Menjadi Ponoragan: Sikap Bahasa Mahasiswa Ponorogo
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh banyaknya input bahasa yang masuk di kalangan mahasiswa yang menyebabkan terkikisnya kemampuan mahasiswa dalam menggunakan bahasa daerah dalam komunikasi sehari-hari. Sikap lebih memilih bahasa lain dibanding dengan bahasa ibunya merupakan salah satu sikap negatif seorang penutur bahasa terhadap bahasa yang ditunggalkannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sikap bahasa Jawa dialek Ponoragan mahasiswa Ponorogo. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu mixed method. Subjek dalam penelitian ini yaitu mahasiswa semester 7 prodram studi PGMI di dua perguruan tinggi di Ponorogo, yaitu Insuri Ponorogo dan IAIN Ponorogo, sedangkan objek dalam penelitian ini adalah sikap bahasa mahasiswa yang terdiri dari kesetiaan bahasa, kebanggaan bahasa, dan kesadaran bahasa.. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu teknik survei dengan instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan jika dari analisis sikap berbahasa secara keseluruhan, dari loyalitas berbahasa diketahui hanya 1 responden yang mempunyai sikap kurang baik, 15 responden mempunyai sikap baik, dan 4 responden mempunyai sikap sangat baik. Dari kebanggaan bahasa diketahui terdapat 12 leksikon bahasa Jawa dialek Ponoragan yang digunakan responden selain dialek Jawa Baku. Dari kesadaran berbahasa diketahui bahwa dari 120 kalimat tanggapan yang diberikan responden, terdapat 101 pernyataan yang dijawab dengan kalimat yang sesuai dengan kaidah dan konteks situasi penggunaan bahasa. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa sikap Jawa siswa Ponorogo adalah positif
Pelayanan Pos Terpadu Terhadap Program Pendidikan, Kesehatan Dan Gizi Pada Anak Usia Dini di Hiama Kids Islamic School Bogor
This research aims to describe the activities of Posyandu Kemuning which supports implementing the Early Childhood Development Program. The early childhood development program consists of health, nutrition and education services for early childhood in the community, especially for students at Hiama Kids Islamic School. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative research type. Data collection techniques were carried out through direct observation of Hiama Kids Islamic School Bogor students. Research data was collected through field notes, interviews with school principals, teachers, posyandu cadres, and parents, complete with data documentation and photos of activities. The results of the research show that the implementation of the program covering health, nutrition and education has not been carried out optimally because the posyandu activities are only carried out once a month.
 
Konsep Pendidikan Multikultural Di Indonesia Dalam Pandangan Islam Dan Barat
Pendidikan multikultural di Indonesia adalah upaya untuk memasukkan keragaman budaya ke dalam sistem pendidikan dengan tujuan membangun masyarakat yang inklusif, toleran, dan adil. Dari sudut pandang Islam, pendidikan multikultural bertujuan untuk mendidik siswa untuk memahami dan menghargai perbedaan budaya dengan berpegang pada prinsip-prinsip Islam universal seperti toleransi, keadilan, dan persamaan. Siswa diajarkan untuk menghargai dan menghargai keberagaman dan belajar hidup bersama dalam masyarakat yang plural. Sementara itu, perspektif Barat tentang pendidikan multikultural lebih menekankan pada penghargaan terhadap hak asasi manusia, demokrasi, dan keadilan sosial. Pendekatan ini bertujuan untuk melawan stereotip dan diskriminasi, serta mendorong kesetaraan melalui kurikulum yang mencerminkan keragaman budaya siswa. Kebijakan dan program di Barat seringkali membantu pendidikan multikultural diintegrasikan dengan minoritas. Pandangan Islam dan Barat tentang pendidikan multikultural harus diintegrasikan dalam konteks Indonesia karena masyarakatnya yang majemuk. Pendidikan multikultural di Indonesia diharapkan dapat menggabungkan nilai-nilai lokal dengan prinsip-prinsip global, menghasilkan generasi yang cerdas secara akademis dan peka terhadap keragaman budaya. Studi ini menemukan bahwa kolaborasi antara perspektif Islam dan Barat dalam pendidikan multikultural dapat memperkuat kohesi sosial dan mempromosikan perdamaian di Indonesi

This article discusses human resource management (HRM) in education in the Era of Society 5.0 and the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in Indonesia. The Era Society 5.0, which integrates advanced technology with social life, demands adaptive, innovative, and tech-savvy education human resources. Meanwhile, the Merdeka Curriculum gives more freedom to schools and teachers to design learning that suits students\u27 needs. This article analyses how HR management should be adjusted to support these two major changes, including strategies for developing teacher competencies, the use of technology in education management, as well as education quality assurance focusing on 21st century skills. The data sources come from scientific articles, books and other relevant documents. Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Value Clarification Technique (VCT) Terhadap Kemampuan Berbicara Siswa Pada Mata Pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di Kelas IV SDN Sumurwiru
This study aims to determine the effect of the Application of the Value Clarification Technique (VCT) Learning Model on Students\u27 Speaking Ability in Indonesian Language Subjects in Class IV SDN Sumurwiru. This research is a Pretest Experimental with One Group Pretest-Posttest design. The population in this study were all fourth grade students at SD Negeri Sumurwiru, totaling 24 students. The sampling technique in this study is the sampling technique. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews, tests and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this study is the normality test, homogeneity test, and hypothesis testing (Wilcoxon). The results of the study showed that (1)students\u27 speaking ability in Indonesian language subjects in class IV SDN Sumurwiru, Cibeureum District, Kuningan Regency before using the Value Clarification Technique (VCT) Learning Model, was still lacking with an averagescore of 62.08. (2) The ability to speak Indonesian language students in class IV SDN Sumurwiru, Cibeureum District, Kuningan Regency, after using the Value Clarification Technique (VCT) Learning Model, was good with an average scoreof 78.63. (3) There is an influence on the application of the Value Clarification Technique (VCT) Learning Model on students\u27 speaking ability in Indonesian language subjects in class IV SDN Sumurwiru, Cibeureum District, Kuningan Regency, with an Asymp value. Interactive Game Media Development Wordwall Website Based on Class V Elementary School Science Lessons
