Volatile Components and Bioactivitives in Ginkgo leaves
Full text linkIn this study, we conducted research on the use of the leaves of “Ginkgo leaves”, which is one of the specialties of Sobue town, Aichi prefecture. First, it was revealed that benzyl alcohol, phenistyl alcohol and styrene were present as the main components in the components extracted from the leaves. As the result, it was considered that the presence of these compounds exerts a repellent effect against house pests (ticks, mosquitoes) and clothing pests (attagenus unicolor japonicus, and plutella xylostella). In addition, it was clarified that trimethylamine, which is one of the offensive odors in everyday life, has a remarkable deodorizing effect.departmental bulletin pape
About the Current State of New Retail Research in China
Full text link2016年以降、「新小売（ニューリテール）」が中国で大きな注目を集めている。本稿では中国の「新小売」についての研究を考察する。公表された中国の研究成果を通じて、まず、改革開放後の中国の「小売革命」を確認し、「新小売」登場の背景を考察する。次に、「新小売」概念が提起された経緯を明らかにする。最後に、「新小売」の研究状況を概観し、今後の研究課題を示す。Since 2016, “new retail” has garnered significant attention in China. This paper examines research on “new retail” within the country. By analyzing published research findings in China, it first explores China’s “retail revolution” since the Reform and Opening Up policy and considers the background behind the emergence of “new retail”. It then clarifies how the concept of "new retail" was introduced. Effect of alkyl groups on the surface properties of coatings comprised copolymers of phospholipid-like monomer and alkyl methacrylate
Full text linkIn this paper, the effect of alkyl groups on the surface properties of copolymers consisting of the phospholipid-like monomer MPC and alkyl methacrylate, where the alky groups are butyl or dodecyl groups, by solvent coating was investigated. The surface properties were evaluated in terms of contact angle, SPM, and QCM, respectively. The aggregation structure of the copolymers in solvent was estimated by NMR-DOSY and molecular orbital method.III. 論文集

On Tough Sentences: A Proper Treatment of “Improper Movement”
Full text link【抄録】Chomsky(2024)において提案されているボックス理論(box theory)を維持しつつも、同理論の中にChomsky(2021)で仮定された連続循環的な内的併合とコピー形成(FormCopy)を組み込むことによって、tough文の特徴がより良く捉えられることを主張する。連続循環的な内的併合はボックスに入れられていないもののみに許される。tough文でしばしば問題とされてきた不適正移動(improper movement)はコピー形成に置き換えられ、tough文でのコピー形成が如何なる条件にも違反していないとすれば、それは不適正なものと見做されない。tough文に空所が生じ、同文が島の制約を受け、その主語が不定詞節内まで再構成されることがなく、また、同文で指定主語条件の効果が現れることが本論文の分析により説明される。departmental bulletin pape
Ultrafast deposition of diamond-like carbon films by the VHF plasma with underexpanded jet
Full text link論文Diamond-like carbon (DLC) films are widely used in surface coating for machine parts, inner surface of container, medical equipment due to many excellent features, such as high hardness, low friction coefficient, chemical stability and biocompatibility. In these manufacturing fields, one of the most required characteristics is the higher deposition rate which leads to the cost reduction. In order to realize the ultrafast deposition, we have developed a new plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD) method using an underexpanded impinging jet. Using this method, we have successfully achieved the deposition rate more than 1000 times faster than conventional methods although it is limited to local area. Simultaneously, a unique pattern was observed in the film thickness distribution according to the experimental conditions. To improve the film uniformity, we applied the triode method which is used in thin-film silicon solar cell manufacturing. As a result, it was found that the triode method is effective for uniformity of the DLC films.departmental bulletin pape
