No full textDietro le pretese di inclusione e di allargamento della base decisionale con l'inserimento di nuovi attori privati, che affiancano quelli pubblici (tra cui lo Stato), nei processi decisionali, la governance cela in realtà rapporti di potere che, paradossalmente, tendono ad escludere proprio quei soggetti che hanno l'illusione di partecipare a pratiche decisionali. Ciò accade attraverso una riduzione del conflitto che viene anticipato e disperso in canali che sembrano avere una natura procedurale ma sono in realtà soltanto momenti di elevata tecnocrazia. Cosicché, dietro l'illusione della partecipazione, si cela invece l'esclusione che rende le persone sempre più vulnerabili

No full textEver since the dawn of time fortifications have conjured up territorial dominion, protection, solidity and continued existence. They have challenged time and natural events and shaped the landscape not only as regards historical and environmental continuity, but also by providing data regarding the radical improvement of building techniques; all the various parts illustrate the state of the art, indicate the building algorithms, according to the materials used, and also determine the proportional ratio and overall aesthetic quality.
Over the years interest in the protection, conservation and enhancement of architectural heritage has developed and diversified; the premise behind these initiatives is a broad, interdisciplinary and organised knowledge base of the buildings and their importance in the landscape, past and present.
The area in question surrounds a key feature that has always been a natural watershed in the infrastructures of the Campania Region: the Vesuvius.
In this context the new technologies that study and disseminate data convey more than just simple contents; they become a way to sit back and reflect, making it possible to appreciate and comprehend physically inaccessible spaces thanks to the elaboration of multiresolution models that can be explored based on requirements and objectives, including enhancing the landscape as memory
