagnated and sales volumes in department stores and supermarkets declined. Arita porcelain areas responded to the decline in sales in urban areas by expanding sales to tourists through the World Ceramic Exposition in Saga 1996. Tourism in Arita succeeded in increasing Arita porcelain sales. The 100th anniversary of the Arita Ceramic Fair in 2003 was aimed at increasing tourism in Arita, which was followed by the establishment of a series of Tourism NPOs in Arita. Proposal for Utilizing of Trade Platform Data in TBML and Economic Security Measures ─ Consideration of Building a New Common Platform
Get PDF【要旨】2024年11月より㈱NTTデータとの共同研究を開始した。本共同研究では, 貿易プラットフォームが保有するデジタルデータをマネロン等対策に活用し, 貿易書類に記載されている項目が正確にデータ化されることで, 金融機関等における確認作業の軽減や, マネロン等対策の実効性向上につながるかを評価・検証する計画である。本稿では以下の6点について解説したい。まず, 現在の外為コンプライアンスの現状について解説したい。次に, 貿易プラットフォームに関する現状と今後の開発の方向性について紹介したい。3つ目に, 貿易関係者へのヒアリング結果について紹介したい。4つ目に本件に関連する先行研究・調査・提言の概要を述べ, 金融機関及び, 所管官庁, 貿易プラットフォームとのデータ連携の可能性を指摘したい。5つ目に, 本共同研究に直接・間接的に関係する分野における国内外の先行事例を紹介したい。最後に, 新たな業界共通デジタルプラットフォーム構築に向けた提言を行いたい。In November 2024, we started joint research with NTT DATA Corporation. In this joint research, we plan to evaluate and verify whether using the digital data held by the trade platform to combat money laundering, and accurately digitizing the items listed on trade documents will reduce the verification work at financial institutions, and improve the effectiveness of money laundering countermeasures. In this paper, we would like to explain the following six points. First, we would like to explain the current state of foreign exchange compliance. Next, we would like to introduce the current state of trade platform and the direction of future development. Third, we would like to introduce the results of interviews with trade-related parties. Fourth, we would like to provide an overview of previous research, surveys, and recommendations related to this case, and point out the possibility of data collaboration between financial institutions, competent authorities, and trade platform. Fifth, we would like to introduce domestic and international precedent cases in fields directly and indirectly related to this joint research. Research on eye tracking during program comprehension
Get PDFIn recent years, programming education has been attracting attention. Programming education will become compulsory in elementary schools from 2020, and will be enriched in junior high school technology classes in 2021. Information I classes will be implemented as a common compulsory subject in high schools from 2022, and Information I will be newly added to the Common University Entrance Examination in 2025. For these reasons, it is expected that the number of programming learners will increase in the future, and discussion on programming learning is urgently needed. Understanding the basic control structure of a program is an important item in programming learning. Basic control structures include sequential, iterative, and branching, and by combining these, it is possible to write programs that perform various operations. In other words, understanding basic control structures and predicting the behavior of a program is the first step in learning programming. However, understanding individual control structures at the syntax level does not mean understanding the behavior of the program. Therefore, we created a program with a complex structure that combined multiple control structures and performed eye tracking. The Theory and Evidence of Indian Multinationals’ Acquiring Multinationals from Developed Countries
Get PDF【概要】本論文は, インド系多国籍企業による先進国系多国籍企業の買収がどのような決定因によって生成しているかを理論と実証の両面から説明することを目的とする。そのため, 先進国系多国籍企業の生成と発展を検討する際に用いられた取引コスト論が有効な説明ツールになるかどうかを検討し, その代替理論を導く必要性を吟味する。インド系多国籍企業による先進国系多国籍企業の買収に関わる必要条件の理論的な検討に加えて, Tata SteelのCorus買収事例を踏まえ, 上記買収の必要十分条件が兼ね備わっているかどうかを検証する。こうした一連の理論的な検討および事例分析を踏まえ, 新興多国籍企業理論の構築に際して必要十分条件を見出すとしよう。This paper aims to set up the theory of Indian Multinationals’ acquiring multinationals from developed countries based on the existing theories derived from transaction cost theory and the alternative theory to it in terms of illustrating the causes and effects of Tata Steel‘s acquiring Corus happened in 2006. We might find the causes and effects of the above case should be lent itself to emphasize the importance of not only the strength of managerial resources retained in the company acquired but also the acquiring company’s internal resources. Based on the above fact finding to clarify some determinants of the Indian multinational, the dynamic capability of an acquirer should become more important over time after M&A.departmental bulletin pape