This research was motivated by the low critical thinking skills of students in science learning. This study aims to This research aims to develop a learning media in the form of an interactive game using the Wordwall platform which is accessed via the website for Natural Sciences (Science) subjects at the Class V Elementary School level. The focus of the research lies in two initial stages, namely analysis and design. The analysis stage involves identifying student learning needs, collecting data related to the science curriculum, as well as evaluating effective learning methods for understanding grade V science material. From this analysis, the main objective is to ensure that the interactive games developed are in accordance with the applicable curriculum and meet needs. student learning. The design stage is related to detailed planning for the development of the interactive game. Selection of game type, material content presented, interactivity, and user interface are the main focus at this stage. This design is aimed at optimizing students\u27 learning experiences and ensuring that the game can provide a deep understanding of class V science concepts. Although this research only reached the analysis and design stage, these steps are an important foundation for further development. It is hoped that in-depth analysis and well-planned design can make a significant contribution to the development of this interactive game media in supporting the science learning process for fifth grade elementary school students. The Role of The Principal in Improving the Quality of Education Through School-Community Relations Management at MI Persis Gandok Tasikmalaya City
The aim of this research is to determine Public Relations management at MI Persis Gandok City. Tasikmalaya. Meanwhile, the specific aim is to describe the planning of school and community relations, the implementation of school and community relations and how the principal evaluates the implementation of school and community relations. The research method used in this research is qualitative descriptive research. MI Persis Gandok is planning several public relations work programs, among which the Public Relations Program is to form cooperation in the field of strengthening educational institutions through the formation of Madrasah Councils and Congregational Leadership. Through the formation of madrasah councils and congregational leaders, they can provide a bridge in the form of communication between the school and the community. To make the MI Persis Gandok school public relations program a success, there are several techniques that can be used. The technique chosen is a technique that is considered effective and efficient according to school conditions, the condition of the students\u27 parents, the condition of the surrounding community, and the school\u27s finances. Among these techniques are: group face-to-face meeting techniques, individual face-to-face meeting techniques and school publication techniques. Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka dalam Pembelajaran Seni Musik di SMP Negeri 2 Satap Kabila Bone: Sebuah Analisis Terhadap Tantangan, Upaya, dan Dampaknya
Penelitian ini merupakan studi kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk mengungkap implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka dalam pembelajaran seni musik di SMP Negeri 2 Satap Kabila Bone. Fokus penelitian adalah mengidentifikasi hambatan, keunikan, dan dampak penerapan kurikulum tersebut. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi langsung, wawancara dengan guru seni budaya dan pengelola kurikulum, serta analisis dokumen terkait pembelajaran seni musik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar diterapkan mulai dari kelas VII, sementara kelas VIII dan IX masih menggunakan Kurikulum 2013. Metode pembelajaran berbasis proyek umum digunakan, namun guru seni budaya menghadapi keterbatasan pemahaman seni musik. Keterbatasan sumber daya, kurangnya tenaga pendidik terlatih, dan keterbatasan akses teknologi menjadi kendala utama dalam pembelajaran seni musik. Meskipun Kurikulum Merdeka memberikan kebebasan ekspresi kepada siswa, implementasinya masih menghadapi kesulitan dalam mengenali metode terbaik sesuai dengan kebutuhan individual siswa. Penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman mendalam tentang dinamika, tantangan, dan upaya yang terlibat dalam pelaksanaan Kurikulum Merdeka di konteks pembelajaran seni musik di SMP Negeri 2 Satap Kabila Bone. Kendala yang diidentifikasi dapat menjadi dasar evaluasi dan perbaikan untuk meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran seni musik serta menciptakan pengalaman belajar yang lebih baik
The Strategy of Driving School Principals as Transformational Leaders in Improving Teacher Professionalism and the Quality of Education in Elementary Schools
This research aims to describe the results of a literature review regarding the strategies of driving school principals as transformational leaders to improve teacher professionalism and the quality of education in elementary schools (SD). This research uses a Narrative Literature Review (NLR) approach with stages: identification of data sources, data selection and analysis process, synthesis and interpretation of findings. The NLR results show that there are three main strategies for driving school principals as transformational leaders in an effort to improve teacher professionalism and the quality of education. The three strategies are, namely, developing programs to increase teacher professionalism in a targeted manner, encouraging a collaborative culture and continuous learning, and providing ongoing encouragement and guidance. These strategies have specificities in terms of programs, which include the approach taken, practical activities, and monitoring and evaluation activities. These strategies encourage increased teacher professionalism and the quality of education in elementary schools. This increase will have an impact on improving the quality of learning and the quality of primary school education outcomes.
