The road infrastructure has a significant influence on the development facilities of the city as acenter of a new generation. Bandar Lampung as the capital of Lampung province was not im -mune to these problems. Development of a very dynamic with a diverse urban population, trig-gered over the land due to the complexity of the construction of roads that will lead to many nega-tive issues in the future. Problem caused by the increasing development of road infrastructure inand on the outskirts of the city, will increase the rate of population growth to the high impact ofurban land usage that is not in line with the regional spatial plan. To suppress the effect of infra-structure development on land conversion, required policy analysis tool. The making of policysimulation modeling of land usage on the development of road infrastructure using dynamic sys-tem modeling. The models created using causality approach (causal loop), starting from the basicmodeling that is a mapping of the real system of urban land usage which is then converted into 4model. Model of transportation, demography, population and land usage activities, which are as-sociated with a causal relationship. The models will be aided by the GIS as spatial data analysisinput, the models simulate some policy scenarios. The most optimal scenario results to reducingthe rate of population growth, reduce the level of unemployment, increased GDP, and control thepattern of land usage. By performing simulations using these scenarios, all the desired purposecan be met and brought a good impact on the growth of Bandar Lampung city

The Sunda Strait is the meeting of two tectonic plates, the Eurasian plate and Indo-Australianplate. Sunda Strait has a fairly high seismic activity. This is shown by several earthquakes thathave occurred in the Sunda Strait. The high seismic activity was caused by the presence of activefaults and subduction zones in the Sunda Strait. Based on the fairly high seismic activity in theSunda Strait is necessary to do research on the strain rate that occurred in the Sunda Strait. In thisstudy CGPS observations contained in the Sunda Strait and parts of Java Barat. Based on theresults of GPS data processing, the observation point in the western part of the Sunda Strait hasvelocity in the direction of the North West with a value ranging from 2.21 to 3.16 shift in cm / yearand the eastern part of the Sunda Strait between 2.09 to 3.24 shift cm / year to the Northeast.Based on the pattern of strain, the West tends to have an extension of the Sunda Strait, as well asfor the eastern Sunda Strait. While the northern part of the Sunda Strait compressed. This showsthe activity and the Sumatran Subduction Fault in the area

Dam and irrigation channels are utilized to supply irrigation in Way Jepara area. Way Jeparacannot optimally function because the catchment area is disturbed by illegal logging which mayincrease erosion rate as well as sedimentation to the dam. This research aims to analyze erosionwhich occurs in the catchment area and sedimentation in the dam. Erosion prediction model usedin this study is USLE (Universal Soil Loss Equation). From the analysis it is obtained that totalerosion (A) in the catchment area is 2307.01 ton/year or 156.41 ton/ha/year which is classified aserosion class III or medium. The highest erosion rate, 1552.63 ton/ha/year, occurs in Land UnitNo. 107 near Langkap Mountain which is classified as severe. From the analysis the problemsarose can be categorized into two groups, problem related to catchment area conservation andtechnical l problem directly related to the dam. Solution to the problems should be based onconservation as well as social welfare

In accordance the standard bridges, seismic loads must be taken into account in the combinationof loading conditions. Often the continous bridge model is a choise, especially on the model ofbridges with spans of more than 1 (one). This analysis focused on the piers of a bridge that consitsof 5 (five) spans. The variable in this model is layout of continous or simple beam. In this analysismade 5 (five) types of the bridge. To obtain the optimal and accurate design, use a dynamicanalysis by response spectrum based on the PGA value in SNI 03-1726-2002. With the pushovermethod using SAP 2000 software will be acquired and the value of Demand and CapacityDisplacement, so can to know the feasibility on the piers of a bridge modeled. Results of analysisthat only model IV incapable supporting the magnitude of longitudinal displacement. As for thetransverse direction of all the models capable to hold the magnitude of transverse displacement.Ductility of pier P1 and P2 for all models meet the requirements of the maximum ductility μD ≤ 5for multiple piers. Overall, the optmum behavior performance to resist earthquake loads is themodel II

The road is expected to meet the criteria of "Fast, Nyama, Safe, Beautiful and Sustainable" ascriteria for reviewing the performance of roads. Evaluation or study was conducted to review oneaspect of road based on speed or travel time required by the traffic on the roads, and theevaluation is done by correlating the data IRMS (Integrated Roads Management System) and BMS(Bridges Management System) to services section one way to road performance component of"travel time" traffic required for condition of roads and bridges on the road conditions, theprimary and secondary data conducted in 2010 on the national road network in the province ofJambi using data IRMS in 2010 and BMS in 2009. This study aims to review the performance ofthe street on the national road network in the province of Jambi. Thus it can be taken a linkagethat the travel time required by the traffic to move from one place to another are affected by thecondition of roads and bridges on the road, up to now the results of the IRMS and BMS as aninstrument (Benchmark / Standard) used by policy makers as a basis for determining future goodprogram planning, maintenance, and development. While the actual conditions on the ground arenot in accordance with the results of the IRMS and BMS were taken by decision of the currentconditions specified policy

Along with the development of the region, the road to Radin Intan II Airport is now very crowdedand jammed so that it takes an alternative road. This study examines the potential for an alterna-tive way to Gedongtataan – Branti terms of saving time and cost. Car survey method used to de-termine the value of time travel saving taken while the observational method used to determinethe Vehicle Operating Costs (VOC). From the results of the discussion and analysis has been doneto obtain the benefits of development of the travel time and cost savings is the magnitude of thevalue of time savings for 5 years Rp 69.377.544.884,00 and then compared with the estimated costof construction Rp. 66.500.000.000,00, So the value of the benefits of road construction is aboutRp 2.877.544.884,00 and the value of vehicle operating costs for 5 years Rp. 67.161.235.626,00compared with the estimated cost of construction Rp. 66.500.000.000,00 so value of benefits aboutRp. 661.235.626,00. While this is still a global picture of the way benefits are worth the time andvehicle operating costs. If further study on the benefits that are not measurable (intangible bene-fits) such as regional development, community economic enhancement, smooth movement, pollu-tion reduction and so on, then the benefits will be far greater

Implementation of air traffic safety is shown from good operation and free from activity which against the law. This statement has declared on Government Regulation about Air Traffic Safety in Indonesia. Analysis of Pavement Classification Number (PCN) value is the one of air traffic safety requirement. Due to that statement, this research try to evaluation and analysis about performance of runway based on analytical method and theoritical method using data from HWD (Heavy Weight Deflectometer) test. The result of performance runway will shown on PCN value.HWD tests are routinely conducted at the FAA to evaluate performance of pavemnet. HWD tests are conducted in two phases. In the first phase, HWD geophone sensors record vertical deflections at seven points on thepavement surface. The collected data are used for pavement evaluation and environment related thickness response analysis. In the second phase, the insitu pavement sensors record the pavement response while the HWD geophones record the defections on the pavement surface. These tests are conducted by placing the HWD load plate directly over the in situ deflection and strain sensors. One of the objectives of the HWD tests is to develop relationships between the applied load and measured deflections. The result of this research has shown that PCN value from analytical method is 9/F/A/X/T and theoritical method is 38/F/D/X/T. Code letter A or D on PCN value is describe about class of bearing capacity of subgrade. That difference of code letter bearing capacity due to HWD test directly collecting data of subgrade reaction under the pavement but the other method has taken data of subgrade from sample outside of runway . Increasing of bearing capacity of subgrade cause process of compaction on subgrade under the pavement has perfectly done
