Theoretical Examination of Content Formation Processes on Digital Platforms
Full text link【概要】本稿は, デジタルプラットフォーム(DP)におけるコンテンツ生成プロセスを俯瞰的に分析し, プラットフォーム内のエコシステム相互作用, ユーザー行動, およびそれらが生み出す価値のメカニズムを一連の流れとして整理することを目的とする。異なる文脈の先行研究および具体的な事例分析を通じて, DPがコンテンツ生成の方向性や質をどのように規定し, 同時にユーザー間のコミュニティ形成を通じて集合知的価値を創出しているかを論じた。本研究はDPを取り巻くコンテンツ形成の複雑なプロセスを理論的かつ実践的な視点から解明し, 統一的な理解の枠組みを提供するとともに, 持続可能なエコシステム構築への示唆を提示する。This paper provides a comprehensive analysis of the content creation processes on digital platforms (DP), aiming to organize the mechanisms of ecosystem interactions, user behavior, and the values they generate as a coherent flow. Drawing on prior studies from various contexts and concrete case analyses, the study examines how DPs shape the direction and quality of content creation while simultaneously fostering the formation of user communities that generate collective intelligence. By exploring the complex processes surrounding content creation on DPs from both theoretical and practical perspectives, this research offers a unified framework for understanding these phenomena and presents insights into building sustainable ecosystems.departmental bulletin pape

Full text link【抄録】免疫チェックポイント阻害薬(ICI)は多くのがん種で標準治療となっているが, 免疫関連有害事象(irAE)という特有の副作用が問題となる. irAEは皮膚, 消化管, 内分泌, 肺, 肝臓, 神経, 心臓など全身のあらゆる臓器に発症し, 時に重篤化しうるため, 救急外来(ER)での迅速かつ適切な対応が不可欠である. 本総説では, ICI治療中にERを受診した患者に対し, ER医がirAEを疑い, 初期対応を行うための要点を解説する. irAEの発症時期, 臓器別の特徴, 鑑別診断, および特に注意すべきirAE (間質性肺障害, 大腸炎, 下垂体炎, 心筋炎など)への具体的な救急対応について, 文献やガイドライン, 自験例に基づき概説する.departmental bulletin pape
