The Influence of Covid-19 on Business Sustainability with Corporate Action as a Moderation Variable

Objectives: This study aims to test: 1) the influence of Covid-19 on Business Sustainability; 2) the influence of Covid-19 on Business Sustainability with Corporate Action as a moderation.Methodology: This study uses secondary data. The sampling method uses purposive sampling. The sample used was 32 companies listed on the IDX that carried out corporate actions in 2020. Hypothesis testing 1 and 2 used the t-test. Hypothesis testing 3 used the F test because it contains elements of interaction between two.Finding: The results of the Covid-19 study proxied by ROE did not show an effect on business sustainability, while those proxied by Current Ratio showed an effect on business sustainability. The Covid-19 and Corporate Action variables as moderating variables jointly affect business sustainability. Conclusion: The impact of Covid 19 and corporate actions have an important role and have been proven to jointly affect business sustainability. Liquidity needs to be maintained to ensure that business sustainability runs effectively considering the impact of Covid-19. On the other hand, profitability does not affect business sustainability, because cash flow is not smooth, where cash flow is a source of business sustainability. Corporate action policies to attract interest and restore investor confidence in the company amidst the spread of Covid-19, thus impacting business sustainability

Objectives: The study aims to look at MSME Business Models Entering the Metaverse Era Through Digital Transformation with an Increase of Digital Talent and Green InnovationMethodology: The type of research used is quantitative research. A study was carried out in 5 regencies/cities on Bangka Island with respondents 10 2 SMEs, dominated in the culinary sector. In this study, the author uses the analytical method used to test the PLS (Partial Least Square) variable using SmartPLS software. The path analysis model of all latent variables in Partial Least Square (PLS) consists of an outer model, convergent validity, and discriminant validity which is then carried out with a reliability test and a structural model consisting of coefficient of determination (R 2 Value), Effect Size (f 2), and Predictive Relevance (Q2 Value). Ending with a test on the hypothesis and the moderating effect. Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that hypothesis testing concluded that two research hypotheses are accepted and the other three are rejected. The accepted research hypotheses are Digital Talent effect on Digital Transformation and Digital Talent effect on MSME Business Model in the Metaverse Era. These results indicate that only digital talent currently contributes significantly to Digital Transformation and the MSME business model in the metaverse Era

Quantitative data collection was conducted through a structured survey of 222 traditional medicine businesses in West Java selected by stratified random sampling based on business scale and geographical area. Qualitative data were obtained through in-depth interviews and focus group discussions with 18 key informants. Data analysis used multiple regression, structural equation modeling (SEM), and ANOVA, integrated with content analysis for qualitative data.Finding: The results showed that seven dimensions of the business environment significantly influenced the competitiveness of the traditional medicine industry with a value of R² = 0.613. Market access (β = 0.312) and technology and innovation (β = 0.286) are the most dominant factors, while raw material availability has the highest perception (mean = 3.87). There were significant gaps in technology and innovation (mean = 2.65) and access to finance (mean = 2.78). ANOVA analysis showed significant differences in competitiveness levels based on enterprise scale (F = 18.653, p < 0.01), with larger-scale enterprises showing higher competitiveness. Conclusion: The business environment plays an important role in improving the competitiveness of the traditional medicine industry in West Java. A holistic approach is needed in developing a conducive business environment, including simplifying regulations, strengthening the innovation ecosystem, developing market access, and special financing schemes to encourage the transformation of the traditional medicine industry towards a more modern and globally competitive industry. Mediation of Organisational Commitment Empirical Study of Transformational Leadership, Job Satisfaction, and Perceived Organisational Support on Turnover Intention

Objectives: The phenomenon of turnover intention should be a concern for the company or organization owners. The phenomenon of turnover intention can be detrimental to the organization's survival. This study examines how the role of transformational leadership, job satisfaction, and perceived organizational influence turnover intention and how these roles modify organizational commitment.Methodology: This research uses quantitative research with a causality approach, with the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis method. The reason is that PLS-SEM can predict complex latent variables from a study. This research was conducted on J & T Cargo expedition employees in Tangerang Regency and a total sample of 131, testing the inner model and outer model and bootstrapping tests to test the mediation of organizational commitment.Finding: As formulated in the hypotheses, the results are consistent, where transformational leadership and employee job satisfaction significantly affect turnover intention, but perceived organizational support has no significant impact on turnover intention. Similarly, transformational leadership, job satisfaction, and perceived organizational support significantly impact organizational commitment. Thus, organizational commitment mediates the significant effect of transformational leadership, job satisfaction, and perceived organizational support on turnover intention. Theoretical and practical implications are presented. Conclusion: Organizations that emphasize developing transformational leadership qualities and prioritizing employee satisfaction will be better positioned to avoid turnover intention. By recognizing and acting on these insights, organizations can build positive employee engagement, retention, and success cycles. In summary, transformational leadership and job satisfaction significantly affect turnover intention, as satisfied employees are less likely to consider leaving their current organization