 
Pengembangan Media Pembelajaran Interaktif SiCeRia Berbantuan Augmented Reality Pada Materi Sistem Pencernaan Manusia Kelas V SDN Leuwikidang
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis Augmented Reality untuk membantu mengatasi masalah peserta didik dalam mempelajari pelajaran IPA khususnya materi sistem pencernaan manusia yang membutuhkan media yang mengandung viasualisasi lebih dan interaktif untuk memahaminya. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation). Peneliti melakukan tahap implementation pada peserta didik kelas V di SDN Leuwikidang. Instrument yang digunakan peneliti adalah angket untuk ahli media, angket untuk ahli materi, angket untuk ahli bahasa, dan angket respon peserta didik. Hasil dari penelitian ini berhasil mengembangkan media pembelajaran interaktif SiCeRia berbantuan Augmented Reality menggunakan aplikasi Assemblr Edu yang bisa di jalankan melalui smartphone peserta didik. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan penilaian ahli materi memberikan skor akhir 1 dengan kriteria kelayakan 100% atau bisa dibilang “Sangat Layak”, ahli media memberikan skor akhir 0,95 dengan kriteria kelayakan 95% atau bisa dibilang “Sangat Layak”, ahli bahasa memberikan skor akhir 0,94 dengan kriteria kelayakan 94% atau bisa dibilang “Sangat Layak”. Adapun hasil uji coba satu-satu memperoleh skor rata-rata 84,6% dengan kriteria kelayakan “Sangat Layak”, dan hasil uji coba satu-satu memperoleh skor rata-rata 84,6% sedangkan kelompok kecil memperoleh skor rata-rata 86,6% dengan kriteria kelayakan “Sangat Layak”. Hal ini menujukkan bahwa media Interaktif SiCeRia sangat layak dijadikan sebagai media pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam khususnya pada materi Sistem Pencernaan Manusia. Pada tahap penelitian lapangan media Interaktif SiCeRia memperoleh rata-rata skor N-Gain 0,795 kategori “Tinggi” dengan kategori tafsiran “Efektif”. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh maka media Interaktif SiCeRia dinyatakan layak dan efektif digunakan di Sekolah Dasar.

This study aims to produce Augmented Reality-based interactive learning media to help overcome the problems of students in learning science lessons, especially the material of the human digestive system that requires media that contains more viasualization and interactive to understand it. This research uses the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). Researchers conducted the implementation stage on grade 5 students at SDN Leuwikidang. The instruments used by researchers are questionnaires for media experts, questionnaires for material experts, questionnaires for linguists, and student response questionnaires. The results of this study successfully developed interactive learning media SiCeRia assisted by Augmented Reality using the Assemblr Edu application that can be run through students\u27 smartphones. From the results of the study, the material expert assessment gave a final score of 1 with 100% eligibility criteria or arguably "Very Feasible", the media expert gave a final score of 0.95 with 95% eligibility criteria or arguably "Very Feasible", the linguist gave a final score of 0.94 with 94% eligibility criteria or arguably "Very Feasible". The results of the one-on-one trial obtained an average score of 84.6% with the eligibility criteria "Very Feasible", and the results of the one-on-one trial obtained an average score of 84.6% while the small group obtained an average score of 86.6% with the eligibility criteria "Very Feasible". This shows that SiCeRia Interactive media is very feasible to be used as a learning media for Natural Sciences, especially on Human Digestive System material. At the field research stage, SiCeRia Interactive media obtained an average N-Gain score of 0.795 in the "High" category with the interpretation category "Effective". Based on the results obtained, the SiCeRia Interactive media is declared feasible and effective for use in elementary schools.
